Pizza Hut in Birmingham

Came with my best friend, the staff were lovely and friendly, couldn’t help us enough. The buffet option is fantastic, definitely will be returning!!

Tom, Abi, and Sasha were absolutely fantastic. They accommodated our large family of a dozen, making it a very easy and enjoyable experience for us all. They were very attentive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience!

Went to have a lovely birthday meal for our 1 year old and the staff were lovely, they gave our little one some crayons and an activity leaflet to colour in too! Our son also got a brain freeze and screamed the restaurant down, but the staff were lovely and very caring, we are going home with full tummies and a lovely brownie for the little one. Thank you Pizza Hut ❤️

Tom and Abigail were both amazing. They seated and served us extremely quickly and were super friendly, best service we’ve had at any Pizza Hut. They were on top of everything, from seating customers quickly, serving the food, and cleaning in between everything else. Ordered the flatbreads which were great; especially the goat cheese with balsamic sauce. Will definitely be back.

We had the buffet with bottomless drinks and mac & cheese. Food was good. Wish there was more options on the drinks machine (iced tea option would be great for those who don’t like fizzy drinks). We were served by Tom who was very helpful and friendly!

Visited this restaurant with friends for the buffet. Was met with outstanding hospitality and service from Tom and Lisa who went above and beyond to make sure our experience was amazing. Couldn't ask for a better performance from either servers and are an asset to their team !!!

Visited on good Friday with my sister and her kids, excellent customer service! Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Despite it being busy due to the Easter holidays the service was quick!

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and requested no garlic, but unfortunately came out with garlic. I think he was the chef (Lyndon) came out, was very polite and apologised as well as giving me a free pizza without garlic as well as allowing me to keep the one with garlic.

Sasha was a great server, as soon as I asked for help she actually helped me with a smile and made you feel welcome, also came over to help when she saw us not able to do app 5 stars for service from Sasha today thank you for making us welcome

Me and my family had a small get together here. There was hardly any staff, but the staff members who served us were extremely pleasant and helpful, especially the manager Lyndon, he was very attentive when serving us and others, he was understanding and quick when helping us with our food order. Poor selection of pizzas as part of the Buffet option and most were barely warm. Pizzas were not refreshed and long queues. Very expensive for the quality and selection of pizzas. Would not recommend. Friendly staff

Wow!!!! Dropped in today about 2.30 the lad on the door was super helpful l really informative on the menu and how to order with the QR code. We struggled a little to start with but popped over again to make sure we were OK and took his time to explain. Plates and glasses arrived and off we went. The food was super fresh, plates were hot. And the place was really busy but we waited for nothing. Other staff came over and checked on us to make sure all was good. Even the lad that sat us came and checked again!! Every member of staff i spoke to today was very polite and approachable, which in this industry isn't always great. Well done The team at Pizza hut The Bullring. We will be back very soon

Food ok, but weird set up….stood at the entrance for 5 minutes, with no sign of staff member, even though quiet at time of visit? Would have walked away, if not for kids wanting to go in. Service was ok inside, but ordering through QR code is a faff.

Had great time, foods are fresh and lots of selections. My son enjoyed so much specially the ice cream section. The service really good. We were attended by Libbie which was so helpful, she was so patient in helping us with our online transaction. Thank you. Will definitely come again

Went to Pizza Hut and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. I came in with a few people, and from the moment we walked in, this short light-skinned woman (she looked Jamaican) had the worst attitude. No greeting, no smile — just straight-up rudeness. She tried to sit us in this awful spot beside the kitchen. It was noisy, smelled like grease, and honestly just not it. So I asked politely if we could sit by the window (they were vacant) — it was a clear, open window with way better lighting and space. But instead of being helpful, she hit me with attitude and said, “Well this is where I was told to seat you.” Like?? Girl, it’s not that deep — I’m just asking for a different seat. She huffed, rolled her eyes, and walked off like I was ruining her whole day. The vibe after that was mad uncomfortable. She kept glancing at our table, whispering with another staff member, and just being weird. It wasn’t just rude — it was unprofessional and made the whole experience horrible. If I’m spending money here, I don’t expect to be treated like a problem. Don’t bother going unless you like being disrespected for no reason.

Love the place, amazing food. My friends and I accidentally ordered pizza to the wrong place and Tracey(?), Lisa, and Tom dealt with the situation quickly, efficiently and with such kindness and understanding. My daughter, grandson and I visited midweek. Abigail was so friendly and helpful (as were all the staff) she was very informative. Showed us to seats and explained were everything was. She checked on us during our visit, making sure everything was OK for us. The restaurant was clean and tidy. She interacted with my 18 month old grandson each time she passed us. Definitely recommend this place and will be returning. Thank you Abigail and team. :)

Tom the waiter in fairness to him was excellent. Smiled, relaxed attitude mirroring my own demeanour. He just has it. 10/10. The pizza was mediocre which is surprising as other pizza huts I’ve been to were excellent. The cookie dough dessert was nice but a little bit of a small serving. It filled the gap but I’d be reluctant to come here again. Tom could do better elsewhere

Tom and Abi went absolutely above and beyond for us and our 3 month old! We dropped hot baby milk on the table and they were so quick to get tissue and help us clean it up, didn’t make me feel like sh*t about it at all! Their service was incredible, all smiles and all help. Didn’t make us feel like a burden at all! They deserve a pay rise/ promotion!
