Abbie was fantastic, a really attentive waitress who was kind fun and nice to talk to. She engaged with my kids amazingly. An asset to your company.

Greeted with a smile and warm welcome, quick responsive staff and fast service. Food was lovely and hot. The milkshake they prepared was larger than the cup, so they bought over an extra smaller cup filled with the excess. Acomodating with dietary requirements. An all round good start to the day!

The food was good but Abbey made our meal full of smiles with her great service and kind nature

I was pleasantly surprised I wasn’t expecting much sorry to say, but honestly I’ll definitely be back! The pizza was really nice the only let down was the size of the chicken pieces as you can see from the images the pieces were HUGE. But the sweet potato fries was some of the best ones I’ve ever had. The service was mediocre we wasn’t asked once how the food was but it’s not really a big deal

on monday 24th June we ate at the fort birmingham. we had lunch food and drinks which was all 5 stars.... the real shinning star 🌟 was Aimee, from serving, seating, taking orders, cleaning and doing drinks on the bar !!!! she was here alone except chefs. I never felt service was slow or I was lacking any kind customer service ..... she is a gem she handled it well PAYRISE OR BONUS FOR AIMEE!!

We went pretty late on evening. Food was lovely but didn't have time for pudding as chef had left.

Today I celebrated two anniversaries at this establishment and was thoroughly impressed. The venue is both pleasant and relaxing, with music played at an appropriate volume. The premises are tidy and clean, with plenty of tables and ample space. The seating is of high quality, and there is a delightful outdoor lounge area. The service was excellent, provided by two friendly staff members. Our five dishes were served promptly, likely within ten minutes, and the portions were generous for the price. The location features a bar offering a selection of World wines, Cocktails, and American beers. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you very much to the whole branch team, bravos 👏🏻🤩

Food was nice steak wasnt medium as id asked but was still good. Daughter had the strips n wings loved them. Lady who looked after us couldnt do enough. I do enjoy the food here just maybe next time id get the steak rare

Great food fast service and clean restaurant. The staff were friendly polite and professional. My mom ordered the steak and is very fussy but the steak was cooked perfectly. Overall great evening out. We were served by Ash very pleased and we are regular customers so we will be back

Used to love going to Frankie and Bennys, but not so much now. Prices have gone up, portions have got smaller, food range isn't what it used to be. Food is always nice whatever I order, staff are always nice and polite, they are always helpful. Will still visit there on the odd occasion.

Great service and great food. The only negative it's the kids chicken burger was with brown bread and very small. My child didn't like it at all

This location is good as central to our group of friends, but it’s the staff and food that are the reason we keep returning. Tonight was no exception, and the new menu was nice to see. Mikey was extremely polite, helpful and accommodating, whereas Matt in the kitchen made sure our food was made to our requests, another wonderful evening was had and I want to say a massive thank you to the team for always making us welcome.

Absolutely fantastic experience, needed to make sure order was gluten free for my partner, so phoned up to check and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect! Food is amazing and they took so much care to look after us :D Definitely going back again and I wish I'd got the name of the lady I spoke to - from the bottom of our hearts thank you!!

Foolishly, I ordered the Big One. Full English breakfast. More foolishly, I ordered 2 extra Toast. The breakfast was huge. Well cooked and nicely plated. I rarely struggle to finish a meal, but this almost beat me. I found the service was extremely pleasant and the restaurant clean with a nice atmosphere. We'll worth a visit if you're at the Fort and feel peckish I have used this place before and the standards have certainly no slipped

Gone downhill hadn't been foy years. There was diarrhea in the ladies toilet so bad could smell from outside not cleaned out me off my mediocre food

We love a F&B's!! Visited for a Friday Night Dinner Date with my teenage lads. Food was great. Good portions and fresh as. My lads had burgers they said they were delish. Staff were welcoming and efficient and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. It was fairly busy and we waited a while for our mains - we didn't complain or even mention .... however our waiter noticed my lads looking longingly at the food being delivered all around us 😀... he came over and apologised for the wait and offered us free drinks or dessert by way of apology! Nice touch. The food was worth waiting for as it was really good. We will be back! Highly recommend.

