Great service, we are gutted it’s closing as this has alway been our date night place 😞. We’ve been coming here for over 5 years now. The team are so friendly always look after us and make sure we get the table in the corner

I've taken my children to this branch of Frankie and Benny's a few times and the staff are always great. One of my children has a peanut allergy and staff are always very good with this. Today we were served by Woj and Susan, who were both lovely and very on top of things regarding my little one's allergy. Kids loved their pizzas and puddings - Thank you Woj and Susan!

lunch date with my boyfriend was such a great experience thanks to our server Susan! We were welcomed by the door and chose our own table as it wasn’t busy. Susan checked on us regularly and made sure we were happy with our food and drinks, while being very friendly the entire time, will definitely return soon!

Popped into F&B before cinema. Amazing cheesy garlic bread (pizza style) and nice pasta too. Hubby ordered large philly cheese steak hotdog which was nice too. Always good value. Our server Eve was very attentive and friendly.

Went for my sons 21st birthday. There were a few issues with some of the systems not working but the service and food were still brilliant. Our server did all she could to make our meal enjoyable and even put a candle in my sons dessert which was a nice surprise. 3 course meal and drinks at a good price. Highly recommend.

We had a Groupon voucher for two courses. One of us wanted a starter and the other a dessert, which threw the young waiter immediately. The head waiter kept interrupting us with trivial things,not allowing us to eat our meals.We ordered a pitcher of cocktail, and only a glass arrived, so this had to be sent back. The cocktail didn't taste of any alcohol, and I'm not sure it had any in it!The main of Nduja Tortellini was tasteless and dry, with very little of the cheese sauce it was meant to come with. We asked for sauces to pep it up but these didn't do much. I was really looking forward to a spicy and cheesy dish, but we were both extremely disappointed.The only redeeming feature was the tiramisu dessert. I wish I'd have just had that!!All in all, we won't be going back as the service wasn't good, but was annoying, and the food was abysmal.

Excellent service by Eve. She recognized that we were a bit short of time and everything was done in plenty of time. Food was excellent and sneaky use of Tastecard meant the bill was reasonable. Definitely go back

Visited Frankie and Benny's yesterday with my children and the experience was made perfect with Susan's excellent customer service. She was attentive and responded promptly to our needs. As always, she is pleasant and has a greeting smile. Thanks Susan was another wonderful experience.

Simply meh. For the price doesn't look impressive or taste like it. Seems like the place doesn't really care. Standard food from a big chain. Not impressed with hot dog and daughter didn't really like floppy pizza. Not inclined to come to a Frankie and Benny's again.

Abborhent and abrupt waitresses and head off house. Excessively, slow service for no good reason. The restaurant was half empty/full. Even to be seated it took 5 mins to be acknowledged and a further 5 minutes to be seated. To be served food a further 30 mins which was incorrect and the excuse given was 'they couldn't figure or the difference between a child's chicken burger or strips', verbatim, - highly unacceptable. The food was tasteless and to get the bill the 30 more mins. My 3 children didn't even get their pudding or get it taken off the bill. I will not be returning and encouraging as many people as possible to not return. I have been coming to this restaurant since they were serving on roller skates.

Tonight me and my partner Visited Your Broadway Plaza restaurant and received Really good service. We were Served By Tom. A very lovely friend and attentive Server. We were quickly seated and was offered to swap seats if we wanted to which I thought was lovely. He was ever so polite and made sure we were happy before leaving to deal with another job. Our food arrived in a timely manner and he even came to check that everything was ok with our food! Amazing atmosphere and amazing staff! What more could you want. Overall we had a lovely evening! Will be returning very soon!

We waited at the host table for a few minutes before being acknowledged. Staff were friendly enough. Our order was taken by a flustered male waiter. Our sharing starter arrived within 10 minutes which leads me to believe everything was pre-cooked (there was chicken & ribs included) but they tasted good anyway. I had to get up and get our own cutlery. I asked for no onions on my pizza but it arrived with them on. My partners burger was dripping with grease and chips were Luke-warm. Not once during our meals did the manager (Ebony I believe) or waiter do a check back, we were offered no sauces, no replenishment of drinks. Getting their attention was almost impossible because they were running around or standing at their station talking. After waiting 15 minutes for any sort of acknowledgement after finishing our main, I practically begged the manager to get us our bill. Neither waiter or manager asked us if our meal was okay. McDonalds type of service but 3x the price. The best part of coming here was leaving. Awful. The cooks (I say cooks because their food is not that by chefs) seemed to lack passion and everything was just half hearted. I’m relived we had a tastecard because I wouldn’t of paid full price.

