Prezzo - Cheltenham Brewery in Cheltenham

Absolutely great day at Prezzo brewery. The food was lush the drinks delicious and the staff were amazing. Olivia, jack and shek were honestly the best members of staff. So kind, made great recommendations and very attentive.

We asked for a table of 5 but the restaurant was fully booked. We were outside looking to find somewhere else to eat, but the staff came out to grab out attention to say they have had a cancellation and they could fit us in. We enjoyed our food and the service was excellent. Thank you we will remember it.

Great location in the Brewery Quarter. We didn't book but I recommend you do at weekends. They squeezed us in. Food was good (recommend the sharing platter and the crab & lobster ravioli). My only criticism is that they were using the same broom to clean the floor and the chair seats which of course makes the chairs dirty??

Very short staffed and offering ‘kids eat free’ so was busy in half term. Bruschetta lacked tomatoes and pesto just dolloped on. Chicken, avocado & bacon salad lacked any bacon. Chicken rubbery and only a sliver of avocado. Kids burgers and ice cream good.

A wonderful meal for Valentine’s Day.

This was our first time visiting a Prezzo restaurant, we had a red letter days gift experience. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The choices on the three course menu were also very good. Definitely recommend :)

Worst service. Never go to this place

stood around for 15 minutes after collection time to be served the blandest smallest portion of pasta. You'd have to try hard to get pasta this bad. AVOID.

Great location and fantastic food. This restaurant catered for our Christmas party of 19 people. All the food was delivered at the same time hot and tasty. I would like to thank all the staff and the chefs for a fantastic night , and making our Christmas Party a fab experience. Thank you

A friendly welcome plus a choice of seating. A pretty good menu. The service was very good with the staff being very attentive. Our starter arrived promptly and was very tasty. I then had the creamie burrata, truffle and mushroom pinsa (a square pizza) which was very good whilst my wife had tea reliably good lasagne. No desserts on this occasion. The Brewery Quarter was really busy, so there was a good atmosphere in the area. Our waiting time got later and later until we didn’t really want it anymore unfortunately! Also one pasta meal was COVERED in rosemary which was not advertised and we don’t like it so this meal wasn’t eaten

I went with my wife after the gym. The food was nice but expensive for what it was. The food came quickly as we were the only ones in the restaurant. Unlikely to return.

Very disappointing food. I ordered ricotta and spinach cannelloni, it was very dry, a very small portion for the price, no garnish to even make it look better. Tesco ready meal would of been more appetising. Wish we had complained on the night but didn't want to spoil the evening. It was my son's 19th birthday and he would of been imbarassed. Can't remember my husbands dish (pasta something) but again it was oven baked and small, dry and tasteless. He would rather a tesco pasta bake! Staff kept brushing past my seat. Other 2 meals were OK but never worth what they cost. Gone down hill from when we went years ago. Won't be going back!

Had a lovely time Prezzo this weekend! The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. Sophie, our waitress, was delightful and was always there to help. Will definitely return.

We arrived as they just opened I believe, the food was quite poor for the prices paid, almost £20 for a spaghetti bolognese that I could’ve prepared at home to a better quality and cheaper price . I respect the pressure put on staff during busy hours but quieter ones should be met with better overall performance in food quality.

Lovely food, best pizza I have had for a long time, maybe best ever. We ate outside the restaurant this time, good service and great atmosphere in the Brewery, would definitely recommend. What makes it even better is the fact you can use discount codes from Meerkat Rewards, so we received 25% off the final bill.

Great delivery service, food was hot. Prezzo have evidently changed their recipe for rusticana. Used to be with rosemary and crispy pancetta across the top. Both have gone, making the dish a little bland in my opinion.

All pizzas were cold when they reached us and the gluten free one had a cardboard texture. The drinks we ordered weren't in the bag with the pizzas

My main course was STUNNING. Seriously; top ten plate of food (and I eat out A LOT) Male waiter was attentive, chatty and friendly. Child's portion of pasta was very generous. Can't stop thinking about my main course...... Mouthwatering

My husband had the sea bass which he really enjoyed. I had the sausages and lentils which was different. The lemon meringue was perfect. The restaurant had a good atmosphere

Staff are lovely, very chatty. Food is so average, it's almost poor. It's not priced like average food unfortunately. No vibe, no atmosphere, this one's off the list im afraid. Please do SOMETHING here?

