Kora with the nice nails was excellent at front of house and the pizzas were great. We will be back.

Simply Delicious Lovely atmosphere

Really great evening!! The Primitivo wine was lovely and had a wagu beef pizza, was superb! Kora was our host and was fantastic, we'll be back!!

Absolutely fantastic! Came for a quick meal around 8pm and was greeted by a lovely member of staff who took our booking details and sat us down. Place was packed to the brim and began to worry about the wait having not been warned of one. Put in our order and thought I'll pop toilet quick probs gonna be here a while... Walk back upstairs and all the food is there ready. Tasted fantastic and fresh! Really impressed! Only negative notes were that we were meant to have a starter but it all came at the same time but I'd only ordered the starter for the wait so didn't really matter! And one of the pizzas probs could've done with being cooked slightly longer as the cheese hadn't quite fully melted but was still delicious! (I work in hospitalality and think no matter how good an experience a restaurant should always know where it slipped up)

Service was incredible despite the restaurant being busy. Kora was attentive and fun and made us feel completely at ease. The first bite of the pizza we ordered was the best I’ve tasted for a long time.

We just had an amazing lunch here. The food was delicious, I had the best mocktail I’ve ever had, and it was so warm and welcoming. Our waitress was Kora and she was really friendly and attentive. Next time we visit the town we’ll definitely be back.

My husband and I went to Zizzi in Leamington Spa for my birthday, and we were lucky enough to be served by Kora. She was amazing from start to finish and made us feel so well looked after. Kora is super friendly, polite, and clearly knows the menu inside out. She has this natural way of figuring out what you might enjoy and gives great recommendations, which made choosing our food and drinks so much easier. She was also really quick, always on the move, helping lots of tables at once but never making anyone feel rushed. The food at Zizzi is absolutely delicious! I love Italian cuisine, and they really deliver. The portions are a good size—you can leave feeling full but not overwhelmed. The restaurant itself is cozy and has such a lovely atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your time. Thanks to Kora and the amazing food, my birthday dinner felt really special. We left feeling so happy and looked after. We’ll definitely be coming back to Zizzi!

Our host, Kora was lovley and helpful. The food was lovely and we celebrated my daughters 19th birthday.

Much better than expected - well prepared food which came on time and was really tasty. Excellent friendly and efficient service from Kora who seemed to be running the place by herself while others took a more leisurely attitude to food delivery and clearing tables. Kora took extra time with our niece,who has some learning difficulties, to make sure she understood her order.

Kora was very helpful and the food was served quickly after we ordered.

We were greeted by a lady called Kora. She made us feel so welcome. The restaurant was so busy but she had time for everyone. Not once did she become stressed! Brilliant manner of staff.

Lovely lunch out on our shopping trip to Leamington. We had lovely lasagne , salad and chips and it was all hot and very tasty. Drinks came promptly as did the food and we felt the service was very good too despite it being a busy Saturday afternoon. Overall a very pleasant visit.

Food excellent as always. Service was good if a little slow but it was busy. We had an initial problem as there was broken glass all over the floor under the table but this was sorted reasonably quickly and cheerfully. Spaghetti bolognaise portion fairly small for the price.

Emily was a fabulous waitress for us tonight. Polite , attentive and efficient. A credit to your business . Thank you

Alas,despite many previous and enjoyable visits in the past, I turned up there tonight on my disabled buggy only to be told to go away as they were "too busy" OK went away were perfectly well served elsewhere. And will be in future as I can't cc ope with possible discrimination against the disabled.

One of my favourite restaurants in the Zizzi chain, the restaurant is laid out well, staff are friendly and welcoming, service is quick and food is tasty and high quality.

As usual, we received a very friendly reception from Kora who had reserved our favourite table and provided first class efficient service throughout the meal.

I visited Zizzi with group of friends and could not believe how good it was. The food is amazing and service top notch. Kora was absolutely fenomenal, great service and nice small talk at the end. I'll recommend this place to all my friends.

We were guests of the restaurant on a very busy Saturday evening and were served by the wonderful Kora. She correctly advised us on the choice of dishes and entertained us while waiting for the meal. She was wonderful with children. We felt very special thanks to her excellent care.

I am a frequent visitor to Zizzi and Leamington Spa was one of my favourite branch. Unfortunately Zizzi as a company changed their menu recently, my favourite dish completely changed as you can see in number 4 and also their coolers changed (it was one of those things that made Zizzi stand out as no one served such good drinks!) The new ones are quite tasteless when you compare them (picture number 4). Picture number 1 and 2 is what it used to be, you can see the difference! Unfortunately the new change is not something that I am a fan of therefore will unfortunately have to say goodbye to being a frequent customer. Such a loss as those coolers and this dish was my favourite one and they're completely different now 😣. Can't say anything bad about the restaurant in Leamington Spa itself, customer service is always nice.

The service was outstanding. We had an issue with a dish and it was taken care of immediately and professionally. Kora was a wonderful waitress and host. Would highly recommend!

Very lacklustre service. Staff appear to be uninterested in customers and service was poor. Pizza bases were overly thin and overcooked. My husband had the honeycomb cheesecake with the salted caramel ice cream … barely a half scoop of melted ice cream because the dessert was placed on a very hot plate that’s just been washed. We have eaten in many Zizzi restaurants but never have we experienced such poor service and food quality. It’s upsetting to have had this poor experience in the Leamington restaurant because we were celebrating our granddaughter’s birthday and grandson’s new job.

Pizza was bit dry. I wouldn’t come here again. Service was brilliant - thank you Kora for going the extra mile
