Wasn't really impressed the gluten free burger came with a backed potato nothing in it not even butter was very dry, my son Didn't really enjoy the meal and neither did I

Went to Frankie and Benny’s Tamworth Saturday evening, and the food was amazing. Although the wait for food was rather long, as the staff did look as though they were busy, our wonderful server kept us informed and did apologise. I didn't catch her name (blonde hair, seemed young), but she was very attentive and went above and beyond for us, very professional and kind. The food was yummy and hot, the burger was especially tasty. Overall, the atmosphere was positive and the restaurant is extremely welcoming and homely.

This was my first visit here in years when it was much more of an American diner. My first impressions were of a noisy, bright, warm, homely, welcoming atmosphere with excellent, cheerful, attentive and obliging service. Frankie and Bennies in general are very much geared to an informal fa.ily frie day evening where children in particular can celebrate their birthdays. "Happy birthday to yer, happy birthday to yer.." I had a glass of excellent chilled Pignon Grigio, deep fried mozzarella stocks with a very indifferent tomato dip; lasagne, a side salad and, for the inappropriate hell of it, some onion rings. The lasagne was average at best and had obviously been standing whilst I ate my starter (why do such restaurants do that?), the salad crisp and fresh and the onion rings were deep fried onion rings. I followed this with two scoops of vanilla ice cream and an awful Americano and diluted foamy cream. The meal was below average in quality but the ambiance of the restaurant was excellent.

We always visit this restaurant for a nice chilled meal. The atmosphere is always good and the waiters are attentive. On this visit we were served by Nile who made sure everything was perfect with our orders and that we enjoyed our food. Outstanding service as usual!

Visited on Saturday night as a group of 8. 4 adults, 4 children. We were served by Heather who was unbelievable. She was so attentive to our needs; and went above and beyond to help us. She was brilliant with the kids and made the meal out with young children really easy. I never usually write reviews but needed to on this occasion to rate service at its best.

Absolute disgrace. After waiting 20 minutes someone finally came to take our order. 1 hour after they took our order and no one checking on us during that time (and no food), I asked to see the manager. He informed me that our waiter had taken the order and then gone on his break. They had no record of our order in the kitchen but he said that may be due to a new printer. I can’t believe that not one member of staff came to check on us in an hour!!! And just stood at the bar chatting. Will never go there again

Ben deserves a payrise, he delivered amazing customer service and that was before we all found out we had common ground. He was lovely to chat to and we didn't want to stop talking with him about DMP and coasters.Thanks so much, Ben, for making our impromptu visit special!

We had a table for 16 people booked last night. It was family get together for my sons 12th birthday. From the minute we got there nothing was too much trouble for our waitress Aalliyah. She met our every need like it was no trouble at all. When it came to the end of our meal she brought out my sons dessert and when she’d couldn’t get the sound system to work she and other members of staff all sang happy birthday to my son… totally making him feel very special and making his birthday one to remember. Thank you

Just visited for my 6 year old daughters birthday.Our server Dominic was incredibly attentive, especially to my daughter.I can honestly say it is the best service I have had in years. Service how i remember rather than what we have been used to.Although he seemed to be the only server on the floor he still took time to talk to my girls and made her birthday feel really special, referring to them by their names too.The food was wonderful, and childrens food was served at the perfect temperature (usually it gets put in front of them at the plate and food is piping hot).Can’t wait to go back again.Thank you Dominic!!!

Came to eat on 4th Jan 2021 and was served by Nicky who was amazing. The food was delicious and all the staff were so friendly. The bartender was friendly and approachable and always had a smile on her face. The Manager on shift was polite Overall 10/10

Today we visited the Tamworth branch and received an amazing service from all the staff specifically from Millie She interacted with our little girl and made sure we had everything we needed Millie is a credit to your branch

Hadn't been to a Frankie and Benny's for a long time and remembered why. This is not the place for you if you don't want to be surrounded by very noisy children. Totally forgot they do the birthday song which seems to go off every half an hour for kids. Food was very basic but the atmosphere just wasn't for us and we couldn't wait to leave. Our waitress was a delight and so rushed off her feed, working really hard in all the chaos.

