Overall good experience in store. Staff were helpful yesterday lunchtime. The selection of salad, pizza, drinks and ice cream toppings were fantastic.

Good services and self serving. Taste the ice cream before you eat it, after it has been washed by auto wash.

Awful experience at this pizza hut to be honest. A rude short lady with braids came to serve us that was very arrogant and angry I don't know why. If she still works there in my opinion no customers will ever want to come and eat again! Eventually, this restaurant will shut down cuz of her mean attitude!

Staff were very nice and professional.

Popped in for something to eat, and I must say we are glad we did. My daughter and I enjoyed the pizza it was very tasty, the sides were yummy too, and the dessert was amazing ( chocolate brownie & ice cream). The servers were polite and very helpful. The salad bar was good and well maintained overall. The pizza arrived fairly quickly and was very hot which was great. Very tasty and a perfect amount of toppings on it.

The lady with the braid working here is such a mean person that I don't recommend it, think carefully about whether you want your children to be exposed to such stress, she counts the number of bites, constantly pays attention, and in the event of a confrontation she turns the situation around. Great respect for the manager who has to endure all complaints And I'm sorry about her. I don't know why she still works there. Be careful with the lady with the braid, I don't recommend contact.

Service was fine but the food was cold. Disappointing, never had this happen at a Pizza Hut before.

Amazing experience in Pizza Hut Birmingham Bullring. Louise the manager was amazing, attentive, great attitude and overall so welcoming. She was incredible kind to my nephew who suffers with special needs which means so much. The food was great value for money with the buffet menu. Really clean environment also and the chef was very nice with one of my family who had a gluten allergy. Nadine was also so lovely. Great staff. Would definitely recommend and return

Love this pizza hut in particular it’s like you go down stairs into a basement y not gloomy but nice and cozy and we say in the corner they have a buffet so just walk up and get pizza when u want or you can order them individually like a full pizza to your table.

Completely disappointed, food quality was very poor . Dessert was burnt pretty much , my order took over approximately 30 plus mintues to arrive . Even than part of the order was missing . Lasagne was very bland , child meal was wrong order seems like we got meat free nuggets. Next time we will choose elsewhere to eat.

Lovely place to go, a lady called Lisa who served us, was brilliant. The way she runs around getting everything done, great with children. Tell she loves the job she does.

Came in for a quick bite with my partner , staff looked absolutely ran off their feet but was very welcoming and helpful . Waited around half an hour for a very greasy pizza . Wouldn’t recommend getting the food for how much it costs . Pizza Hut hire more staff ! Can’t knock the service at all

It was a bit confusing to start with. I took my granddaughter for lunch. Must say pizzas are excellent no question of that. Waitress bit harassed so difficult to get order for glasses ect. Not very non tech savvy

Pizza Hut bullring. Possible food poisoning. Date of visit: 16.2.24 Attended Pizza Hut buffet. Stupid ordering system so much effort! The pizza itself was adequate although garlic bread dried out. The salad however was not monitored (time of arrival 2.45pm) and was looking a bit tired, had lots of other food in it & was overall sloppy looking. I choose what I could of the salad due to how it looked. Finally we went to the ice cream station - it was watery and lacked flavour. Overall, I got sick when I got home! Complete waste of money! Terrible customer service - my 10 year old asked staff for a spoon, waitress couldn’t be bothered to get one!

Ordered takeaway collection. After 50 minutes of waiting the staff told me they forgot my order and will be another 20 minutes. I had to be somewhere so had to leave and lost my money. The staff were using their personal mobile phones whilst on shift and I believe that is the reason they forgot about my order. So unprofessional and rude. Severely disappointed.

Delicious fresh food, but so expensive for what it is

Great Fresh Pizza and Paata on the Buffet. We did wait a while to be seated but the lad seemed to be on his own and apologised for the wait. During our visit there were 2 VERY rude customers in. She put her hand up in the air and shouted oi at the Staff Member. He quite professionally went over and helped her out. She did nothing through her visit but shout the poor Waiter / Host. I did comment to the Staff Member how well he handled it (young guy with Blond hair Nose ring) as told him I would have got the Pasta and poured it over her lap.

