The restaurant itself is quite empty at times, however the food is very nice for the price of everything. all of the bad reviews seem to be from about a year ago but it seems they’ve done something to turn the place around, it’s good for the price and the food didn’t take long at all

Lovely food and great value. We had the spaghetti and lasagne with a fizzy water and rocky road slice for under £20. The portion size was good and the food was tasty and piping hot. Also the staff member serving was polite and professional, I would definitely come again because it was such good value.

Stopped for lunch during visit to Bristol. Basic Italian menu, but giving the options of choosing your meal type and then the choice of 3 types of pasta spaghetti, Panne, or tagliatelle. For two of us to have bolognese, side of garlic bread and 2 drinks was around £25. The food was actually pretty good, it was a better bolognese than some of the Italian chains like Bella Italia. They also had a selection of cakes, puddings and paninis. Would visit again if in Bristol for an easy lunch.

It should be busier here there’s only one guy working here and it’s worth the wait for some actual nice food!

The service was good but the pizza was not so good. Had a burnt taste in places. Coming from London I consider it overpriced. £11.15 for a basic marguerita pizza + a few pieces of pineapple with peppermint tea.

the carbonara was absolutely flavourless other than the little cheese flakes on top and the salty salmon bits

A bit confused why this place isn’t busier. Yes, it takes a bit longer for food to get served, but there’s only one lovely gentleman working the entire restaurant, and the food was totally worth the wait. I ordered the lasagne set for £7.95 (served with garlic bread and salad), which is a good deal imo. Judging from how piping hot the lasagne was, it’s freshly baked, which I appreciate. It had well balanced flavours and a lovely creamy texture. If I lived in the area, this certainly would be my go-to affordable comfort food. My partner got the Chicken Feast pizza which was just as good. Can’t recommend this place enough. Bonus points for its overall cleanliness and comfortable spacious seating. Would definitely visit again next time I’m in town!

Awful place, ordered a hot chocolate and cappuccino. Took over 15 mins with it being empty! only cappuccino came with a drink from another table on the tray then another 5 mins before the hot chocolate came. Went to another restaurant to get the drink!!! Definitely won't be coming here again.

Really tasty bolognese with penne pasta. Didn't expect it to be so good and at a reasonable price compared to the restaurants.

Genuinely one of the best pizza bases I've ever had, incredibly affordable and seemingly owned ran by an Italian father and son. Wish it was busier!!

No stars . This place is terrible. I asked for avocado and eggs on sourdough bread. The food was literally sour. The eggs were scrambled but I have never seen scrambled eggs like this before more like a overdone broken omelette. There was a distinctive sour taste not sure why . I was so embarrassed. Horrible its laughable now. Never again.

Very nicely cooked and good sized portions. Really enjoyed the egg and salmon on toast. Food was ready quickly and it was not too busy so finding a good seat was not a problem. No photo as the food just needed eating! Well priced for the quality too.

The food was awful. A waste of money. The sourdough bread was okay. The scrambled egg was vile, if you must microwave it - stir it at least a couple of times! Otherwise it becomes an Omelette. 4 tiny slithers of Salmon, and I asked for avocado as an extra, it was spread like butter, so you couldn't taste it. I couldn't taste the chocolate in the Mocha either. It was pretty clean and tidy, which is why I picked it to eat at. But a waste of money. I won't go again.

It’s 1/2 term for schools and every place in broadmead is busy and hectic. I felt lucky to find this little place and really enjoyed my coffee and Italian home made tiramisu.

Olivio is a very nice Cafe in The Galleries. If you are ever in the search for fast, delicious, warm and affordable food when walking around The Galleries or Bristol centre head to Olivio! I strongly recommend their ciabattas!

Pasta was lukewarm, waited ages for garlic bread which arrived cold. Toasted ciabatta was uninspiring but was at least warm. Positives - plenty of room to sit, salad dressing was nice. No super cheap either.

A real little gem, hidden away in The Galleries. The frontage does not reflect the quality of the food served. The spaghetti bolognese was superb, the sauce rich and abounding with meat. Portion size was good. Why only 4 stars? I had to ask for the parmesan! Definitely worth a try.

Fresh and tasty, much better than what you expect from foot court restaurants. We tried pizza and a couple of pastas they were above expectations. Owner is a kind lady, recommended

Order a carbonara. Took nearly half an hour. When it arrived it was soaked in oil and so loaded with garlic you could smell it before it even arrived. It was like someone had poured a fake garlic tube into the bowl. The staff were about as Italian educated as Boris Johnson. No clue about anything.

Went here as we were early for soft play. My son had a pizza slice and I had a ham and cheese ciabatta. It was very cheap to buy it and it was average food. £6.45 for pizza, ciabatta and ribena. Not a place I would come back to but all very clean and tidy. It seemed some of the staff worked next door as well as there wasn't always staff behind the till

The Galleries is very quiet and the Olivia was quiet. Nice staff and there was a good choice of food on the menu. I had the lasagne which came with garlic bread, and my wife had a chicken salad with a pizza slice both accompanied by a nice hot coffee. Good food very reasonably priced.

Came here to have some food with my partner and had a lovely time! I love that it feels like a front room and so homely. The food was really good, I had the GOAT pizza and my partner had the seafood linguine. The pizza was brilliant, very generous with the toppings and the goats cheese had a great tang to it. Had the IPA beer as well which hit the spot! Will be coming back!
