Ordered though Uber eats and nothing showed up, tried calling 5 times and no one picked up. Waste of time honestly.

The food is expensive, and isn't even good at least. It takes too long to create food, and never am I coming here again..

Never again am I eating from yfc again on Sunday night I bought donna meat and chips from them and then Monday night about 11ish I started to be sick and though that night to Tuesday morning I had to ring 999 I was sick 7 times before the ambulance come and I got taken into hospital to found out I had norovirus witch I had to be isolation for 72 hours and norovirus is food poisoning I couldn't eat or drink nothing I was on so many drips I been in here for 4 days now an am starting to get a bit better am keeping food down now and drinks I will never eat from yfc again 🤬

Placed an order yesterday. The lady on the phone could not understand my order. Repeated it several times to be passed on to another person. Trying to pay by card had the same issue. When my order arrived it was completely wrong and Luke warm and didn't enjoy it one bit. Payed neatly £50 am not happy. When taking phone orders there needs to be a person who is fluent in English as the lady last night couldn't understand what I was saying. Couldn't understand my address and it took nearly 20 minutes to place my order then it arrived barely warm and wrong

Ordered food from Yfc redruth The delivery arrived and while the girl was giving the order to my family member a young boy got out the back of the car and thought it was exceptable to leave rubbish on my drive wall. The young lad got out the car just to do this...the driver would of known . Not a good advert for yfc . I have this on camera

Hugely disappointed. I ordered 2 kebabs and a large chips, 1 with garlic and Mayo, the other with chilli and Mayo, salad on both, we got no salad at all!. The pitta was so dry it was inedible, and the chips had no potato, just a solid fried shell. Fair to say first and last order from us 😏

We had 2 kebabs wraps one mixed with chicken. The chicken was dry and some was just fat, salad (what salad) lettuce onion. Worse £17 I have ever paid. Will not return. We collected the wraps we did request salad but only got bit of lettuce and onion no tomatoes. We also was not impressed with service so do not wish to order anything else.

Ordered chicken strips and chips, although the chicken seemed fresh and the batter was crunchy it let it down by tasting of fish including the chips, ask if cooked in seperate oil before ordering !

First time ordering from here and the vegetarian pizza was really tasty

Can’t fault the food as always, however when we came to collect our food we spotted the delivery driver sitting on the sofa cutting his toenails. This doesn’t give the place a good impression. Environmental Health issue? Unhygienic

YFC used to be a quality place for a decent meal over the years and cheap. Now? £8.50 for a wrap, chips and drink. The wrap unfortunately was tasteless with dry chicken. Chips crunchy and hard with no salt. On top of that staff were more interested in telling everyone how bad there card machine was and seemed disappointed every time someone paid by card. All in all a poor experience. Would be worth paying the delivery and ordering a USA

Like the town it’s self an absolute hole the guy serving was pretty chill , do not eat from here if you wana grow old enough so see your grandchildren..

Ordered at 5pm finally came at 6:20 and order was wrong. Rang to advise that we didn't get what we ordered or payed for them to be told there too busy to sort it out! Ask for them to send me a refund on the food we didn't receive to be told they haven't got time to do that either to come to the shop! Always used YFC Redruth but never again.

Consistently excellent kebabs. Over months of ordering from YFC we have never had a late or missed delivery and the kebabs are always excellant.

Tuesdays are a very cheap 2x 12" pizzas for £14 offer and they are always fantastically made and have a small pot of garlic dip on the side. Very nice.

Very happy with my order this evening. Extremely quick and massive portions! Maybe due to it being late but even though, the food is still fresh and hot and great quality. The driver was lovely and found my house pretty easily compared to other drivers. Definitely recommend over all the other places in redruth and further! Thanks.

Ordered 2 strips with chips and potato's, No chips for either meals Food was overly greasy When on the phone with YFC the woman was very rude and unprofessional, will avoid at all cost, will tell others to avoid also.

First time ordering here for collection - I ordered mixed meat & chips with salad and garlic sauce. It was very tasty, hot and nice mix of fresh salad including a green chili! I will order from here again, no complaints and a good sized portion. 🌮👍🏻

Tried somewhere new for a birthday treat but was very expensive for what it was and everything was so greasy we felt sick and couldn't eat it. Will stick to our usual takeaways in the future

Will not be returning, EVER! We ordered a chicken burger and chips meal, chicken nuggets meal and beef burger meal. I bit into my chicken burger and spat it back it, it was pink in the middle and not just slightly, it was raw mushy pink flesh! My child’s chicken nuggets were also pink. My Husband carried on and ate his beef burger as he was not concerned about it. However, he has been up vomiting from midnight last night and vomiting again this morning accompanied by diarrhoea. Do not visit this place. The standards have slipped significantly since new ownership. When eating takeaways is less possible these days due to the cost of living, it is very saddening that your hard earned money is then completely wasted and you are given FOOD POISONING! I’m sure this place will not last long now since it has been taken over by new owners and the food hygiene standards are disgusting!! 🤢🤢 I would love to add a photo of the appalling state of the “burger”/raw chicken I received slapped inside a bun because it is shocking but unfortunately can’t add those onto Google reviews.

