We had a really lovely experience here. The food was excellent, and great portions. What made it wonderful were the staff who were very friendly and helpful - in particular the restaurant manger. We had a problem with a voucher and he offered help and advice to get it resolved. Will definitely go back again and recommend everyone to visit there when in Bath

Lovely atmosphere, our waiter was very charming and helpful. Food arrived hot and was tasty. Crisp and delicious pizza. I had roasted mushroom risotto, very good and came piping hot. Desserts were equally delicious.bbrownie with caramel sauce and the raspberry tiramisu was fresh and light. I would recommend this restaurant for families and friends and couples.

We came to ZiZZI for are 6 year wedding anniversary we was seen by Jordan he was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.

We were quickly shown to our seats & served by Jordan who was very helpful & friendly, making us feel very welcome. He patiently helped my husband with the App too.

I had a great time at Zizzi’s in bath tonight the food was lovely and their service was excellent a special thank you to Lauren who took care of us all evening she was very efficient with keeping our table tidy and taking our order quickly so we didn’t have to wait long. And she helped with what we should order for our mains. They have a very varied menu which was so good we just wanted to try everything that was on there.

The food arrived . late, and the quality was very poor, my pasta was overcooked within my bolognese and underflavoured. Poor quality.

Atmosphere is great, music is vibey as hell. Food is delicious and my god the drinks *chef kiss*. So good will deffo be coming back and hope that Jordan is our server again what a top lad!

Haphazard service. Encouraged to use app at table to order. Last bill on there still. Impersonal experience. Had to wave down staff to sort that. Items missing from order, even after asking twice for them! Courgette fritters when eventually came were like the scrag ends of fish and chip shop fryer, so thin and emoty with hardly any courgette and nearly burnt. They did take off the bill but only because they were so late in coming and had nearly eaten rest of food. Water never arrived after asking twice. We had ordered drinks aswell so weren't expecting just to have free drinks. Just felt very impersonal, not a particularly nice 'going out for a meal' experience, more like a conveyer belt system, staff running around hurriedly plonking plates down. Gluten free options however were good and attended to safely. My goast cheese pasta was very nice although wasn't hot when it did come. Pizzas were good too. Overall, prob wouldn't revisit. Staff were friendly when you eventually got their attention but it all felt a bit too hard work for them and us.

Contrary to the enormously long wait times at this restaurant, I'll try to keep this short. * Ordering via the app is mandatory if you're seated outside but the user experience is dreadful. Navigating endless dishes on a tiny screen instead of ordering via an actual human...no, just no. * Cheese is as short in supply as serving staff. Our pizzas came with a comical micro portion and the kids' pizzas were nearly naked. Go out in public dressed in as much clothing as Zizzi pizzas wear cheese, and you'll be arrested. * Shambolic, slow service.and most of what you hear around you is staff apologising. The restaurant was filled mainly with tourists so it seems to cater to the one-hit wonders who aren't going to return anyway. All in all, the poorest value Italian experience we've had in Bath and we eat out at Italian restaurants regularly as it's one of the few things my annoying kids will eat.

This restaurant was fabulous!!! They went out of their way to accommodate our large group of 17 people, with some folks who had food allergies. Max was awesome!!! We love this place.....thank you so much!!!

Very disappointed,the staff didn’t care about our table,they didn’t had any interest in taking care of their customers …plus,I’ve been asked and asked 3 to 4 times for one tiramisu order. And guess what,finally someone came to out table and said: “ it wasn’t even on the till” say what?? Sorry cuz I can’t give 0 stars,I think one is already too many from my opinion. Worst experience ever ,never here again!

Came here a few weeks ago and have been meaning to leave a lovely review. Unsure what to have for dinner? This is the perfect place - quick service and lovely staff, which a great sense of enthusiasm. The food was lovely, served piping hot and could not name a single fault! Thanks Zizzi!

Visited Bath a few weeks ago, decided to go to Zizi’s for some lunch, I was greeted by a server Erin, she was so polite, well presented and very well spoken. We was sat down at our table and handed our menus, I asked if there was any recommendations on what to try and Erin recommended the Ravioli. I ordered that and I couldn’t have been more impressed with my meal, it was 10/10. Erin came and cleared our plates and asked if everything was okay with our meals, and I assured her that everything was amazing. The restaurant was clean and all the staff were presentable. Erin is a great asset to the team, and made our experience at Zizi’s a positive memorable experience.

+ nästan alla rätter kan serveras glutenfritt + 1 sorts glutenfri öl + god kunskap om allergi/intolerans + platser ute och inne - smaklös, torr mat - överdrivna priser!!! - har inte mycket med genuin italiensk mat att göra Vi tog förrätt: oliver (dem var det bästa av allt) och Burrata på tomatbädd (dränkt i balsamico) . Sedan Glutenfri Pizza med kyckling, pesto samt färsk ruccolasallad och parmesan flagor on top och glutenfri pasta med långkokt brisket ragu. En vanlig öl 330 ml + 125 ml rosé vin till. Notan hamnade på nästan GBP 60, ingen bra investering…

Great experience recently, the food was quickly served and very tasty. Drinks were good and served all cold in cold glasses.

