The best restaurants serving Italian food in West Midlands

Brilliant evening with friends and Derek was an absolute star! We were seated immediately on our arrival and our drinks order was taken quickly and arrived quickly. The food came at a suitable speed and everything we had was excellent. However the best part of the evening was Derek who looked after us brilliantly. So we will definitely go back! Thank you Derek.

Second time visiting here food & service was exceptional and only 5 mins from our house . I would highly recommend here and I look forward to returning so good to have a lovely Italian restaurant locally just what we need

Stupid cups! Filled to the brim making it impossible to get to the nearest table without spilling into the saucer, then the cup handle is to small to insert my finger so having to pinch between thumb and index finger whilst using other hand to stop the cup emptying into my lap! Whilst I am writing this review a member of staff is dusting the lamp shades over the danish pastry’s on the counter that are not covered! Won’t visit Neros again 😡

Pedí papas fritas en 3 ocasiones diferentes pensando que cambiarían pero estaban empapadas y sabía puro de aceite. Mis compañeros y yo nos enfermamos literalmente. Ya sea su aceite no están cambiando o poniendo las papas fritas en aceite frío. Parecía que me estaba comiendo el aceite y luego patatas fritas. ¡3 oportunidades que di nunca más ordenando! Cuando les dije que culpaban al fabricante

Pedí un croissant relleno de mozzarella y tomate , el croissant estaba sobre cocinado con 2 trozos de tomate duro frío y apenas una pizca de mozzarella; por el precio del mismo 4 . 99 fue impactante, así que sugiero que su gerente / chef revise esta mala elección de relleno y ofrezca mejores ingredientes sustanciales para este plato

Pedí una Marinara (pizza con solo tomate) ya que tengo alergia a los lácteos. Me enviaron una margarita que estaba etiquetada como Marinara en la caja. Llamé al restaurante y acordaron enviar una pizza nueva en 45 minutos. Los llamé después de 1 hora y 20 minutos de espera y no hubo respuesta y fue directo al contestador automático. Muy decepcionado, he estado yendo aquí con mi familia desde la apertura! ¡Ahora se va hambriento como en todas partes!

Normally nice atmosphere in the day. Evening lights too bright and a little sterile. Staff pleasant and friendly. Enjoyed

Llegamos a Trentina antes de Navidad después de pasar un día en Birmingham. Originalmente habíamos reservado para más tarde en la tarde, pero terminamos lo que estábamos haciendo antes de lo previsto y el personal era muy amable y nos encontró una mesa incluso cuando llegamos antes. La comida fue increíble, tuvimos un trío de entrantes e incluso tuvimos una segunda porción de la focaccia, ya que era tan bueno. Los platos principales también eran deliciosos y la pasta estaba bien cocinada - tenía cola de buey y pasta de médula ósea que tiene sabores ricos encantadores. Solo pudimos manejar un poco de helado para el desierto, pero por suerte seguimos los consejos del personal con el sabor y fue fantástico (marsala all'uovo cremovo). Buena selección de bebidas también. Espero volver pronto!

Our local Chinese was closed so I decided to try a local pizza .we had an Hawaiian and a veggie .the base was uncooked there was virtually no pineapple but when it can to the ham it was cut into the smallest squares you could get …will I return never should have gone across the road to papa John …

These guys are scamming vulnerable people. taking deposits for weddings with no intention of providing any services, only to then go on to liquidate their businesses. Beware people. There is an ever-growing presence on social media regarding these issues.

Buen helado para restaurantes, sin embargo la tarta de mango era mejor antes de cambiar la receta. El bombé de coco y el pudín de chocolate son buenos.

We stumbled across this cafe by chance and are so glad we did! It’s a brilliant place to stop for coffee when you’ve been running errands in town and your little one needs to be released from the pushchair and to let off some steam. Really friendly staff, lovely atmosphere and nice child friendly decor. Lots for kids to look at / play with. There are a few things that would’ve made the experience better which we wanted to share (as constructive criticism!) because overall we really like the place and we’d love to see it thrive 😊 - there is only one toilet / baby changing facility so there was a constant queue when we were there. Once inside, it was a lovely space though! Maybe you could put multiple change tables in there so its a communal change space? - the coffee was delicious! - we ordered a cheese sandwich for our 2 year old. It came quickly (plus point!) but was very basic and not really worth the price tag in our opinion. - we saw a fruit platter being served to another table which looked nice We will definitely be back, but as it stands we would make a point of using the change facilities in the Priors first and wouldn’t plan to feed the kids. Came in here for a meal and drinks and moored our boat outside the pub. The staff and landlady were very friendly, food was reasonably priced as were the drinks. The meals were excellent and we didn't have to wait long for them either. Nice atmosphere and we will definitely be back.

If you’re eating at Zizzi’s and Chloe’s in the kitchen, you’re in for a treat! Everything she makes is next-level tasty — like, “how is this so good?!” levels of amazing. You can taste the love (and a little bit of magic) in every bite. Honestly, Chloe deserves a standing ovation… or at least a very loud round of applause. Can’t wait to come back for more!
