It's a really lovely desert shop. The interior is decadent with immensely cosy and homely seating. The deserts and presentations are equal to high-end restaurants (well done). At less than £9 a dessert, this is well worh the visit. Ne carful of parking, it's not free, and the wardens are ruthless. Park in Asda a shirt walj away. 1 & 1/2hrs free

Best desert place we've been to so far!!! Menus are amazing and the choice/variety was out of this world... We popped in for ice cream and ended up ordering crepes, cake and ice cream! Waitresses were both lovely and doted on us and our kids.

I've bought 2 cakes from here on separate occasions and both were tasteless. The cakes I bought were the sprinkle sponge cake and the Oh Fudge Cake.

For a shop with no customers, they took an hour for an order. One person working the whole shop is unfair to the customer and to the worker. Stop being cheap and get another worker. Had the driver waiting for 35 minutes

Disappointed with the order tonight. Waited an hour and 10 minutes before delivery. Showed that the driver was waiting at the shop for 40 minutes. When the order arrived it was wrong. We had two milkshakes one with cream one without and they put cream on the wrong one and left the other without cream even though it clearly states on the receipt which was which. We ordered a sundae and that was only filled 3/4 and topped with cream which we did not order. Cookie dough was burnt. Really not happy.

One of the best shops in the area, the first bite of any dessert you buy from here is always heavenly, and it just gets better as you eat more of the dessert. Aroosa was very kind and gave excellent service to me, very good employee and example for other employees. Took my friends and family on different occasions, and it was perfect each time.

Brilliant wee dessert place! Everything was delicious and they have a great range of ice cream flavours. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful. The only downside is the cookie dough and waffle were practiclly cold and there's an extortionate charge to swap ice cream flavours in the set desserts (I know this sounds unreasonable, but most dessert places accommodate flavour swaps for roughly £1, not over £2).

I can never get sick of this place no matter how many new places I try. Delicious every single time, customer service on point, everything is clean and fresh. Thank you ♥️🫶

Missing a lot of things on menu , no Oreo ice cream no smoothies , also only have two spaces to cook cookie dough so had to wait long , had no fruit shoots for kids

I have been here for many time, in most visits the service was great and the sweets were amazing ( except one or two). They serve one of the best crepes in the area. The only drawback i see is the drinks. Don't try smoothies or any other drinks, for hot drinks ask to be served quickly otherwise they will give it cold.

This place is immaculate, warm and very friendly. Staff very welcoming. Desserts are amazing my go to when I’m in the area! Can’t wait to go again!

I attended the store earlier for some milkshakes and cheesecake today. The lady who served me was very friendly and despite having many orders the staff were very efficent

honestly can not explain how sub standard my experience here was. Waited 45 mins after being seated just for only my sons milkshake to come out and then taking a further 25 minutes to bring out 2/5 desserts. Staff were really unfriendly and careless, would not recommend at all.

Service was very delayed almost 35 mins after order was placed and desserts were not what was expected. Would not recommend

I've driven past here so many times and finally popped in last night, that will not be the last time either! Staff were lovely, both young ladies were friendly, chatty and just downright amazing. Food arrived quick and was absolutely divine. Waffles just melted in the mouth and the pancakes were perfect. There was six of us, five of which ate and all food arrived at the same time so we all ate together. This really is a little gem of a store.

I think it's slightly overpriced for what amount of ice cream you get I had like a unicorn Sunday to be honest I did expect more for the price. Still it was nice.

Was sharp broken white plastic in both our milkshakes yeaterday. Tries to call back when arrived home but no answer.everything was good otherwise, but probably check the equipment

The deserts were squashed and not presented the best which resulted in not a great experience. Didn’t eat most due to them covering the roof of the box. Very disappointing

Could literally give it a zero rating ordered for delivery and just got a crepe with barely any chocolate and paid £13 waste of my money this is ridiculous!!!!

The quality of food advertised, does not match the food they actually serve. Chocolate sauce is very cheap, fruits are cut so thin that they go flimsy and mushy. Over priced and poor quality ingredients. Overall a disappointment.

Just arrived and staff sat us down. Looked through the menu and went to the till to order our desert and drinks, only to be told there are no hot drinks available. Why weren't we told this upon arrival. Very poor and will not be back. Also toilet was out of order, poor.