Was looking forward to lunching at Pizzahut. Really disappointed the pizza was chewy to eat, difficult to cut.

They've done an ok job, what I mean that they didn't tell me that the pizza buffet isn't a part of the student discount but the manager made my apple juice free as compensation, apart from that mishap, all good, well done.

We arrived at this Pizza Hut after the other one in the Birmingham city centre was closed, and we are so glad we did. We were served by Tracey C and we have never had a kinder, more helpful server before. She is an absolute credit to this restaurant. I would even go to say that she made mine and my Mum's experience here so nice that we would return just because of her. Me and my Mum used the Meerkat Rewards discount here so had a pizza each for £15.99 which was a bargain! The pizza was really hot and we were able to swap some of our toppings which was amazing. The pizzas were very filling, we also had a sale bowl each as well which was nice and fresh and nice to eat before the pizza arriving and alongside it. The restaurant was clean and had a nice view of the Bullring outside the window as well, it wasn't overly noisy like other places within the Bullring so we really liked it here. We also got asked by two other employees if we were Ok and we're enjoying the meal which meant if we had any problems we could always shout up and someone would see to it. Very impressed and so glad we visited here.

Service was quite slow and we had to order ourselves through the app. The glasses for the drinks took a while to come out and the kids ice cream bowl was not brought out. The food was as expected

Had the buffet as was lunch time, good price at £16 each including drinks Was really good to get helpful staff. The downside was screaming children and they were running everywhere and parents did nothing. So low stars for this as staff could have asked the parents to control their children.

It is cashless, you have to order and pay through an app at your table. I hate technology and don't have the up to date stuff to fit in with the latest trend. I use my mobile for calls and texts only, so because of that I couldn't order. I also explained how my bank account had currently been blocked and cancelled due to my account being hacked, and that I had to wait 5 working days, I even showed them the message from my bank as evidence. They shrugged their shoulders, said tough luck it's not my problem, and that I need to catch up with todays times. I stated at least when the systems crash you can still use cash. Don't be bullied into it, stand your ground, don't back down! Cash is king!

Pizza was very nice and staff friendly as far as it goes but... Not only is it cashless, you have to pay and order through their website from your table! As little human interaction as possible :(

Went for food late lunchtime on a Thursday so it was really quiet. I am a coeliac and the staff were very helpful with this. I’ve only known about my allergy for a couple of weeks and so far been disappointed with some of the food I have tried, especially Zizis pizza, so I didn’t have much hope, but my partner wanted to have the pizza buffet so we went for it. I ordered a gluten free pizza for myself and was shocked at how nice it was! Genuinely couldn’t tell the difference from the normal pizzas! I base reviews a lot around how my 7 month old son is treated by staff. I don’t trust people who ignore babies like they’re not there. The staff here said hello to him and smiled which means a lot to a lot of parents. He had some of the salad from the salad bar but mostly his own snacks out of his bag and this was not an issue with the staff. They even filled his bottle with boiling water so we could mix some milk up for him and it was not an issue at all. I’ve seen staff huffing about this before. 10/10 customer service!

We had a great meal at Pizza Hut, amazing service from the manager and one of the waitresses, they were both super friendly! Food was tasty too, although the prices are slightly high for what you get so it’s definitely a treat once in a while. We went late at night and it was quiet but with a good atmosphere! Overall a great experience!

Vegan warning, lacking in options now! Previously one of my favourite places to drop into as we knew it was safe and had a good salad bar. Now their pizzas are dry, flavourless bread disks. I walked away bitterly disappointed by the entire experience for the cost. If you are vegan avoid, they no longer care.

The pizza was cold. Vegan pizza was like a piece of slab, the service was rubbish. The toilets were disgusting. Staff were unfriendly. Asked by thin base but got normal crust.

