absolutely diabolical, i waited over an hour for my food, nevertheless, i had to go up and complain for it to be actually made about 50 minutes in. I had a sundae, so surely it isn’t that hard to some ice cream in a bowl?? Woman had a horrible attitude and no customer service at all, let alone for the fact that the ice cream was wrong to begin with. Asked for refund but refused. Don’t come here. Absolutely disgusting service. Food was gross too. Don’t bother coming.

Wow, what can I say! I ordered a chocolatier Sundae for the very first time. It was a very good sized portion. It had a mixture of chocolate chip and vanilla ice cream with a generous amount of toppings and chocolate sauce. They also added a nice touch of biscoff crumbs with chocolate shavings. We really enjoyed the quality of the dessert, me and my other half shared it and we still ate a good amount between us. Thanks to Ammar for making a delicious dessert. A great, swift delivery!

Was craving a waffle so I ordered a strawberry indulgence and it definitely sorted my cravings out. Will definitely be ordering again. Best waffle I've had so far. Definitely in the top 3 Dessert places I've been to.

My daughter ordered us a cheeky late pudding we was all looking forward to our treat and when it was delivered we definitely never got was ordered my husband wanted chocolate cake we had received a phone call to say they had run out of it so he said he would have red velvet cake he got sent a rainbow cake.... our youngest wanted a jamie dodger doughnut she got a warm white chocolate one the doughnut was hard and the sauce was sickly definitely no rasbery sauce on it or any biscuit as stated...... I ordered a Tiramisu hot pocket I got burned chocolate brownie in a pancake its not the hot pocket that is tiramisu it was the ice cream this should be stated. When I called to complain the woman was very rude and argumentative. Definitely not recommending this place to anyone. We Definitely won't be ordering again.

It had been some time since my last visit, and I was thrilled to find it just as wonderful as I remembered. They offer all the classic desserts, and the ice cream is truly exceptional – probably the best I've had. I thoroughly enjoyed my Royale Sundae, less than £9 if I am not mistaken, and would happily make this my regular dessert spot. The portions are generous, tasty and very filling, well worth the money. While the desserts are beautifully presented, it's not just about appearances; the entire experience was fantastic. The staff were attentive and offered excellent recommendations for both desserts and ice cream. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious treat.

I'm not usually a fan of Sundaes but the Creams Royale caught my eye so I thought I'd try it out. It was brilliant. It was £8.95 but the portion size was generous so you definitely get bang for your buck, which is quite rare these days. The service was great, staff very friendly. This might now be my new favourite dessert parlour. Keep up the good work guys. 5/5

Came with my daughter in the afternoon and had a kids bubblegum sundae, the gentlemen kindly replaced the blue gelato for the pink one which my daughter wanted

Came here today, excited to satisfy my sweet tooth (it's been strong recently). The food (that was actually available) I eventually got was quite nice but unfortunately it was the service that ruined it. Firstly, we went in and had to seat ourselves and get our own menus (not a big deal but some more staff interaction would be nice) I went in with 5 other people, all of whom ordered hot food (very few drinks were in stock) it was pretty quiet when we went in. A waffle was served first and we assumed the rest of the orders would soon follow. We were wrong. After another 10 or so minutes another waffle and a crepe came too. It was then that i was told that my order (choc tiramisu hot pocket) wasn't available and i changed my order. We were then told that they didn't have the right sauce to make another waffle (the same waffle as served previously) and that ordered was changed too. The waffle and another crepe was then served. By the time everyone else had finished their desserts (I'd say a good 20 mins later) I finally got my order. Like i said, the food was nice and hot, and i can understand the slight delay due to my order change, but having to wait for so long whilst everybody else ate wasn't nice and in most restaurants all the dishes are served at the same time, so today's experience was particularly disappointing, especially with the lack of drinks and ingredients. My aunt (who suggested we visited) said her previous experience was excellent so perhaps today's experience is just an anomaly or it was just a bad day. None the less, it has still left a bad impression on me and i probably wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Me and my family came here after getting a nando's and we got seated very fast. We sat down and it was empty and was quite cold. We then ordered and the wait time was quite a while. We then got the food and it was amazing. I haven't come here in years and i dont know why. I got a white chocolate cookie dough and it was amazing. The prices were decent. They did forget one thing from the order but then we got it and it was great. Amazing experience will definitely be coming here more often. Food was nice and warm. They had absolutely everything you could want from ice cream and waffles to hot chocolate and milkshakes.