Absolutely lush loved the platter to share for the family. Overall great to share with the kids and they all were happy.

We ordered through uber eats and when it arrived it was still warm and everything was there. The food was delicious and the dunking box was well worth the price. They also gave us a free chai which was nice of them

Ordered on Deliveroo and waited 2hrs 45mins for our order before we ended up cancelling the order. Ruined our Mother’s Day. My kids are so upset. Lied to Deliveroo twice about the order being 5 minutes away from being ready. Wasted 2 riders time waiting for this order. They are liars. They had the opportunity to give a true estimate for when we might get our food. I can’t say how angry I am that we chose them on this special day. Never again!!

Food was okay but I would have liked more customer service the woman behind the till hadn’t heard of manners she refused to say please or thank you and speaks down to you vile customer service and very poor attitude.

Always late when I have ordered from this particular restaurant and food is always cold. I do not recommend this restaurant if you want speedy service and for your food to still be at least warm. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would.

Nice food, decent atmosphere. However chairs were slightly dirty and you're expected to make your order at the counter after sitting at your table, instead of waiters taking orders from the table, seems quite odd. Desserts are good though.

I been going here with my daughter she loves the place it has a really nice atmosphere. The cookie dough is so nice and selection of ice creams. The staff are really nice and polite.

Their staff need retraining in customer service! The place was not busy at all, even though there were 2 fully able staff members the service was Shocking at its worst. online orders is not an excuse when other food service restaurants run perfectly with 2 staff too. Never going back.

Desserts are always really good but the service is very unfriendly. Came in the afternoon when it wasn’t busy at all. Asked to wait as soon as we came in and then when the waitress did come and seat us she just seemed annoyed about us being there. Ordered stuff that’s all already ready like cheesecake and ice cream and was told 25 minutes wait before they could serve us. All of this would have been fine if they could have done any of it with a smile or any kind of compassion at all. Staff here really know how to make you feel like an inconvenience. Would recommend for take out but not a nice experience to dine in at all.

Service was 40 minutes for green tea, cold coffee and a hot chocolate - poor customer service and hot chocolate was barely warm Tea was served without a saucer or sugar.

Bitterly disappointing and host from hell. The dolled up girl on the counter didn't even have courtesy to talk while looking at me. Patronising and pathetic display of customer services. We took our custom to the cafe opposite and a complete 180° turn. Most caring services i have experienced in a long time. She didn't ask a question and let us settle our little ones providing them with crayons and paper, with the most affectionate smiles. Little dessert shop needs to borrow their sugar from across the road. Never again.

Hi everyone we just been to this desert shop with my family so it was very bad experience first thing stuf was so rude they don’t have manners for customer service they don’t fox's on the customer they only chilling with each other & wasting customers time food was so cold we just wasting our money kids don’t enjoy so I personally recommend never waste your money & time thanks

Ordered from JustEat. Delivery estimated time was 20mins, which is fine, 30mins later they messaged to say their machine had broken so it'll be a further 20mins which was actually 30mins! We recieved the desserts, in total, after over an hour at 22.10, didn't even feel like eating dessert so late but because I had paid a large sum, just ate it. Very disappointed, won't be ordering again.

Great variety of super delicious in house desserts. Highly recommended.

I ordered via UberEats but the shop couldn't fulfill the order. They called me to apologise which is fine as sometimes things are just not in stock but they needed me to cancel the order. UberEats has no option for the customer to cancel an order once it's been accepted so I'm then stuck for over 10 mins trying to speak to someone on Uber to cancel the order because they couldn't. Makes no sense at all to waste the customers time.

I have never been refused to be served in a restaurant because I’ve said my daughter had a nut allergy. I’ve been asked questions about the allergy. I’ve been advised that an ingredient may contain nuts. I have been offered alternatives. But I have never been refused service no questions asked. And then the server had the cheek to say that it was to look after my daughter’s well-being as if her parent was incapable of having an adult discussion and to make decisions based on the nuances of her allergy. Appalled and will tell everyone I know to not go. Shocking. Server was Amelia. Point blank said she cannot serve her. No discussing or trying to fix anything.

Lovely desserts, delivered at the time promised with the warm desserts still warm. Quality not at all affected by transportation.

All looks and not a clue about milk cake huge let down. My partner ordered strawberry waffle which was average nothing special
