Pizza was a bit oily and had too much garlic on it. Carbonara was not authentic but tasted like ready made for Aldi.

We visited Bella Italia in Birmingham on Saturday to celebrate my daughter's A-level results. The waiting staff were very welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived until we left. We enjoyed delicious prawn pasta and lasagne. The drinks were served promptly by the friendly barmaid, Amelia, who was very patient and helpful when my indecisive daughter inquired about various cocktails. We will definitely return to try more dishes and enjoy the excellent service.

Recently went here to eat dinner and one girl, Amelia, was very friendly and helpful when I asked a question. Overall nice atmosphere aswell.

Recently went to Bella Italia to catch up with a couple of friends. The ambience was amazing and the bartender, Amelia, who served the table with some lovely drinks, passionfruit soda and the expreso martini. What really stood out was the service, truly brilliant!

i loved the food both myself and my cousin had, the atmosphere was so warming and comforting and i just wanted to give a special shoutout to amelia for the amazing drinks we had- they truly were the best we have had in a while! will definitely be visiting again :)

Went to Bella Italia recently with friends, and had the Pollo Cacciatore, which was gorgeous… However, the real highlight of our experience was the service. The passionfruit soda made by bartender Amelia was loved by the whole table!!

One of favourite Italian spots in brum. The pizza was outstanding and the garlic dough balls were delicious. Me and the Mrs’s got served by a ginger gent called Mark, what a great lad! Top tier service and made the experience very pleasant. Will be back again, and will be asking for Mark to personally serve us. Thank you Mark !!!!

Very friendly waiter Marc who seemed to be rushed off his feet. Table was not relaid after previous people along with spilt food still on the floor. Also menue stated that the children's ice cream dessert came with 2 toppings, but it was only served as a plain scoup of ice cream. The whole place could do with a bit of tlc ans upkeep.

Nice atmosphere, nice polite staff. Our main waiter, Kully, was nice and friendly and really good with the kids.

We went there at 9pm Today.’ But they said we cannot accept any customers.’ Thats really disgusting and disappointed because they are closing at 10pm but they are refusing customers from 9pm.’ Im not recommended to anyone to go there.’ Really poor service.

Main dishes were good but the starters were really perfect and delicious. The atmosphere is nice and warm.

It was nice with really fine location. Food was amazing but we waited more than 30 minutes and it didn’t fully match the food photos on the website. We were sat outside and they were insects that got in the food which were a bit annoying. Spent around £40 for 2 meals and a starter no drinks.

We came as a birthday treat for our son. We want to do a big shout to Marc who not only remembered us as returning visitors but was very professional and friendly in his role. He was really helpful as my hubby is gluten free allergy. Marc is brilliant at his job and we will definitely be returning to the Bella Italia here in Birmingham.