Loud, busy, lack of hygiene. Only 1 staff member wearing a mask?! Did not have the normal lovely atmosphere of a Frankie and bennys with music etc. Very very poor.

Arrived at 12 and the 2 members of Staff were lovely, Starters were ok but main meals bland compared to the last time we ate at a f&b’s. Manager did knock money off as I couldn’t eat my chosen meal. Staff (man and woman) seemed to be doing the job of 4 people, a few people seemed to have issues with food and drink (one person asked for a veggie burger and they were given a burger with bacon on!). I suspect other staff were off ill or cutbacks have been made- presume in the food quality and ingredients too. If it wasn’t for the polite staff, especially the woman who appeared to be working in the kitchen as well as serving tables, this would have been 1 star.

We came here last Sat 11th and We had such a fantastic time. The staff were so lovely and nice and the blonde female manager was so great and really made us feel welcomed. The food came out and was amazing. I had a pizza and a side of fries and I enjoyed every bite. Our server was very attentive and couldn’t do more for us and the atmosphere was great. Definitely will be returning again

No idea how this place stays open. It is dreadful. Turned up for early dinner at 4.45pm. One other table occupied. Took 15 minutes to get a menu, same for drinks. Ordered Diet Coke and eventually wrong drinks turned up. No idea who are the staff and who are customers. After an hour a soggy uncooked pizza arrived with undercooked soggy chips, burger ok but with stale bread. Waited so long couldn’t be bothered to send it back. We just left it and went to till to pay. The place seems dingy and unclean and some of the staff look unkempt too. Couldn’t wait to get out. On leaving we saw the chef standing outside having a cigarette with a member of staff, they both looked like they needed a change of clothes thank goodness we didn’t eat the food.

The 2 of us had a table booked for 3:45 we arrived was greeted by the man in a grey jumper all was fine, we was seated to them have to wait 15 minutes for anyone to even come over and acknowledge we were sat there waiting to order. The young boy in all black with a green pinnie on took our order but seemed as if he didn’t have a clue what he was doing, he had to come back over twice to see what things we wanted when we had already said, we then waited 10 minutes for 2 cokes, I would totally understand the wait if it was busy but it wasn’t at all! I asked for a straw the young boy completely ignored me and walked off I had to get up myself and go to the bar to avoid another 10 minute wait. I think your staff need re training on priorities as all they seemed to do was chat at the bar, your standards are very low, especially with the arrogance of the mangers who can see that your waiting to be served and they just walk past you and then stand chatting. it would be very interesting to know who your area manager is and how they let you get away with this.Can someone please contact me in regards to this and I wish to be passed on your mangers number as I am embarrassed for you.

DO BOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered from bird box (not knowing it was part of frankie and benny's) waited around 40 minutes, to see on just eat it said it had been delivered, IT WASNT EVEN DELIVERED!! I was with a group of friends that came round for food we never got. Then the restaurant showed up as closed on just eat!! I rang frankie and bennys for him to say, he can't talk to the restaurant or the driver (in the same building?!) And that the only thing I could do was to call just eat. 15 calls later I went through the app to say it wasn't delivered and just eat did refund, because just eat are good, however this restaurant took payment and never delivered and you can't call them. The guy at frankie and benny's said they where showing up as closed as they where to busy and would open up again half hour later. So this restaurant clearly never even sent our food, took our money and showed as closed. Absolutely awful.

We were the 2nd table in arriving at 12. After a short wait we finally had our order taken but waited for an hour before our drinks actually arrived. After complaining that we hadn’t received drinks we then got brought the wrong drinks before finally getting the right order. Food on the other hand was no where to be seen, again after complaining about the wait we were advised our food was being plated. 10 minutes later food came to the table which wasn’t even for our table. The ‘manager’ wasn’t very apologetic and blamed it on the backlog in the kitchen, we were the 2nd table to order! Us and 3 more tables walked out, would avoid here if you want to actually eat. Would of given a zero if I could.

