Rubbish food customer service was aweful. Orderd grilled chciken burgers for my kids. Was uncooked and the amount of red chillies were on the burger was unreal. Rang resturant they didnt wana know and said nothing can be done. Jokers. Avoid.

didn't get the right order 😕 I rang up and they didn't want to change it. the pizza was to spicey for me and my partner so we couldn't eat it. pluss got the wrong drinks

Missing x1 chips, missing x3 dips thats apart of a pizza deal, chicken was rubbery inside and pizza topping was falling apart. No lettuice on the burger either.

Pizzas were absolutely burnt today

We love Frankie’s but unfortunately there’s constantly things missing or wrong items! My 4 year olds whole meal was missing tonight. We normally just ignore the wrong items or missing fries as it’s minor but a whole meal missing is ridiculous now.

Pizza was thick asked for thin, Well the loaded fries had to bits of chicken on very disgusting tbf

cheese loaded fries with no cheese jalapeños or onions. have to throw half of food . no taste not fresh very badly prepared. i wish i can send pictures to restaurant.

Food always good. A great delivery driver always on time. Would definitely recommend.

ordered from here a few times but this time the foods was absolutely tasteless pizza dough was under cooked but the toppings were all burnt and nasty all went in the bin utter waste of money

Nice pizza but was very disappointed with the side of fries, paid 2.99 for a large fries and got a rather small bag of soggy fries to share between 3 people- not worth ordering.

considering we ordered a meal deal, and there was items missing. usually good at orders. but will be careful next time.

Came cold, said it would be delivered by 10pm and I had to call the restaurant at 1005pm and say where is it, he said he’d make another one new and send it out, this one came at 1030pm. I’m not using this app nor restaurant again

Today I have ordered 4 full family size pizzas were totally awful embarrassed front of my family where I’ve told them that the pieces were brilliant. They were too too much cheese and toppings and put thousands of Filipinos, The other day I ordered two family size pizza and it was brilliantly cooked no extra cheese nice amount of toppings

Food was delicious and hot but sadly none of the dips were in delivery 😔

food was absolutely terrible today if I could up load photos I would the pizza was terrible it was so wafer thin you couldn't even pick it up and their was hardly any toppings the worst pizza I ve ever had, plus it took and hour and a half to be delivered would avoid this place at all cost what a waste of money

Delivery took a lot of time (~5 mins late), but the food was fresh, hot, and delicious.

We always come back to Frankie’s because the kids like the food they love the wings but I don’t know what happened today. They were really tiny wings the bbq ones. The spicy ones my son loves they were okay. But we keep eating as we were hungry today. Hopefully next time they be back to Normal. The chips are quite thin could be thicker

Come 20 mins late and no fries ? I paid for large fries

had high expectations, ordered a margarita pizza with chicken and a pepperoni one, food came smelling and tasting like fish which leads me to think the chicken/pepperoni was rotten which is disgusting. 20 minutes after eating a pizza i started violently vomiting in the toilet and i 100% know it was due to the food. i am very angry with this shops food.

first time ordering from here. food seemed a lot oilier than you'd expect from a pizza. 2 of the slices of had a strong smell of tuna/fish when it was not a topping. suspect that the worker did not wash hands in between orders or was casually contaminating between different orders. tried it based on friends recommendation. very unlikely to order again or recommend to others.

On time and fresh but I ordered pepperoni and got pepperoni with mushroom and peppers.

Had pizza from here for the first time yesterday, we all loved the pizza it had great flavour and was cooked perfectly.

The best takeout pizza in Birmingham that I’ve found. I’ve been looking for years and finally Frankies has delivered. Pizzas aren’t your generic pizza shop pizzas. They have a crispy garlicy crust which is amazing. And not only are they the best pizzas but the cheapest too. £10 for 2 good quality sized pizzas. I cannot reconnect this place enough. Only criticism is when calling to order, the staff sound very uninterested and aren’t very clear. But still is 10/10. Best pizza spot around.

I ordered in time for my break the food came 45 minutes into my break.

usually fine from here. but not today. had no popcorn chicken. so a whole box was swapped out for 4 chicken nuggets. then once it was delivered. every single item was cold.

We order from here all the time and I usually rate it 5 stars but today’s order wasn’t as good. We received different chicken strips from usual and either a different type of fries or they were undercooked. If you’ve changed the chicken strips permanently we won’t order those again, they usual ones were much nicer.

Pizza was smaller then family and had no toppings

I ordered the steak box which suppose to come with salad and dip! Didn't come with it. Not the first time either. Large fries at £2.99 is the same size as regular fries.£1.99. bit disappointed in the order. maybe I'll order somewhere else next time.

The Pepsi zero was not Pepsi just generic own brand Cola & a little disappointed as I was expecting Pepsi. Food was good otherwise

Food was ok but did not receive the drink with my meal even though I paid extra for it and there was no option for a refund for that item on the website so hit disappointed ☹️

Ive had several orders from here and its always been good value for money but this time one of my pizzas didnt have stuffed crust as ordered. Everything else was as usual but this had to be marked down im afraid.

This pizza shop has definitely clocked the game, it’s actually underrated because of the location it’s in if this shop was on a main road I think us pizza shops wouldn’t stand a chance 💯

Delivery was within 20-30 mins max, I've had both burgers and pizza and enjoyed both, no complaints at all and will definitely order again 👌🏼 young man on reception is an absolute star 💜

Foods cold chicken wings aren’t cooked properly wanted them hot n spicy but received bbq also ordered hash brown n chicken burger spicy n revived normal won’t be eating here again and also I ordered Coca Cola and received a BARR cola what’s wrong

Food didn't even show up. Called them up and they claim there driver has been knocking on the door although I've been at in the window since it left the shop waiting. And apparently called me multiple times which they didn't. Will never order from here again.

Pizza was 10/10 definitely recommend the stuffed crust. Chips were also golden and crunchy, Chicken strips also once again beautifully done, only thing I can quarry about is, instead of Pepsi we got a £1 Supersavers local shop cola. Apart from that 9/10

incorrect order received on the 12th jan and lied to about the replacement pizza promised by the manager that I was to phone in and order. to then be told I have to order and pay for a pizza to receive the free pizza promised by the manager as an apology for the error, to which I didn't recieve and conveniently the manager has now gone home as his shift has finished which was 17.55 when the restaurant opens @5pm?

Portions were ridiculously small, pizza was squashed up in one side of the box. Not the best.

The meal was ok but the bottle of coke is £1.99 is only cheap coke and on the bottle says you can buy it for £1 bit of a rip off n very disappointing won’t be ordering it again 🤨

Overall great!! Pizza was perfect! However, spent £3 (give or take) on tiramisu, which was store brought, and the smallest little box. 9/10 Everything is perfect everytime we order but just a heads up, don't buy the tiramisu :)
