Waited 40 mins for my drinks to arrive - when I checked with the waiter, he said my order hadn’t been sent through to the kitchen and we had to order all over again !!! So had an even longer wait, when the food arrived, it was lovely but very pricey for what you get. Due to the terrible service we had to rush our meal as we were going to be late for our film; when it came to paying for our bill, I said I didn’t think it fair that I should pay the full amount, she came back with no sincerity or apology, just a 25% discount, which still made it a very expensive and very disappointing experience all round, we will think twice before ever going again

Based on last night (a Saturday early evening), I give this place 5 stars for service - it was friendly, prompt & clear about any offers one may have. Also I liked the really high tunnel vaults Prezzo occupies - they gave it a different atmosphere to most restaurants & absorbed any sound from above, outside & within, making for a relaxed meal. Free Prosecco is always a hit, but the food was good too, including my gluten free pizza. Only adverse comment was that my husband felt his really tasty sweet was rather small for the price. Very handy location for after theatre/before train & would use again.

If you’re looking for basic Italian food with all the usual favourites, then this is a good option as it’s handily located next to the Station (bus & train) and the city centre. Its setting is unusual because it’s in the tunnels under Bath Spa Station built by Isambard Brunel, whose photo looks large in the restaurant. It’s quite a funky, industrial setting and it’s popular with a range of customers. Old and young enjoy it and it’s an ideal place to refuel fate a day shopping and/ or sightseeing. The food is average. In the last I’ve found the pizzas to be too salty, but the pasta dishes are nice. The house red is good. The best thing about Prezzo (and this may be important if you’re wanting to catch a train or bus home, or going onto a concert like we were, is that the service is excellent and far better than the level of cuisine. Staff are polite, prompt, efficient, and hard working. They’re all young and professional and it’s often the case that service lets a place down. Not here. The staff are always good. Too tip: try and be seated in the area to the left of the entrance because, as a number of other restaurants in this vicinity, Deliveroo people are back and forth and it can be annoying!

Love Prezzo in Street and Weymouth but this Bath restaurant is scruffy, always short staffed and this last time food was particularly awful. I had tuscan sausages (3 small ones) on a bed of very lukewarm lentils for an extortionate price. Food came within minutes of ordering which never impresses. Glasses were dirty to cap it all. Wouldn't recommend.

As we were going to a show in the Bath Forum, we decided to have a meal before we went in. Decided on Prezzo as it was very close and we'd been before. Very interesting décor as it is in converted railway arches underneath the station, but it has been done up very well. Meal excellent at reasonable prices and we were very impressed with our waiter Abi who was very friendly, welcoming, enthusiastic and efficient. Made our meal a very pleasant experience and Prezzo's should be proud of hm.

Great setting and ambience. Great choice of food on menu. Food was very tasty, service was very friendly and efficient. Only gripe is that there was only one choice of non alcoholic drink (other than waters and sodas). Come on, there are lots of us that aren’t drinking alcohol and we need a greater choice.

Prezzo is great for a meal out with our kids as they like the food. For adults I would say the food standard is OK. It will never blow you away but is fine. Staff were very friendly and took our order quickly despite being full and the food came quickly. However, despite telling them on the booking and when we arrived it was out daughters birthday they did nothing, not even wished her a happy birthday. Also hands down the worst sticky toffee pudding I've ever had in my life, dry, bland, absolutely horrendous.

Lovely place. Staff were uninterested in serving. We had to flag someone down to take a drinks order. Then to take & order then to take our plates. Then someone came to ask if we’d had our main! Unorganised staff like headless chickens. In the plus side the food was good.

