We really enjoyed our family valentines meal tonight, our food was lovely and the service was amazing, Chloe our waitress was so nice, fast, polite and so good with the kids

Popped in for some tea. Our Waiter Cam was great as we had dietary requirements. These were gluten free and a vegetarian diet

It was a very lovely experience. The staff was very friendly, our food came within ten minutes and it was fresh and hot. The staff is ever smiling, kind and considerate of our needs

Food was really bad. We ordered Penne arriabatta and it tasted horrible. No way near how it is meant to be. Felt as if there was some boiled pasta and some tinned tomato puree and lots of onions in it. The waitress was really pleasant and friendly but the food was one of the worst I have had.

Really gone down hill. Was really looking forward to the visit. Menu change, food seemed poor quality. Some left uneaten, was cold, undercooked and looked old. Real shame.

Me and my fiance went here to celebrate our 10th anniversary .The atmosphere was fantastic the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. I had the Jack fruit wings which are to die for the sauce is amazing and so is the vegan milkshake. I was surprised they had it on the menu as not many restaurants do. My fiance had the lasagna the best his ever had and the tiramisu was amazing. The prices are a bit pricey but the foods worth it the portion sizes are good with a good selection for 3 courses. We will definitely be returning again soon.

I went here not to long ago and there was many lovely staff but unfortunately there was one staff who came across very rude and arrogant. I think she was maybe a higher staff member as she didn’t have frankie and bennys t-shirt on but she overall made my experience not enjoyable.

Went there today for lunch, unfortunately wasn't very impressed, food was cold and service was poor,considering that there was only a handful of people in the restaurant there were only 2 waitresses on duty, we probably won't be visiting there soon

We ordered a pasta and a chicken burger plus an extra portion of onion rings. Both dishes came out cold, the chips were cold, and the onion ring was cold, so we had to send it back. We didn't send back the pasta as pasta can be eaten cold, although the red peppers seem to have gone off as I could taste it being rotten. When they brought back the burger and onion ring, the chips were just warm. So overall we are very disappointed with our meal and I hope we won't get food poisoning 😕

Just microwave food for the cost of homemade food, really overpriced. But great service

Food was cold on arrival even though according to the app it only took the driver 10 minutes to get to our house i expect a slight decrease in temperature but all food was cold

Best experience today at Frankie and Benny's! I went in with my daughter and baby, and the lovely lady (not sure of her name, but she had an accent and I think she was the manager) was amazing. She looked after us and made sure we were comfortable and happy with the food. Such a nice, loving person! We will definitely go again. We felt so welcomed! Xxx

We went in for a quick stop on the way home and the place was lovely, food was amazing and the service from Abbie was amazing she was so friendly and attentive. Would 100% recommend coming here!

Worst meal for a long time. Missed kids meal. Used excuse that salmon takes 25mins to cook but it's been over 1 hour. Not really that busy. Only 2 people working on a friday. Avoided us after we asked about the kids food. Our waiter was ok to start with but was busy running the whole restaurant had no chance of working it. No check backs no further drinks. We come with best intentions. Family meal, maybe the easiest going ppl ever. Come out mutual enemies of Frankie and bennies. 🤦

Abbie was fantastic, a really attentive waitress who was kind fun and nice to talk to. She engaged with my kids amazingly. An asset to your company.

Greeted with a smile and warm welcome, quick responsive staff and fast service. Food was lovely and hot. The milkshake they prepared was larger than the cup, so they bought over an extra smaller cup filled with the excess. Acomodating with dietary requirements. An all round good start to the day!

I was pleasantly surprised I wasn’t expecting much sorry to say, but honestly I’ll definitely be back! The pizza was really nice the only let down was the size of the chicken pieces as you can see from the images the pieces were HUGE. But the sweet potato fries was some of the best ones I’ve ever had. The service was mediocre we wasn’t asked once how the food was but it’s not really a big deal

on monday 24th June we ate at the fort birmingham. we had lunch food and drinks which was all 5 stars.... the real shinning star 🌟 was Aimee, from serving, seating, taking orders, cleaning and doing drinks on the bar !!!! she was here alone except chefs. I never felt service was slow or I was lacking any kind customer service ..... she is a gem she handled it well PAYRISE OR BONUS FOR AIMEE!!

Today I celebrated two anniversaries at this establishment and was thoroughly impressed. The venue is both pleasant and relaxing, with music played at an appropriate volume. The premises are tidy and clean, with plenty of tables and ample space. The seating is of high quality, and there is a delightful outdoor lounge area. The service was excellent, provided by two friendly staff members. Our five dishes were served promptly, likely within ten minutes, and the portions were generous for the price. The location features a bar offering a selection of World wines, Cocktails, and American beers. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you very much to the whole branch team, bravos 👏🏻🤩

Food was nice steak wasnt medium as id asked but was still good. Daughter had the strips n wings loved them. Lady who looked after us couldnt do enough. I do enjoy the food here just maybe next time id get the steak rare

Great food fast service and clean restaurant. The staff were friendly polite and professional. My mom ordered the steak and is very fussy but the steak was cooked perfectly. Overall great evening out. We were served by Ash very pleased and we are regular customers so we will be back

Used to love going to Frankie and Bennys, but not so much now. Prices have gone up, portions have got smaller, food range isn't what it used to be. Food is always nice whatever I order, staff are always nice and polite, they are always helpful. Will still visit there on the odd occasion.