Visited here this afternoon with our grand children. It didn't seem very busy but the service was very slow. Generally the the food was OK, but I had the Sea Bass and clearly the shef did not know how to cook it. It was undercooked and the skin was far from crispy. One of the plates was forgotten and arrived late. Not a great experience from this popular chain of restaurants.

missed delivery time by 1 hour. called restaurant was told they didn't have my order on system. was unable to cancel. suddenly a driver was assigned. called restaurant again. was told this time that the order is there but there's a lack of drivers. food turned up 1 hour late. Food stone cold. fries were drenched in steam moisture, limp wet cold fries. bolognese was luke warm and covered in water from the steam.

The food was ok, and what you expect from the a chain....The service was terrible....for a restaurant that was not even busy, the staff were not tentative, the table wasn't set properly and we had no cutlery. We had to wait for a very long time to be served even though the staff were standing and chatting in the bar area. Finally when the bill came, the server gave us the wrong bill twice. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Handy stop after seeing Dune 2 at Cineworld which is a few yards away. We were nicely welcomed and given a good table in the corner - nce and quiet. Drinks came quickly ad food was not too far behind. Quick, main-course only meal this time so we ordered the Aubergine Pizza and the "standard" Seabass. Pizza was the usual good quality - hot and tasty. Fish was not so good but acceptable - the sause was good and the salad was a great idea (instead of fries!) The fish itself had either been overcooked or kept warm for too long - the result was on the dry side although the taste was good. A good chance for a quiet catch-up.

Quiet when we had our family meal (Sunday tea-time). Tables well spaced/not too close together. Good service; good, hot food and hot drinks (where applicable) . Good value - esp. with 'Kids eat free' offer. Convenient location. Promenade my favourite location, but I would visit this branch (Brewery) again for convenience and spaciousness.

Absolutely love this prezzo! My go-to whenever i’m feeling in the mood for some nice pasta. In the day time it is usually rather quiet but still a comforting atmosphere. My personal favourite menu items are the crispy fried mozzarella, calamari, the NEW salmon salad, and the spaghetti with king prawns. the service here is always really good aswell. well done team :)

Delicious Ladies that Lunch! Enjoyed a shopping trip with my friend and a few weeks before we had Enjoyed lunch at Prezzo along the Prom in Cheltenham. We tried again, but it was fully booked, so we thought we would give the Brewery one a try. It didn't disappoint. The staff was great, helpful, and polite. We preferred this restaurant too, felt more cosy. Great food.

Prezzo was chosem as the location for our work Christmas meal as we were not looking for something traditional this year. After grabbing a quick drink elsewhere we headed over to Prezzo. A note at this point, I rarely give 5 stars as nothing is ever perfect. so 3 stars is most peoples' 4 etc. Setting was nice, long table minimal items on the table so little to get in the way of conversation. The staff were courteous and happy to wait as many of us were talking rather than reading menus. Food came and was good. I;ve given 3 for service as they didnt really have enough staff to deal with the Firday volumne and so drinks at times took 10 mins to come from ordering. Otherwise it was an enjoyable experience though as you might expect drinks were horribly overpriced.

It's so expensive eating out nowadays it's good to see Prezzo take discount offers ( gourmet society card). 25% off makes it more tolerable. Food portion sizes could be more generous, the garlic bread was small for the ££ service was on point but quite a weird paying experience with the tip % being advised!! I don't mind tipping but don't need reminding.

Fantastic food, lovely staff, very clean and great with children, we thought we'd bring our Spanish family for a light lunch, ended up as a proper family dinner, great value for money

Early pre-cinema dinner - very convenient for Cineworld as it is in the same Brewery precinct. I had booked and we were offered a choice of table - chose one by the window. Order taken quickly and drinks arrived in 5 minutes - lemonade and Poretti beer were both cold and fine. Starters - the dip for the Crispy Fried Mozzarella was a bit "Heinz-tasting" but the cheese was well-cooked. The "pestonnaise" dip for the Calamari worked better - nice dish. The Seabass was good but a bit over-crisp for me - the vegetables were good and the side salad was well-made. Goat cheese and pepper pizza had a good base and went down well. all done in less than an hour which fitted with the cinema schedule!