We booked Prezzo after a long day shopping in Bath. We had vouchers each for a bottle of prosecco per customer and 25% off. We were told we could only have one bottle or 25% off which wasn't a great start, as it does not say that. I ordered chicken, prosciutto and sage saltimbocca. The restaurant wasn't full or particularly busy. I watched as my food sat on the pass for 8 minutes before being served. When it arrived it was Luke warm. I explained to the waitress and sent it back. My meal was back with minutes, only it had been microwaved. So the chiken was now completely dry, the buttery white sauce was no where to be seen. I spoke to the manager who apologised and offered to send it back again, or replace it for a pizza. By which point Id lost the will. They did take my meal off. The whole dining experience was a disaster. There were other tables complaining also

Awful place take order leave cold food never come back !!! Full plates left with food and no one working here will bother even once you ask for bill !! They won’t ask how was your food or if everything was okey

We enjoyed a great dining experience at Prezzo, with fab service from warm and friendly staff. The food was delicious and served promptly.

We arrived for my daughters 10th b day. Waited ages to have our orders taken. Then they brought me the wrong dish. When I explained I thought it was the wrong dish I was told I must be mistaken as it’s looks the same. I had ordered sausage and fennel Ragu. What I had was lasagne. My food finally arrived whilst we were ordering dessert for the children and I finally got an apology. The. We watched as the table next to use was delivered the wrong pizza and they had a similar experience. I felt sorry for the waitress as she didn’t stop. The manager didn’t once look to help. He seemed more interested in getting take away orders ready. Still there were 4/5 people working the floor and about 20 tables. So really it shouldn’t have been an issue. I’d have thought a gesture of goodwill would have been appropriate e.g. sorry we’ve got your meal wrong and made u wait. Would you like another drink? Basics really. But nothing was forthcoming and we paid £87 for 3 pasta dishes, a garlic bread, a kids meal and 1 dessert. With 4 soft drinks. Felt the whole experience was a little poor and won’t be going there again. I will say once the food arrived it was good.

So disappointing. Normally if just one aspect is poor, I would deduct one star, but in this case, the one aspect will stop me from going again, so I have deducted two stars. What's good? The place itself is interesting, the food was very good, the price was reasonable, the service from our two waiting staff was great; friendly, informative and eager to please. What's not good? Well, I assume he was the manager. He could not find our booking on his computer. After fussing for some time, I told him to forget the reservation and seat me. He said they were fully booked although the restaurant was no more than 30% full at that point and only increased to 60% full when we left. He attended to 4 sets of customers, leaving me waiting. When my friend found and showed the confirmation email, he studied it for a long time, as if it must somehow be at fault! He then made us wait for a table to be cleared when there were many free, with no reserved signs. He did not apologise for his mistake, the inconvenience of waiting, or smile at any point. He was totally grumpy and should not be in a customer facing job. He is the reason we will not be returning although, in addition, the kitchen (despite saying we had to leave after an hour) was slow and we only had time for the main course - and I was looking forward to dessert! We are Bath residents, not tourists, so Prezzo has lost long term custom over this shoddy manager.

I arrived around 5:30pm. I wasn't acknowledged for at least 5 minutes whilst I watched 3 servers chat at the bar. Whilst one person made the drinks. Greeted eventually. But she didn't seem at all interested, and despite the empty tables seemed to be struggling find me a seat for one. Once I got seated, i was then ignored for around 15 mins. If I was acknowledged before 20 mins of my arrival I think I would have ordered. I was wanting just a main and drink. But I had a prior appointment at 6:30pm, 10 minute walk away. So I left. Hungry and annoyed.

Really disappointed to have chosen this branch of Prezzo’s on our 2 night stay in Bath. The service was pretty poor - ordered drinks and was asked if we would also like water which we did. The water never arrived despite asking several times. As we finished eating our mains I tried again and was given a curt “in a minute” by the apparently pretty rude waiter. We were never asked if everything was ok with our meal which in hindsight is probably tactical on their part as they wouldn’t do anything about it anyway! Bath is wonderful - go somewhere much nicer!

We had booked 3 weeks in advance as there was a group of 14 of us. Our orders were asked to pre boom which we did but when we got there, we had to wait 20 minutes before having to ASK to order a drink, and then we waited over an hours for PRE BOOKED food, which some was cold and inedible. Would not recommend for a large group of people and time keeping clearly isn’t a priority. However, On a positive note, Keesha our waitress was amazing and went above and beyond to correct the mistakes that were made and was very polite and professional. Every prezzo needs a Keesha!

