When we ordered estimated delivery time was 40 minutes. Food arrived after 2 hours and 15 minutes and was cold and bland

We arrived at 14.35 for a 14.30 booking by 15.30 we were still waiting on main courses. Add to that we ordered 4 starters and 3 turned up, the other turned up 20 mins later after reminding staff about it. The fact of the matter was there too many customers for hardly any staff. If the fact they were struggling had been relayed to us we could have either stayed or gone elsewhere. I won't be going back, 5 guys next door seems a better option

Refused to take a voucher reference from Tesco despite email confirmation and text message confirming the booking. Left without eating. Staff unhelpful. Lost £30 of vouchers because of this

Bank Holiday Monday, and Zizzi was busy, but got a table straight away. Lovely waitress came for order reasonably quickly, and didn't have to wait that long for food either. Chicken and prosciutto salad was so tasty - no scrimping on the ingredients

Food was amazing, and the outdoor seats are really nice, our server was issy and she was great so make sure she gets her free bottle of wine

We made a reservation earlier in the day and when we arrived in the evening we were offered indoor or outdoor seating. We chose indoor. Table was clean. Max introduced himself and took our drinks order. Service was prompt, with a smile and humour. Teenage daughter appreciated the humour, well done Max. Food was lovely. If and when we visit Bath again, I'm sure we will return for our evening meal. The only reason for the four stars for atmosphere was due to a group of people sat next to us that had very colourful language. Again, Max apologised but there was nothing that he or the restaurant could have done.

We had a lovely time at Zizzis, great tasty meals, Sticky Pig Pizza was delicious and a great portion and got to take the rest home! Mum had the Beef Ragu and great portion very tasty! We would like to thank Max for his friendly service and for answering all of our questions!

Creative take on Italian cuisine. Service was timely and we appreciated the “tag team” effort on the staff’s part as several members tended to our table over the course of our meal, all of which were pleasant and smiley. We particularly enjoyed our main server, Lydia. Being from Central Florida, we appreciated her local Bath insight which proved helpful during our visit. She’s definitely a keeper. Overall, a very good meal choice.

We had a wonderful family meal here and couldn’t be more impressed. The food was absolutely excellent — full of flavour, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. The service was equally outstanding; the staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome from start to finish - thank you Josh and team! The atmosphere was lovely too — relaxed, warm, and perfect for a family evening out. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

We had a wonderful meal at Zizzi Bath on Saturday night. Our daughter made the booking and must have told them, without our knowledge, that we were celebrating our Golden Wedding Anniversary. From the moment we were greeted at the door, everyone was so kind and friendly. We received congratulations from staff and were touched by everything they did to make our evening such a memorable occasion. We could not have wished for more. We were so impressed that we returned there for another great meal on the following evening! We would like to pass our heartfelt thanks to Josh, Erin, Portia, Lydia and the rest of the Zizzi team.

Delicious food and great service. Emma was our server, and she was very kind and efficient. The pizza is very good; they've got great variety. My husband got a very good cocktail called Rum Forest Rum, and we recommend it. We've been here twice, and I imagine we'll be back.

Went here for a pre-theatre meal. The staff were warm but did take a while to get given our menus. Starters. Calamari. Delightful, tasty morsels of battered mollusc. Even better with the dipping sauce. Bruschetta. Zingy tomatoes and sweet balsamic vinegar on warm bread. Lovely stuff. Mains. I had the truffle pizza with a varied selection of meats. Far too oily, as truffle oil was used. In combination with the salami and white base, this created too much oil. This should be revised to se truffle shavings. Considering it was £19 I don’t think it’s unreasonable. My gf had the pesto ravioli. The flavour was decent, but the pasta was under cooked and rubbery. I think the ravioli was too thick given the cooking time. I don’t think I’ll be back. Still it didn’t offend. The starters weee very good.

I am so glad I didn’t just have the 20% off but also the £7.08 from the stamp card. As it’s the only way this meal was not wildly over priced. As the calamari was very badly over cooked and there wasn’t enough aioli for the amount of calamari. plus your delivery time was so far out. The minimum time was 30 minutes. Mine came in 15 minutes so I ended up having supper at 5:45pm instead of 6pm. Sort your delivery times out. Unluckily I could only give both your for and your delivery 2 stars today!

Even though the meal was 17 minutes early I was only able to give 2 stars for delivery as my order was confirmed at 5.29pm, so the maximum delivery time of 45 minutes was far too high! The rest of the meal was good although the cheese for the “mac & cheese bites” was tasteless which meant that the dish was tasteless. + the cheese used in the loaded fries wasn’t Parmesan and had no taste to it, but the full order was delivered for! So I gave you 4 stars for the food!
