Food was filling and the pizza was massive service was helpful and the atmosphere is quiet and calm

Great service and friendly staff. Tom and Abi were particularly hardworking and positive.

Lisa M was a standout member of the team who advised me on the menu etc.

Amazing food here, but even better customer service especially from louise. Nothing was too much for her and made us feel very welcome and at home! Would definitely recommend if louise gets to serve us again :)

Today I came into Pizza Hut with my family. It was such a great experience from the moment I walked in, as I was greeted by smiley faces! They have some great vegetarian options! My food came nice and hot, and the presentation was excellent. I was well looked after right till the end !

The staff were reaply nice and thoughtful making sure we had everything and knew what we needed

Fantastic couldn't have asked for a better service they never had much BBQ pizza so I asked and they made me wat I wanted for the buffet pizza Louise has gone above and beyond for me

Haven't had amazing dining experience like this in years. Louise and her staff went out of their way to make the experience amazing. If we ask for anything they was so happy to help us. They even made us a BBQ base pizza just from us mentioning it's our favourite. This store and the staff are a credit to the company. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

We enjoyed a lovely pizza hut buffet for lunch today, the staff Tom & Tracey were fantastic; friendly & attentive. Brilliant variety of delicious pizzas. Highly recommend to all!

Staff were so polite, especially Tom. Food was lovely and was brought to the table quite quick and was very warm. And prices are quite reasonable. Had a lovely experience, will definitely come again.

Summary: very average experience (that’s being nice as I struggled to eat the main dish- Pizza!) Order: pepperoni/ spicy nduja pizza with handcrafted sourdough base. Fries. Biscoff cheesecake. Don’t often Dine-In at Pizza Hut and unfortunately probably won’t any time in the near future after my experience here. The staff were great no complaints there but the food massively let you down. Ordered the new handcrafted sourdough base, not sure if this was the root of the problems but it was disgusting (I don’t use that word lightly). I usually like thin bases however, a thin base combined with the spicy Nduja/ pepperoni did not pair well, it acted like a napkin to the oil/ grease that came off the pepperoni. The base was see-through due to the absorption of oil/grease meaning there wasn’t really a base at all. It was very difficult to eat, made me feel sick and therefore I didn’t eat much of the pizza. As for the sides I ordered the fries and again did not eat many, they were very soggy and not very appetising. The salad bar also let you down, lettuce was browning and the coleslaw was a funny colour (looked as though it had been there a while). Therefore I did not indulge. Desert was very average, disliked the sweet sauce drizzled all over (might be wise to keep this separate) the ice cream did not taste like much of anything. The biscoff cheesecake tasted cheap and not much like biscoff at all. Overall, a bit of a disappointing experience.

Came on a Sunday for the buffet right at the start of service and thought there might be limited option, but actually loads to chose from, salad was fresh and service was polite and friendly!

Excellent friendly staff and service

After a mix up with the bill on the QR code the manager Louise was really helpful and attentive. The issue was resolved quickly despite the restaurant being at its busiest lunchtime service on a Saturday. The food was fresh and restaurant was clean.

The staff are so friendly and nothing waa too much. They were observant, even when the resturant got busier. Just great. The pizza was cooked amazingly. Would come to this one again

The food was enjoyable, and our server, Tracey, stood out for her excellent service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything wears okay during our meal. She massively helped me out with some vouchers I was trying to use. The buffet is fabulous value for money and tasted amazing for the price. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience, and Tracey’s service added a nice touch.

Service was great! Our waiter Tom was absolutely lovely and made us feel very comfortable. A very warm welcome :) Food was good quality, although the pizzas seemed smaller than we thought we were suprisingly full by the end of our visit thanks to the sides and salad bar.