We booked a groupon voucher for 2 courses. The food was amazing and the service exceptional. We were treated no different to those without vouchers like some vendors do. Our server Eve was very friendly and helped recommend when we were indecisive between food choices. We were also given the option of looking at the allergy menu as soon we walked in as there was a nut allergy concern. Would definitely recommend and return here :)

My family of vegans,vegetarians and confirmed meat eaters are regular visitors at this chain across the country. The meal was momentarily blighted by a mix up in the kitchen which meant the youngest vegan was almost given a dairy cheese pizza-luckily our charming and attentive young waiter, Eve, noticed before the meal reached our table. Apart from that the food was tasty and the the atmosphere buzzing.

I ate here recently and was bowled over by the attentiveness if the staff from the moment I walked in. Unfortunately the food thhat was served was of poor quality and the starter cold. I did highlight this to the staff as I felt it important that they knew so they could improve standards, they were apologetic and although I wasn't expecting it, was given my starter and a drink free of charge. It turns out the regular kitchen staff were in holiday, however I would of expected the stand ins to know if food was adequately heated.....don't eat the canaloni, it looks and tastes like it's straight out if the freezer!

Great food and lovely waitress Eve. Used the Meerkat meal code so saved quite a bit too. Will be coming back.

It has been a while since i last visited but I recommended it to my family, they were not as enthusiastic as they had heard bad reviews. Unfortunately they were right! We ordered food at 5.10pm - 3/5 starters arrived within 10 minutes which was a good start, the other 2 didn’t arrive until 5.45 after asking many times where they were. We then had to wait until 6.20pm to receive our main courses, the chicken burger was virtually cold as were the sweet potato fries. After making a complaint we were fobbed off with the excuse that we had ordered starters so that had delayed things!! We had heard a waitress apologising to another table saying that they were 2 chefs short. Why didn’t the server just say that due to shortages food may take a little longer? I was really disappointed with the whole experience and won’t be visiting again in a hurry.

The food was really good, throughly enjoyed our dinners and desserts and Eve was brilliant for service! She was very welcoming and took our drinks orders as soon as we sat down - will defo be back

Despite the very busy venue my friend and I never felt anything less than important. The food was lovely and very prompt and the staff (particularly Eve) were very attentive. Will certainly be returning here when next in town

Got seated straight away, wasn't overly busy but nonetheless. Seated by Eve and was asked about allergies which is important these days. Glad to see even the chain restaurants taking that seriously. Ordered straight away and no issues other than getting more than we asked for. BONUS, Small mistake but was sorted out straight away. Been to this branch plenty of times but this was by far the best. My son and I had the best vegan snacks today. Our server Eve was lovely. She was so kind to take the time and make sure our food was vegan and vegetarian. So sweet.

Visited her before going to the cinema.We were sat straight away and asked if we had any allergies which I think was a great thing. Our server also asked, although we dont I did ask about dairy free alternatives for my son and unfortunately there isnt a great range, but nothing against this restaurant, more the brand. Food was good, fresh, hot and served promptly. Overall good service, good food and nice atmosphere.

Ebony the manager was so welcoming and really made myself and my business partner feel at home. The playlist was very diverse, take this is as you will. Food was good, cooked well and came in a prompt time. Would eat here again based on the service.

For consistency in food and drink then this is a good place. Nothing over the top but does the job, nice that they have changed the music for a change too.