Decided to go to creams for the first time with my family and it did not disappoint. The desserts we ordered were brilliant and the service from Hayder and sammy was superb.

My cookie dough never came with the icecream. My waffle order was replaced with an alternative due to the insufficient waffles they had. My order was delayed by almost 1.5 hours. The food presentation wasn’t meeting basic standards.

I was served by Sami and Mani (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) today and their service and was exceptional. They were so kind. The food came really quick and the presentation was amazing. I would highly recommend this place for desserts.

They didn’t have what I ordered, (if you don’t have it in stock don’t advertise it) they asked what else I wanted. Options were kinda trash, so I opted for a simple pancake. That was cheaper that what I ordered AND it was meant to be on a buy one get one free offer, (I only received one). Out of everything I was expecting, the thing I didn’t really want, was the only thing I got. Everything else was either wrong or missing. The order took over an hour and when contacted about the issue they had no interest in rectifying the problem. Plenty of dessert shops around. Pick wisely

Loaded Milkshake has spilt all into the bag so therefore it was empty when it got to us. Not happy. Contacted the store but they said they couldn’t do anything.

Most of the order was missing. When raised with the restaurant they apologised and said it can be collected but would not send the items they missed from the order. Wouldn’t order from here again. Poor service

I wont be going here again simply because the carparks are managed by Euro Carparks. Having being here with "out of service" pay stations and unable to pay online. Then a few weeks later hit with a £100 car parking fine. If you want a £100 pound fine and pay for overly expensive food go to Creme's. See images of proof that i tried to pay but it didnt let me. Dont go!

Been a while since I've had creams, had it saturday night, and it was really good, good portion sizes and friendly service, exceptionally well hospitality from Ammar. Looked after us. Will definitely be ordering again, definitely reccomend the triple treat cookie dough.

The staff member on today was so kind and treated us respectfully. She was very polite and nice to talk to, dessert was extremely good definitely will come here again.

Felt the need to leave a review. Unfortunately didn’t read reviews beforehand. Ordered 2 x deserts plus 2 hot drinks. Cost approx £23. One desert came out much earlier. My other half almost finished his, when the two drinks arrived. Then waited for my desert. Apple crumble. Part of which was cold, not very hot all round. Then my other half couldn’t drink his awful coffee. Appears to be inexperienced staff and they ignore customers waiting thinking they need to be seated. Instead of welcoming them and letting them know they can just find a table and order etc. Definitely will not be going again. Avoid.

Girl behind the counter was lazy and spent most her time on her phone. Further more we ordered a hot fudge Sunday that was supposed to come warm with whippy Ice cream but it was stone cold and scooped Ice cream and the waffle just looked poor. Also look 45 mins for this to come to are table even tho the building had currently been empty. Over all not very happy, I used to loves creams but probably won't ever come back!!

Milkshakes were melted ice-cream so didnt enjoy them. Waffles we ordered were supposed to be bananas and strawberry. Only had one strawberry chopped to tiny pieces no bananas at all. They did however provide crunchie bars as extra.