GREAT little takeaway shop!...i was cycling around the coast of England & very hungry...the guy's offered me a huge cheeseburger & chips for free which was amazing...came with chips & a free drink :)...the guy's were awsome and told me to come back on Christmas day for another...they told me then they help the homeless during these times etc which is VERY nice of them!...if in the area give these guy's a visit they have a well run shop, great staff & the food is awsome...theyre cheeseburgers are a hit for me, BEAUTIFUL guys...thank you VERY much for the food, big respect! ;)

Food is quality, kebab/chicken meat is the best around and the pizzas are the best pizzas i have ever had from a local (Camborne/Redruth/Pool) takeaway especially the cheese bite crust. Only issue was the missing bottle of drink i paid 2.50 for, i didn't want to inconvenience the delivery driver so i let it go. Great food.

We had Sheesh. Good quality well season chicken, great portions. Cooked well and piping hot. We will definitely be going back.

Hands down , best pizza in redruth, if not cornwall. I ordered late on a Friday night, close to closing. So wasn't expecting the best tbf, but it was delivered quickly, the ingredients tasted fresh, and you can taste its been cooked to order not sat around pre done like some of the big pizza chains. Perfectly cooked and generous on the toppings. Staff really officiant and polite aswel. 10/10 wouldn't go anywhere else.

Absolutely vile place just had a chicken with donner wrap turn up no sauce and 3 slices of donner meat dry as a boot stay away

Tried there PIZZA, best I've tried by far, far better than the competition. Garlic butter sauce is excellent. Looking forward to trying some of there other dishes.

Disgusting customer service. My husband made a complaint about his kebab (as it arrived with just dry meat in a pitta) with no sauce, salad or option to add on the website when ordering. When my husband called to have a replacement, he was sworn at by a member of staff who then told us that our address has been banned from ordering from them again. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone ever.

My first visit to YFC The service was top draw 10/10 happy staff I ordered a large Donna with salad and tub of chili separate Soon as I felt the weight of the kebab I knew it was going to be Large, so the weight was a good sign What a really nice Donner Kebab, the salad was super fresh and crunchy and quite a lot of it, The pitta bread was soft and fresh and griddled toasted perfectly, The donner meat was really tasty 10/10 for quality meat and freshness and size quantity. The chilli sauce was just right Thanks YFC I will be using you every week from now

Burger was very sloppy and the fries were quite hard. Menu needs to list what is included in the burgers as we assumed it’d be ketchup but it was burger sauce which my partner doesn’t like.

Gone so downhill!! Used to get a good portion for your money, now you get half the portion for almost double the price. Let down

Always super quick delivery, fresh and delicious food. Ignore the couple of pointless bad reviews... The pizzas are lovely! Especially with the cheese bite crust. The review that says they are rude..... Try being as busy and popular as they are, dealing with half of the areas finest a*#holes day in day out. And to point out, this is a takeaway, not the Ritz. They do everything they can to get it to you super quick and hot, yum! Sometimes throwing in a cheeky few hot wings or something with larger orders. Thanks YFC :)

Ordered here for years and never had no problems. Is there a new owner? Its really not as good anymore. Really disappointed with the food and sorry to say we won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered my usual tonight, arrived and was terrible. No salad no sauce just dry chicken in a cold tortilla wrap! Rang up and they was quite rude saying I obviously didn't order correctly. I have this from YFC everytime and there is always salad coleslaw and sauce in it. They did deliver another one but that wasn't much better just a handful of lettuce slapped in and gated cheese that hadn't even melted it was that cold! They said to next time make sure you order correctly but that won't be a problem because we won't be ordering from there again and will be telling people about how downhill it has gone. Will be going USA chicken from now on.

Order food, we get home onion rings were cold and the pizza had a hair in it. Sent them photos and all we got was a sorry! Unless we wanted to then drive it back and wait for a new one whilst all the other food is going cold. Won't be ordering again

Amazing price for the best pizzas definately suggest cheese bite crust. But some time busy, but food worth to be wait for.

We have ordered from here before they have always been extremely rude it's a hassle to pay by card. We tried to order but our food wasn't available so we put in an order but deciding we would try ordering what we wanted from another place I understand this isn't great but to phone back and cancel it to be told we've just put it in thanks and then be hung up on. Not the first time we have been spoken rudely to either trying to explain our address terrible service.

Been coming here since I was about 10. The foods constantly got better, and the proces have barely risen in around a decade.

Person that answers phone is just rude or don't listen to you and completely gets order wrong. Then passes the phone to someone else that gets my card number after huffing down the phone. Seems like an inconvenience to pay with card even though you advertise that you can pay with card or on a few other acassions they say its broke. The last time went to order no delivery even though you posted on Facebook that delivery time is 30mins ??? Need to sort out customer service but 2 stars as food is good just not service unfortunately.