Lovely experience here last Friday! Unfortunately I’m not sure on the name of our server but he was amazing and a total credit to the team (was 5.15pm). Food was great and plenty of vegan options. Will be returning :)

We booked a pre-cinema meal for 4 at this curiously popular eatery (I can only imagine it's busy due to the proximity to the cinema and a lack of other eateries nearby).After waiting by the door for what seemed an age, being ignored by the staff (well, I think they were staff - no uniform as such or name badges, but unless the clientele have taken to wiping down tables they must be staff), we were shown to our table.Oh dear...The table offered was a 'booth' style table, with the bench seats pushed so close to the table it was impossible for any average adult let alone larger people (Im 6'2" and 19st) to get into the booth, let alone comfortably. Upon being shown to the table we asked to be moved to a different table. The server disappeared, and seemed to have forgotten us, so I asked to see a supervisor. A Supervisor came over - unkempt hair, and what can only be called an unclean black top, to show us to another table - which was in fact a table for 2, laid out for 4 people!I made my displeasure known - that this was unreasonable and as there were other tables for 4 and 6, could we not have one of those, or push another table for 2 next to this one to make space for 4, only to be told no, that's not policy to move tables or offer further accommodation once one offer has been made.We refused the table, I made it clear to the supervisor that we would be reviewing this ridiculous situation to which they replied 'go ahead, I really don't care, we have full bookings anyway'!!! I will NEVER visit or order from this place again!

We went to this restaurant (my partner, I and our 2 year old) on bonfire night.We were quickly seated and very soon after provided with menus and drinks.Once we had placed our order the food was provided very quickly and the team were happy to provide starters with the mains to make it easier for us.Hannah served us, she was friendly, polite, very good with our 2 year old and despite the team being ridiculously busy she found time to come and ask us if we needed anything else etc - this meant we were never waiting for drink re fills.The whole team had a difficult job that night - it was busy and from what we saw - they did an excellent job.

I visited on Halloween for a bite to eat for lunch. Millie was our server and was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive and knowledgeable, as well as being incredible friendly. The food was great we all really enjoyed it and will be returning again soon!

Arrived today 21.10.22 with my wife for a late lunch just before 3 oclock ordered off the lunch menu potato skins to start pepperoni pizza for me my wife ordered the potato skins and a chicken burger .All in all the first lot of potato skins arrived luke warm at best. After alerting the manager he told us he would bring us some fresh ones we told him we would be happy if the original ones were just heated up but no new ones were sent out a slight bit warmer but still not hot but we ate them so as not to seem pretty. On the arrival of my pizza and my wife's chicken burger my wife checked the chicken on the burger to find yes you guessed it luke warm at best.I again went to find the manager who was apologetic again.We were the only people in the restaurant at this time so no need to rush the cooking times ,the staff were not rushed in anyway. So how can you get something so simple wrong .I will never return to this restaurant again ,as this is the third time weve had problems of similar issues over the last two years . The cooking staff deserve to be jobless and I will be surprised if your open much longer .Shame really because this used to be a favourite of mine .

The restaurant was empty when we arrived. We ordered the Ultimate Mixed Grill to share. The food was cooked quickly but was not particularly hot when delivered to our table. The chips were lukewarm at best. The steak (requested medium) was slightly overcooked.

Warm welcome, however due to a busy Sunday I would day 40%of the main menu was sold out. Our waitress was friendly, explaining why/what was left and was apologetic and nice. Service was 4/5 star, food however 1/2 starBBQ grill chicken was dry with little sauce(ues I could have asked for more), chips are chips but slightly overdone I feel, onion rings and the corn on the cob were tasty. My other half had 1/2 rack of ribs l, chips and cotc. Ribs very very dry, despite having BBQ sauce as a covering - I'd say very overdone, didn't quite fall off the bone. Chips and cotc same as my plate of food.Overall 2/3 rating, staff good, food not so much. Not sure I'd venture back.