The staff there were pleasant, conversational and help ful. My first time at this brand. we went there as it was raining and just came from bowling. out of the 9 of us most of us did not like the food that much. not looking to return to that brand restuarant if i get the option

My mom and I have just visited this restaurant, we were greeted by our super smiley waiter Tevin. He made us really welcome. It was my moms first visit to the chain and she was impressed with the food choices, we settled on lasagne and a chicken burger. The food came in good time and was lovely, we even had desserts Recommend to anyone going to the cinema at the Broadway and Tevin will be in our dreams tonight

La comida llegó rápidamente y estaba sabrosa y bien servida. Pudimos compartir un entrante, tener un plato principal cada uno y luego compartimos un pudín (otra cosa que Eve explicó). The server informed what dishes weren’t available! My husband ordered all day breakfast . Informed them no black pudding so they gave him 1 extra mushroom!!! Then realised no bacon. Service poor Children’s dessert of fruit poor quality . Wouldn’t eat here again

Visitamos este restaurante antes y fue genial, así que mi esposa y yo decidimos comer antes de las fotos. Las primeras cosas estaban sucias. Que el camarero trajo vid blanca en lugar de rojo y dos vasos sucios. Está bien, las mezclas suceden, pensamos, pero la barra del bar trajo otra botella que la sujetaba por el cuello y simplemente la arrojó sobre una mesa que ni siquiera se molestó en abrirla y se fue perezosamente. El vino estaba caliente, no la temperatura ambiente, ¡literalmente estaba caliente! ! ! De lo que venía la comida, la masa de pizza era champiñones crudos y quemados (calzone) ¡Yo literalmente quería decir wtf! ! ! Pero decidí no arruinar nuestra cena, así que pagamos y nos fuimos, disfrazando comida y servicios, ¡evítalos! ! !

Justo enfrente de mi gimnasio, la última vez la mezcla fue horrible, la devolví la primera vez que me pidieron el bistec bien hecho. Volví a rosa. Nunca tuve el corazón para enviarlo de nuevo, pensé en probar otra vez si hubiera cargado la hamburguesa de Frankie. Patatas fritas y pan de ajo con ganga a los 13. 99 + (creo que 2. 50 para mejorar las papas fritas) por lo general no puede salir mal con el pan de ajo y las papas fritas en la rama de la puerta del castillo, Broadway Plaza fue horrible tal vez porque fue una hora antes de cerrar. No estoy seguro, realmente es una pena, ya que no hay nada más que comer aparte de Dixie.

We visited on a Friday evening and was served by Eve. She was extremely pleasant, helpful and informative. The food was served quickly and was all tasty. I had the potatoe skins starter and my husband had the crab. I had the beef lasagne and my husband had the double burger. The atmosphere was nice and we really enjoyed our food was delicious. This is our second visit and thanks to Eve we will definitely be back.

When we arrived we were greeted by a really helpful waiter who took our drinks and food orders. That’s where the positives end. We waited an hour for our food. When it arrived it was poor and overlooked. Waited another 20 mins for our dishes to be cleared, and we had to ask for that and for the dessert menus. Then we had to ask for our order to be taken. Desserts were poor and overpriced. Waited 20 mins for the bill again, and in the end we got up to leave and went to the bar to pay our bill. Avoid. It took over 2 hours and a half to be serviced a main and dessert.

Honestly I was super doubtful about coming here having had an awful time last time. But then I met TEVIN. Oh my god. The service, the banter, the entire package. 10/10 would recommend this place. Amazing!! Food was alright too.

Went here for food and drinks before the cinema. Had a spritz gin cocktail, had to use a straw from my friends drink to drink it due to the waitresses fingers being all over the mouth of the glass when she served it! Ordered crab and cod bites, they were very fishy (sign of old fish) a bunrt crust with a mousse mush inside awful. Calamari was clearly not made in house and like rubber. We advised the waitress that we were not happy and ordered some bbq wings as a replacement,another waste of time bland and just not nice. Only thing that was barely edable were the chilli cheese fries (only ate reaĺly because I was hungry). Worst food experience Ive had in a while! Food is poor and very over priced! Waitress told the manager, who didnt even bother to come over and say anything just adjusted the bill. Two drinks, two fries and a calamari came to £27.00!!!!!!!! Its a first and last for me. Establishments like Fumo and Tattu are putting you guys to shame.

Waitress Eve -attentive and with a sense of humour made the evening more entertaining. Good choice to end meal with coffee and small dessert.

Me and my daughter went for a late breakfast and were promptly greeted and shown to our table. Our orders were taken and our food was quickly served! We were very impressed by our server “Tevin” he was extremely friendly, funny and made us feel very welcome. We will be back and definitely recommend to anyone.

Visited mid week after visiting the Odeon Vue which is opposite.Friendly welcome and staff very good.The food was average really which is a shame- It was hot but bland.Cant fault the service but the food could be more appealing.4 stars because of the serving staff.

