Demi was wonderful and a joy to be served by. Lovely conversation and attentive to our needs. Demi comes across as confident and really comes across as she enjoys her role. Will absolutely come back!

I was well looked after by Luigi and Meri, they were both welcoming, friendly and provided great service! The gluten free range is absolutely fantastic - delicious and always up to scratch! I often dine alone in this restaurant because I always feel looked after and comfortable - the staff are friendly and will always have a chat if you need it!

Food was really good, service (from Amelia) was friendly and efficient. One of our party was in a wheelchair and this was well handled too.

We visited Zizzi Coventry, cozy and fun, We dined with delight, our afternoon begun. With Arianna’s service—second to none, Attentive and kind, with a warm little smile, She helped with my allergies—went that extra mile. The mains soon arrived, quite the classy affair, Sea Bass for one, Chicken Milanese with flair. With Garlic Bread dancing its buttery tune, We ate like small royals beneath the half moon. For pudding, a Sundae all chocolate and cheer, And Honey Cheesecake that drew us near. Though portions were modest and prices not light, For a franchise like this, that felt about right. It all came quite promptly, not rushed, not too slow, A lovely wee dinner with a gentle warm glow. So thanks to the team—and Arianna, our star, Who made sure the day shone just as it ought to by far.

I had a lovely meal at Zizzi’s - the wait times were very quick, and the staff were lovely - Meri and Amelia were very sweet, and provided amazing and attentive service. I will definitely be back again! :)

Most of the food are good. Personally, i like their Meat Sofia pizza and Calamari(Crispy squid). They taste so well! I normally order a 3course combo, with a decent price. Btw, they service are great.

The food was absolutely delicious but our favourite part of the visit was being served by Daniil, he was such an attentive and friendly server, he engaged with our toddler and laughed and joked with us whilst grating parmesan on the sons pizza which made him giggle We will definitely be visiting again soon

Five-Star Experience at Zizzi – Thanks to Luigi! I recently had a wonderful dining experience at Zizzi, made truly exceptional by the outstanding service we received from Luigi. From the moment we arrived, Luigi made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of. His attentive, professional, and genuinely warm attitude made all the difference to our evening. Luigi struck the perfect balance between being friendly and efficient, always checking in at just the right moments without ever being intrusive. He made thoughtful recommendations, ensured everything was just right throughout the meal, and anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. His attention to detail and clear passion for excellent service made us feel genuinely special, turning a simple meal into a memorable occasion. On top of the excellent service, the food was delicious — beautifully prepared and full of flavour. But it was Luigi's outstanding care that truly elevated the experience for us. A huge thank you to Luigi and the team at Zizzi. We’ll definitely be back soon — and will be asking for Luigi again!

Just had the best Gluten Free pizza and it was the same size as the main menu! 🤗 I was on my own on this occasion and I was very well looked after by Amelia and Luka, Highly recommend 👍

Dropped in on the bank holiday weekend and wasn't expecting to be seated but was found a table quickly! The food options had been updated and were all interesting and catered to lots of tastes. I had the garlic bombe (a fantastic value starter), a meat pizza, and the classic baked lemon & blackcurrant cheesecake (must have dessert, even more so than tiramisu) The service was an absolute treat and Luigi and Luka were fantastic attendants for my partner and I. I can ensure you a great meal and experience with either of these wonderful people but the whole staff was very quick and friendly too :)

Easily one of the worst meals I've ever had. The price is more expensive than London and serval other major European cities...which makes you think how can they charge these prices in Coventry. THE worst calzone I've ever had. Genuinely shocked how zizi has stayed in business. Avoid!

Zizzi is one of my favorite restaurants in Coventry! The food is always fresh, delicious, and served piping hot. Today’s experience was extra special thanks to our server Amelia, who was incredibly attentive and kind. Her thoughtful service made our meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for a cozy and satisfying dining experience!

Terrible as they advertise as being open with bookable tables until 11pm on a Saturday and then call to tell you there is no food after 10pm so not to bother turning up. Shocking!

Nice surprise! Went with my friends for a girls night... the food was good, the atmosphere is nice and good service. They do a 3 course meal for 26.50£ ,offering a good choice of dishes. Good value for the money

Today, I had the pleasure of dining at Zizzi. I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Amelia and Luka, both of whom were incredibly kind and attentive. The food was equally outstanding, earning a well-deserved five-star rating. I will certainly be returning in the future.

Every time I go to this specific Zizzi the service just gets better and better. Food amazing as usual, service and atmosphere was great as always thanks to Luka and Luigi once again. I definitely will be returning soon and will be recommending to friends and family. They’re very good at recommending products and were able to be extremely attentive and friendly despite the restaurant being busy and they did it all with smiles!!! If you’re ever in the Coventry area do consider visiting as this is a top 3 restaurant for me and I only eat at the best establishments. Thank you Luka and Luigi you’re both a real credit to the service industry!

Loyal customer here, used to come here quite frequently. When it came to choosing a place to go out for lunch or dinner, 95% of the times we would pick Zizzi. You let us down with a 1 star hygiene rating. Why was it necessary to get to such low point than actually concentrating on hygiene standards at ALL times? Clearly that wasn’t your main focus and didn’t care about the customers or their wellbeing at all. Shame.

Came in here lunch time yesterday with my family. We were served by Luigi who was great with the kids. Great food and didn’t wait long for it either. Will be back!!!