Absolutely fantastic staff, very attentive and extremely helpful. Food was excellent and service was quick. When we asked for dessert to go the waiter recommended the desserts that travel well so we didn’t arrive at our hotel with a melted mess. Quite possibly the best Frankie and Bennys I’ve ever eaten in

We booked into Frankie and Bennys somewhat reluctantly as we have had bad experiences at other locations. We thought, however , that this would be the best bet for a dinner with our 2 year old son. We were greeted warmly on arrival and served quickly. Our waiter Dominik was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly and kind to our son -chatting with him and even commenting to us on how well he was behaving and how he loved his name. Eating out with a toddler can be stressful but this was a really pleasant calm and enjoyable experience - mostly thanks to the service we recieved from Dominik. Food was served quickly and was really tasty. Thankyou for a lovely evening

Arrived at half 6 and left at half 9 because we had such a wonderful time! Fantastic atmosphere, felt very safe covid-wise and incredible food. Very very friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you especially our server Dom who went above and beyond to make my pre wedding meal extra special. We will be back!!

After much consideration our take away night was given to the Tamworth store, of F&B. 5 of us chose what to eat using the Just Eat app - total price £65, so not by any means cheap.The driver arrived at the restaurant at 7pm, and the app told us our food would be delivered at 7.05pm to 7.20pm....At 7.45 I decided to ring and chase my order. I tried 8 times, and got no answer from the restaurant.At 8.25 - a full hour later than the latest time - a very annoyed Just Eat driver arrived at the door with our food. He had been waiting for over an hour at the restaurant.The food itself was average at best - the salmon dry and cold, the burgers cold, the fries cold.... All in all, really, really disappointing. The most disappointing thing being that the restaurant could not be bothered to answer the phone to fix our problem.So all in all, this rude and poor quality experience has undone all the positive feelungs we had around F&B, Birdbox and Stacks deliveries.Until I get some positive response, sadly I cannot imagine giving my hard earned cash to F&B again., in whatever takeaway guise that may be.

Ate here on Saturday at 6.30pm as a last minute decision to go out for a family meal, we weren't disappointed, we were looked after by Dominik who on previous visits also was friendly, attentive and professional, nothing was too much trouble for him, my 2 boys always hope he will be looking after us when we go! The food was also excellent. We will be back soon.

Met and greeted by Gemma and shown to our table. Placed our order for food and drinks. The drinks and food arrived promptly and well presented. When placing our order with Gemma I told her we were celebrating my adult daughters birthday. Gemma had a candle put on my daughters ice cream. This gave us a big chuckle and really made it a special night. Food was fantastic, the service given by Gemma was exceptional. We will definitely be returning. With Covid hitting businesses so hard it was great to go out again and feel safe with all the precautions in place.

The food we had was nice but half the menu was unavailable and we weren't told until we went to order things. No doughballs, garlic bread, brownoes or cookie dough. The air con was on very high and we were cold. Quite a disappointinf Frankie and Bennys visit as we normally love them. Free parking outside in the evening.

Chelsea our server was amazing and made our night so amazing! She even made my 3 year old Nephew really happy by playing the Birthday song for him for his birthday! So blubby and friendly would definitely visit again just to be served by her!

I am a regular at Tamworth , F & B . The food is very good and varies with menus changed from time to time to add variety. The staff are excellent and are especially on top form when some youngster is there for a birthday treat.

5 star food via Uber! We took advantage of a voucher from Uber had a wonderful meal from F&B......burgers & pizza & garlic bread, all delivered very promptly, food was very hot, and delicious....... Nom Nom! We will definitely be ordering again. Thank you!

We have ordered from Frankie and Benny’s Tamworth twice in the last couple of weeks and the food has been amazing. The click and collect service is really easy to use, food has always been ready ( and hot ) at my collection time and staff have been really friendly. The food is all packaged separately and the kids meal was really big. Would really recommend

We ordered for my husbands birthday meal the food arrived exactly the time we had chosen was piping hot and absolutely delicious the food was really well packaged even with a little sticker of who had packaged our meal and a little message which I thought was a lovely personal touch! Would definitely be ordering again and I have already recommended them to my family!!

