Now under new management The Plough has been transformed from its previous self. Neal, the landlord, is doing a superb job. An ever changing selection of three ales plus the usual lagers, ciders and wine. A very friendly atmosphere and defo worth a visit

Creo que este lugar se enorgullece de sus visitantes famosos con fotos adornadas en la pared. Interiores encantadores. Esperó 10 minutos antes de que le dieran un menú de bebidas y luego otros 15 para las bebidas. La comida principal era agradable pero no demasiado caliente. Había que pedir que se sustituyera una bebida. Intenté cobrar £ 25 cargo por servicio que pedimos que se quitara y también las dos botellas de agua cuando solo pidió una. Hicimos comentarios a la camarera que parecía agradable, pero el camarero caballero ni siquiera nos reconoció cuando nos fuimos como tomamos de los cargos de servicio. El lugar estaba ocupado, pero no hay excusa para el mal servicio que recomendaría que es una firma no espero mucho mejor servicio. Mucho mejor italianos en Birmingham no siguen el bombo.

Definitivamente vale la pena comer. Mi comida era fabulosa. Servicio lento, pero tal vez si hubiera pedido a través de la opción en línea, podría no haber pensado eso. A un precio razonable.

They squeezed us 4 in for the Saturday night at short notice, and were great to us. Service impeccable. I was particularly impressed with the allergies knowledge. The food was terrific too.

We came for a pre theatre dinner. It was a good job we came early. We waited half an hour for our starter, which turned out to be two mushrooms! 3 couples who arrived after us had been given their starters before ours arrived. The food was nice enough but the service was poor. There was no apology for the delay. The couple opposite were seated at a table which was only partly cleared from the previous diners until 40 minutes into the meal and another lady had to ask for toilet paper in the toilets. It’s a great location for the theatre, it looks nice and the food is decent. With some staff training it could be a great place.

Tan decepcionante. Fuimos a San Valentín. Reservado con mucha antelación. Llegué a un restaurante muy ocupado . . no tardó mucho en darse cuenta de que había demasiadas reservas y ni de lejos lo suficientemente cerca del personal. 7 en punto reserva y no recibimos nuestra red hasta las 9 . 25 . El personal estaba fuera de sí y lo hizo lo mejor posible dadas las circunstancias, y la comida era deliciosa. En algún momento, el gerente se fue a casa y dejó al personal para tratar con los clientes descontentos. Mal espectáculo del gerente, comportamiento absolutamente impactante en una noche tan ocupada. Bien hecho a chefs y personal por mantener las cosas unidas. ¡Gerente... qué vergüenza!

Fui por Navidad por primera vez y estaré allí el próximo año 100! Increíble comida y servicio justo el mejor momento fue tenido por todos! Me encantó y gracias!

Esto es probablemente lo más lejos que puedes llegar de un restaurante italiano, están vendiendo desayuno inglés y comida italiana mínima. El lugar no está dirigido por italianos y no del personal son italianos por lo que la experiencia es completamente no auténtico de la reclamada “café italiano”

Really enjoyed the food, came so hot and freshly cooked! The burgers were gorgeous and so fresh and the salad was fresh. You could tell they hadn’t been sitting and were made to order. Packaging was spot on, nothing was soggy. Would definitely recommend and we would order again! Really happy!

Perfect service and tasty food as always.

It is a nice place to visit.. with friends and family, I went with my office colleagues and had only drinks.. so I can't comment on food.. enjoyed with my colleagues 😀

RAW Cookie Dough, this is absolutely inexcusable. Wasn’t on my bucket list poop

Food was lovely. However I got home today to a parking ticket. We was shown to our table we had booked. Not once we're we told to put our registration number into machine, otherwise we would of. This has put us of attending again