Went for a visit after a game of bowling. On entering we had the privilege of being welcomed by Sue. Sue was bubbly and very knowledgeable about the offers available. We went for the lunch menu, I had the mushroom brucetta, it was lovely. My wife and nephew had southern fried chicken, nice but too big. Mains mushroom and chicken penne was nice but not enough sauce. The chicken burger was good. The BBQ chicken wrap was ok but sweet potato fries we not nice. Desert brownie amazing. Sorbet ok. Sadly Sue's shift ended before we left. Ebony who took over was very pleasant and looked after us well. Would return with knowledge that some dishes we need to avoid. Thanks Sue for a great welcome and service

We've eaten at Frankie and Benny's a few times over the years and I can't remember a lunch or evening meal that has been good. The breakfast has been fine but on this occasion we went for lunch.Initially we were seated by the door and within about 5 minutes a Childrens party was seated right next to us and conversation was immediately made impossible. Why restaurants charging a minimum of £10 a head doesn't have a separate section for this kind of thing I have no idea. C'mon, you're not charging mcdonalds prices so not good when you're in an adult environment. So we decided to move which was fine, but just an annoyance after you've settled.Our waiter though was very friendly and had a bit of a banter which was fun although struggled to hear some of his jokes as it was so noisy with the kids party in the room, given they were on the opposite side of the room but still noisy. Upon looking at the menu I could see the prices had gone up and the menu had gotten larger. This just indicated typical low quality for high prices, "uh oh" I thought. I ordered a basic pasta dish as it was one of the cheapest things and was not prepared to pay gourmet prices for cheap quality. We waited a reasonable amount of time for our meal, however we turned around and saw some of our dishes on the hot plate for a while. Eventually our food arrived and some of them was of course cold. My meal tasted fine and, as it was pasta, was edible cold so was fine but others weren't so pleased. As we had a booking next door for the crazy golf shortly we decided not to send it back as we couldn't afford the extra wait. Further disappointment, the soft drinks weren't refillable yet they charge you higher than normal refillable prices!Total cost for 4 people came to £47 before tip. One of us only had a starter as a main, we all had one drink each (and one of these drinks was tap water) Very expensive I thinks and although waiter was good would not recommend. You want an Italian meal, try Ask Italian for much better quality for the price

Beautiful food ( I had the steak ) however the thing that made our visit exceptional was the hospitality and service from a blonde waiter called “David “ couldn’t be more polite and was working so hard and still went the extra mile for me and my girls . You are a credit to Frankie and bennys

Visited 23rd Jan around 7pm...To start with everything was fine, I ordered off the new vegan menu and had the garlic bread and my partner had some sort of chicken strip dish. I ordered the BBQ vegan pizza and asked the staff member if I could have a side portion of the vegan mac and no cheese. She confirmed to me that this was not possible but can run it through as a kids portion and problem solved. Double checked with waitress this was the new vegan version and I was reassured that my order would come as the vegan version. Excellent! Really good up until this point, starters came which where nice, a bit of a gap between mains but not generally a problem, looking forward to my main and side.Main food arrived and an ordinary Mac and Cheese arrived at the table. This happens a lot when you order out with any dietary requirement so not completely shocked but made the serving staff aware that this wasn't what I ordered. There was a bit of quibbling at this stage to my surprise, and it was finally accepted that this isn't what I asked for and even double checked with the first member of staff which my partner also confirmed.No apologies at this stage offered but I was met with a sharp and rather unprofessional 'I'm not accusing you of lying I'm just saying that this is normal and that's not what went through'. Really disappointed by this sharpness and attitude, I would of just liked my meal to come as I ordered without having to quarrel about it! She then said that they were not prepared to actually give me the children's portion of mac and no cheese so I was left without a side I was much looking forward to.I had the BBQ pizza which I could of made at home, literally 6 pieces of Fry's chicken strips and HP BBQ sauce as the key ingredients, it was very disappointing. No one asked us at all how our food was and we waited ages for the server to come over with the bill, I believe there was an anticipation to pay via mobile phone which we did not want to do as we were unhappy.When the server finally came over (restaurant was not busy) I realised there was absolutely no point in explaining at this stage our unhappiness as we felt like we were troubling them every time we asked for something, the bill, the card machine. Won't be going back and not just a bad meal but actually put me in a bad mood afterwards and no attempt was made at resolving this. Not an experience I'm willing to pay for again. I don't like to complain but this was so unnecessary and inconsiderate, I feel others have to know not to expect fireworks when visiting this restaurant.