I really enjoyed my visit to Pizza Hut in Birmingham Bullring. It’s honestly probably been about 13 years since I last ate at a Pizza Hut restaurant, there doesn’t seem to be as many around as there used to be. We opted to avoid the buffet and ordered from the main menu instead. I can’t deny the cheesy bites pepperoni pizza was absolutely amazing, completely different to what you’d get from the takeaway Pizza Huts. Surprised to say it was of the better pizzas I’ve ever had. The salad bar was okay, not as good as the one at the harvester, but still a nice touch. The calm vibe and comfortable seating also made for a pleasant dining experience. The hostess and servers were pleasant, and I see they’ve moved all service to their webapp, which I’m assuming is a move to reduce operational costs. With that in mind, I must admit that the prices are astronomical for what you get. They seem to be operating a model where they almost expect you to have vouchers etc to bring the otherwise astronomical price down to something more reasonable. A sharer pizza (ie for 2 people) was £31.99! I have a blue light card (25% off food) and Pizza Hut gift cards are also currently on sale on Amazon at 20% off, which brought our total meal price (+2 drinks) down to £25.26, which I see as reasonable, but I feel bad for any tourists or people otherwise none-the-wise who are paying the full advertised price. Nevertheless, if you're in the mood for some delicious pizza and don't mind the cost, and/or have vouchers/discounts on hand, it's definitely worth a visit.

Buffet - only very few selections of pizza available for the buffet, not worth it. Had to scan and order at table and pay by card/apple pay, not sure if that was just for that day or everyday.

I ordered a cookie dough from this restaurant last night and it came uncooked and it was half of the portion size which was shocking and disgusting. I called the restaurant once it was delivered and no one answered. Whoever closed last night (15/09/23) was rushing and did not think twice before sending out uncooked food, let alone it was half of the size. Disappointing and never ordering from here again.

Positives - Location, service and friendliness, salad bar, bottomless soft drinks, kids menu, vegetarian and vegan options, busy but not full (4-5pm Thursday), easy to pay, food delivered quickly, cookie dough dessert Areas for improvement (the pizza!)- clearly understaffed, the table (and floor) I was sat could have been cleaned more thoroughly, I spent £27 on a pizza, side, drink and dessert (and unlimited salad) - which is not unreasonable for a sit down meal, but the quality of the pizza does not justify the price. The pizza was slightly undercooked and I can find tastier pizzas with a better consistency/texture of dough at cheap supermarket frozen sections, I had to wait too long for my dessert

The place can get very busy over the weekends, food is good and the prices are great too. Plenty of vegetarian options. Always a fan of the unlimited ice cream.

Haven’t been here for a long time, unlikely to return. Arrived on a Saturday lunchtime at 12 . Server on the door looked like she would rather be anywhere but here. Curtly told no cash payment accepted, that’s fine paying by card anyway, but not really a great start. Sat at a very tightly squeezed in table. Orders no longer taken by a server, all through QR code, fine with me, but there were a number of older diners in there who couldn’t order in this way, staff helped them but were told this was stopping in a few weeks. What a way to alienate an ever dying customer base! Selection pizza looked like a school cafeteria, salad bar was a mess (remember this was right at opening time so a concern). No signs next to any foods, massive issue if we’d had a dietary requirement. Order not delivered correctly. Huge queue for self serve drinks. Used to be good, right down the drain now!

God what AWFUL customer service, the place wasn’t even that busy yet the food TOOK ages to arrive, they took ages to seat us down, not one single member of staff around to help answer any questions and even more hilarious they didn’t even give us any plates I had to ask for cutely and plates what a waste of money!!!! Won’t be returning here again rubbish staff not one single one helped all too busy pretending to be busy in an empty restaurant!

Went for dessert after a long day out with the kids, ordered 2 cookie doughs, which did not arrive, asked after half an hour and was told the kitchen did not put it through? Eventhough I placed the order and paid online. Person serving was very sweet though and offered 2 free desserts to take out. Service is slow, but I really did enjoy my cookie dough as always, when it finally arrived👌🏽😍

Grim. Service was very slow from waiting outside for someone to notice a tiny queue to getting food, salad bar was a mess, missing food orders. To be fair our server was pleasant and smiley and my pizza was nice but OMG I am never going back. It wasn’t cheap and I left feeling depressed at the state of the world today.

