Avoid Pizza Hut Sheldon – Terrible Service and Inedible Food I recently ordered a cheese Margherita pizza from Pizza Hut Sheldon, and it was by far the worst pizza I have ever had delivered. What arrived was nothing like a Margherita – just a dried, burnt-out piece of round bread. Completely inedible. I immediately took a photo and called the store to request a replacement and for them to collect the ruined pizza. Shockingly, the manager refused to help, didn’t even ask to see the photo, and abruptly ended the call. Completely rude and unprofessional. I paid just over £24 for this order and have since reported the issue to my bank. As the payment has not cleared, they’ve confirmed they will raise a dispute once payment is clear to recover my money. I won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut Sheldon again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them too.

I had a great experience at Pizza Hut in Sheldon. The service was friendly and fast, and the staff made sure everything was just right. The pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious – exactly what you'd hope for. It was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere, perfect for a casual meal. I’ll definitely be coming back again. I usually order from castle Bromwich pizza hut but their Food Hygiene rating is very bad so rung this branch and requested them to deliver as their Hygiene rating is 4 stars. Food quality was best and delivery was so quick. Over all best service

We ordered pizza on the evening of 15/11/2024 when there was a national technical issue with pizza hut being unable to process online orders. I called the branch and the staff were extremely polite, professional, responsive, courteous and apologetic (even though this was not their fault at all). They delivered excellent quality pizzas on time and have done so every time. Extremely hardworking team as well as their delivery driver(s)