We visited on Sunday and had a lovely experience. The staff were friendly and the food hot and tasty. We didnt wait too long for our food to be served and would definitely come again.

Let me start by saying the three star rating is because of Eve and only EVE!!! Went to F&B on 19th January at 6pm with hubby (date nights are few and far between due to us having a young family). Didn't book a table and when we arrived we were asked to wait at the bar for a 'couple of minutes' while they sorted out a table for us. 20 mins later we were shown to a table. Again we waited without being approached by a waiter so, we stopped the young man who we saw at the front desk but at this point was just walking around counting tables, and he told us someone will be with us shortly. We waited, he continued walking around not doing anything but looking busy! The along comes our angel, Eve. She was courteous and apologised for our wait. As the restaurant was busy we decided to give her our drinks order and meal order at the same time (as we weren't quite sure when we would see her again). My husband ordered the chicken parmigiani (£12.99) and I ordered the Ultimate mixed grill (£19.99). The food came out not too long after we received our drinks but whoever the chef is, needs to be sacked because he most certainly isn't a qualified chef, neither does he know how to cook. My husbands food was two breaded chicken breasts (one breast sliced in two, and thin) with a slice of ham on them (literally a square piece of ham) and some melted cheese on top. It was very reminiscent of a school cookery project gone wrong. The chips were dry and crispy. That was it!! for 12.99!!! Then what was even worse was the mixed grill! £20 for a dry piece of chicken breast flattened to make it look bigger, three chicken niblets (not even the whole wing), a bony piece of ribs with bottled BBQ sauce squirted on it and the 7oz steak.....dear lord the steak (which I asked for it to be done 'medium') was as tough as old boots, dry and flavourless. God bless Eve, I showed her the steak and said it wasn't medium but well-done, she agreed. She quickly took it away and brought back another one. This was even worse than the first one. Obviously the chef doesn't know what 'medium' is. I couldn't be bothered to complain for a second time so just left the steak to one side. The whole frankie and bennys chain is some mass produced restaurant that uses processed, pre-cooked food, that's probably tossed into a microwave or 'finished off' on a grill to make it seem freshly cooked. The pepper sauce that I ordered which was meant to go with the steak, came out as garlic and herb in a small pot, and was this solid cream (which you couldn't pour even if you tried) which was flavourless and just plonked on the side of plate. I have been to weatherspoons, which does cheap pub grub and even they do a better mixed grill than this!. Please whatever you do, DON'T ORDER THIS, if you're thinking you'll get what you paid for, you won't. They present it on a large plate so you think you're getting loads but its all fries. Then came the dessert.....need I go on???. Hubby ordered the brownies and I ordered the chocolate fudge cake. The portions were tiny and the flavour was school meal standard, but at this point we didn't care, we just wanted to leave. The only saving grace to our evening was Eve. She was so lovely and is most certainly an asset to Frankie and Bennys (she should be a manager if she isn't already one). She represented the chain well and didn't try to argue with us over what we weren't satisfied with, she apologised and kept calm even though all hell was breaking lose in the restaurant (with some angry raised voices going on) and the even though the atmospheric noise was unbearable. She was amazing. Now that's the kind of service that turns a disastrous date-night into a passable evening. Note to frankie and benny's: WILL YOU PLEASE TURN THE MUSIC DOWN! I kept having to say 'pardon/ hey????' to my husband because we couldn't hear each other speak. And just because it's one person's birthday doesn't mean the whole restaurant has to stop while you plunge the entire restaurant into darkness whilst turning the music up even louder so that everyone has to stop eating/speaking until Stevie Wonder 'happy birthday to ya' stops. Anyway please commend EVE for her impeccable service.

