Food was lovely and Kora was an amazing host!

It was busy and they were under-staffed, so service was slower than we’d like, but this was more than made up for by Kora and her team, who were fast, efficient, attentive and indestructibly cheerful! The food was also amazing! Kora and her team turned our ‘ let’s just leave’ into ‘ we must come again’ - an absolute credit. Thank you.

We had a lovely evening, food was tasty and well presented, our waitress Kora was fantastic, she was very attentive and friendly.

The Rustica pizzas are known for their thin, crispy bases and generous toppings, Some diners have found the pizzas to be overly oily or lacking in flavor . totally good and such as the Casareccia Pollo Piccante, are appreciated for their hearty portions and flavors🫶🥵

Great lunch staff friendly and helpful all a credit to your team. Nick was our waiter who was extremely personable. Would recommend for a relaxed good value lunch.

We got off to a pretty bad start at this restaurant, it took them about 20mins to even ask us if we wanted to order drinks, then it took nearly another 10mins for them to bring 2 soft drinks, so if you're thirsty, you may want to sort that before visiting here! When my drink finally arrived I asked for a straw, the young lady who brought the drinks said she thought they'd run out but she would check for me. I'm still waiting for her to come back to me on that (we left 2 hours ago!). My food was OK, but my partner had the meatballs which he said were very bland, serious lack of seasoning, though he did say the sauce was OK. The guy who served us most of the time (Nick) was very nice, chatty and friendly, the only reason I left a tip really. I don't think we'll be visiting again, there are plenty of other places in Leamington including Cote just round the corner, which is always excellent.

Ordered from zizzi at 10pm off uber eats so was rather late. However my boyfriend and I are very specific in how we like this particular pasta we ordered(casserrecia pollo picante). Because of this we rang the restaurant to ask if we could change a few things as we couldn’t online and the manager and the chefs on site was friendly and helpful and so accommodating to our preferences. My boyfriend used to be head chef as zizzi so it will always be his favourite place.Would always recommend

Great place and staff are great. Interesting how they remember your last order from a couple of weeks ago. Definitely worth going and they accept blue light cards.

Sadly our experience wasn't what it should or could have been. The staff were pleasant but very absent, food took a long time, gave up on the bill and hunted down a member of staff to pay. The food was ok but my salad was unedible due to an excessive amount of parmasan and very cold chicken. Pizza was hard!!!! Toilets were a disgrace, loud noise, broken toilet and a broken sink!! Decor is shabby. Won't visit again.

Really good food and great service by the staff, was very busy but didn't have to wait long periods for courses.

Very disappointed during our visit. Initially impressed with service, the starters came out quickly as well as our drinks. However we then sat there for an hour with dirty plates and no signs of any mains. Takeaway pick ups were served very quickly and multiple came and went whilst we were waiting. It definitely felt like they were being prioritised. Our starter plates were only cleared after the mains finally arrived and we weren't asked if we wanted anything else such as a second round of drinks. The pizzas were also very average. Overall very disappointed and I wouldn't return

Fantastic service provided by Ruby , so helpful with everything , had a small issue with one pasta but not because was something wrong with the food , I just didn’t like the taste , she did swap it over for me with no problem at all . Highly recommended , definitely coming back again . Thank you again 😉

Fantastic selection of authentic Italian cuisine and beverages. Staff are very friendly and professional and we were very quickly attended to throughout the meal. Could not hear the music as people were so many and quite loud. Parking in close proximity either in the street which is paid or parking lots nearby within walking distance.

Hi, First time at Zizzi, Immediately staff happy to accommodate as just a table for 2, we (Best Friend) still had shopping to do!!! Kora was very welcome to us as to ask about opening /closing times etc Then we sat, ate the most Delicious Risotto ever!.. I actually ordered a chicken skewer with mine... 😋 Was we already had coffee and toasted sarnies at Costa, I was kinda half full, Kora was kind to provide me with a pot to take rest of my food back, Awesome service, Awesome staff. Really great evening. Everything was handled professionally, all allergies were felt like they were understood and taken care of with stickers. I had the vegan lasagna and to say it was the best vegan meal I have ever eaten is 100% true.

Lovely, clean restaurant with a warm atmosphere. We were well looked after by the lovely Kora who greeted us with a smile and kept looking after us for our whole meal. She was so friendly and lovely with our boys. She made extra effort with them and included them when we ordered food. Food was amazing! Can’t find fault with anything during our meal! We do enjoy Zizzi and this was another lovely restaurant.