Super Friendly Staff, Good Value Overall

Overall I enjoyed my meal here. - The food was tasty. - Service was average. - Gluten free options available but told they were small. I ordered a beer and a pizza with 3 different meat toppings. I enjoyed my food. Wait times seemed to be average for waiting for food and to get the bill at the end. I would have preferred to pay via a website or prior just so I don't have to flag down the waiter at the end of the meal. A note for those that are gluten free: My friend was told the gluten free pizza was a fixed size whereas the standard pizzas can be adjusted in size. They were also told that the size was disappointing and that they would most likely need to order more to be full. Based on the garlic bread my friend did order I would assume the server was being truthful as it was quite tiny. So there are gluten free options but the options aren't great themselves it seems.

Driver dropped a meal on the floor. Wouldn’t report it himself, I have had to. It’s not just the one meal gone. It’s the inconvenience of having a meal ordered with one persons missing, the refund doesn’t cut it

The food was far better than I anticipated for what I thought was a pretty basic chain restaurant, but what made it was the fact the staff were happy and engaging and attentive. Makes a huge difference to the overall experience so I would thoroughly recommend

My child had a nice time with his mates but I discovered that some of his mates ordered tiramisu which would have alcohol in and they were under 18. Just because its in a dessert doesn't mean it should be served to them. Appalling

Service slow. Wrong drink. Too many cherry tomatoes in both my starter & main. Expensive for what it was. Waiter was hard to deal with,kept saying "give me a few minutes"

Staff were smoking weed out the back and our waiter was zoned out not knowing what was going on. Upon arrival we were told we could only have 1 course as the kitchen was shutting at 9pm bearing in mind we had a table of 10 booked in for 8:15 we were not told this when we booked. We were rushed through ordering and only offered 1 drink. The food took ages to arrive and they forgot 1 meal which took another 10 minutes to prepare. Disappointed first time here and won’t be in a rush to return. Wouldn’t recommend unless you like the smell of Weed and staff that don’t care.

Very convenient town centre location near to Cineworld and the main shopping area - covered precinct with multistory parking (a bit expensive but very handy) just across the road. great lacation for lunch - comfortable with friendly attentive staff - we chose pasta, pizza and salad and all were of the usual high standard - good offers too so pricing is very compatitive. Deciding against starters we shared desserts of lemonn meringue pie and Chocolate & Cherry sundae - all very good.

Food was lovely , I usually go with hummus as I believe it’s the best In town but this time I tried the calamari, flavoured beautifully and was crispy outside,also had a posh pepperoni pizza and once again no disappointment ☺️ Manager James was lovely.

The pasta was nice which should be for £16.50 . I paid 5-25 for some truffle chips which came as a child’s portion delivered. About ten fries not acceptable and disappointing . A-shame as the rest was nice ! Probably wouldn’t order again as I felt the price for the sizes was not fair

I’m very sad to say that was the worst meal I have ever had out! the quality of food was appalling as if it was fresh out the microwave but even that would’ve had more flavour. We had to ask for water 3 times before being given at the end of our meal while watching staff all on the phones at the bar in a half empty restaurant. For £63 I think this is disgusting for a lousy meal even with one being deducted. Currently eating a kids McDonald’s meal

The delivery driver did not complete the delivery. Instead he phoned me to say that he was parked outside and I needed to come and fetch my meal from him. The delivery had clearly not been handled cafefully, as when I opened it I found that a pot of sauce had been partially crushed and the lid come off it, with the sauce having been spread about. The food itself was passable but luke warm and the burger was burnt, with far too much mayonnaise and an excessive amount of rocket.

First time visiting since it’s re-location and it was a really positive experience. Although we were early we were seated immediately and the waiter was prompt taking drinks order and bringing them. Lasagne was delicious and one of the best I’ve had in UK. My granddaughters carbonara was just a few minutes late in arriving at the table. Halfway through our meal waitress came and said they were taking the carbonara off the bill because we had to wait for it! We hadn’t complained about having to wait and were surprised by this gesture. The Sicilian lemon roulade was absolutely delicious and the sticky toffee pudding really good. We will return and much better than Prezzo

Well prezzo you have done it again. there would be a pic of the pizza but it looked too tasty and I ate it sorry however let me tell you something. The honeycomb cheese cake was Devine and I had everyone’s favourite Pepsi. All the food went down a treat. The staff were nice and the restaurant wasn’t to busy when we went in. Thank you for a great experience

The food was genuinely really good (very pricey though). However, the waiter was just grumpy and blatantly rude. The restaurant was practically empty so he clearly just wanted us to leave so he could CONTINUE to just stand there on his phone. I wouldn’t go here if you are expecting a pleasant experience as a result of friendly service. The workers make you feel uncomfortable and that you can’t ask any questions.