Firstly the table we were seated at was filthy. Asked the host who said choose any other table. Fair enough! Then we ordered via the app as that's how they want it done. App is confusing and glitchy, we ordered the big sharer between the three of us (me and my teen kids). The option for pepperphoni was on the app, so we ordered it. The host then came and asked if we'd ordered the pepperphoni, I said yes and she said we don't do that anymore so can you pick a different one? I said veggie hot. She said ok. Half an hour later the food arrives. As we ordered the big sharer the veggie hot should be 13" but instead it was an individual. I told the server this and she said oh that's the wrong size. Eat that one and I'll ask them to make the veggie hot 13". So we eat that small pizza between the three of us. The 13" doesn't arrive and our host is no where to be seen. I call another host and tell her what's happened so she goes to find out and then comes back saying the 13" was not re ordered!?! I say well what do I do as I've paid over £43 for this small pizza and two sides? She calls the manager who comes over and says he will refund £20 to my original payment. I ask for proof and he says he will do it when he's in his office?? It's been 4 days and no refund. I've emailed customer service but feel totally ripped off. Totally farce customer service from host and store manager. Pizza Hut is expensive but employing staff who don't give a damn about their role and customer service is shocking. I am Fuming!

Me and my boyfriend decided to go to this pizza hut on the 24th of July, at around 16:00-17:00. It was awful. The waitress who was serving us, was flirting with my boyfriend and completely ignoring my existence, great start. My side, (cheesy bites) took half an hour to come, this came after my individual pizza. I don’t think that had anything to do with the kitchen staff but more because the waiters just couldn’t be bothered to actually do their job properly. The pizza was disappointing, it was tasteless and the dough was stale and hard to chew. The cheesy bites were awful, literally a plate of grease and the cheese was hard too. No refilling of the salad bar or the ice cream station, almost empty. Asked one of the waitress’ nicely if there was any vinaigrette for my salad and the waitress rolled her eyes and bluntly said no, just for me to find out there was. The host/waiter was rushing us out, rudely asking “you done” and walking off after my boyfriend said no. He continued to stare over us the entire time, this made us extremely uncomfortable throughout. We were there for an hour and a half max, that includes the time it took for our food to come so his eagerness for us to leave made no sense. Over all, staff was not attentive or accommodating, just rude. There was a leak from the roof/light and it wasn’t even raining outside, it was quite funny though as the leak was falling onto a “VIP reserved” table, and the staff didn’t seem bothered by it either as it was just left. The state of the place was unclean and just messy, which makes no sense as its not a very big pizza hut. I seen no tables being cleaned just cleared and one of the members of staff was pretending to sweep. Just avoid, waste of money and time.

It is not cheap and costly with greasy food and no interaction with staff. Have to use an app to order.

Not a great experience, the place seemed very dirty and the dishes were old and dirty also. Flies landing on our food while eating and sticky menus given to us didn’t make a great impression. This was our first time and we definitely won’t be visiting Pizza Hut again.

Tom, joe and hafsa were wonderful! They helped with our orders our service and food were lovely! The main server was a pleasure and was covering the place for today so welldone absolute gem!

Negative/Opportunity - Been to this Pizza Hut multiple times had the buffet for me and the people I was with food was okay pizza didn’t taste that good tbh atmosphere was okay just so busy and full service was okay but the one that got me it was around £110 for 3 people that was a joke the food quality and service and what you get for it wasn’t worth that much felt like we’ve been ripped off being honest felt like it was worth £20 total for 3 people if I’m being honest

Laura ome of the best staff we where looked after by her, very friendly and approachable, she checked if everything was ok and went above and beyond even with us fussy customers.lynddon and laura delivered the best service together really welcomed us. Came down from London to celebrate my nephew’s birthday, and we spent most of the time asking the staff how long our food would be? - we missed our movie booking and had to rebook. Very slow service but Elise always had a smile on her face, very helpful! We wanted to leave but food is paid before hand, manager Andre gave my nephew free ice cream which made him smile. Think they just need more chef’s in the kitchen to help the food come out faster especially on busy days.

We waited for a seat myself and my daughter this lovely man guided us to our seat and said about the qr code which I couldn’t do , he said don’t worry just ask the lady behind us to order for you , so I turned around and said “excuse me can I place an order please “, to which she proper snapped at me and said “ you will have to wait as I’m doing something “ , her tone was absolutely disgraceful, I’d have waited for her if she spoke to me properly and in the right tone , I then said to my daughter I’m not coming here again and walked out .
