Top 1 Pizza in Coventry

I ordered my diner but never came rang up and they said driver had came out but no answer .no one rang my intercome or knocked my door .I was then told rudely to come get my order . I have explained to your drivers that the door to my appointment is not on the road side but in car park multiple times !!

Food is good, delivery driver came with massive attitude because HE didnt have 40p change, told me to sort my life out :D

Been waiting over two hours for one medium cheese and tomato pizza and three bottles of coke still not arrived so can’t judge quality

Food was lovely mixed wrap was spot ok and pizza was great

Pizza arrived upside down which I questioned the driver. He stated the shop provided the wrong bag. I advised I want to check first before accepting and as thought both pizzas squashed and stuck to the whole box. We rejected the order. Phoned the store they blamed the driver and the driver blamed the shop. Second time this place has messed the order and now had enough! Lost a customer!

He made me walk halfway across the hospital car park and now there wrecked cus they are soaked with rain and mud

very nice burger hot and a fresh salad nice hot crispy fries all the meal was fresh.

I was charged full price for both pizzas when it states buy one get one free...£13 for a 12 inch cheese and tomato and £17 for whatever the other one was...can't remember also a 12 inch. So for those 2 and a £1.50 portion of fries I was charged £36...

Food was very overcooked but almost cold when delivered. Very greasy!

The place inside looks really bad, but I give them a chance and order some food today Very not fresh. I would recommend this place for no one who wants to eat something nice and fresh

Just eat driver went to an address 20 mins away lied and kept saying he was outside, food was cold, called the store who were incoherent and lying and then put the phone down, shocking way to run a business, some manners and business acumen is needed for sure, store manager wasn’t listening or making any sense what so ever, shocking people run businesses like this in 2024

Ordered deep pan, was given thin crust pizza thin as a flatbread. When rang the shop very rude, constantly hanging up. Delivery driver came to the house laughing in our face all adamant that the pizza is deep pan. Terrible service would not order again!

Food was late and freezing because the driver went to the wrong address and failed to call my number. Phoned the restaurant and was greeted with a rude reply when I told them my food was late.

Food was delivered earlier than expected. Was nice and hot when I received it. Would definitely order from here again.

Pizza is good depending how you order it but i went and there was cockroaches everywhere this is the first time in my life ive ever seen a roach in england let alone in the pizza place ive ordered from many times no thank you and also there is a random punch machine where random people come and are really loud and just punch so loudly and its so annoying

Only 15mins late after planned time!!!! But delivery called as he could not find the house. I went outside and called him to find out he was at the wrong address completely. So delivered 15mins after the call so pizza was cold!!!!

1st time ordering from here. 1 Item was missing. The delivery driver said he would come back with it but an hour later hes a No show. Food was nice. Only gave 4 stars for missing item.

Walked in and seen a cockroach walking at the front next to the chicken wings! Walked straight back out! Absolutely vile

Pizza came all mashed up in the box and tasted salty

the pizzas hardly had any ingredients on it ,I always order from you and food is excellent,but the pizzas today were not , hardly any cheese on them,

cheese burgers are really nice good quality meat and cheese also kebabs are lovely recommend this place been a customer for a while now and never had a problem thank you ❤️

Honestly the worst pizza I have ever had (magherita and double pepperoni). Burnt hard cheese, plastic feeling on the ingredients - wow how they sell this as pizza! Also it was meant to have double pepperoni but they only put one on each slice. Absoloutely shocking

Driver insisted I hadn’t paid for the order even though I paid on Apple Pay and upon calling his boss I received rudeness and still claimed it was unpaid till I was able to show them on my phone after it was charged . They tried to take the food and not complete the order.

When I first received my food, there was a slightly problem with the food we had I called straight away and within 30 minutes I had a replacement product, highly recommend this place, food is always piping hot when arrives too

Awful person serving in there tonight a young boy with a big head on his shoulders, I was very polite and asked if I could have some food and could he phone for a taxi for me. He just walked away., wouldn’t come back I asked him not to be so rude. Disgusting some of the kids who serve in these places have no communication skills shame has I use this place often not anymore this place has gone down hill and lost a valid customer. Well at least jade garden have better customer service

Ive always had a great experience with Top 1 Pizza. Food is delicious, arrives hot- always perfect, great quality and exactly what I ordered. Their food is top standard. The people who deliver always come up to the flat too, to my font door as expected, which not all delivery people do. Nice man who delivered, and was kind and careful that I was able to mange my 2 boxes of pizza, which I received even though I only ordered one, as there must have been a deal on. Thanks Top 1 Pizza!

Where is my food?!!!?!!! Been waiting more than one hour for my food since ordered. The preparation of two kebabs takes 10 minutes!!! It is 11:10pm now and I am sleepy AND Hungry !!! It is my bed time rn!!! Waste of time. I am nor sure about food rating as I am still waiting ;) so one star as well. AVOID.