Great service and great food. The only negative it's the kids chicken burger was with brown bread and very small. My child didn't like it at all

This location is good as central to our group of friends, but it’s the staff and food that are the reason we keep returning. Tonight was no exception, and the new menu was nice to see. Mikey was extremely polite, helpful and accommodating, whereas Matt in the kitchen made sure our food was made to our requests, another wonderful evening was had and I want to say a massive thank you to the team for always making us welcome.

Absolutely fantastic experience, needed to make sure order was gluten free for my partner, so phoned up to check and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect! Food is amazing and they took so much care to look after us :D Definitely going back again and I wish I'd got the name of the lady I spoke to - from the bottom of our hearts thank you!!

Foolishly, I ordered the Big One. Full English breakfast. More foolishly, I ordered 2 extra Toast. The breakfast was huge. Well cooked and nicely plated. I rarely struggle to finish a meal, but this almost beat me. I found the service was extremely pleasant and the restaurant clean with a nice atmosphere. We'll worth a visit if you're at the Fort and feel peckish I have used this place before and the standards have certainly no slipped

Gone downhill hadn't been foy years. There was diarrhea in the ladies toilet so bad could smell from outside not cleaned out me off my mediocre food

We love a F&B's!! Visited for a Friday Night Dinner Date with my teenage lads. Food was great. Good portions and fresh as. My lads had burgers they said they were delish. Staff were welcoming and efficient and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. It was fairly busy and we waited a while for our mains - we didn't complain or even mention .... however our waiter noticed my lads looking longingly at the food being delivered all around us 😀... he came over and apologised for the wait and offered us free drinks or dessert by way of apology! Nice touch. The food was worth waiting for as it was really good. We will be back! Highly recommend.

Amazing very lovely staff fabulous food

Went for a meal on Bank Holiday Monday, ordered and sat waiting for 25 minutes, asked waitress for when meal would be ready, she said she would find out and then didn’t ignored us. Restaurant was three quarters empty. When food eventually came out, pizza was piping hot whilst all other meals were either Luke warm or near cold. Not likely to go back.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the quality of service and food at the establishment known as Frankies. Despite being a patron of various Frankies locations for over a decade, I am deeply troubled by the recent experiences I have had at this particular establishment. On three separate occasions, I have found the generic food to be subpar, with the dishes being poorly prepared and lacking in flavor. The consistency of these negative experiences leads me to believe that this is not a mere coincidence, but a systemic issue that reflects poorly on both the individual location and the entire chain as a whole. As a long-standing customer of Frankies, I have come to expect a certain standard of quality and service, which has unfortunately not been met during my recent visits. I am hesitant to request compensation or a complimentary meal in light of these repeated disappointments, as I am genuinely concerned about the direction in which the establishment is headed. I urge the management of Frankies to take my feedback seriously and to consider the impact that subpar service can have on loyal customers such as myself. I implore you to personally visit the establishment and experience it as a customer would, in order to gain a better understanding of the issues at hand. It is my hope that immediate action will be taken to rectify these shortcomings and restore Frankies to its former reputation of excellence.

GIVE MICHAEL A PAY RISE Honestly after a long stressful week came for a meal at Frankie’s and bennys We had the margarita pizza and chicken parmigiana and the chicken fettuccine also the New York cheese cake and apple crumble The food was amazing outstanding heads up to the chef it was perfect The cheese cake blew me away first bite so much that it had me staring into space But all in all MICHAEL WAS THE MVP honestly amazing service amazing waiter just a nice guy through and through From sully and Zara

Great place to enjoy great food. Tried other F&B and definitely believe it's the best branch in West Midlands. One thing I appreciate with this branch too is they allow you to choose where you want to sit, others don't unfortunately. Glad they prioritise the customers experience when dining in.

Drinks are a bit expensive and not much of variety

Music was too loud but good choices. Service was OK. Food is never above good. Salmon was over cooked and bland, far too much money for the portion. Pizza was basic.

Food here is not that good for the price that you pay. Had a hot dog with fries and fries was warm, didn't seem fresh at all. My partner had Caesar salad which came as lettuce, croutons and dressing and was completely missing the cheese that came with it. You have to add chicken and halloumi which cost extra, not included in the already extortionate price. Very unfortunate this place was very good many years ago and last time we ate here it wasn't that great and was hoping they would redeem themselves. Unfortunately just didn't happen. Won't ever eat here again.

Clearly stated I didn’t want bbq sauce or bun but it came with both. Just Eat more expensive than other apps but it give the option to leave a note for the restaurant that they clearly didn’t read. Inedible

Ordered a meal for my daughter and a meal for myself and partner. Ours came fine daughters only had chips and pudding no fish fingers no drink that I paid extra for. Really annoying!
