Went here with my 2 boys as I had a voucher to use. Friendly staff. I had spaghetti carbonara with added chicken, my older boy had meatballs with spaghetti and my other boy had garlic bread and pasta. Very delicious food and price washed good. You can use your tesco vouchers here as well. Definitely go back here again

Couldn’t order Pizza because they’d run out of dough, food was very bland and extra drinks were forgotten and had to be chased. For the price it was very disappointing.

We were in town and decided to visit Prezzo for lunch, of all the chains this is in our opinion the best. It was relatively quiet, however the food ( 2 courses) and service were excellent, so have no hesitation in giving our visit 5 stars!

we haven't had great experiences with prezzo resturants before, but this one in particular is excellent!! the food is absolutely amazing, with loads of courses to pick from, including for vegetarians and those with dietary restrictions - personally we love how spicy the prawn spaghetti is❤️❤️ the service was brilliant for us too, very fast & the staff are kind and willing to help. finally the atmosphere is really lovely, there is cool background music to keep up the good vibes

Drinks and food good, service was ok, unfortunately meal was then completely ruined when asking for a coffee at 21:30. “Sorry the machine is closed down for the night”. Ok, so can we have limoncello please. It was as warm as the coffee we were not allowed to have… A very poor experience.

We have used this Prezzo before and like the chain as a whole. It just wasn't a great night out on this occasion. We arrived a bit early and after a bit of messing about were found our table. The menu layout has been changed since we last ate there and not for the better. I expect someone has been paid large sums of money to make it worse! I guess people not listening or at least paying attention was the main gripe. My wife doesn't like ice in her drinks. This was pointed out each time we ordered but arrived in the drink none the less three times! It's not too hard a thing to get right is it? The food was ok although they have changed ingredients in some dishes too. My wife did mention this to the waitress her dish wasn't as nice as usual and was told that other people had said the same. I wonder if she's told the management that customers are commenting? It would help the business. We both used the toilets and they need some TLC. My wife said the ladies wasn't overly clean. The thing i noticed most was the state of the doors. Just a lick of paint would make such a difference!

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Food nicely presented and tasty. Wine expensive, but very good (the Primitivo).  Overall a very good Prezzo. Food prices high, but with Tastecard, much more pleasing on the wallet.

Went there in June, had a very disappointing meal, wasn’t given the chance to complain as the service was so bad a table check wasn’t done. I complained to customer services and after over a week of waiting for a response, I got a very generic response saying it will be mentioned to the area manager and will be improved going forwards, and they hope to see me again. Sorry but that won’t be happening. If you like soggy pizza or pasta with very little chicken for £16.95 per dish carry on and go there. WORST MEAL at a Prezzo ever.

We were booked to have a Red Letter Day Experience meal. the Manager at this Restaurant was one of the rudest Greeters/ managers i have ever encountered. We did not stay as she asked us to leave.We went to Ask Italia a few hundred yards away and were treated as we should have been. Avoid this place while this Manager works there. Dreadful experience will never go there again. changed my red letter day to a different company

Always find the service welcoming, friendly and attentive here. Food is very good with plenty choice. Would recommend.

Excellent food and excellent service. Pizza and burger were both superb. Great chips.

Disappointing, TBH. The table had a deep gouge in the top, through the surface to the fibreboard underneath, which was weird and surely means it can't be very hygienic. Then our water glasses arrived with lipstick marks, and though the waitress took them away, we had to ask again for replacements. The food was pretty good, to be honest, but the shabby, dirty feel of the place, and the friendly but inept service means we won't be returning.

I booked this restaurant for 36 Ladies as we were away on a choir weekend . We all pre ordered our food online which made the organizing very easy. The menus were reasonably priced with a good choice of Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free food. Some dishes were a little bland but for the price you couldn't complain. The service was excellent the girls worked really hard and got all the dishes out super quick and then put up with our loud singing ( best that we were up stairs!)

Went to prezzo after defecting to Bosco in cheltenham. It was really disappointing. Too much balsamic onion on the pizza- like eating a jar of branston pickle!! Oh well back to Bosco for me. Praise for the service though. It was excellent.

The food was OK...£3.95 for half a lager..Plate for the garlic bread was thrown on the table with the added bonus of a thumb from the water.. I certainly won't be rushing back

The evening was truly delightful, complemented by exceptional service and delectable cuisine. I derived immense pleasure from the experience and eagerly anticipate my return. Additionally, I was impressed by the expeditious preparation of the food, despite the relatively calm atmosphere. The service provided was indeed commendable.

