To my regret, I’ve walked past this restaurant many times, without ever going in. That was a mistake - this place is great! Very good food, extremely nice staff, and very reasonable prices. Excellent pizzas and a great looking menu, plus very nice wine. A great find in West Ealing, we’ll be regulars now.

We stayed locally and visited three times. The food was delicious, great service and excellent value for money. Friendly and efficient staff and the food was freshly prepared. Will be visiting again next time I’m in Ealing.

Food was excellent and authentic Italian pizza, Calzone and orange cake for desert. The pizza has a thin and crispy crust on quality sour dough. The ingredients are fresh - the tomato salsa in particular is delicious! I don't understand the negative reviews for the food. Some people just don't understand quality. Sometimes simple is best!

I have gone past this restaurant so many times it was good to try it finally, however the food is very ordinary and not worth going back for. Service was fine, more effort is needed to bring the food up to a better level, it's just not good enough.

Absolutely rude, racist and horrid staff. I ventured in to get a cup of coffee and thought I'd use the loo. As there was a bloke in front of me I thought I'd use the loo before I ordered. The woman who was a staff member or owner I guess shouted "where are you going?" Before I could get more than "the toilet" out of my mouth she says "why" then starts screaming "get out", "out, now" and was absolutely livid. I tried to get a word in to explain I wanted a coffee but wanted to use the toilet as I was bursting but she wouldn't let me get a word in and got louder and louder yelling obscenities. I get it you don't want non customers to use your toilet but there is no excuse for being rude. I was treated like a junkie beggar or worse. To top it off, when I left she was talking and laughing with the man behind the counter. They may have great food but this woman was an absolutely horrible human being. You don't treat people like this.

My son and I took my elderly frail mother for breakfast. The decor and atmosphere were lovely and there were lots of window tables to enjoy. The omelettes were delicious and really generous portions. The only negative was the orange juice which tasted like it was from a carton. Will definitely go back and try lunch or dinner.

This restaurant is ideally placed to be a gold mine! Unfortunately, on our first and last visit we experienced a very awkward dining experience. Although the waitress was pleasant the Chef likes to serve food his way or the highway. My wife and I chose the Linguini King Prawns, I asked if they came in the shell which they did, I then asked if they could come out the shell and definitely without the heads on! Both portions arrived with no heads (tick) however, once trying to eat the Prawns we found they were all in their shells, this made the whole experience awful, why the hell would you want to spend most of your time trying to peel shells off hot Prawns burning your fingers and in my Wife's case stripping her nail varnish. I really don't get why Chefs or restaurants persist in presenting food this way, I get they say it gives the Prawns more flavour, in my experience it doesn’t, just serve the Prawns out their shell! The house white at £25 a bottle was over priced and to add insult to injury you get a service charge on top of a bad experience. Not for us!!!

Waited 20 minutes to get served in the almost empty restaurant while the waitress chatted with her friends. Food was bland and much worse than what I'd cook at home, particularly the carbonara which on the menu lied about being made with eggs and cheese. It was just cream and undercooked bacon

We attended Aroma for a family birthday celebration. The staff were slow to serve us and we had to request the drinks several times. One of our main courses was missed and there was no apology that the staff had missed it and we had to chase as to when it would be served when it was clear to the staff that only 8 of 9 diners had received their meals. Another group at the restaurant were celebrating a birthday and given a cake and candle. When we came to have a similar celebration, we were shouted at from across the bar that we didn't have permission. As a minimum courtesy I would have expected them to come to the table and speak to us politely to resolve the issue . Average food , nothing special and incredibly rude staff. Avoid if you want a nice evening out.

Been there twice and very impressed with the wide menu, food taste and presentation. I would say Aroma is understated. Pleasant ambience and good, friendly service.

Popped in for a quick lunch. Being a Monday was pretty quiet but I thought the food was really good quality and deserved a decent review on TA

We went initially on a friend's recommendation and have been there about once a month ever since. The food is first class, the chef/owner is on top of his game. Portions are generous and offer extremely good value. Service is friendly and attentive. We are going there on Thursday.

We visited for a family meal and had excellent food, very friendly service, all very reasonably priced. Good quality antipasto, and lots of it. Prawn linguini, made with really good stock. Decent pizza. Would reccommend.

I cannot praise this restaurant enough. The service was very good, as we booked for a meal for four at 17:00, as we were staying in a hotel nearby. When we arrived, it was not particularly busy, so we could choose the table we wanted....

We visited on a Thursday evening. Aroma has a very relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. There is a wide choice on the menu. The sea bass was excellent as was the king prawn linguine.

Lovely lunch out on our shopping trip to Leamington. We had lovely lasagne , salad and chips and it was all hot and very tasty. Drinks came promptly as did the food and we felt the service was very good too despite it being a busy Saturday afternoon. Overall a very pleasant visit.

I happened to be coming to Leamingon yesterday to meet my sister who lives in Manchester and - always keen to find good Italian food - I booked for Piccolinos. This is a real find! Its has amazing, really authentic Italian/Sicilian food and a delightful atmosphere, with evocative prints and photographs from Italy on the walls. We're both vegetarian and couldn't have chosen better. We shared a Caponata and a Melanzana Parmigiana and both were honestly as good as any I've had in Italy. The roast potatoes with rosemary were terrific too. And then the puddings...well! A completely delicious Amaretti Gelato confection and a lovely and unusual brioche/Gelato sandwich. The service was efficient and charming and the whole experience was a delightful surprise. Finding little independent restaurants like this with such terrific cooking is one of life's genuine pleasures! We're already planning our return....

It's a nice café / restaurant chain, although I think some of the menu items have slipped in quality in the last year. The Leamington Spa location is pleasant, especially on a sunny morning or evening. They changed the menu recently so they don't have the 'magnifico' breakfast deal (any main, plus juice plus any coffee or hot drink for £14.something). Kids menu is ok but uninspiring - and the pancakes and berries no longer come with chocolate sauce which my kids really liked. Good coffee. Main course choice is fairly broad modern Italian, some are lovely.

Not a very warm welcome. Pizza was poor, bland and mostly bread, spinach ravioli was nice, just lacking in seasoning and flavour. Staff members looking very uninterested and not welcoming at all £50 for a pizza, ravioli and 2 drinks Left feeling a little disappointed

Was a little disappointed, being very honest. The food was good but did not hit the heights. Service was okay but not as warm and connecting as I’ve experienced before. Also found the acoustics difficult: it felt noisy.