So I order a large New York pizza and did not want any chicken or ham on my pizza i called to explain as I ordered online the lady who helped me was so polite and helpful I picked up my pizza at my chosen time and it’s hot and taste so good

Ordered a special takeaway for valentines and was not dissapointed. For arrived quickly, was hot... Even had a free dessert for us both thrown in. Everything was prepared to a high standard and the little messages on the bag show the details and work the staff put in. Thank you

WOW! I've been blown away before, but never like this! Frankie and Benny's Tamworth is top-notch! 10/10 for the experience, the food and the atmosphere it was all absolutely delightful. I will definitely be returning :)

Excellent food!! fast delivery the jack fruit burrito was delicious my husband couldn't get enough my chicken burrito was also delicious both filled to the brim and the donuts and chocolate sauce just yummy, will be ordering again very soon. Your doing a fantastic job well done to you all at these difficult times

The food was really good value. It was also delicious too. The lovely staff were extremely helpful & courteous. especially for takeaway during these difficult times.

Second time I've ordered and didn't dissapoint... Ordered from the birdbox menu which seems to be a sub brand of frankies. Food was very tasty and the breaded chicken was superb... Doughnuts for dessert better than expected... Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu when I can. Keep it up!

There are 2 concepts in play here, and we weren't disappointed with either. Stacks burgers, which are not the biggest patties, but the range of flavours is fabulous. Also Chicken Hut which simplTry the piri fries as well as the hot sauce with your chicken wings if you dare.Recommended

Went shopping in lidl and knocked on the door by chance it was open, was really hungry. Got told to order on the app and was not dissapointed. Ordered from stacks and within 10 minutes the food was ready and we were very impressed. Much better quality than a McDonald's with a decent choice on the menu. Would highly recommend

Click and Collected food last Wednesday, the staff seemed very busy, however the service was amazing. I asked for sauces and cutlery and despite the rush he delivered perfectly. The burgers was delicious, the fries were fresh and the starters were amazing. The bags were festively decorated, was a lovely touch. Well done Lily and Calum I believe their names was.

Just returned home from a lovely few days in Tamworth - the first time off work I've had since Jan! We were staying in the hotel opposite this restaurant and usually pay a visit when we're there as it's so convenient.We booked a table to avoid disappointment and were a little concerned when the website quote 1hr 15 mins per booking - of course we understand the reasons for having a turnover, just concerned that with 6 of us (including 2 very slow eating children!) that it wouldn't be enough time.Got to the restaurant and seated straight away. The staff in there were fantastic, very attentive and great with the kids.Restaurant had various COVID measures in place (sanitizer, app ordering available, tables out of use, staff wearing visors etc.), we felt safe and comfortable while visiting.Food was to a good standard, prepared in reasonable time and all as requested, couldn't fault it.We were given plenty of time to eat our meals - I assume the 1hr 15m is a safety net, given the current situation, for busy periods to get as many people served as possible.Only disappointing point was no Italian lessons being played in the toilets!Oh, and they had ran out of vinegar (they explained that it was the first time ever and due to having to use single sachets now). Hardly a game changing issue though.Had a great evening with the family, thanks for looking after us.

Food was amazing, I had the vegan burger and I couldn’t fault it, it was one of the best vegan burgers I’ve tried! The service was great.. all the staff here are so lovely and polite. They are all doing really well to help people feel safe in this current situation, I would highly recommend

Food fine but restaurant cold and one waitress pretty lazy. We love F&B as cheap and cheerful. Tamworth is a nice restaurant and we have been several times. Last night though it was cold in the restaurant which I really hate. Our waitress was pretty unprofessional and spent most of her time leaning over a bench and chatting with other customers, suspect she knew them! Kind of spoiled the overall experience

