I was in with my son (my names Donna I don’t know why it’s coming up as my dad’s!) Amelia was brilliant with my son which made the day even better. She was very helpful with my food intolerances too. She couldn’t have been better thank you. Also the food was 10/10.

Nice surprise! Went with my friends for a girls night... the food was good, the atmosphere is nice and good service. They do a 3 course meal for 26.50£ ,offering a good choice of dishes. Good value for the money

Today, I had the pleasure of dining at Zizzi. I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Amelia and Luka, both of whom were incredibly kind and attentive. The food was equally outstanding, earning a well-deserved five-star rating. I will certainly be returning in the future.

Every time I go to this specific Zizzi the service just gets better and better. Food amazing as usual, service and atmosphere was great as always thanks to Luka and Luigi once again. I definitely will be returning soon and will be recommending to friends and family. They’re very good at recommending products and were able to be extremely attentive and friendly despite the restaurant being busy and they did it all with smiles!!! If you’re ever in the Coventry area do consider visiting as this is a top 3 restaurant for me and I only eat at the best establishments. Thank you Luka and Luigi you’re both a real credit to the service industry!

Loyal customer here, used to come here quite frequently. When it came to choosing a place to go out for lunch or dinner, 95% of the times we would pick Zizzi. You let us down with a 1 star hygiene rating. Why was it necessary to get to such low point than actually concentrating on hygiene standards at ALL times? Clearly that wasn’t your main focus and didn’t care about the customers or their wellbeing at all. Shame.

Staff was amazing, very attentive and helpful (special shoutout to Luka and Luigi). Food arrived quick and tasted delectable, would definitely recommend to friends and family as the meal was definitely worth our money and time!!

Came in here lunch time yesterday with my family. We were served by Luigi who was great with the kids. Great food and didn’t wait long for it either. Will be back!!!

What a complete waste of time! Travelled from Stoke-on-Trent for a "romantic" get away. Made sure we had a booking for food on valentines night and not have to wander around a place we don't know. Arrived at 8.20 for our 8.30 booking...quite a queue. Looked manic. Guy on front of house told us..in an unfriendly manner that they hadn't even sat the 8.15 people yet! No apology. I understand it's valentines and it's a busy night, but that's poor organisation. We're sat in a very nice, calm Indian restaurant now.

One of the few good spots left in Coventry, going somewhere with a baby has its own challenges, so very happy to be able to eat in a clean restaurant which is also baby & child friendly.

staff friendly and tables were clean, but why do you have a Food Hygiene Rating of "1 – major improvement is necessary" at this store, isn't that really bad?

Had a lovely evening at zizzi.we were served by a lady called Trisha and she was really friendly and helpful. She greeted us with a smile and her service was amazing. We would definitely come again to Zizzi coventry! ❤️

Food was good, the fonduta was only like warm even though it came out with a too hot to handle stocker, the rest of the food was fantastic as always. However the standout for our whole visit was our server Daphnee, she was very friendly, efficient, let me try one of the wines and was not phased by any request from us or guests around us.

Everything was delicious. My boyfriend and I left just after closing time which we are sorry about but the staff were just as friendly. We recommend the six layer lasagna.

Disfrutamos de nuestro almuerzo aquí y en general fue muy agradable. La comida era muy buena. El personal de espera era amable, pero parecía un poco lento en la aceptación. Servir un Peroni sin gluten en lugar de la bebida sin alcohol fue uno de los ejemplos de errores básicos. Rápidamente arreglado.

The waitress Daphnee and other serving staff were lovely and helpful. The only complaint I have is that several of the Christmas menu items were not available. They didn’t have fresh pasta and the Large chocolate profiterole was off the menu. Don’t understand how the restaurant had not been supplied with enough for the Xmas period.

I came in alone to treat myself to one of my favourite restaurants. I was warmly welcomed and seated by Giri who allowed me to choose my seat (i prefer sitting out of the way). He continued to ensure my experience was lovely, checking in to make sure my meal was okay and letting me know my dessert was ready when I was outside. All of the staff made sure I had everything I needed and the food was delicious as per. Thank you!

The service and quality of food at Zizzis was exceptional. I attended zizzis for a works Christmas lunch. The customer service provided by Amelia, Meri and Daphnee was of exceptional standard. staff were professional and friendly catering to each of our needs. The food was served to us promptly from our orders being taken and was hot and delicious. This is a top class restaurant with efficient service. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine.
