Zizzi - Leamington Spa in Warwick

Read other reviews and was very pleasantly surprised by the standard of service from all the staff especially Cora. Food was great and neither of us could fault. It. Used Tesco vouchers without any problem.

We came New years Eve the staff were superb they were rushed off there feet waiting staff there were 3 on not enough at all for New years Eve but the 3 that were couldn’t have worked any harder special shout out to them and the assistant manager but next year please help them out by putting another 3 staff members on the restaurant was packed .

5 of us went New Year's Day. Had a lovely meal with excellent service. Had the venison pizza which was delicious and my daughter really enjoyed the calzone. They were out of stock of a few different things but it was great.

We visited here for a large friends and family lunch. We hadn’t booked so we were lucky to get a table to seat 11 of us! The two waiters were working their socks off, the restaurant was surprisingly busy for the day after Boxing Day with nearly every table taken. Service was slow but forgivable. We ordered our food and although it took a while to arrive, the waiter was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I found a long black hair in my carbonara. The chef (who we could see from where we were sitting) had long black hair and he kept scratching his head whilst preparing the food. I asked for the dish to be taken off the bill and I didn’t want a replacement. The waiter was very apologetic. Towards the end of the meal, a third member of staff arrived to help. This sped up service and we finally got our bill after waiting for a while to have our plates taken away.

We went here in November and on Christmas eve Friendly service , I had spaghetti bolognaise. It was ok , serve in a v English way , with the sauce sitting on top of the pasta and not mixed through. Bit watery and lacked salt . My son had spaghetti with tomato sauce and that was mixed through . Husband had a pizza and he was very happy . I had a sundae as dessert , very lovely and sweet. Nice atmosphere in there on Christmas eve even though they looked short staffed . Will definitely be back .

We used to love coming to Zizzis when the children were small, but it fell off our radar for a few years. We decided to go there for an end of term meal for the boys (two 6’+ teenagers and another catching them up). Food, service and atmosphere was as we remember, great place.

Always a decent choice if you can't think of where to eat, food is good, as is service and price

We had a party of 7 for a Family Christmas meal. We live in different parts of the country, and have been to this Zizzi before. Was a great night, lovely food and atmosphere. But the best thing was the service provided by Kora, not only looking after our table but was helping other staff too; not without giving us fantastic service too. I would thoroughly recommend as a guest, and as a professional in another restaurant.

We chose from the 3 course Christmas menu, which at £26.50 a person was good value . All the dishes were very nice and the excellent service from our host Kora made for a great evening.

What an incredible experience. The restaurant was very busy and I made a last minute decision to eat here with no booking. However they managed to find me a seat and catered to my every need. Even though they were busy, they took the time to make sure I had everything I wanted. I didn’t feel rushed or feel like an inconvenience at all. The best dining experience I have had in a long time, hats off to the manager, the chefs and the serving staff. 5 stars all around ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Kora our server was absolutely fantastic, friendly, professional, super efficient and appeared to be totally in control and running the restaurant smoothly (not sure if she is in management but she certainly gave that energy) The man did seem to be part of management was also very good. A very well run show with lovely staff, especially Kora. Oh and the food was also good - thats always a bonus!

We turned up unannounced on storm night - a tree had narrowly missed our home. Elliot was fantastic. Worked some magic to find us a table. We were still in shock. Our waitress Kora couldn’t have been kinder, really lovely with our 5 year old. And the food was lovely. But people make a place. Thank you zizzi.

Simply Delicious Lovely atmosphere

Absolutely fantastic! Came for a quick meal around 8pm and was greeted by a lovely member of staff who took our booking details and sat us down. Place was packed to the brim and began to worry about the wait having not been warned of one. Put in our order and thought I'll pop toilet quick probs gonna be here a while... Walk back upstairs and all the food is there ready. Tasted fantastic and fresh! Really impressed! Only negative notes were that we were meant to have a starter but it all came at the same time but I'd only ordered the starter for the wait so didn't really matter! And one of the pizzas probs could've done with being cooked slightly longer as the cheese hadn't quite fully melted but was still delicious! (I work in hospitalality and think no matter how good an experience a restaurant should always know where it slipped up)

We just had an amazing lunch here. The food was delicious, I had the best mocktail I’ve ever had, and it was so warm and welcoming. Our waitress was Kora and she was really friendly and attentive. Next time we visit the town we’ll definitely be back.

My husband and I went to Zizzi in Leamington Spa for my birthday, and we were lucky enough to be served by Kora. She was amazing from start to finish and made us feel so well looked after. Kora is super friendly, polite, and clearly knows the menu inside out. She has this natural way of figuring out what you might enjoy and gives great recommendations, which made choosing our food and drinks so much easier. She was also really quick, always on the move, helping lots of tables at once but never making anyone feel rushed. The food at Zizzi is absolutely delicious! I love Italian cuisine, and they really deliver. The portions are a good size—you can leave feeling full but not overwhelmed. The restaurant itself is cozy and has such a lovely atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your time. Thanks to Kora and the amazing food, my birthday dinner felt really special. We left feeling so happy and looked after. We’ll definitely be coming back to Zizzi!

Much better than expected - well prepared food which came on time and was really tasty. Excellent friendly and efficient service from Kora who seemed to be running the place by herself while others took a more leisurely attitude to food delivery and clearing tables. Kora took extra time with our niece,who has some learning difficulties, to make sure she understood her order.