I had a splendid time EXECPT for this sauce we ordered 2 pizzas,pepperoni and then the chicken fajita both amazing dishes, and for starters we had cheeseballs and bacon as well as halloumi sticks which was only 5 so very small portions and when I went up for garlic dip I was graced With a disastrous very cheesy,fishy,sauce under the assumption of it being garlic dipped but to my dismay i ruined my slice of pizza. And made me appalled. And the cutlery at the start was stained with food marks as well as ice cream bowls at the end having left over dishwasher water/gunk and having crumbs inside the bowl

Rude staff. Not helpful. Visited with family asked a simple question about how long the food would take and staff member just responded by saying you have to wait 20mins and proceeded to ask me if I waited that long. Did not enquire with kitchen and just walked off. Very rude and ruined the whole experience

Went out for lunch with my partner, we had the buffet it was fresh hot and worth the money I can't lie... it was actually Great, staff are lovely. Keep up the good work.

Amazing customer service from Louise she is an absolute gem . she got us seated even with a 15 minute wait she was able to accommodate us in a matter of minutes,The food is hot and ready to tuck into always loving the buffet offer at the minute been twice with already x glad to see there is still some love left in customer service. I hope louise has the opportunity to hear this review as she really is an amazing person :)!!!

Ordered a delivery. The Romana Margherita is very tasty even with it arriving cold. Pollo Milanese chicken is palatable. The lasagne is just appaling, unfortunately. Lacks flavour, hardly any beef and raw tasting tomato at the bottom of the dish. I will keep my custom but I won't be ordering the lasagne, for sure.

We came in on Saturday after going to the Christmas markets. Louise made our day infinitely easier. She found a space for our group of 9 and was an absolutely amazing host, making sure we are alright and comfortable. Very lovely, she made our day.

Was like a cattle market, food all over floor from salad bar, pizzas constantly running out, queues for pizza lunch bar.

Went at an extremely busy time with a big group and Louise made sure we were accommodated for. Service was very speedy and the staff were friendly. Would come here again

Food is good and lots of variety when buying the buffet service. Manager was friendly and welcoming. Other staff there are miserable - I had to remind a member of staff I had ordered a glass and ice cream bowl due to it being over 15 minutes since my order, with her response being an eye-roll and no communication.

When we went to another Pizza Hut Restaurant and found it closed, we were pointed in the direction of this restaurant instead. The staff were friendly, attentive and couldn’t do enough for you. Because of the inconvenience, the staff provided us with 3 free desserts. They went above and beyond to make us happy and it was really appreciated. Thank you Tom, Idris and Tiannah😊

Great food and service, Tim and Sasha were very attentive and pleasant, down side is it all has to be ordered online through QR code which I find takes a lot of time and you can’t use cash! This in turn you will find will mean less people tipping also which I think the staff deserve. Bring cash and a more personal service back.

Half term rush bit we were seated quickly, and came out stuffed after the buffet!

Took my 2 boys for a half term treat. Great value with the kids eat free offer. Food was great, lots of choice at the buffet. Service was really good, everyone very friendly - special mention to Tom who did a great job checking in on us, thank you!

Visiting Birmingham from Dublin, found the service so bad I can't even rate it. After waiting an extremely long time for the food to arrive, it only partially arrived and had to wait till food was almost gone for second side. The plates we were given to eat our food from had dried on food them. The manager asked would we like sauces when delivering pizza but did not show up with sauces till pizza was almost eaten. We asked for our second side which was a dessert but after a half hour wait decided to leave as the manager and staff were too busy chatting to each other as the restaurant was very quiet. I would not recommend this place.

We visited the St Martins / Bull Ring Pizza Hut earlier today and it was a truly lovely dining experience! Having been met by the manager Louise with a great big friendly smile , we were seated quickly and her service, attention to detail and excellent customer care was without fault .........Nothing was too much trouble and despite us having no expectations, Louise made sure we were happy, regularly checking up on us ! In addition this lady was running around tirelessly, seating people , cleaning tables and making sure all her staff were doing ok ,we witnessed several times, her interaction with the staff positively. All the staff were without fault and appeared to be happy in their job ! We both work customer facing so it's important to us that today's experience doesn't go without being recognised Wonderful , positive dining experience and Louise is a fantastic ambassador to your brand ! Please pass on our thanks and if you have a in house reward scheme ,be sure to recognise Louise please!