Walked in and the guy behind the counter immediately started pointing and laughing, calling me a God Damned Overweight Dumb Idiot Honky, or similar names to that effect. (admittedly I was wearing ear pods). These insults could have possibly even been racially charged, which would constitute this brazen attack as a hate crime under new Labour party inclusiveness policies, but alas, I brushed this aside, as I have thick skin when it comes to being on the receiving end of unwarranted insults. What I don't possess thick skin for, however, is full metal jacketed .45 acp, and as a sudden charade of pinstripe suited and fedora donning mafioso crashed through the front windows, welding fully automatic drum-magazined Thompson 1919 model submachine guns, and proceeded to pepper the establishment with leagues of 45 acp, I Instinctively dove onto the counter, cutlery, drinking glasses and yet to be posted advertisement leaflets of this weeks special offer (two pizzas for £20) flying every which way, whilst simultaneously pulling out two Colt .38 Detective special revolvers in each hand, (a grand total of four firearms), and whilst still sliding down the counter in inexplicable slow motion, placed each of my twenty four shots of .38 special directly between the eyes of each and every one of my would be assailants (of which totalled three, leaving an average of eight bullets per Sicilian inter-eye area). I then threw all four of my revolvers to the ground (I subscribe to Amazon prime so should be able to easily order more cheap revolvers for next day delivery, provided I place my order before 9pm on Friday) and emphatically slammed a ten pound note on the counter, ready to spout a genius one liner, but after a brief moment of recall, immediately picked back up the placed ten pound note, as I was in fact planning on picking up a large Donner 'n' chips, or possibly even a portion of hot wings with garlic mayo and perhaps a side of onion rings from Al Falafel Chicken shop just down the road, and they only accept cash payments, most likely to do with the dubious practice of choosing not to declare physical income to HMRC for tax avoidance purposes. I exfiltrated through the sewers, or something.

My partner and I and our friends went for dinner and they were very accommodating with the table as we moved a few times due to my partners anxiety nothing was too much trouble for our waiter Max and the manager Diego. The food was lovely however our eyes were to big for our belly but we was able to take the rest of our food with us on very nice take away boxes and pots. We will definitely be back.

The zizzi's restaurant has a large appealing space, and is nicely decorated. The staff are polite, although the service was below average - they would often ask a few people for drinks and not the whole table, and a few orders were messed up or forgotten. The food was pretty average, and no draft beer is available. The cocktails looked good, and tasted decent.

My daughter chose to go here knowing that I love Spaghetti Pomodoro and trying to fit in with my food choices she thought as I love Ask and Bella Italia I would enjoy this. She chose the margareta pizza for herself. Her pizza was large, which was fine and on a thin base as she had asked but the topping only covered about 2/3 of the base and it was virtually impossible to cut. Also served in a “ bread board” which I always think is so unhygienic!! 🤢 My pasta arrived with one solitary (tough) Basil leaf decorating it and the mozzarella in a lump on top of a watery base. It wasn’t until halfway through that I discovered the half tin of chopped tomatoes under the spaghetti. No herby taste and barely any flavour. Not a patch on their rivals. But we had already decided to have dessert so my daughter chose the Tiramisu- her all time favourite!!! And I went for the Lemon Meringue Sundae which I have to say was perfect ( not quite as imressive as the one pictured in the menu but great tasting icecream AND amaretti biscuits ). Then I saw my daughters face….. disappointed was not the word!!! She had eaten about 3 spoons full and she said “ try this mum”. Unheard of !! She doesn’t usually share a tiramisu!! I tried a spoonful and I knew what she meant… a soggy tasteless mush. No coffee taste!! No alcohol taste!! Just wet mush. cheap ones from Poundland and Lidl taste better. She wasn’t going to complain but I called the waiter over and told him and he apologised profusely and said he’d take it off the bill. Then the manager came over and apologised again and offered a replacement too but as the other one she’d have gone for was a different flavour tiramisu she declined. In fairness I cannot fault the staff, it was fairly busy when we arrived and we hadn’t booked, yet the waiter seated us and brought us drinks while we waited, and he explained they only had one chef on that day. Our order was taken fairly quickly and arrived in a short time and the service from the staff was really good. Just the food was a real disappointment. The only thing I would recommend was the Lemon Meringue Sundae. Definitely not worth the £40+, should have gone to Spoons

Had a great evening with seven other members of my family. Josh and the team worked hard to make sure that we had a really good dinner. Josh helped us with the app to sign up for deals. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would certainly go back to Zizzi, Bath, in the future.

We waited 2 hours and had cancelled the order by the time it arrived. The only reason it finally turned up was because we called Zizzi to check on the order who said it had been collected by the driver. Zizzi called JustEat which prompted the lost delivery - very poor service!

So handy for lunch before a show, being right opposite the theatre! Our servers Meg and Max were unfailingly cheerful and helpful. Our starters were good; my friend particularly enjoyed his mushroom Brindisi and my burrata caprese was tasty and refreshing. The king prawn linguine was good but rather too much linguine; my sea bass was different, with a crispy finish, but I found it a little dry although the vegetables were delicious. We were too full for the dessert we'd planned to share!

Booked a table with 3 year old grandson. Dairy and egg free Very disappointed to find that Bath Zizzi did not have 50% off as advertised..Not staff's fault but why? Had a love butternut squash salad a couple of weeks ago so chose again. Couldn't eat the lettuce as had stalks etc still there. Not nearly as nice as last one of which I ate all! Staff very helpful buy young man on first visit extremely so!. Helpful about nappy changing facilities too. Outside space nice in the sun but pigeon droppings everywhere even on table. If council responsible as was said then....Not very nice especially for young child..Needs scrubbing daily!! Only one helpful waitress. Grandson enjoyed his pasta.Thank you. Joined the app too but won't bother to go again as quite expensive and not impressed over all. Such a shame....Really hard when you read 50% off !! So had no pudding or starters. Coffee nice
