Zizzi - Bath in Bath and North East Somerset

Bought Tesco vouchers to use while visiting bath but not allowed to use at this particular Zizzi, was disappointed, but on reading small print it seems you can't use Tesco vouchers at a lot of Zizzi restaurants, I personally found the food good but overpriced, I wouldn't have chosen Zizzi if I was aware that I was unable to use the Tesco vouchers I mean, 18 quid for a pizza that you can get at Wetherspoons for half that and it includes a drink! ...SHOULD BE MADE CLEAR when booking, especially online!

Fabulous service from Max in Bath store - he was happy to serve and regularly checked in with our table which made us feel comfortable in the busy restaurant. Food was promptly served and everything came as expected, definitely will come again. Thanks Zizzi. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pre theatre dinner in Bath. Ordered pizza and pan fried salmon with pasta. Salmon pasta dish was returned as it was tasteless, pasta nasty and bordering on grey, and the Salmon definitely wasn’t pan fried as stated. Refunded. Ordered a 2nd pizza as the 1st was delicious. Wouldn’t choose anything from the menu other than pizza now as you can be sure it’s as fresh as can be in a chain like this. Lovely service from Erin 😊

We had a great dinner here. Erin, who took care of us, was so attentive and kind. Will definitely come back! Amazing options for gf/vegan food, though we wish they’d bring back the jackfruit pepperoni, it’s dearly missed. Picture shows the gluten free vegan margherita with added pesto and the rustica (gluten containing base) vegan aubergine “meatball” pizza.

Lovely meal. Erin (who looked after us) was very friendly and on the ball with allergies (myself being vegan, and my partner being gluten intolerant and vegan). Nice and quiet atmosphere on a Monday evening also. The new Aubergine Meatballs are great. Would love to see the Jackfruit Pepperoni come back though!

I had a positive experience from my time at Zizzi. The food was pretty good, the presentation was the most impressive part. The pizza was huge! The Black Forest fondant was also fantastic! I hope they add it to the main menu. Alex was my waiter and they made the experience superb. Very attentive, very friendly, and a super chill vibe. dealt with the entire restaurant with ease, very impressive given the shortness of staff.

First time at Zizzi, excellent and would return!. 3 course menu for less than £30. Starters were filling, main was delicious, and pudding was excellent. I'd recommend it to anyone and children also welcome.

Went for dinner with my mum. We had a very lovely time. He had the calamari as a starter and piccante king prown and siciliana salmon as mains. Very delicious everything. And Jordan, who served us, was very nice and took good care of us. Definitely coming back.
