The best restaurants serving Italian food in West Midlands

The atmosphere in this restaurant was great. The staff were super friendly and very welcoming. There was no pressure to rush, so we could really enjoy our time there. The Italian food was very nice. The only let down was that the wine machines weren’t working properly so we couldn’t use them. I would definitely go back to visit again in the future.

Very enjoyable. Lovely pizzas and calzone and lovely desserts Efficient friendly staff. Decor very good especially the trees. We will return !

I visited this store today for dessert around 4 pm. First of all, the lady who was working there doesn’t know any customer service at all and she was so uptight. I received no welcoming at all. Secondly, most of the ice cream containers were empty without cleaning and the signs of each taste was dropped into the container and the lady was taking the ice cream in between the signs which is not hygienic at all. And the worst part was the moment that the lady took the peanut butter ice cream and she used the same scoop for another taste without washing the scoop or changing it. She did not ask about any allergies and also did not care about nut allergies and use the separate scoop for each taste. This store truly ruined my day and I don’t know how can I trust any dessert shop anymore.

Fantastic selection of authentic Italian cuisine and beverages. Staff are very friendly and professional and we were very quickly attended to throughout the meal. Could not hear the music as people were so many and quite loud. Parking in close proximity either in the street which is paid or parking lots nearby within walking distance.

Delicious food - server Kayleigh was excellent. Can’t praise enough.

I had lasagna and garlic bread, curly fries and fizzy drinks. It was very tasty and will use again!

Fui a comer una pasta con albóndigas en una salsa de tomate. Tuve que devolverlo. ¡Fue impactante! Sabía como si estuvieran congelados y muy gomosos. ¡Mi cuchillo no pudo atravesar algunos de ellos! Se hizo una segunda ayuda y de nuevo algunos de ellos eran los mismos. La camarera, como había dicho la tarjeta de visita, solo paga por una, lo que significa que ni siquiera me compensarían por esta debacle. Al final me dieron una limonada gratis! ¡Incluso dijo que habían recibido quejas antes! ¿Por qué siguen sirviendo este plato entonces? También el servicio al cliente necesita mejorar drásticamente. Una compensación insignificante y no comprensiva no corta la mostaza. Si los restaurantes de cadena quieren sobrevivir, es necesario valorar a sus clientes y reconocer adecuadamente y aceptar la responsabilidad correctamente cuando ocurren errores. ¡No volveré a visitarte!

De todos los lugares disponibles en Stratford - sobre - Avon para parar para el brunch carluccio's en el paseo marítimo es de lejos el mejor. Los desayunos estaban muy bien presentados y la comida en sí estaba perfectamente cocinada. Nos entregamos a un café con leche encantador y un pedazo de pastel, ambos eran realmente encantadores. Sin duda recomendaría Carluccios por encima de todos los demás restaurantes en Stratford - upon - Avon. Gracias Cipren , el gerente, por cuidarnos excelentemente. Nos vemos pronto.

Excellent service, Bishops was very great

The man who was working yesterday was not actually just sitting there doing nothing and kicked out 11 of us for chips. We were starving and while telling to leave he spat his food on us. Don't recommend

This place has been a favourite for my family and me for years—whether it’s coffee, cakes, lunch, or dinner, it’s always exceptional. A true hidden gem we keep coming back to!

We went craving pasta on a Saturday night so we originally called the Warwick branch but they were full so ended up coming here. Was put on the lower floor which was pretty cold at first but did warm up with the heater. The decor in the basement is pretty depressing and you feel a bit forgotten sometimes. We made the mistake of ordering starters (antipasti) which came and were above average but took a good 15 mins to get cleared and then we were kept a good further 15-20 mins with no food and the kids got pretty antsy. When it came both me and my wife's pasta was over seasoned and difficult to finish (as we had finished all the drinks waiting for the mains and couldn't order another without venturing upstairs to find a server) The kids pasta portions were miniscule - even for my 8yo who is a pretty small eater - although they came with chips for some reason so it helped fill her up. After the mains were done we got bored waiting for the plates to be cleared so we could order dessert so when they finally came down we asked for the bill instead (even though we already had paid for the kids desserts). Bill was £115 for 4 covers and 1 kids meal with no alcohol. I was really disappointed with this meal experience.

Was a little disappointed, being very honest. The food was good but did not hit the heights. Service was okay but not as warm and connecting as I’ve experienced before. Also found the acoustics difficult: it felt noisy.
