Caffe Nero in Warwick

Stupid cups! Filled to the brim making it impossible to get to the nearest table without spilling into the saucer, then the cup handle is to small to insert my finger so having to pinch between thumb and index finger whilst using other hand to stop the cup emptying into my lap! Whilst I am writing this review a member of staff is dusting the lamp shades over the danish pastry’s on the counter that are not covered! Won’t visit Neros again 😡

Tried to use the app to get a special offer and couldn't make it work. The lovely barista tried also to make it work and spent a long time trying to help. In the end she honoured the offer and we had two great fro yos. In my opinion the app is very difficult to use with little instructions.

I use this cafe regularly. The tea and coffee are always good and it’s a chain so you know what you are going to get. However, the place is filthy and badly in need of refurbishment. Sat opposite the tiny space for dishwashing and it was absolutely full of rubbish bags. Must have been a dozen just piled up. Behind the counter where people are served they had a tray of clean crockery sitting on top of a full, dirty bin. The counter itself was dusty, full of crumbs and splashes. After using the pin pad I had to immediately clean my hands as it was sticky and dirty. Seating is worn, there are small tears in some of it and crumbs and general filth in the seams. It has started to give me the feeling that it is neglected, underfunded and in urgent need of a deep clean and a refurbishment.

The staff are really friendly and helpful and always have a smile on their faces. The caffe area is kept clean tidy. The overall ambience of the caffe is warm and welcoming.

Staff are ALWAYS friendly (even on the O2 days when it gets extremely busy!) and the coffee is consistently piping hot and perfectly made. Love this place for reliable coffee & friendly service!! Slight niggle being the tables are rarely cleared in busier times. I firmly believe this is due to being understaffed and not the fault of the staff that are there. :)

Out with family on a lazy Sunday we popped in for a coffee and a rest, the service was quick and friendly and the seating very sumptuous and comfortable. The hot chocolate with cream and marsh mallows was devine.

For a chain the coffee was good, the service pretty good (although with only one member of staff on fairly slow) but the views from upstairs which is light and airy with plenty of room are great. Toilets clean.

Frankly the best cup of coffee on the highstreet, in my opinion beating out boutique shops and other brands alike. Staff are always polite, friendly and helpful. Great selection of drinks and food. Atmosphere is good for a relaxing drink or doing a bit of work with their free wifi .

Ahead of a photo-shoot in Leamington Spa, I called in for coffee and a pastry. Not much to report, other than the pastry was fresh and the coffee was excellent. Caffe Nero is my preferred coffee chain of choice, which still feels more authentic than some of the others.

Walked in to this place on the parade for the first time in ages today and almost instantly regretted it . The woman that served me took 2 orders at the same time from me and the person behind me and then proceeded serve him first even though I was first in the queue !! I even had to point out what she did was rude to her and 0 apology offered, just a smirk. Well done , super effort for making a customer feel small ! I'll be sure to pay a visit to the millions of other coffee shops Leamington has within about 2 metres of Nero where people have common courtesy.

The best coffee and snacks in Sutton Coldfield. Service is good. Background noise can be a bit loud at times but otherwise the best cafe in Sutton for sure. Fully recommend.

Nero coffee is always fantastic in my opinion and we love the comfy chairs at this Leamington Spa shop. The toilets are to be avoided like the plague however; there being 1 for all and a distinct lack of maintenance throughout the day.
