In 2019. This was the best pizza in the West Midlands. However once the new ownership came, they brought in cheap ingredients and lost there soul. Absolutely awful oven tasting pizza, the staff have as much personality as my goldfish. Avoid.

I got the wrong order . I asked for a Bacon chicken and mussrooms 11 slices but instead I got peperoni and olives 8 slices . I am very dissapointed în this order.

A usually flawless restaurant fallen short this evening, unreasonably long time to deliver, tepid and underwhelming quality, especially the burger which cost more than the pizza but looked like tiny roadkill. Very disappointed with a personal favourite. Only as good as the last performance tho!

I was a regular customer. Today was my birthday and I ordered , and the pizza had a very bad taste. I called them and they heep saying everything is fresh and that I should call tomorrow, because the manager is not there. Trust me, there was something in that pizza that was definitely not fresh.Thank you for nothing. I will never order again.

Orders a chicken wrap I never got a knock on the door I rang them and he said it’s been delivered when it hadn’t been and then the rude man said contact Uber eats but the food gets delivered by the store staff as said on Uber eats then he ended the phone on me and they didn’t answer me again I rang them 11 times

Southern wedges fine Pizza fine Lasagne was full of gristle and fat with every bite.

Pizza Was delivered on time , however the pizza taste and quality wasnt great at all :0 , not enough cheese on pizza , thin base , wasnt tasty at all , also garlic bread pizza not enough cheese and fries that came with it was a very small like a kids size portion. Will go back to my regular pizza place to order pizza . 1/10 from me , Tuscany Pizza it was a let down sorry.

Love this place, its a staple takeout choice for us. Unfortunately some of our order was missing tonight - called the resturant and they got is sorted ASAP and we had the missing items piping hot in record time. A* service and as always, brilliant food and a very full, happy household. 👏

Not a great fan of pizza, but treating a friend to a late supper gave Tuscany a try. It was so easy to order, the man taking the call was so helpful, checked with someone when he didn't know. Forget the usually predictable menus, Tuscany had a couple of surprises; Hungarian was a little unbelievable but turned out unbelievably delicious. My vegan friend chose Indian blaze & added masala fries, another new one for us both. Delivery was prompt, courteous &still hot. Every mouthful was a joy. I Certainly will order from them again there's another interesting one I want to try.

thin crust came crispy and between 2-3nmm thin?!?! It was like a round toast with Ingrid on top. I will never come back to this place.

We’ve used Tuscany for years but hadn’t ordered for a while, so decided on a pizza tonight from them. Unfortunately even through its only 5 minutes away it arrived freezing cold, really disappointing especially as it cost nearly £30

Hello, I often order pizza from you. and it was always very good and rich in ingredients, but this time I was disappointed in the Tuscany special pizza, the pizza was poor in ingredients. that were given in the description. there was no chicken, Oliveek, little pepperoni, it is no longer what it used to be.

Great food but be aware they won't deliver to your door, only to the road. Gutting as I've enjoyed their food for a while now. Wasn't aware this was their new policy.

Such a shame. The food is lovely and spoke highly about it. But after a cinema trip with the family. Wanted to show them how nice this place is. But after eating nothing all day. After calling a few times with no answer. Turned up at the shop instead to find out it had closed, from my guess at least an hour early. Very disappointed and had very hungry family members. Finally got through to someone who let me know, yes they closed early. Not great customer care. Had to go dominos instead. Which were open as stated and pizza was lovely. Put a smile back on my family's faces.

Well! Two orders in and they improved on the fantastic first job by being even quicker, a rare thing indeed. This place is such a find, great food, extremely fast service and unusually high quality produce. The lack of current offer meant the cost was a bit higher but it's still worth it. Fresh burger patties, real milkshakes, plentiful pizza toppings and a meat tray with crispy food and a dry box. Absolutely recommended, thank you!

Perfect tasty food as always however I think I got given the thin pizza by accident whereas I prefer deep pan. No complaints though as the food was great thank you.

I have been ordering the 20' pizza for a while now, it never dissapoints. Love the thin base, always fresh and tasty and its plenty for the whole family. If you like a good pizza with a thin crust, this is the place.

I'm not easily impressed, but I'm impressed. As its only the first order I'll not throw a parade just yet but what a first order, absolute gem. I was expecting a standard burger and pizza style delivery, but was surprised to get really well prepared restaurant level food, fresh ingredients, very tasty food. Even the fries were crispy and plentiful. Each component was above what I expected. Price was much the same as everywhere else but I didn't feel like I overpaid. Will definitely be getting more to see if it was a fluke! Thank you.

Love tuscany pizzas always deliver early very happy with my order.

We order the same pizza 2/3 times a month and usually it is excellent. Tonight the pizza was very very disappointing it left a greasy after taste in the mouth and it was very overcooked to the point that some areas tasted burnt and the whole pizza was ver crispy. We had to throw it out and ending having to cook something. Tonight I would score the pizza a big fat zero.

The Pizza with the garlic base had an odd taste to it

Lasagne was freezing cold and the Greek salad wasn’t a Greek salad it was lettuce, red onion, olives and paneer. Awful won’t be using them again and definitely wouldn’t recommend to others.

Food Arrived 1 hour later than the time given The pepperoni was really hard and dry, the pizza smelt really bad. I called and they offered to give me a donut to compensate! never again!!

Driver was very rude, refused to come up 2 floors in my block of flats. I went down to get my food, told him I wasn't happy and his reply was, don't order from us again then. Also no coke, sent Pepsi.

I usually rate Tuscany but the pizza I ordered today was disappointing, there was barley any base sauce on it so it was basically just bread and cheese👎🏼

My food was suppose to come by 7:50 latest it’s now 8:50 and it’s only just got here. The restaurant failed to answer any of my calls so was I was left unsure as to whether or not I was even going to get my food. Now it’s here it’s very cold and it isn’t even cut up had to cut it ourselves and warm it up in the oven. I hope this issue can be resolved because I know just eat is a lot better and I hope this isn’t something that is reoccurring.

Best pizza in town! I love a thin and crispy pizza and every time i order from here it's great. We order the 20' andits enough for 3 adults and a chils, great value and great taste. Highly recommend them

Whenever we have pizza we have always ordered the Tuscany special as it has always been 10/10. Past couple of times was like receiving a different pizza from a different place. I asked restaurant today to make the original. Todays pizza was the worst they ve ever given and we were all fasting (!) has ownership changed in pst year does anyone know? I won’t be ordering again, which is such a shame because their pizzas were better than the rest. Not any more

I don’t know what happened to Tuscany but it’s not the same. The pizza was awful nothing like it used to be.

I love how considerate the restaurant are of fast breaking times. They make the effort to deliver within that time frame, even if I order less than 30 minutes before the fast breaks.

Always fresh, hot and delicious. Order from them for years now. Delivery usually comes earlier as well. Easy recommendation.