Despite having booked the table we had to wait 15 miins before being seated. Then a further 50 mins for the food. Food was OK Pizza had meat in centre but not much topping around the edge Portions quite small. Will not be visiting again

Such a disappointing and stressful evening on Saturday 19th January. We'd booked a table but the guy at front of house didn't have a record of it; he had to go out the back and check emails to find the booking. We we seated just after 6pm. We asked a member of staff at 6.20 if we could order. The children's starters came at 6.30pm. The restaurant was unbelievably noisy and our autistic daughter was struggling; we had to go outside for a walk twice to calm her and when inside she had to wear her headphones to cut out some of the noise. We had no prior experience of F&B's but we shall avoid in future if that level of noise is the norm. Whilst waiting for our mains, a customer became angry and started shouting expletives at the staff. This happened next to our table and resulted in security arriving and then 4 police officers. By now pur daughter was very much stressed and on high alert. I had to get up and ask after our mains; eventually they arrived at 7.40pm. The food was good, can't complain there! Next thing, the lights were all switched off and the already blaring music was turned up even louder and a rendition of happy birthday began. Our daughter was now in tears. The surprise element, combined with the lights going off and the music going up, was complete sensory overload. I can only assume that staff have had zero training in additional needs. There was no sign on the door or any information to alert us to this birthday routine. I have since shared my feelings on a local ASD group and many parents commented that their children also hated F&B's for this reason and will not go back there. After our mains we asked for the dessert menu and we asked to order. I then had to chase where they were. Finally they arrived, we asked for the bill and for it to be reduced, they halved it, we paid and escaped. I forgot to mention above that when one of the waiters cleared our plates, another waiter joked to him "they're almost as big as you!" Suffice to say the petite young man did not find this banter amusing. To sum up: a booking system that is not fit for purpose, extremely short-staffed, loud music, non-ASD friendly, long wait times, rude customers. Thank goodness there was nothing wrong with the food! If we ever go back to the Travelodge above F&B's, we shall find somewhere else to eat. Such a shame.

I went here for lunch with a friend as she wanted to try some of the new vegan menu. Rather than having a starter I ordered a chicken wing sharer with a side, as I always have the hot wings in American style restaurants. The choice was this or BBQ. When they arrived (20ish small wings) they were clearly BBQ. Which I don't like and hadn't ordered. There was no sauce on them and no colour other than brown. No heat at all as they were NOT hot wings. I've eaten enough hot wings to know what they're supposed to be like and I've eaten them in this same branch before. I told the waitress (who was lovely) she went over to the kitchens, confirmed that she had ordered the correct ones but there had obviously been a mistake in the kitchen and then came back to tell me that they were just doing them for me and to have some of the BBQ ones in the meantime if I wished. I was happy with this and said not to worry it's fine.Then the manager approached our table and told me that they were hot wings. I stressed that they weren't. He said they're all marinated the same when they come in. I dont quite understand what he wanted me to say to that - if they're the same, why advertise them as two different flavours? I told him I'd had them there before and he asked me how long ago. I found this particularly rude - I know what hot wings are supposed to look like - when Nashville or Louisiana hot wings come they are practically glowing and are very spicy. There was no resolution and I just told him not to bother. I then just drowned them in the hot sauce that was on the table. This is, I suspect, what they usually do when they serve hot wings - even to take the plate away and put sauce on them would have been better than basically accusing me of lying. Bottom line, I didn't get what I ordered and rather than accepting the mistake, the manager was extremely rude. I will definitely not be returning especially with the likes of TGIs and Hickory's managing to provide authentic American style food and in my experience, acceptable customer service.

I visited this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon at 5pm, I had booked and it was fairly busy so I was glad I had! The lady who greeted us and served us for the majority of the visit was just lovely. We had a groupon voucher and she advised that most people share a starter and a dessert, so we did and it was great! We both had an extra drink and a side order so we paid extra but it was still excellent value for money! The food cane quickly and was very nice, the wine was surprising good for a house white! My main reason for the review was to say that the assistant manager was doing a great job, helpful and pleasant throughout, thank you

We went last week whilst visiting the Christmas market. Firstly the waiter mixed up our drinks then forgot to take our order he came back and took our menus away without us ordering still leaving us sat there. I called the duty manager over to put our order in and he apologised for the staff member who had only been there 4 days but still couldn't take an order. The food took way longer than expected to come out, we then had to wait for our kids meal. The chicken wings were burnt the garlic bread was burnt and we got the wrong potato skins sent to us. There was more pepper on the chicken skewers than chicken! Despite this you could clearly see the company had tight labour demands as you would not have had a new guy who can't even take an order, one chef and a duty manager that was run off his feet on their own.There was a few others complaining in the restaurant at the same time too. The manager took the potato skins off our bill we hadn't asked he did this himself which we appreciate so I'm leaving a 2 star instead of a 1.

