Ginos spaghetti house was an unexpected, delicious surprise. The food was incredible, even better than what we had in Italy and the service impeccable. It is deceptively low key looking from the outside but don't let that fool you. This restaurant really hit the mark with food and service. Thank you.

RAW FOOD! Ordered a chicken burger with fries to share for me and my daughter only to see that after a bite it was raw pink inside! Same with the chips they were not cooked at all and cold . We were both throwing up the rest of the night. When my partner went there to complain and showed a picture of raw chicken a very rude woman who spoke very little English said it’s fine ! He said it’s not fine since I’m pregnant and my daughter is only little she continued to laugh and say it’s fine ! Absolutely disgusting!! Ever since the owners have changed the food is inedible! AVOID!!!

No recomendaría Olivio's a nadie.

We visited Prezzo in Torquay on Saturday night with the family, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was amazing as always. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Despite being a busy Saturday evening, the staff remained cheerful, attentive, and incredibly helpful. It was clear they were working hard, but they never let it show. Their positive attitude and friendly smiles made the whole evening even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the whole experience felt relaxed yet special. It’s rare to find a restaurant that nails both food and service, but Prezzo in Torquay did just that. We’ll definitely be back soon! Highly recommended for families, friends, or anyone looking for a great meal with outstanding service.

Came here to get dinner with family, really really disappointed. What they have done is bought a load of Iceland frozen pizzas, stuck a handful of extras on the top and decided that charging £10-12 each is reasonable. Complete con operation, got “bruschetta” which was a slice of toast with cold tinned tomatoes on top which we paid >£5 for. How this place has been open for so long I have no idea, manager/owner was very brash when asked about orders, the waitresses were nice though.

Restricted menu and slow service Disappointed with my visit to this place. I usually eat here when I stay at the hotel The menu has been reduced for a reason that was not explained If you are vegetarian then best go elsewhere where Waited more than an hour for a main meal and the restaurant was basically empty When the food did arrive the quality wasn’t brilliant

Such a disappointment. Used Sergios in the past when at the Hippodrome, but not been for a while. We were the first to arrive at 5:30pm. Myself my daughter and grandson. Ordered a starter to share and 3 Spaghetti mains. Had to ask 3 times for a wine cooler. The mains took so long to come out that we were literally still eating whilst getting our coats on at 7:10pm to rush to the theatre. Diners who had ordered after us were served long before us. Grandson had no time to order a dessert. It was so shambolic that I asked for the service charge to be taken off which I have never done before. Things can go wrong, but the worst part of this experience was the unapologetic dismissive attitude from the staff. We will need to find a new go-to pre-theatre dinner venue.

Been to Lucianos (Luccios? Carluccios??) a couple of times in the last year and it's a decent place for Italian. The food has been great, with a decent pizza, fantastic beef ragu, and the best carbonara I've graced my tastebuds with the second time. I cannot stress enough, the food is FANTASTIC. Portions could do with a little more, but what I've got thus far has tasted lovely. Both times I've come in the place has been eerily quiet, so either something's up with my timing or the place is just... quiet? Regardless, the service has been timely, albeit mild-mannered, both times which isn't an issue at all. There is a 12.5% service charge stuck on as a heads-up, which you'll find in tiny text at the bottom of the menu. Not a fan of that trend as a whole, as I'd much rather tip good service and good food where it's due. My only complaints are the pricing (which is *STEEP*, especially for Dorset at £50+ for dinner for two) and the fact they took beef ragu off the menu - it was a fantastic dish and taking it off the menu is a crime against humanity. Bring it back! Either way, Luciano's food is fantastic, on the proviso that you aren't the person paying for it... But I don't know if that says more about myself or the restaurant. If the staff were a bit chattier and the British economy wasn't doing an impression of the Titanic (or things were a bit cheaper), I'd give five stars.