Always have a good meal in prezzo, you can't go wrong. Love the mozzarella bites and the pasta selection. Love the stawberry lemonade. Would recommend.

A wonderful experience in every way. The welcome, service, quality of the food and drink, atmosphere and deep sense of comfort made our visit quite perfect. Amber, Ritu and Marta were exceptional and a credit to the company. Thanks, too, to the chefs, who work so hard behind the scenes to produce such quality food under so much pressure.

Once again, spent a few hours in Cheltenham on my way back to London. So, decided to have lunch in Prezzo, to see if my indifferent review of a few months ago had had any effect. Pleasantly surprised! The girlies really seemed to be happy in their jobs. The vibes were fine. The environment was excellent. My goat's cheese and roast pepper pizza was delicious, and I have no hesitation in giving them full marks this time. I can find nothing to criticise. Well done! I'll be back. Dr Paul Harris

After a busy day decided we would like to have a evening meal. Prezzo was 5 mins from hotel booked on line. Food was excellent with great choices and very nice bottle of white wine Gavi. Our waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable front of house staff helpful and welcoming for a chain resturant highly reccomended

Food was lo lovely, but a small comment, your competition say a free bottle of prosecco, not every one likes this wine..

Yes ,I know it's a 'chain' so what do you expect? Answer , not that provided early last Saturday eve. Both quality & quantity of food was not satisfactory by any means. Example, Spaghetti Bologness; should surely be second nature in any Italian restaurant. Dreadful! Waitress on wine service, didn't have a clue. Clearly stated that Melbec was not available ,so recommended " something similar " Turned out to be their house red which was at least the same colour. My experience was a complete waste of time and money. Never again .Avoid

Arrived at 9:35pm on a FRIDAY night, advertised closing time was 11pm. The waiter impolitely told me that they were no longer serving, without an apology.

A super welcome from Shek at the door, i had salmon pasta, excellent choise. As a dessert i had banoffe tart, excellent choise too. I had a super customer service from Sheck, the floor manager !! I will be back for sure, i recommend prezzo s at cheltenham. See you soon. Thanks . Sylvia

We visited with 7 adults and 2 young children after the races on New Year's Day. The staff were brilliant and helped us keeping our 2 youngsters amused. Service was excellent. My wife and myself had Chicken Saltimboca which was unfortunately under whelming. The potato was a small dry baked potato not a roasted potato and the chicken was dry and bland, very little white wine sauce. The Sweetheart cabbage served with it was excellent. We were in a big family and friends group and we realise it is difficult to get everything right for a big group. It was still a nice experience due to the lovely staff. Just wouldn't order Saltimbocca there again.

My dinner was microwaved! Hot, cold and warm all on one dish. I complained to head office but they've not even acknowledged it. This used to be a great place, but now sadly it's overpriced less that nice food.

Enjoyed lunch here with a friend whilst shopping Cheltenham. We enjoyed Pumpkin ravioli. It was yum! Oh, and so were the truffle fries. Service was good. Recommend. Shame card payments only.

Had a meal here the other night, the food was spot on and staff were very pleasant and attentive.

Very busy, waiting staff rushed off their feet, lengthy wait and a watery risotto. Not a brilliant visit, probably won't return.

Went here for a pre show dinner and wasn’t disappointed. Service excellent and food fab. Free bottle of wine a lovely touch. Had calamari which we shared very tasty . Carbonara and crab and lobster ravioli mains ending with lemon meringue. Will definitely come again.

There's big umbrellas outside and none of them cover any single table completely...

We were staying in the Premier Inn just round the corner. We called in for a meal-pleasantly busy. Excellent service, good food and value for money.

Came here with a couple of friends for my friend’s birthday. The food was fantastic we ended up having three courses!! I had the Pumpkin and Mozzarella Arancini which were perfectly presented and tasted great! Pumpkin isn’t something I’ve ever eaten so this was a great introduction. We really struggled with what to choose from the mains but I landed on the Crab and Lobster Ravioli which was to die for, we shared some Garlic Pizza Bread which helped me to ensure I ate all the sauce left over on my plate! The staff were friendly and calm! Thankyou!