Had a great visit here 6th March 2020 for my Godsons 14th Birthday. My menu choice of a vegan beetroot burger was good and the sweet potato fries was very good. I recommend the chocolate brownies as well. Heather the waitress was very good and attentive to all our needs as it was a big group of us

We have not been here for a few years, so we mentioned to several friends that we should try it again.We told our friends who have never been to Frankie and Benny's that it was like going back in time to a 1950's American diner. They have old photos of movie and music stars everywhere and they play music from the era.Can you imagine the let down when we arrived?No music, no photos, and the place was decorated like a children's play school!No wonder that the building is up for sale.The main reason for going to Frankie and Benny's was to experience the atmosphere of a bygone era. Never again, what an almighty LET DOWN!

We visited Frankie and Benny’s with a good deal. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were seated very quickly . We enjoyed two courses and a bottle wine the food was amazing and the price was great too we will be coming back soon

Evening meal - the House Special burger with chips. There was nothing special about it. It was a tiny tasteless over cooked burger on a tiny bland white bun accompanied by a tiny portion of chips. The wine wasn’t up to much either and I tried two glasses of red. The staff were friendly and try hard to please but I think the quality of food is poor. It’s as though the chain is trying to cut back on costs by skimping in quantity and quality.I had breakfast in the morning when I had porridge and banana. That could have easily been made delicious with some seeds, honey and banana, but just banana? Lacks imagination.Their jam for the toast was the sort of industrialised capsules you get which are 90% sugar and 10% fruit and colouring. There are beautiful natural jams that could have been offered but it’s all about cutting costs by sacrificing the quality of food. Probably standards are so poor in the UK today that most people don’t notice anymore, but if you ever ate out somewhere better you would notice. It’s disappointing- I did leave a large tip for the staff in the evening because they work hard.

Used a Groupon voucher for £43 worth of food for £19.99. So not worth it. portion sizes small. expensive flat beer. Tried this place when it opened. wandered why Ive swerved it for so long. now I know.

As my partner and I enjoy dining at F&Bs, it is unfortunate that this review is so negative. I did post a review direct to this restaurant’s Google page but I have since noted it has been removed.The staff seemed pleasant enough when we entered, it being very quiet for a Saturday lunchtime, there were only 2 other families eating with us. Therefore no excuse for my order of a bbq chicken burger to go wrong... I received a chicken mayo burger instead! My partner had a double bacon cheeseburger and nearly broke his tooth on a tough/burnt piece.The waitress who served us was pleasant enough however took a prolonged amount of time to clear our table after we’d finished. Other staff members could have helped but were too busy messing around and (what I can only guess as) popping balloons round the corner by the bar, being noisier than the diners.My partner decided to go to the toilets while I waited for the bill, he later informed me that the gents were filthy, with what he believed to be faecal matter on the ceiling based on the sight and smell of the toilets as he walked in!Overall a negative experience and we will not be returning to this particular restaurant again!

Having not been here in years we decided to try again for a birthday meal in early December. It was nothing like it used to be, the place seemed to have had a complete makeover. It is now spacious and bright and felt very welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was brought out quickly and was absolutely delicious. I've tried a variety of food from here since and it's always really nice. I will be making this a regular place the eat from now on!

Went to get a bite again today, and was happy to see the server from last time, Eden! Once again brilliant service and enjoyable food. Only come to tamworth every so often and its always a pleasure eating here, always brilliant service!

We have just had a lovely meal here. Food was brilliant and our waitress was lovely and so helpful despite being rushed off her feet. Why were there only 2 staff looking after lots of tables on a very busy day?? There was no manager in sight or any moment where the two on the floor had a moment to even stop for breath. Really awful management and treatment of your very hard-working employees. Our waitress was Gemma T and she did amazingly well looking after us despite all of this. So thank you! There was another member of staff just sitting at the bar during all of this...I really hope that was not the manager. What a shame when the food was great and the service was great - bad management it seems though. Think you will have a lot of unhappy customers there this afternoon!

A young man called Hayden was very helpful to us despite being quite new. He sorted out all the problems we had. Excellent

After a party in Tamworth we stayed at the travelodge across the road so this was ideally situated for breakfast. I'm on a specialist diets and they catered for me perfectly.

