The staff were fabulous and our food was delicious. We had starters, mains and puddings which was all great and it was nice to choose some new items from the festive options! Our waitress was lovely and helped us use our Tesco vouchers as part payment. I would recommend a visit here for a birthday/Xmas get together.

Arrived at 7.15. Only ordered a main initially. Waiter wasn't very friendly. Hardly spoke, didn't smile, didn't seem to know the menu at all. He looked over my shoulder to spell spaghetti pomodorra!!! Food arrived and was good, although no-one cane to ask.us if everything was ok or if we needed more drinks. At 8.35, (a good 30 mins after we had finished our meal) I called the waiter over to ask him to clear the table and ask if we could order desserts. He said kitchen was now closed, despite most of the tables around us still waiting for starters or mains. Website says restaurant us open until 10pm. Not good when this connected to a 4star hotel. We could easily have left without paying and no-one would have noticed. The barman/maitre d spent most of his time looking at his mobile phone!

A friendly welcome plus a choice of seating. A pretty good menu. The service was very good with the staff being very attentive. Our starter arrived promptly and was very tasty. I then had the creamie burrata, truffle and mushroom pinsa (a square pizza) which was very good whilst my wife had tea reliably good lasagne. No desserts on this occasion. The Brewery Quarter was really busy, so there was a good atmosphere in the area. Legitimately the worst pizza I have ever eaten... Granted, this food was ordered via Deliveroo however it took 3 hours to arrive... 3 hours! We ordered the pepperoni pizza, sharer garlic bread and a child's Bolognese... The pizza was burnt on one side, raw on the other and had not even been cut and the cheese tasted like plastic. The garlic bread also had not been cut and tasted like cardboard. The pasta was blatantly old and not fresh as well as being bland and overcooked. I honestly will never eat food from this restaurant ever againThe only saving grace is that we were issued a full refund...

My friend and I went to Prezzo to celebrate our birthdays, we are both disabled, and we were really looked after, by the staff. The food was amazing. We had prosecco which was really chilled which made it more flavoursome, a strawberry placed on the edge of the glass to give a nice finishing touch. We were not rushed, and all the staff were smiling and friendly.

Went for a friends birthday meal, expected the worst as last time I was here was years ago back when I was little I’m now 21. I can gladly say it was really good! I ordered a cheeseburger with chips and every bit of the burger was delicious and the chips were spot on, ate the lot. Then for pudding I had brownie with ice cream and this was sickly but so good, didn’t manage to eat all of it due to how rich it was but still good. Overall I’d give this restaurant a 8.5/10

Before the pandemic F&Bs were one of my go to places to eat and I know that like so many businesses in the hospitality industrys were badly hit by the pandemic but that is no excuse for seriously reducing quality. My partner and I went to F&Bs at Cribbs Causeway after the cinema on the 15th Nov and found that the menu had been substantially reduced and changed, one of my favourites on the old menu was New York Chicken or Hunters Chicken as most places in the UK call it, However it was nowhere to be found on the very ruduced menu, Then I spotted Barbeque Chiken which sounded very similar so we both went for that, when it arrived it was very differnet in that the chicken was very very thin with a heavy batter and bread crumb coating. Whilst mine was a little thicker but not much I ate half but my partners was so thin she gave up and ate very little. The waitress was very good and did not charge for my partners meal and I think if I had complained at the time she probably would have not charged for mine, but as I had eaten half befor eI decided I had had enough I thought I should pay. F&Bs food used to be good honest fare and what is simpler than a nice chiken breast grilled and topped with barbeque sauce other than it is probably slightly more costly than the aweful and cheap barbeque chicken we were served. Sadly I don't see us going back to F&Bs anytime soon.