Called in for dessert and cocktails, went to pay and Manager was rude 3 times, 1. Questioned if I had correct table number, established I had after a lot of huffing and banging till. 2. I asked to pay cash, he barked NO card only. 3. Payment taken and I asked 'can I have a receipt please', he again barked NO the machine does not give receipts. Maybe having bad day but we won't go back to find out !

This 'was' our Sons favorite restaurant until we went to the Bath branch. It was his 13th birthday so his big sister dropped off a bunch of party balloons the day before and advised when the booking was. We brought along a birthday cake with candles and a sparkler. Sounds good right???? WRONG!! When we arrived we asked about the balloons, they were 'gone'?? My sisters partner is Vegan, and he got served chicken with his vegan meal. We asked them to bring the birthday cake out before 5PM because my Sons friend had to leave by that time. (They had plenty of time to do this) Not only did they bring the cake out after his friend had left, they couldn't light the sparkler (Because they failed to peel off the safety paper before lighting it) And for some strange reason the person serving our table did not look me in the eye once. Granted, I'm not the most handsome dude on the planet but isn't it basics to look at people when you are taking an order? Shocking experience. Obviously we wont be going there again. We booked online in advance for our family to visit on a weekend trip to Bath. We were shown to our table and asked if we had any discount vouchers etc we would like to use. I said I'd like to use my John Lewis Partners card. After some time we ordered starters and drinks. (Bear in mind it was mid-covid crisis and not many people in the restaurant). After starters we waited for ages, trying to get the waitresses attention, eventually she came over and asked if we'd like the bill... umm no, we wanted to order our main courses!! And this was the pattern for the rest of the meal. We finished main courses, waited for ages to get attention and were given the bill without asking if we wanted dessert and without my discount taken off. When I queried this I was told I should have mentioned it before ordering..... um I did because you asked for it!! I really don't think the staff wanted to be there but with businesses going to the wall through the covid era you'd think they'd have at least made an effort for those trying to support them. We were very disappointed.

This was our second visit since the Covid situation started up. The restaurant is very well set up and seemed very safe. We shared our starter (Calamari) and also a posh pepperoni pizza, both of which were excellent. The staff here are always very friendly and helpful and we always have a very good experience.

Comemos en Prezzo de vez en cuando y siempre tenemos una gran experiencia. Esta vez no fue la excepción. El personal es excelente, siempre muy amable y servicial. Nuestro camarero fue una delicia. Compartimos un hummus italiano y una pizza de pepperoni elegante y ambos estaban deliciosos. Tienen una buena selección de vinos, muchos por copa, y recomendamos el Pinot Grigio Rose y también el Malbec. El Prosecco y la cerveza también estaban bien.

Can’t speak highly enough of how well they handled my allergies (nuts and coeliac). The allergy menu was clear and easy to read and the servers were very knowledgeable. The food was delicious and staff very friendly!

Es excelente ver el horno de pizza en pleno funcionamiento, para que los niños puedan observar y ver cuándo estará lista su comida.El edificio en sí es magnífico desde el punto de vista arquitectónico, por lo que recomiendo sentarse dentro.

Segunda visita a este acogedor restaurante y no será la última. Personal amable y eficiente que presenta el menú habitual de buena calidad al ritmo adecuado y con un cuidado genuino por el bienestar del visitante en covid - 19 veces. Sentados afuera, notamos que la lluvia venía y antes de que pudiéramos pedir mudarnos adentro, después de todo, nos invitaron a tomar una mesa adentro. Mi cumpleaños fue amablemente reconocido con una bebida gratis para cada uno de nosotros (para nuestra sorpresa cuando llegó la factura, pensamos que había sido una broma) y la comida estaba a la altura de lo habitual. La comida tenía una buena relación calidad-precio incluso antes de las bebidas de regalo, y dada la lucha que están teniendo los restaurantes en general, nos quedamos encantados con este gesto. Recomendado.