Amazing very lovely staff fabulous food

Went for a meal on Bank Holiday Monday, ordered and sat waiting for 25 minutes, asked waitress for when meal would be ready, she said she would find out and then didn’t ignored us. Restaurant was three quarters empty. When food eventually came out, pizza was piping hot whilst all other meals were either Luke warm or near cold. Not likely to go back.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the quality of service and food at the establishment known as Frankies. Despite being a patron of various Frankies locations for over a decade, I am deeply troubled by the recent experiences I have had at this particular establishment. On three separate occasions, I have found the generic food to be subpar, with the dishes being poorly prepared and lacking in flavor. The consistency of these negative experiences leads me to believe that this is not a mere coincidence, but a systemic issue that reflects poorly on both the individual location and the entire chain as a whole. As a long-standing customer of Frankies, I have come to expect a certain standard of quality and service, which has unfortunately not been met during my recent visits. I am hesitant to request compensation or a complimentary meal in light of these repeated disappointments, as I am genuinely concerned about the direction in which the establishment is headed. I urge the management of Frankies to take my feedback seriously and to consider the impact that subpar service can have on loyal customers such as myself. I implore you to personally visit the establishment and experience it as a customer would, in order to gain a better understanding of the issues at hand. It is my hope that immediate action will be taken to rectify these shortcomings and restore Frankies to its former reputation of excellence.

GIVE MICHAEL A PAY RISE Honestly after a long stressful week came for a meal at Frankie’s and bennys We had the margarita pizza and chicken parmigiana and the chicken fettuccine also the New York cheese cake and apple crumble The food was amazing outstanding heads up to the chef it was perfect The cheese cake blew me away first bite so much that it had me staring into space But all in all MICHAEL WAS THE MVP honestly amazing service amazing waiter just a nice guy through and through From sully and Zara

Great place to enjoy great food. Tried other F&B and definitely believe it's the best branch in West Midlands. One thing I appreciate with this branch too is they allow you to choose where you want to sit, others don't unfortunately. Glad they prioritise the customers experience when dining in.

Drinks are a bit expensive and not much of variety

came to have food with my son and cousin and have never felt so let down burger came out pink,definitely don’t recommend it

Music was too loud but good choices. Service was OK. Food is never above good. Salmon was over cooked and bland, far too much money for the portion. Pizza was basic.

Food here is not that good for the price that you pay. Had a hot dog with fries and fries was warm, didn't seem fresh at all. My partner had Caesar salad which came as lettuce, croutons and dressing and was completely missing the cheese that came with it. You have to add chicken and halloumi which cost extra, not included in the already extortionate price. Very unfortunate this place was very good many years ago and last time we ate here it wasn't that great and was hoping they would redeem themselves. Unfortunately just didn't happen. Won't ever eat here again.

Ordered a meal for my daughter and a meal for myself and partner. Ours came fine daughters only had chips and pudding no fish fingers no drink that I paid extra for. Really annoying!

We'd not been to a Frankie and Benny's for a few years but were pleasantly surprised. The waitress was really attentive and the food was really tasty.

Fantastic breakfast , lots of choice . The smoothie and hot chocolate were delicious, as was orange juice and lemonade.

Bread was rock hard sausages had a funny taste couldn't eat it

We went for a birthday meal here with a party of 15 the atmosphere was great and the staff were also fantastic, especially our waiter micheal aka Noel, he attended to our needs and was such fun what a great guy. Thanks for a fantastic evening.

They have scaled their menu back so much, very little suitable for vegans/vegetarians. Portion size was small and worth the price. I won't be going there again.