We’ve eaten at a Zizzi’s before, and loved it. We had a warm welcome from Kora, served us throughout our meal. She was very family friendly as me and my wife came with our 3 boys, came came down to their hight when talking to them, was fully and very patient. My wife has coeliac, and their gluten Free Pizza is lovely, and very tasty.

We were hungry and had run out of options. To be fair and balanced my husband enjoyed his Beef Stefado. My Sicilian Salmon pasta was awful. It was meant to be a fillet. It was the tail end of the fish and it was tiny! It was meant to be pan fried, more like crucified! It was crunchy (not in a good way). It looked like a tail shaped fishfinger. The pasta was so soft, reminded me of microwave meal pasta. The sauce was bland, it was meant to have capers (I only found 2). I added lots of fresh lemon and black pepper to make it edible. I ate it as I was hungry, but at £18.95 I was disgusted! The garlic flatbread was tough to eat (left most of that). The service was also haphazard. It felt like the waitress was in training but we hadn’t been told. She was friendly and polite but was very confused. We were sitting next to the pass and could see our 2 mains and 2 sides. She delivered our sides but ignored the mains. Then she went to look at them and just walked off. Then came back took them and headed to the front of the restaurant. Then she did a u-turn, spoke to a manager who pointed to us. There was no apology for it being late and during the meal there was no welfare check. At the end of the meal we weren’t asked how it was. Shocking meal and £55 lighter! Loos weren’t pleasant either. No lock on door and broken taps.

We had a Waitress leyla, she was a star tended to all of our needs and was so helpful. She should get promted I will be returning

Love to pop in to our local zizzis, mainly in the week as it quieter. Kora is always so welcoming to anyone that enters, she is always helpful and smiling. Today was a Saturday and it was very packed and noisy, but the main issue was not the food or service but the Internet. Even my G5 was not responding to get my zillionaire app up to log points, even tried your website but nothing. That's the only issue, which needs addressing for your app to work in that building

The food was delicious and serving staff were very friendly. However, we waited over an hour for mains for 4, having just shared some olives to start. I think our order had been lost as people who arrived after us were being served around us. The staff were apologetic and offered us 25% off or free puddings. We opted for the latter and, again, they were delicious, but such a long wait for food put a dampener on the evening.

Excellent lunch and our server Kora could not have been better.

We've been to a good number of Zizzi restaurants. However, this one stood out. Great atmosphere. The food was as expected, but the service was brilliant. Our waitress certainly went the extra mile. Credit where, credits due.

A crazy busy overbooked Valentines night and yet still Kora was cheery and helpful and we had a lovely night. Well done to the guy on the door too...how he kept his cool we'll never know. Trev and Sue Reeves

It was a bit quiet, but it is the run up to valentine's day and it appears people in the run up to that day don't go out until that evening and then everyone goes out. The food was great and the staff were amazing.

⭐️I GIVE IT A ONE STAR IN LEAMINGTON, I went at the weekend the 8th of February 2025 For a late birthday meal, and when the food came out, it came out so fast I ordered a Calzone Pollo Spinaci and the inside off it was cold. I literally put my finger inside the middle of it and it was cold after minutes of it landing on my table, the staff looked clueless in the kitchen. and all they done was come up and say sorry and can we make you something else? It was absolutely disgusting. I wish I never went there such a waist of time It was a full waste of journey from coventry STAY WELL AWAY FROM THE LEAMINGTON BRANCH 🤢🤢🤢🤢 Also being ignored as staff have to run to Uber eats at the front door, this restaurant is run so wrong it is unreal. You have to say it for yourself to believe it. ⭐️ BE WARNED! 😁 Zizzi

Came into this cosy restaurant after a Wine Society wine tasting at the pump room. We were sat by the pizza oven as it was jolly cold outside. Realised that the kitchen was about to close but all the staff were very accommodating. Had olives with our drinks then I had a wonderful sea bass and vegetables. Big thanks to your lovely staff, particularly Eliot and Salvina, and the chefs last Tuesday evening. Would happily come back.

Decided to pop in for lunch with a friend. We were seated quickly and the staff member was nice and friendly. Free pasta chips which were lovely to start and then I had carbonara and my friend had the calzone with the garlic and mozzarella bombe as a side. All delicious but especially the bomb. The honey on top is such a nice addition to the flavour. The only negative I have is that it is very cramped in there. There are too many tables for the size of the restaurant. Won't put us off coming back though
