The food was absolutely beautiful , it came to us pipping hot , fresh still packed full of flavour , it was as good as when we go into eat , so it was lovely to have a movie night and get the same food at home , portions were perfect too , enough to be completely full , thank you

The hostess was the most welcoming, kind and polite person ever and the food came very quickly and was piping hot. Very delicious and warm, bubbly atmosphere. Definitely recommend!

Booked in for a family birthday meal, they were able to accommodate a large party of 11. Service was very good and we didn't have to wait long between courses. We all enjoyed our food and children particularly enjoyed desserts which was create your own ice cream.

Here in the middle of the afternoon, and it's very quiet and pleasant. Good was delicious, the service friendly and professional. We mentioned we are Autistic and we were somewhere quiet - grateful.

My son and I visited on Sunday 11 August 2024. We were welcomed by a smiling and happy face . . showed to our table - and treated extremely well throughout our visit by all staff members who dealt with us.

The food was delicious. The staff welcomed me very nicely. The waitress was quick and adorable. The decor of the place is beautifull. I will definitely come back here

We went yesterday (Wednesday) and it was perfect, the staff were great and the food tasted amazing. This place is definitely worth going to, I highly recommend it.

Attended to make a takeaway order at 9.20pm on Tuesday 30th July and was turned away as "kitchen was closed" despite the closing time being 10pm. Very disappointed.

The food and drinks were all good quality and tasty. We used a £15.00 off voucher which was very welcomed. Service was attentive and thoughtful - thank you Natalie for looking after us.

I like Bella, the only thing stopping a five star rating is its a little on the expensive side for what you get.

The staff were pleasant, professional and attentive. My husband said the pizza was excellent and the salad was the best that I have ever had, beautiful combination and plenty of chicken that I had added as an extra.

I visited first time last week with my grandson I don't eat out often because of allergies and stomach disease but Natalie was brilliant looked after us the food was excellent so good I returned this week with my grand daughter

Amazing The food was delicious. We had to send my husbands back first as the dough on the pizza wasn't cooked and still very raw underneath. They cooked a new one for him and was fantastic.

Quite disappointed! Turned up at 20:35 to take my partner out on a date to only be told they was full?.. I wouldnt normally mind this but in this scenario there was 20 diners max and majority eating... so whether I am being pre-judged or my partner was its just definitely not what any Bella Italia I've visited before! Went TGI Fridays instead who was more than accommodating and was particularly busier

Food was lovely, service really good. But disappointed that we were unable to use blue light card discount, as couldn't be used on specials. Also couldn't use free child meal as was only available between 3pm and 6pm but this wasn't stated online.

Very poor Caesar salad x 2 😞 Dry chicken & not a lot of salad😞 Millionaires pudding just wasn’t up to the description.. 😞

Went down here last weekend for a right whopping family night out , first big belly tallies and then hollywood bowl after. I must say the food was the best part of the night , I literally went back in after bowling and had another bowl of pasta from this fine establishment to take home to the wife and kids . Pictured here is my youngest lad Tony slurping up the pasta like the devious little whippersnapper he is. He loved it , 5 stars 👍👍👍👍

Easy to find and to park. There are plenty of seats available. The staff extended a warm welcome. Good atmosphere and enjoyable decorations. The meals were tasty and enjoyable. There are also many gluten-free options available. From a price perspective, the main course was quite reasonable, but the bread starter and the wine were both overpriced.

Three of us went to Walsall Bella Italia and the food was delicious, including a gluten free meal, and service was excellent. We also bought a pizza to take away for a family member who was unable to join us

Ordered takeaway pepperoni pizza with extra mushrooms very disappointed. Pizza base was so pale no flavour to the base asked for extra mushrooms most of the slices had no mushrooms on the slice. For £15 it was very very poor. Won't be ordering again from there

Service was good but very hard to get the waiter /waitresses attention. Food was way too sweet felt like I was eating sugar . Even the pasta was sweet what did u do just put sugar no seasoning nothing .This isn’t Italian food.