mi esposa y visité Prezzo en Bath hoy. Nunca antes habíamos estado en esta cadena de restaurantes. El lugar era agradable por dentro y la camarera fue muy agradable y educada y el servicio fue eficiente. No había nada en el menú o me dijeron que hay un menú fijo, pero pagamos en la aplicación y está allí y vale la pena tener la cena de 3 platos. Teníamos pan de ajo para empezar, pollo carbonara y tuve la tarta de queso y mi esposa el tiramasú. Los entrantes y el plato principal estaban calientes y deliciosos, y ambos disfrutamos de nuestros postres. Recomendaría comer aquí y sin duda volvería a comer en sus restaurantes.

Éramos un grupo de 7 amigos que paramos allí para tomar una copa y la mujer morena (desafortunadamente no entendí su nombre, pero vestía una blusa negra y un par de jeans) ¡fue tan increíble! Ella fue muy amable y divertida, nos hizo sentir bienvenidos incluso si no veníamos a comer. Nos sentamos en la terraza, ella limpió todo para nosotros, se ofreció a encender la calefacción. . . ¡Después de una mañana complicada, ella era solo un rayo de sol en este día lluvioso! ¡Gracias!

The carbonara I had was so watery and barely had any taste. My partner’s pizza cutter was dropping water as he was cutting his pizza. And we waited more than 25min for our orders. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t go back. Service was bad, the waitresses rude as if it was our fault that we have went for a meal.

Visited here today for lunch. We had pre booked a table via the website. When seated the female server explained the new ordering process which was via an app or via a member of staff by choosing from a paper menu which would then be thrown away. We went with ordering in person as couldn't be bothered downloading an app. A lovely male manager took our order. He was friendly and professional. We ordered a childs pizza, chicken and bacon burger with fries and the chilli salmon pasta. Whilst waiting for our meals we witnessed 3 burger meals being left out going cold waiting for a server to take them to the revelant table from the chef. These were left for at least 4-5 mins. When the female manager saw us looking at dishes being sat there (not even under a hot plate) she seem to say something to the chef and surprise surprise the meals disappeared under the top surface. We were getting worried as we had ordered a burger and hoped one wasn't for us. Thankfully they weren't. The chicken burger was supposed to come with bacon on and garlic mayonnaise. Well there was about a pinch of bacon on it and mayonnaise wasn't garlic. We asked the female manager if the amount of bacon was correct and she said no. She then went to get more. But then we had the chef looking at us as rather rudely as he knew we had said something. Meals were ok, nothing special really. Upon paying the bill we decided to tell the lovely male manager that the mayo was not garlic. He apologised and said he'd tell the chef. He offered us a slight discount to our bill along with a discount voucher for next time. The only nice thing about our visit was the male manger. Absolutely no atmosphere in the place and as we walked out we were stared at rather rudely by the female servers on the other side of the restaurant. Clearly as we had made a slight complaint.

The food was okay but the staff were so miserable. We waited for ages to be seated even though we had a table booked. So disappointed no one greeted us at the door.

We ate as a family here and we were worried about eating out during COVID19, however the staff were amazing and very helpful and the speed of service was just amazing. We could not have been more impressed. Well done to all the staff there .

Staff reasonably friendly but food functional rather than feeling a bit more special occasion. Had burger but virtually no bacon and yellowed lettuce. Portion sizes have been cut down too by a third it feels. Went for birthday meal, but left feeling a bit short changed, sorry to say

Visited here with my mum's birthday and had a great time. We had free prosecco as we had a voucher and the food was really fantastic. Well worth a visit, worth booking a table just in case.

First time at Prezzo, really liked it. Great place to take our son and friends to forget their Uni pressures. Food was great, service and staff were fantastic

A lovely looking restaurant made very fitting to belong in Bath. Right between the bus and train station with a great outside seating area for the summer. Food itself was lovely and great portion sizes. We ate when it was very busy but our waiter made sure we didn’t feel left without! All in all a lovely meal.
