Zizzi - Bath in Bath and North East Somerset

I am so glad I didn’t just have the 20% off but also the £7.08 from the stamp card. As it’s the only way this meal was not wildly over priced. As the calamari was very badly over cooked and there wasn’t enough aioli for the amount of calamari. plus your delivery time was so far out. The minimum time was 30 minutes. Mine came in 15 minutes so I ended up having supper at 5:45pm instead of 6pm. Sort your delivery times out. Unluckily I could only give both your for and your delivery 2 stars today!

Even though the meal was 17 minutes early I was only able to give 2 stars for delivery as my order was confirmed at 5.29pm, so the maximum delivery time of 45 minutes was far too high! The rest of the meal was good although the cheese for the “mac & cheese bites” was tasteless which meant that the dish was tasteless. + the cheese used in the loaded fries wasn’t Parmesan and had no taste to it, but the full order was delivered for! So I gave you 4 stars for the food!

Alice dealt with a large party admirably

Love time spent with family for a celebration, very attentive staff and a good varied menu.

Arrived on a quiet spring early evening. Seated quickly enough but then service really slow kept having to call the waitress over. There were only about 15 tables and three waiting staff but they seemed uninterested. Long wait for food to arrive when it was stone cold having sat on the counter for about 10 minutes. Some of the dishes were badly cooked and tasteless too. Waitress never asked how things were. Then she got the bill wrong too. We won’t be coming to zizzi again not worth the considerable cost.

I am so glad I didn’t pay the full amount for this meal as the quality was awful . Nowhere on your menu does it say that the arancini balls are spicy, or I wouldn’t have ordered them! I had to force myself to eat 3 of them as the only taste I got was chili and a lot of it! That’s why I can only give you 2 stars. As that was half my order. Plus ordering at 5:25pm it shouldn’t take 41 minutes to get to me, that’s far too long! It cost £15.83 with money off by the way, too expencive !

Very busy Saturday night but everything went well.

First of all I would like to thank Isobel for being so welcoming. She was great throughout are meal. She was polite and gave advice about the menu. Lovely food. Will definitely return.

Really mediocre Italian food, probably the worst I’ve ever had, certainly the worst in Bath. Greasy pizza with poor crust, stale bread.

Max was absolutely brilliant, really attentive and cared to all our ever changing needs. He made suitable recommendations, was patient and always available. He fixed our wobbly table without even being asked, he went above and beyond to make our evening an enjoyable one. Thank you max, we will definitely be returning and hope to see him and be served by max again soon! Thanks max you are a credit to Zizzi!

Wonderful date night at Zizzi - Bath. Arancini and chorizo bombe for starters, both perfectly cooked and the hot honey was a great flavour combination with the garlic but not at all overpowering. I had the pure pepperoni gluten-free pizza which was big enough for 2 meals, and my partner had the la bomba calzone, which was also big enough for 2 servings. We had pinot Grigio blush & a zero alcohol peroni. Special shout out to Max, our waiter, who was incredibly attentive and personable throughout the evening. Also loved the attention paid to my allergies (and the little stickers that showed they made the meals with my allergies in mind.) Will definitely be making a return & recommend a dinner night out at Zizzi Bath!

Solo para que nos digan que tenemos personal demasiado corto y otras parejas que vienen del espectáculo de teatro para niños. ¡Así que de nuevo no pude usar mi vale! Bought Tesco vouchers to use while visiting bath but not allowed to use at this particular Zizzi, was disappointed, but on reading small print it seems you can't use Tesco vouchers at a lot of Zizzi restaurants, I personally found the food good but overpriced, I wouldn't have chosen Zizzi if I was aware that I was unable to use the Tesco vouchers I mean, 18 quid for a pizza that you can get at Wetherspoons for half that and it includes a drink! ...SHOULD BE MADE CLEAR when booking, especially online!

Fui aquí un sábado a la hora del almuerzo con mi pareja y su familia y se les dio un saludo amistoso en la puerta y se muestra a nuestra mesa. Pedimos la red con los lados y la red llegó bastante rápido y era muy sabroso (así que no podía faltar la comida). Sin embargo, nuestros lados no se veían por ninguna parte... Traté de mirar alrededor de un camarero para alertar y no había nadie en nuestra zona. Aprecio que estuviera ocupado, pero esperaba que alguien viniera y nos preguntara si nuestra comida estaba bien. Eventualmente alguien vino cuando estábamos a mitad de nuestra comida y les dijimos que nos faltaban los lados, a lo que dijeron que estaban en camino. ¡Después TERMINAMOS nuestra red y los lados siguieron unos 5-10 minutos después! Creo que en este punto estaba bastante claro que se habían olvidado de estos, pero si hubiera sabido que nuestros lados iban a ser nuestro “postre”, ¡nunca los habríamos pedido! Por lo tanto, he tenido que eliminar 2 estrellas de esto, ya que no me impresionó. Especialmente porque no tuvimos muchas disculpas.