If you'd like to reminisce about a time in the '80s when findus crispy pancakes were a regular treat, try the nacho substitute starter. Just like the crispy pancake, it tasted like it had been made weeks ago before being lovingly microwaved to perfection. Worried about consuming too much processed meat? Fear not ... the double pepperoni won't disappoint with its less than generous toppings. Perhaps you're sick and tired of all these Italian restaurants who insist on making fresh dough? Come to Bella Italia and enjoy the taste of shop bought pizza, in a restaurant! With friendly staff and a full serving of ultra processed food, I look forward to hearing what my digestive system has to say about my trip today to Bella Italia.

Literally walked straight out, we have just been in there and it smelt unclean which was shocking due to it hadn’t been open long and there was only one other person in there. We got put in a booth where the seats were full of crumbs and dirt which was obvious from the night before. I looked to the booth to the left at it was the same thing. I asked to be moved and when I was walking to a new table I realised that none of the tables had been cleaned from the night before. Covered in salt and food and drinks. The restaurant hadn’t been open that long so it was obvious it was all from the night before. If they can’t be bothered to clean their tables then imagine the state of the kitchen? The tables should have been cleaned the night before or atleast the morning of. I’m heavily pregnant also so having to leave to go find somewhere else that’s sanitary was really disappointing. I think the manager needs to really consider on who they are having work there and who’s being left in charge. As basic hygiene isn’t being done in that place and that’s highly disgusting and extremely damaging to the Bella italia brand.

The lasagne was cold and there was paper in the order. Not worth the price you pay! I won't be ordering from Bella Italia again.

Food was absolutely delicious! The bolognaise and the Kyiv special was beautiful! The bread of the oozy garlic butter bread was extremely soft and tasty (definitely add cheese to it!) and I’ve always like the rosemary fries with cheese 👌🏻 It is a little expensive for “fast food” but honestly was totally worth it 10/10 will order again

For this price to recive the one small piece like that its not worthy I will add extra 5f and I make for all family.

Our visit was at 2.30 pm on Wednesday 6th March. Unsurprisingly, the restaurant was very quiet which is why I gave only three stars for Atmosphere. We were politely greeted and invited to sit at a table. Everywhere looked clean and tidy. The service and food were excellent and represented good value for money. I hope that this restaurant is busier at other times as it would be a terrible shame if it were to close.

Came in the day before valentines was greeted at the door with a smile and took to my table a waiter (Nathan) came over and took our drinks order first and brought them over very quick asked us for mains and even gave recommendations for us the food was great I had the buffalo pomodoro and definitely recommend for others Will be back with family soon great service from all staff and food was amazing

The Manager was fantastic and did everything to make the service good. The seats and benches were very dirty and the tables not much cleaner. Cheese that was grated on your dish was handled by every waiter/waitress with bare hands. No one washed their hands before handling this same piece of cheese, which was placed next to the till each time.

Didn’t read the notes and not respond to the phone. Order was wrong what a shame I won’t be ordering from them again

Spaghetti and meatballs Very average , fries very small portion,garlic on ciabatta was terrible, 2 small rock hard pieces. This is not Italian, dreadful will not be using again

It was just ok, definitely overpriced for the standard of food. We had a voucher for Christmas so we used it here. If I had to pay the entire bill myself I would have been more disappointed in the food quality. The food isn't anything special at all. The staff were really good and friendly.

This is my local Restaurant in Walsall and I depend on this Restaurant for my lunch and dinner - The Manager , also manageress also all the staff I’ve found so helpful which shows me that the manager is doing a great job and setting a good example - I find them organized and very understanding to my needs and requirements - I order lentil vegan spaghetti’s and vegan pasta reasonably frequently and the Chef / staff make the food perfect and very tasty . Thank you kindly . 10/10

Is this Italy? No, get on a Ryanair flight you cheap a$$, this is Walsall. Keep your expectations there and this is a 5 star On the Dave Portnoy scale this is a solid 7. On the UK scoring this is an 8+. Eden was incredible with a 15 person party and crushed it. Her service put this over a 4’star.

Friendly prompt service. Menu had a range that covered the dietary requirements of the party. We enjoyed the meal and hope to return again in the future.

Portions were very small, ended up going for a maccies straight after. Service was slow, 6 adults and 3 children £250, won’t be going back
