My wife ordered a pizza, along with some drinks and ice cream, from the Sheldon branch on May 26, 2024. When the driver arrived, he handed us the drinks and ice cream without a plastic bag, which was very embarrassing. We informed the driver that these items should at least be provided in a Pizza Hut plastic bag. Next time, the drinks and ice cream should be given in a proper Pizza Hut plastic bag. I request that the management of Pizza Hut please respect the customer.

If you want pizza hot and on time, DO NOT order from here. These guys don't give a flying fig about you, or your complaints about them. I live a five minute drive from this shop and it took them an hour to get food to us, three times as long as their own tracking app said it would be. I raised a complaint with their head office, and instead of taking my complaint seriously, I was offered platitudes and a derisory £5 voucher. I'm not interested in their vouchers, I want this shop to be forced to honour their commitments to their customers, they simply don't care.

Amazing service from staff especially ibbaad

Disgusting is not enough to describe the pizza I have ordered. I wouldn’t call “that” food is not the real Pizza Hut I use to know is a joke of restaurant. Pizza was soaked in oil the meat was tasting funny and the customer service horrible. The worst £43 I ever spent. 🤬 If I would have the option to give under 1 star definitely I’ll do it

The most disgusting pizza ever. The meat was having an old meat taste and both of the pizza were soaking in oil. You can call them however you want but that is not eatable food and definitely not pizza.

Collected a pizza and it was incredible! The flavour was incredible and exactly what we wanted and needed The collection was a little time consuming ad it was an evening and low staff so no one at the counter Overall amazing food and that’s what mattered

The new management is utterly atrocious!!!! You make the pizza wrong tell us to return that pizza when we get the new one and we don’t get a new one for currently waiting 2+ hours. Khan is awful and rude telling me you gave me an option doesn’t fix anything we are still waiting on food which he was then saying he’s not going to give either because I’m frustrated with their sorry excuse for customer service. Stay away this isn’t how it used to be

Order for delivery. Pizza arrived cold and they left out half the order. When I called they tried to blame the driver but finally admitted they had left it out. Still didn’t care and told me to call Uber for a refund. Don’t order from them.

Absolutely amazing pizza, got a great deal that was suggested to me by staff, crust was crispy as it should've been, toppings were spot on, got it delivered and it was still hot as if it just got out the oven. Sides were so good, wasn't expensive at all. Customer service was great, would defo recommend, I know I'll be going back. 👍🏻

Worst pizza hut I've been too. Orders are often wrong (despite it being written down via the app.) They lie about giving refunds. The manager has zero customer service skills and I'm amazed is still employed. Avoid - get your pizza from anywhere else other than here!

Order again from the sheldon branch hoping the food would have improved and yet again 1 year on the food had not improved when asked for money back they refused like others would definitely NOT recommend! (1st review 12months ago) Terrible service it was late (over 35 mins late) and cold !

I would give this Sheldon Pizza Hut zero star . Absolutely ridiculous. Firstly they send me a complete wrong order, they sent me someone else’s order. Two hours later when I received my own order , it looked so disgusting and tasted even worse . It’s going in bin. Two large pizzas , what a waste. They use old ingredients and base is so old and nasty .

Unbelievable rubbish pizza, wouldnt recommend at all. If you've ever had pizza hut before then, your order from here will leave you feeling very disappointed. This is ment to be a large and look at what turned up, driver ran away as soon as he knocked the door. As he knew I would question why my pizza is rubbish and split into two boxes. Let alone the burn large crust on it.

This Pizza Hut is the worst I will be contacting customer service if you want your pizza to actually arrive I advise you don’t order delivery from here I have ordered twice now in the past and not received my pizza I ordered I am now still waiting the guy on the phone is so rude to and dose not give a dam at all. Worst customer service. Was delivered a raw pizza and when called to inform them they offered to replace the pizza. They then called back and said we would have to return the uncooked pizza which was not a problem. After a replacement was delivered we then got a call from the supposed store manager "Bakar" spelt Bhar. Stating we should not have taken a bite of the pizza. When we explained how are we supposed to know the pizza is raw when you have not taken a bite. He became very rude, condescending and patronising. Worst service...stick to domino's.

Order pizza on saturday 22 February, excellent pizza and service to door. (CANNOT FAULT THE TOPPINGS AND LOVELY HOT PIZZA) BEST PIZZA PLACE IN SHELDON. We paid £10 for a large pizza and £5 for a small great value for money.

DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY! we ordered at 6.25pm and order still not reveived at 9pm! WE had to call the shop to find out what was happening to be told they hadnt a driver at the time! Asked for a refund,was told we had to call customer services but they didnt know the number! Got through to customer services after 20mins! to be told refund would take 10 days! Pizza tasted old, definitely not freshly cooked at all. Meat was cold, and looked uncooked. Cheese plastic. Whole pizza tasted as if it was made yesterday. Would not eat again. Very disappointed.

doesnt get even 1star ive waited 2 hours for my pizza today 20/12/18. rang up and 1 hour in. they said its in the oven will be with us in 15-20 mins . ordered it at 6:35 its now 7:30. still no pizza . they told me there were busy. it doesnt take 2 hours for a pizza . THIS IS A JOKE NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS PIZZA HUT AGAIN. didnt even get a sorry. just a it will be with us shorty. didnt know it was gonna take a week. piss take. to add on this they cant hack it being busy thats not our problem. 7:35 still no pizza.

Considering we payed £16 which was half price for two medium pizza, I was very unhappy with the quality. A supermarket pizza would have tasted better. I don't recommend eating from here.

My girlfriend tried to order the Jurassic meal from here, gave the correct card details and it showed it was debited from the account, when she said the details must be correct for it to show up on our account and the guy put the phone down on her. I tried to then order the deal again, but he refused unless it was cash. Can’t believe the guy put the phone down after speaking to a customer so rudely, won’t be using again. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Fantastic pizza and very friendly and helpful staff. Working local to pizza hut I thought I would give it a try and I am so glad I did. Mr A Tariq the store manager at this branch was more than helpful. He recommended pizzas, bases and dips to go along with the pizza. I will definitely be recommending this store to friends and work college's. Thank you all for the pleasant takeaway experience

Food takes forever even though I collect lol

2nd time that I've ordered from this place, this time ordered the spicy veggie pizza. The manager Tariq provided exemplary service, by being well informed, polite and advising on the best options available. Indicated delivery would be 45 mins but arrived well under 30.

OVER TWO HOURS for a basic pizza delivery. They don’t communicate this info. Driver eventually arrives and Just holds his finger down on the door buzzer, and won’t actually come through and deliver the pizza, Just stands there slackjawed. Pro tip: use the Sheldon Dominos instead. These guys are absolute jokers.

We were pleasantly surprised, ordered via their website which was easy to use, were told the pizzas would arrive in 35-45 mins and when they did they were fresh and hot with loads of toppings! Not had a takeaway pizza like that for ages, which put us off from ordering for a long time but will definitely order from here again, hopefully it will not disappoint next time either.

Took nearly 2 hours, pizza was cold and one pizza was burnt and the other was soggy, all toppings fell off shocking experience never coming here again. Dominos is around the corner and is 100% better

The worst pizza hut in the west midlands. Staff are rude, inconsiderate, and under trained. The orders takes too long, and to be honest about 2 years ago it was ok. New faces and tbh it's gone downhill.

They clearly don't train there staff in customer service no apology over the phone the female who answered was so rude I felt like telling her to just leave it. Food turned up after 2 hours and was cold and undercooked. Do not order from here.
