Garli sauce wasn’t taste like garlic it was normal mayo

I normally order here and there isn’t ever an issue, food is always on time and warm and tasteful but today unfortunately was cold and sloppy

All food was on point! Delivery was early, driver must've gotten 3 speeding tickets on the way over, the food was that hot. Nice way to end a tough week.

Frankie’s pizzeria is the best. I always order from them and they have never failed me once. There pizzas are suberb ! Very delicious.

Ordered thin crust which is normally really tasty and as advertised thin. Sent some spongy flavourless item, Very disappointed.

Burgers were dry and a weird texture, no lettuce or mayo on either beef burgers and there was not even a full buns worth of lettuce on the chicken burger, bit into my burger and a vein got stuck in my teeth, put me off the whole meal.

Food arrived fast and hot. Everything tasted amazing. Pizzas always on point. 10/10

Pizza base was looks like not cooked properly, and the pizza base sauce was weird

My order arrived early however part of the order was missing. I called the restaurant, and they delivered the missing items within fifteen minutes. the Pizza was banging too. Excellent service.

I ordered at 6 and was it meant to come at 6:55 but has only just arrived at 7:47. The order said it had arrived at 7:15 so we couldn’t even track it. We phoned the shop multiple times the first time i phoned at 7:22 they said “they driver is 5 minutes away” the second time we phoned at 7:35 they said it was “2 minutes away”. I am very unhappy as it has taken nearly 3 hours to arrive.

Didn’t receive it and restaurant didn’t answer

pizza cake stuck to the top of the box so we were only eating bread. i called the restaurant they said they’re too busy so go onto just eat to get a refund. the refund got declined so we rang the next night when they opened and they said to send another refund request through and they will get the manager to accept it and send an email. it’s been 24 hours and i still haven’t received my refund or an email.

10/10 fully recommend this takeaway . Hot pizzas and top quality food came in time. Will deffo be ordering again 🫡

Very unhappy with Frankie's. Delivery time increased by 20mins, called after this time had elapsed, shop promised that the order was being packed and is leaving the shop. Shop is 10mins from us. Delivery time extended another 20mins. Order again did not arrive. Requested a reduction in cost via the app when the option became available. No response from shop. Driver arrived over an hour late from the original time. Driver apologised that no discount could be offered. Sent the food back.

Took a long time to be served with my brother going to order, then getting his food and arriving to the pizzeria just after I'd been served by the cashier for what I wanted. Food took so long to be done (1 large pizza). The meat machine (their version of a meat-feast), which I ordered, had mostly been processed meat, the sausage being extremely mushy in particular. Along with the dips, which felt as if they were mixed with water to increase supply. All in all, it has quite a bit of potential, but in its current state, I won't be going again.

didn't even turn up 2hrs later and alot of phone calls, I cancelled the order in the end, frankies is normally good but 2hrs for 3 burgers is insane especially considering we live 10/15mins from the shop, I was told to tell the delivery driver I didn't want it which isn't my job as I called the shop hopefully next time I order you give a proper time of delivery instead of keep changing it on just eat 2hrs wait really isn't good enough

the garlic pizza with a garlic base is to die for and the frankies special is amazing and the meat machine is fantastic too

I ordered a just for me meal deal that was meant to come with a drink, which I didn't receive. I asked for an extra of sweetcorn on my pizza, which was not received, we were promised large fries with the meal , the only thing large about the fries was the bag that they came in. Then on my burger meal I asked for lettuce, cheese, and garlic mayo, instead I got 2 buns and some chicken. The chicken cheese fries I ordered were meant to come with spring onions and jalapeños which I didn't get either

Food was cold and no sauces or drinks with the meal deal . Very disappointed

Pizza is delicious, and was still hot despite being delivered late. Tandoori fries had no spring onions, or japaleno's and as such were pretty bland. Overall good food, though and the deals are nice too.

Food was an hour late, room temperature. Rang to check on order and they were very rude. Avoid Also have a hygiene rating of 2. Found out after ordering

The food was good quality amazing price and amount of food for big families, if u want a bargain and nice food give it a try pizza proper fresh soft and cooked right

order from here every week and always enjoy it but I ordered 2 sides of chilli bites and side of onion rings. we didn't have the correct portion of chilli bites and only 2 onion rings. I rang them and they said they would bring them round but never received them. should have a refund for the onion rings, it's not like they are cheap.

I wasn't planning on leaving a review but I feel really disappointed at what happened with my order just now. We ordered some food and because my son has allergies we selected items suitable for him (fries/chicken strips and popcorn chicken) . Once the order arrived we shared the food amongst ourselves. My son (with the allergies) took his food and broke it apart with his fingers as he saw it was a stick shape. Immediately he realised there was cheese inside and alhamdullilah he did not eat it. We realised we had mistakenly been given mozzarella sticks (which we hadn't ordered) The popcorn chicken and strips were missing from our order. I wanted to post this review to make people aware if they have allergies as milk, egg and nut allergies are from the main allergens list and to add a product containing cows milk protein to an order is careless. It's scary to think that they are so careless about allergies. We phoned to let them know and they didn't realise the seriousness of the matter. Please be careful when making food for the public and ensure the right items are packed in orders- this is a really serious mistake

Food was undercooked, we had to put the fries in the air fryer for 10 mins. Chicken on Pizza grilled chicken burger were also undercooked. It’s like the order was rushed for no apparent reason

The chips was the best bit the chicken wings tasted like they had been there 2 days no flavour and the pizza looked and tasted like it had been in pizza oven 2mins wasnt cooked at all hence why the delivery was 30mins early. Used to be nice

No tomato sauce on the base, didn’t eat it

Been going to Frankie’s for years and they used to be the BEST. However the last couple times I’ve ordered everything has changed. The food was hot however didn’t taste great.Burger was not good at all and pizza wasn’t the best either. Such a shame.