Went to Frankies and bennies for breakfast for my daughter’s birthday, the pancake and waffles was microwaved, so was very dry and tough the bacon was nice not worth the money.

I was greeted by a man called Wojciech which I had to ask him to spell his name he was absoulety great i have actually just made an account just to write about my visit to know this is on my doorstep i ate at the fort Frankie and Bennys last week and decided to come here i thought all service was would be the same as its a chain this place put the other store to shame the guys are amazing here food tasted better -its just lovely to see guys that have passion on customer service rather than just serving someone Deffo will come back

Partook in the festive menu. Good value and food was quick, hot and delicious. Staff were attentive. Great. Ideal for cinema, bowling or climbing activities nearby. Underground carpark makes this such a hit with us for ease of use.

Had fish...that was a mistake, went to cinema after to have to leave half way through to throw up...spent rest of evening and next day being very ill. I know it was from there as I had not eaten anything all day bar a packet of crisps...So ruined my day, my cinema experience and my whole weekend.Thanks a lot. Won’t ever go back to any of your establishments as clearly your Food health and hygiene is below standard.

We chose to visit Frankie and Benny's as it was directly opposite the rock climbing venue. We were almost an hour early as we managed to get into the rock climbing early. There was no issue moving our original booking.We were greeted by a gentleman whose name I didn't get (but should have). He was super friendly with a great sense of humour! We were taken to our table and introduced to Laura who was to be our waitress. Laura is a real credit to Frankie and Benny's. Polite, friendly, really good with children (our niece said Laura was very nice to her)! The food was hot, tasty and plentiful. No complaints from us. This was our first time at Frankie and Benny's, it will not be the last.

First of all I want to say a big thank you to Laura who waited on our table, she was amazing and made my birthday meal very special. We used a voucher from groupon for our meal and was properly explained the terms and what menu we could order from which saved a lot of confusion. The food was amazing . We throughly enjoyed our evening. Laura was so nice as to get a end of evening photo of us all. Thanks again guys see you soon. Danni

Mi esposo y yo íbamos a ver un concierto. El tráfico fue horrible y llegamos tarde para la reserva. La camarera que nos recibió fue Laura. Ella pudo ver que estábamos conscientes del tiempo y que resolvimos nuestro pedido rápidamente. El restaurante se volvió más ocupado, pero ella estaba constantemente al tanto de nosotros y nos tranquilizó durante toda la visita. El servicio fue estupendo y la comida deliciosa. Sin duda volveré y lo recomendaré a nuestros amigos. Puedo ver todas las quejas en las reseñas y todo lo que puedo decir es que no está destinado a ser un restaurante de comida rápida, por lo que si llega tarde a su película / espectáculo no culpe al personal. Así que hoy, mi amigo y yo visitamos este restaurante después de ir al cine de Odeon. . . ¡Ojalá nunca nos hubiéramos molestado!El camarero que nos atendió fue realmente amable (que es la única parte positiva de nuestra experiencia).Cuando nuestra comida fue entregada a la mesa, la comida de mis amigos (spaghetti carbonara) fue decepcionante. La comida solo cubrió la mitad del tazón (vea la foto) y cuando pague 9. 99 para una comida (que es más que probable que esté en el microondas) es absolutamente patético. Hablamos con la camarera que parecía ajena al hecho de que el tamaño de la porción era claramente del tamaño de un niño y nos preguntó si queríamos pedir "algo extra". . . compró al gerente y le dijimos que queríamos que se comprara más de los spaghetti que carbonara compró (¡lo que cuando salió fue básicamente sobre todo espaguetti y unos pocos pedacitos de tocino y pollo!)Mi bistec mediano estaba bien hecho y no una vez pregunté si mi comida estaba bien. Decidí no hacer un problema ya que sabía bien (¡cuando estaba asfaltado en salsa de pimienta!)El postre fue igual de decepcionante: los melocotones y el helado de crema eran pequeños trozos de melocotón con mucho helado y salsa en el fondo del vaso de helado. Me and my friend came for a breakfast before the cinema. We were looked after by Susan and Pete. They made our stay really pleasant and we would definitely come to this F&Bs again! The food was also amazing. Thanks!