£20 for a pizza and coke. That's already expensive but even more so when the pizza was so bad. Sooo sloppy and greasy. The grease was terrifying. I thought it smelt bad when they brought it over but 7 hours after eating it my wife is still throwing up. Come on guys . . . I heard prezzo was going to close down, I think it may really be time

The food is always good here. Great coffee and very helpful staff. However,  none of this detracts from the fact that the Tories have broken everything. Definitely worth a visit! I The reviews on here are mixed and we were a little hesitant to try this restaurant. In the end, we’re happy we did though. The pizza is amazing… thin, crispy crust with all sorts of variations and toppings. The “Dolce e Piccante” was delicious!We also tried the Spaghetti Carbonara, Chicken Alfredo Rigatoni, and the Arrabiata Rigatoni (very spicy), and everyone loved their dishes. Honestly, I don’t think the reviews reflect the quality of the food here. We were pleasantly surprised. Staff were also lovely and the atmosphere is cozy. Would recommend!

Okay service. Calamari cooked to within an inch of its life-like rubber!!!!! Pizza base was undercooked and had a watery consistency, very meagre amount of toppings to say the least (trying to cut costs). The poretti on draught is lovely; but at £7 a pint I'd expect it to be served in a golden pint glass by a butler!!!! Would have complained but they looked so short staffed that they probably wouldn't have been too bothered. Get yourself a frozen pizza from the supermarket, just as good and costs 1/6th of the price if not less. This is why these chain restaurants are not doing well.

Came without reservation on a busy Saturday evening but staff still welcomed us and found us a nice seating area. Carbonara was average, nothing special. Pizza was also about average. Staff members were very friendly and attentive throughout our meal.

Perfect timing and delicious food and order didn't have anything missing so 5 stars.

We came as a group of 8 for my partners birthday meal, we had very friendly waitresses and the food was absolutely lovely! Drinks and food came out at a very good time, could not fault the place!

Service is not bad but I recommend you to be trained before and don't make clients sitting and waiting at the empty table,try to bring drinks immediately to make them wait for the main course with drinks.

Nice food, helpful staff, great location, clean loos! and the Tiramisu isn't too coffeeey.. our waiter was right 🙂

Waited 40 minutes to be offered drinks and we had to call them over to ask them for drinks and then we waited well over an hour for food and when asked how long it would be they said it would be soon and it still didn’t come for ages

Table booked for 4 people at 5pm on a Tuesday evening before theatre. Our waitress Ridu was very attentive and chatty with a welcoming smile .Our order was taken promptly and we recieved some nice cold drinks followed by some tasty food.Got busier around 5.30 pm with a nice atmosphere.Would return.

Visited at lunchtime today at 2.00pm. Booked for 6 through their automated booking system for 1..30 Told them through app that we would Kate due to coach travel delay. My 8 person party wsited 30 min to give our orders. stressed that carafs of water were needed first bexause all dibers were 80+ years pensioners. Food started to arrive at 2.40. Last portion at 3.10. Then water without glasses was delivered. We stressed that we needed to leave at 3.30pm to meet up with coach. Haveing stressed that we had a taste card we were oresented with a full price bill which ibcluded a service charge. She we complained we were told tharhey had only one chef and waiting staff were missing. Personally I do believe that we shoukd of bee inform of these deficiences and told when order that they were ubable to cope. We could have gone across the road. A service charge was added to bill which I refused to pay, but the manager regused to take it off. Staff oroblems are not the responsibility ocustomers

Nice restaurant, tasteful decor & well situated in Cheltenham, with street parking to the rear. I enjoyed my food, could have been hotter but it was good. Only downfalls were noise levels in the restaurant,not help by music, which wasn't discernible & just added to the overall noise. And toilets were closed with no signage on the ground floor, my disabled daughter had to struggle to get upstairs just to find them closed!)

This review is less about the food - which was good - and more about the outstanding service received from Milan, the General Manager. My teenage daughter and her friends went out to eat by themselves for the first time. They agreed to each pay for themselves, but when my daughter went to use her card, it didn't work (turned out had a damaged strip). She was almost in tears, and very embarrassed, and none of her friends had enough to cover her share temporarily. In the end she called me and I spoke to the General Manager, Milan. He handled the problem with such kind understanding, it was amazing. In the end we sorted it out, but not many managers would have handled a difficult situation so well. We cannot recommend Prezzo Cheltenham enough!

Decent flavour but sparse toppings, all in all almost £20 for a standard size pizza you could afford to pop a couple more toppings on. Overall definitely overpriced even though the flavour and quality is good.

Nicely situated with on street parking to the rear, pleasant atmosphere, a little too loud though, (we're autistic). Lovely helpful & pleasant staff. Food was good, as chain restaurant Prezzo is one of our favourites.