Fort shopping Centre restaurant Never been here before today and have to say I was really impressed! The staff were really friendly and helpful, didn’t rush us and were very professional. The food was delicious, hot and came quickly. The restaurant itself was very clean and tidy and well laid out. Will definitely be coming again 😊

We had a table of 9 ,,, we didn't book but the managed to fit us in . The service, the staff was all friendly and always smiling 😊. Food was fantastic plus we didn't have to wait long for the food. We was there for a good few hours as we was drinking as well. All I can say was it was very hot inside as we was right by the kitchen where they was cooking. I certainly would go back .

Came her expecting a nice evening meal with the family. Ordered the salmon and was horrified as it was extra slimy and bland im really questioning where they get there salmon from. The kids hated the chicken nuggets and said they preferred the Iceland ones at home. Wasted alot of money on reheated bland food very poor value for money. Couldn’t tell if the manager was overly polite or if he was trying to get it on with half the female customers, also one last thing i was deeply upset with how the waiting staff were being treated by management, i of course understand that everyones here to work however it looked like more power tripping than anything else.

You can't go wrong with Frankie and Benny's. They have a great variety of food for meat eaters and vegans.

Me and my fiance went here to celebrate our 10th anniversary .The atmosphere was fantastic the good was delicious and the staff was very friendly. I had the Jack fruit wings which are to die for the sauce is amazing and so is the vegan milkshake. I was surprised they had it on the menu as not many restaurants do. My fiance had the lasagna the best his ever had and the tiramisu was amazing. The prices are a bit pricey but the foods worth it the portion sizes are good with a good selection for 3 courses. We will definitely be returning again soon.

I go here most Fridays as it's close to work, and it is always a pleasure due to the staff and the service they all provide. I feel I've got to give a special shout out to Aimee as she has an amazing knack of remembering my customers' choices from the last time they came. They are always flattered to be remembered and Aimee always makes them feel important and valued. She always knows what I want even before I order it; her attention to detail and constant attentiveness is much appreciated and she really is a credit to this restaurant. Food is decent for the price and the whole place has an excellent vibe for a working lunch.

Friendly professional waitress. Went for breakfast and had the stacker. Slightly disappointed. Very very dry and a very hard egg yolk. I'll stick to the eggs benedict next time.

American Italian restaurant conveniently located within the Fort shopping centre with free parking. Food is ok, it's a bit pricey but the kids meal is reasonably cheap. Great service.

Friendly, polite and helpful staff at this venue. We had to wait a little while for our food but it was very busy, the staff kept checking we were ok and offered us free drinks a couple of times. The food was delicious, good size portions and nice and hot on arrival. The atmosphere was family friendly and relaxed. A nice atmosphere out and will definitely return

This Frankie and Benny's has had its day, the chefs can't even cook the freezer food properly..absolutely awful place.

The staff here are great, I cannot fault them. Service received from the waiters, waitress and manager was awesome. There was a slight problem with my main however the manger sorted this straight away for me and even offered me a free dessert on him which I didn’t take as the refund was enough. I don’t think the recipe for the pizzas should have changed as me and my partner preferred the ones they use to serve and we was really disappointed in the pizza and garlic bread this time round. Apart from that the mozzarella sticks and drinks were amazing.

Not busy, pre booked table. Waiting staff friendly, polite and not rushing around our pushing for our order. Meals delivered within a reasonable time, all hot and good size portions. Sweets a little expensive and not an extensive menu but what was on offer was dam good and actually didn’t mind the cost. Restaurant was very clean. Would I go here again? Yes I would!

Another great F&B order - always a family favourite!

I had a cooked breakfast, the eggs was raw, mushrooms burnt and cold beans. Tomato was straight from the fridge. Tea was cold by the time food arrived, my daughter's waffles was stone cold - nice lady who took our order said they are supposed to be warm, had waffles taken off the bill.

Service was rather average, it was very cold inside to much Aircon. Food was poorly prepared, steak was ordered medium and came back like boot leather.