The restaurant has been refurbed since my last visit. The food and service are still what you expect from Frankie & Benny's. My breakfast tasted good, I've no complaints at all. The restaurant feels much more light and airy now.

Never really rated frankie and bennys before but we came here Friday evening for a family meal(6 of us), it was packed out but the service was amazing, we were served by Dom and he was brilliant took our orders with no notepad or tablet just made a mental note and got the orders spot on even with the 'withs and withouts' very impressive well done dom your a credit to the company. the food was lovely too. Will definitely return in the future.

I was served meatballs from someone else’s plate that we’re basically just second hand spheres of gristle, because of that i’ve been throwing up none stop for 2 days.

Shocking service provided by f &b.; Ordered from Uber .half the food was missing and the rest cold. Was told not f&b; problem sort it with Uber.

Food was very tasty, vegan and non vegan option. Served by a younger gentleman who was new and slightly inexperienced but still very polite and helpful, I didn't happen to catch his name but he was a younger man with short blonde hair.

Excellent meal with a very large menu, cocktails made to perfection and outstanding service making a great evening, highly recommend.

I was surprised at the price of the food, seems the deals are the best option. Feel like they are trying to be tgi fridays but struggle with the food quality.

Great food and good service but it’s so loud in there any want for a nice romantic meal is impossible because the music is either blaring or you can hear the conversation of the next table as they are so close

Have eaten here twice in recent months and have been satisfied on the food quality on both occasions. The atmosphere in the restaurant is on a par with other restaurants in the chain. What did merit some praise was our server. On both visits we were served by Dominik who is very friendly and so efficient at what he does. The waitress was really friendly. Food was ok. But it was really hot in the restaurant which was a little uncomfortable.

Went for breakfast this morning. Couldn't fault it. Food was brill and our waitress, Eden was fantastic. She was a pleasure. Will highly recommend having your sunday morning breakfast here.

Me and my friend went to the cinema and decided to go here after for some food. Both ordered burgers which are standard meals that rarely taste bad. Must say this was the worst burger I have ever had , I don’t even know wether it was cooked properly if I’m being honest. Very disappointed as I used to love going here as a child. However they have had it done up and does look nice just not the Frankie and bennies I remember

Two days we ate breakfast here and both days there was only one other couple. Place was bit unclean but good menu. Food came quite fast and was well cooked on both occasions. Coffee was fresh and you get free top up. Service was good. For breakfast, this was fine.

Visited around 18.30 on a Sunday evening and restaurant relatively busy but noticed it got quieter later.

We visited here on Saturday 7th around 12.30. The welcome we received was lovely and service was fantastic. The food / drinks / deserts were all served quickly and every order was spot on. The food was presented nice too. Thank-you to our main server Freya, who was very patient and efficient and to all other staff too. The 16 children had a great time.

Hi, on Friday 6th September myself, my partner and our 3 children visited frankies and bennys in tamworth. We had just been to jump xtreme so thought we would pop in on the way home for dinner to finish off the celebrations for our 5th daughters birthday. The food was absolutely amazing and the service we recieved by all 4 members of staff - CLAIRE, MEZ, GEMMA & DOM was absolutely out of this world. The 4 of them really did go above and beyond for us, seated us very quickly, no waiting to order more food or drinks, everyone was happy and constantly smiling, Constantly interacting with the children, all clapping and singing happy birthday for my little girl. They really made a fuss of her which was lovely. I can honestly say this is the best service we have ever recieved and we eat out alot as a family. Thankyou so so much. These 4 members of staff are an absolute credit to your company, aswel as the chefs for our delicious food!

Fantastic service 19.8.19 - sorry dont know guys name - thanks to you, we went around 10pm - mixed grill - lovely- steak perfect medium rare, battered fish and chips, wrapped hot dog and chips.

Food was all great and arrived quickly, our server Dominik and other staff were all very friendly! Would definitely come again :)