I ordered the cookie crush crepe milk cookie dough . How do I start cookie dough is clearly microwaved it should be named a microwaved cake instead. Crepe is clearly over cooked and is more like crispy pancake. Train the staff properly the dessert shop quality is very bad the ice cream scoop looked like it was scooped with a spoon portion size was bad train the staff properly

Food was average, waffles seem alittle chewy, not really worth the price, we spent over £27 for 3 people, then we had to wait for almost one hour for to be ready, we asked for a refund, they guy said machine in nor working, very polite, but didn't refund just gave us few scopes of ice cream which all fine, a good business should've partially refund us not just give us ice-cream. Waiting that long is a joke, forgot to mention my daughter is diabetic, so should notbeen eating late, got there for 915pm, left at 1020pm. So I'm not really impressed. For the location the desert shop, everything seemed very cheap not on a premium level. Well overated. Needs alot of improving on quality.

Treated my boys to an end of summer treat and they loved it. Welcomed by staff who gave us time to look through menus... There was lots of choice. Presentation of the food was 10/10 and taste was amazing. We were also able to box some to take home as there was so much.

Come here often, always leave happy, today I've come in at 10:30 am, been served by the wonderful lady named Liya (sorry if I misspelled) with a smile and only after I was leaving shed make me aware that they only open up at 12. You should give her a pay rise.

I am usually not the type to leave reviews but we waited over an hour and 10 minutes to get a cookie dough and crepe. Told it would be originally 25 minutes which is completely fine. The staff gave us an extra coke bottle and icecream which is nice however I am very disappointed with the wait time as it was almost 3x longer than we were told.

Amazing desserts here and all freshly, especially love their whipped ice-cream, it's so good. Their waffles and crepes are very nicely made and fresh too, full of flavour with the toppings and comes with a side of whipped and scoop ice-cream, also love the wafer with the creams name on, very nice touch.

I am not happy with the Customer service the staff wasn’t helpful and was really rude his name is Ryan wen I approach him to get what I wanted he says I wasn’t allowed to have different flavour need better customer training and give more good customer service not happy at all

Very bad service very slow staff.. If you're a delivery partner don't accept order from this restaurant the parking is free 15 minutes and always wait time is half an hour u paid the parking from your money.

Food came on time however asked for no raspberry dusting on pancakes which ended up coming with raspberry dusting on. Crepe was also cold.

Popped in for a light snack, the lemon meringue sundae was amazing. The staff were so helpful and polite, couldn't do enough to ensure we enjoyed our dining experience. Look forward to returning to try some of the other deserts. I should have really taken a picture, well there's an excuse to return.

I came here with my friend today at 7:30pm , lovely Tuesday evening. Cookie crush and beuno waffle was delicious , customer service was fantastic, can’t fault the place. Floors and tables were very clean and to a professional standard. Music was at a good volume where we could enjoy along with the food. Shanice the team leader along with the ladies working today, was very kind and always checking if everything was good. I will definitely be returning! I recommend if you’d like a quick, delicious dessert.

Had to use my hubbies Google account because I’ve already done a review before :-) We went into with my hubby & mom. As usual had the best service ever. I tried their new Cream-a-tella milkshake. Friendly staff that were patient with our ordering time- we were overwhelmed with the choices and took our time ordering but again the staff were so friendly and even gave many recommendations for each of our preferences. Food was lovely and came pretty quickly though our group was pretty much their only customers. We ordered 3 scoops vanilla ice cream, a mixed 3 scoops of coffee, pistachio, cookie dough(cookie dough ice cream was basically just vanilla ice cream with dark chocolate bits with no cookie-dough resemblance)that was all pretty good, a strawberry sundae that was also good and a strawberry and chocolate crepe that was heavily enjoyed. VERY TASTY I recommend 👍

I order white chocolate cookie dough and asked for them to add milk chocolate sauce what I got was a cold cookie dough with so much white chocolate shaving on there. ordered a coconut ice cream got lemon sorbet

This dessert parlour is managed by a wonderful team of staff, and is furnished in a modern, somewhat kitschy style. The portions are generous and the menu is very diverse.