Awful food and terrible staff! We ordered a cheesy garlic bread for starters and it was more grease on it than cheese...we then had now new York chicken and pepperoni pizza. The bacon was black and the chicken was covered in more grease, pizza had no cheese on and hardly cooked.When complained to the server her response was "oh s**t yeah" she offered a new one but by that time we just wanted to leave...Do not go here, worst dinning experience ever!!!

Firstly we were waiting 15 minutes to be seated when there were only five tables in the restaurant in the first place. Then we ordered (what we thought) were standard fizzy-drinks, which also took over 20 minutes to be brought to the table. We waited another 20 minutes for a food order to be taken. The food arrived after 20 minutes (which was good) but the food was poor quality and the double cheese burgers were very greasy causing the bread to be soggy. There was no checkback to ask whether the food was ok either.We then waited a while for our bill to arrive which was incorrect as it had onion rings on it we had these taken off. However on the bill it stated that we ordered large drinks when we did not. When we asked ‘laura’ about this she said she would speak to the manager, after about a minute she was back at our table saying she had ‘spoken to someone’ and that person stated not to take the extra charge for the drinks off the bill. Then she said that she stated when taking our order ‘large tango etc’. Which was incorrect and she was clearly trying to cover her own back. Whilst we were eating our food we heard Laura swearing at another member of staff. When we questioned the bill (with our leftovers still waiting to be taken to the kitchen) Laura changed character and became rather stroppy while slamming the card machine down and storming around the restaurant, we all felt very on edge whilst eating here. This was a first visit for one of the members of our parties and we will certainly NOT be returning again. Rude staff, poor service, poor food, horrible atmosphere. From four very unimpressed customers who have worked in hospitality.

I have been to Frankie & Benny's many times and I have never been overly impressed with the experience; however, when I visited this branch there was a waiter called David, and he did a fantastic job with me and my family; we weren't quick in choosing what to order and we had many question, however he was very patient and over and above to help us out. He was the main reason that made the visit worth while :)

We visited on the 1st of sept on a sat afternoon was served by a lovely young man called Luke he was helpful polite and had a good rapour with the customers,food was great will be visiting again

We love F and B, it's our number 1 restaurant we go as a couple and family, staff in any restaurant are so attentive, Laura at 5 ways was our waitress this time again she is brill. So funny as a person, helpful as a member of staff.food is always gorgeous, service is fast and if like me you can ask for no sauces/butter on side this is always actioned, again at all F and B we have eaten. Def keep up the hard work, this chain has it all and has nailed it on the head for us, no debating where to eat when stuck for dinner ideas. The app is also very good for money off offers.

We attended as a walk in for my daughter's birthday and I just wanted to say that the service was amazing. The two ladies we encountered made her birthday so special and were so attentive and friendly. Just fabulous. So memorable.

Served by David who even though was on his own and rushed off his feet was friendly and chatty. We ordered a couple of drinks then went to the cinema. When we came back after the film he asked us "same again?" and sorted us the right order.Top barman with great customer service. I hope he is valued by the company.

I'm not normally in the habit of reviewing chain restaurants, they normally are what they are and what they are is pretty average, this one, however is a bit different.A drizzly bank holiday sunday and the restaurant was "fairly busy". We were greeted at the door promptly and politely and shown to a table. Being of the "large bone persuasion" the four of us were a little bit shoehorned in so I requested a move and this was absolutely no problem with a couple of options offered. The service just got better and better, the food was hot when it came and the three staff were all lovely, David was our main waiter I think and was attentive without being pushy.The real decider for me though was when a group came in with 2 wheelchair users, I saw him speak directly to all four guests, sort out the best tables for access, move chairs and do it all as if he was expecting them to turn up, friendly and efficient. It's hard, sometimes you can't help but do the old "does he take sugar" but none of that, the interaction was seamless and appropriate.I visit a lot of the chain, I like the food and atmosphere but this is the first time I've been moved to review one in such glowing terms.A remarkable enjoyable visit, thanks guys.

This is a good regular noshing place. It can get very busy. The staff sort out any issues promptly. Nice friendly family atmosphere. Menu provides traditional meals with a good healthy variety- inclusive of superfood enrichment on some choices. The burger baps are seedless. Portion sizes are ample - lighter sized meals too. Grownups and kids desert choices are a real treat. lively cocktails - quite potent.