Terrible experience. Used a prepaid voucher from Virgin Red Letter days as part of a helicopter ride experience (£400 deal). Showed the host the voucher and was seated behind the cooking area, we requested to move as it was a terrible location and got seated in front of the entrance doors, which was cold and windy as the doors were constantly opening. No other guests were seated in our original location at any time we were there. Perhaps it was because I'm American or my wife is Asian and they treated us differently than the other patrons. After showing the voucher to 3 people and ordering our food, they waited until our food was delivered to explain  that they should have  provided us with a set menu. So instead of 3 courses with Wine for 2 people we received 2 courses with Wine and ended up paying £42 instead of the meal being covered by the voucher. This experience was terrible and completely inexcusable. Stay away, the food was terrible and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

One of the best pizzas I've ate and delicious starters they even have a red stone ale furnace where you can see the pizza being cooked very the service was excellent 👌 plus the prepared drinks were amazing

Arrived for our meal at 1920 and was out there by 1950. The food arrived within 7 minutes after ordering with the waitress. The Chicken Alfredo was tasteless. The Crab & Lobster Ravioli lacked the crab and Lobster meat. Some parcels were empty and the crab and Lobster which were present could of been mistaken for any other meat filling. VERY overpriced. Tescos can produce better and my girlfriend now has the toots.

Had to wait 20 minutes for our hot drinks, which had a dirty cup and had to ask 2 different staff to get a clean one. Then another 35 minutes for our food. Food was good but overall experience was disappointing and not one we plan repeating for the price.

The bad experience started when one of the drinks had to be chased up. The starters then arrived promptly and were great, but we were left waiting for an hour after we'd finished and still no sign of mains. We were then delivered pizzas for a different table which were seated after us and with more people. When chased up with the 'Manager', we were told the printer was broken so the order had been lost and all other orders had been halted so ours would be the next out of the kitchen. This was a blatant lie. The orders were coming out of the printer and landing on the floor, none of which were being picked up by any member of staff. Food was then taken to multiple other tables with still no sign of ours - at which point we'd been in the restaurant for almost 2 hours. When asked again, we were told again that our mains were in the oven but we had had more than enough by this point. The supposed 'Manager' then went off to fetch someone who was actually senior who then whittered on about this not being normal service (obviously) but we cancelled the order and left.

Lovely food and very friendly team.

Had a lovely lunch with my cousin and her baby. Food was lovely and our server James ( I guess he was one of the manager) was very kind and funny. P.S. loved the pizza with lots of cheese on it!

Was bizarre. We were walk ins and told matter of factly when we walked in we couldn’t use vouchers, we had to pay by card and we had to be out in an hour. No problem. The guy taking our order was rude, barely any conversation and just tapped on his screen, didn’t ask what dip we wanted even though there should have been a choice. We ordered coke and he just grunted “pepsi” Food came, no cutlery. He just mumbled and we had no idea what he was saying. We felt rushed. The food was ok but wasn’t a massively pleasant experience. Paying the bill was odd too with the waitress wandering off halfway through and calculating it for us before we’d said what we each wanted to pay. When I tried to question it she just told me that’s what I was paying. Won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

We came into prezzo at around 5 asking for a table of 4, the place was completely dead. We were told we couldn’t have a table and a reservation was required despite no one being in the restaurant. The lady was really rude and blunt, creating a very bad atmosphere. After looking online we managed to book a table for 5:30. More people came in asking if they could have a table and were rejected because of a large party that still hadn’t arrived by the time we left (6:45). when other people were turned away the other staff were much more polite making us think the lady we had to deal with was the problem. Waiter (Dan) was lovely and very polite but other staff rude and unwelcoming. Would be lovely if the staff were as nice as the food- ruins the place. The one star was only earnt because of the food and waiter otherwise would be 0.
