It was the worst experience there. There was a girl named Maxa i think , and she was incredibly rude. I was buying ice cream for six of my family members to take home. After purchasing two ice creams, I requested to try the rose flavor and bought it as well. Now, I wanted to try the banana flavor before buying it, but she said that one customer can only try once. What if a customer is buying for 6 people? He can't taste a second time. What if all six of my family members are present? They can try, but one customer buying six times cannot taste a second time. What kind of math is that? I asked about the manager, and she said she is the manager wow, someone with zero communication skills. She even shouted and acted like a five-year-old kid

As someone who LOVES ice cream, I was not disappointed with the quality of their gelato. I went here over my lunch break with a colleague, we were served quickly by the very friendly woman behind the counter. I had stracciatella and chocolate, my colleague had the cheesecake one. Our gelato was DELICIOUS! highly recommend!!

The crepe was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. so fullfilling we couldn’t finish it all and took the rest of it home in a take away box. For the price the dessert can easily be shared with two people as the portion is very generous. Prices were around £7/8 depending on toppings etc The lady working at the counter was very friendly and had good customer service. even though she had a few customers the orders she made the dish very quickly. It was lovely here we had a great time. Place was not overcrowded like most places at these times. visit was around half 2 and spent about an hour here. I will definitely be coming back here or ordering. Thank you!!! :)

Came here for a treat for a friend’s birthday. The staff were dead friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. We received really large portions and the food was of excellent quality. Would definitely come again.

Awful service from staff. We ordered Milkshakes which seemed to be too much of an effort for the staff to create. No Customer Service at all. Milkshake wasn't too bad but I wouldn't return to due service.

We went here yesterday 25/ 8/2020 and it was horrible. The ice cream tasted stale like it had been sitting out for a long time. None of the staff was wearing masks. With Covid on the rise again this is unsettling. The cones and cups were all up front without a sneeze guard where anyone can cough on them or even touch them. The staff was a bit spacey and didn’t know what was what. Finally the toilet area, it was so disgusting I was afraid to touch anything. Little hairs everywhere, the smell, I’m not sure it’s ever been cleaned. If this is what they are willing to show the customers image what it looks like in the back. If I didn’t have my kids with me I wouldn’t have bought anything. But how do you tell the kids you are taking them to ice cream and then walk out. I will never go back and would not recommend this place. Seriously get a pint from the grocery and some cones and it will be a million times better.

I’ve walked by on many occasions and decided to go in as it was my birthday. The staff are friendly. The sundaes were a good size and contained a lot of fresh fruits. We enjoyed it but couldn’t finish it.

Been to Sundaes Gelato previously. Great range of desserts available, from sundaes to crepes and waffles. Tempted to opt for the fruit salad waffle and was amazed by the portion size along with the presentation. Fast and efficient service and would definitley come here again.

Went to Sundaes Gelato yesterday for the first time. Food arrived within 10 minutes of ordering, not only was it delicious the presentation was amazing. Staff was lovely too. It's a shame I didn't go any sooner.