The food was pretty good. I did need to warm it up as it’s was lukewarm when it arrived. I was slightly disappointed with the margarita pizza as it was suppose to have fresh basil on it but there was none. As well as the chocolate cheesecake, it was suppose to come with raspberries and mascarpone but there was none. I’m not sure if they leave these things out intentionally for delivery items but that should be specified online.

Shockingly disgusting customer service, would give them -5 stars if I could. Took them an hour and half to deliver my food, couldn't be any colder even if it wanted too. Tried to phone them when spotted there's issue to find a driver, and was trying for about 45 minutes but couldn't get through. So my question is what is wrong with you and why do you think this is acceptable? Will never ever eat or order from there again.

Busy restaurant so taking orders slightly slow but food good. Availability to get a table good in obviously a popular restaurant.

Food was OK but the waiting time was long

Good food but the service wasn't great. The man in a shirt (possibly the manager) was incredibly rude both when asking if we could move tables inside to which bluntly he replied "it's a Saturday evening" and when asking for a blanket - he also forgot our sauces and vinegar. One waitress, who was new, was lovely and made our experience slightly better. Overall, management had a clear superiority problem which ruined our evening.

That's my order number, I placed it at 17:20 to be delivered at 18:30. The restaurant called to say they were out of stock of the thing I ordered so I accepted a substitute at 18:05. The driver collected my order, your order updates said it would arrive at 19:23. After that time has passed, I called the restaurant and they contacted your customer services and said the driver has gone AWOL. I contacted Just Eat on Twitter and Rebecca has offered me a refund which I have accepted. Can you please investigate what went wrong with this order. Thanks

Our first two food choices were not available and we had to ask twice for our drinks to be served. I had almost finished my meal by the time my wine arrived.

Greetings by a lovely girl, who allowed us to take our seats at lunchtime early because the weather was terrible. We were treated with such kindness and respect that we thought it must be our birthdays! The staff were just lovely. The food was gorgeous and delectable - highly recommend. All together a wonderful lunchtime experience!

Food was absolutely beautiful, although when I came to pay and left cash on the metal money/reciept tray and handed it to the server he abruptly pointed out that "he will sort this, on this occasion but please bring your card with you next time as we are becoming a cashless business" I just thought it was rude to mention especially after we've been seated and eaten and the fact there is no notices etc. It just put a sour taste in my mouth after a lovely meal, if it was an actual cashless business, I had all my cards on me and would have paid by card. It just annoyed me with how he said it and when. Lovely food, irritating service

We enjoyed our visit. The food is of a good quality and the staff very helpful. There is a wide menu and choice of food, and the prices are very reasonable. It is well worth a visit.

Have been to this Prezzo a few times now and have never been disappointed. Food is good quality, tasty and reasonably priced. Service has been friendly.

The food is ok but the quality is not stable. sometimes it serves very good pasta and pizza. our visit last week, the pasta was too soft and watery.

Visited on Saturday 28th January. The manager was very friendly and welcoming and found us a table even though we hadn’t booked. Our waitress Marta was excellent really appreciated her smiling lovely face and manner, she looked after us very well. So a big thank you to Marta. We really enjoyed our food and drinks. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Very ordinary food - garlic bread had hardly any garlic butter - dry and pale! Chicken, bacon and avocado salad had the smallest slice of avocado yet 10 slices of cucumber (which I don’t like) One of use ordered a second drink but the waiter didn’t ask if the other wanted one! Very surly waiter 😞 Not a good experience

We had a voucher use, so decided to try Prezzo on the promenade. We weren’t disappointed! The food was amazing, as soon as we arrived we were greeted, shown to our table and our drinks order taken. We opted to go for a three course meal, starting with garlic bread and fried mozzarella, then a calzone and pizza for mains; it was all delicious! Just about enough room for pudding we thought so sticky toffee pudding and lemon meringue pie it was! Amazing food, friendly and attentive service, and a wonderfully cosy restaurant, we’d highly recommend you try it!

**Edit** Not as impressed with the service this time. Also, ordered from the set menu and when the bill came this was not reflected, we had to send it back twice to be corrected to the correct amount. The most efficient, friendly service from the staff! Tasty food and a good atmosphere, we will be back!

The Service was very poor n late too arrived at the table today

Always the best carbonara that suits my taste and expectations of a carbonara, the garlic bread was also very good along with the honeycomb cheesecake! Highly recommend.