Popped into this place with my little one for a Fathers day treat. Order placed at 3.30pm, waitress arrives with half of order at 4.05pm. Place was not very busy at all, very slow and poor service. Someone who arrived after me was even served before me! I cancelled my dessert as I was fed up of already waiting 40 minutes! In future I'll visit places where they are better organised, on the ball and offer a decent portion for the price they charge and inform customers in advance that there's a 30 minute plus wait time!👎🏻

This place may be small but wowee their wonderful Sundaes pack a punch. Wonderfully tasty, made with great ingredients from a London Gelatio. Something for all the families taste buds. Great value for money. Who needs to go to the seaside when it can come to you. A must visit for all. Great freindly staff 👏 We returned for more. Yummy 😋

Found out about the 'Free scoop of Gelato offer' via Martin Lewis's website late at 5pm and managed to locate the only shop in Walsall arriving via train from Wolverhampton to get there for 6.03pm, to be informed after stood waiting at the counter that I had just missed it! The server had a dirty smirk on her face. Lets just say I won't be a customer after that introduction. Need a class in good customer service

quick service, one lovely staff member other staff member not so nice, gave us our desserts without cutlery then proceeded to bring our drinks over and had to wait a further couple of minutes for our cutlery. I had ordered the royale crepe which came cold lacking the wafer and no Ferrero rochers on. My friend orders the white chocolate cookie dough which came out well done, also lacking a wafer.

Ordered milk chocolate cookie dough. They ran out of vanilla ice cream and offered no alternative. If we wanted another flavour, we would have to pay for it even though the cookie dough comes with ice cream. Understand it is the standard but if out of it, you should offer something else in its place. Will not be returning.

Slush boba was lovely, but my boba tea had no tapioca in it so was basically just cold tea.

Firstly, the cookie dough was made in a microwave. The manager was ABSOLUTLY horrific. Was nothing but abrupt and rude to her staff members. Not something the public should see, not professional at all. I came in on the Tuesday the 19th of March 2024. Left so shocked as if my manager ever spoke to me like that I would have quit on the spot. I came in this weekend and spoke to the team leader Leah and Sammy who was absolutly lovely, a delight to speak to and made me feel very welcome and I will definitely be coming back just for their service. However, better management need to be put in place!

Ordered a Nutella cookie dough came out as solid as a brick and the sauce looked like Asda cheap chocolate melted down and shoved on. Completely missing the cookie dough. Sundae was two scoop of ice cream for £9! And a bit of sauce. Pancakes were like chewing on a rubber tire. Bananas taste horrid rather been sat on the toilet for 3 hours then eat that again. I didn’t know that the ice cream that comes with the pudding is invisible how amazing is that? By the way I ain’t fat this is a group order. Save your pennies rather than getting diarrhoea plus took over a hour to bring it. Delivery driver couldn’t find the massive building to deliver. Next time I shall just have a freezer choc ice.

Visited the restaurant with family, I was served by a polite young lady who later bought part of the order across to the table she was extremely pleasant and welcoming. One of the desserts we’d ordered cookie dough was partially uncooked, the server advised us sometimes they don’t cook evenly, she offered us a part refund which she suggested. The manager came over to the table with an absolutely stinking attitude and told me how the cookie dough was cooked and that it wasn’t undercooked, she was very matter of fact but failed to understand that the dessert was undercooked. I wasn’t going to argue with her as it seemed she was already stressed with the handful of customers in the shop. Very disappointing experience.

Food was awful… do not recommend. Didn’t deliver our ice creams that we paid extra for, no straws, food was cold and undercooked. Cookie dough was just thrown into a box. Overpriced rubbish.

The boba is abysmal, I don’t know what they did to the tapioca pearls but they were crumbly instead of chewy like they should be. Not only that but the “vanilla” milk tea tasted more like Liquorice than anything. Truly disappointed. The only good thing to come out of my order was the doughnuts and the waffle. Don’t order the boba.

After years of deliberation I took my family to Walsall gelato and I wasn’t disappointed, I ordered a winter berry waffle, 10/10 Meghan made it to perfection, texture sweetness and presentation was excellent, thank you Meghan I was so happy and I’m glad I thanked you cos maximum respect to you! Will be going again! Would recommend to any one. 💯👊🏽🔥
