Domino's in Wiltshire

Food good but a little confused as to why I can't get delivery in my area especially when papa johns, who is literally next door offer delivery, guess I will have to use them 🤷🏻‍♂️

Everything ordered always arrives cold even though i live minutes from the store, have also given me and my family food poisoning many times, extremely disappointing considering the high price point. But in spite of this the service is incredible and the workers are always kind and helpful, especially the delivery drivers!

Pizza is too dry and doesn’t taste nice

I would say it okay but a bit of miss on the whole Seems like they are on a constant cost cutting exercise often skimp on the tomato sauce which lets the be side down :(

Collection okay, but require training on getting the deliveries correct and customer service has been poor in my experience. I wish it was only an isolated incident but Dominos Trowbridge haven’t quite got the balance right! Staff aren’t helpful and at times plain rude. Head Office needs to intervene and place their staff on how to deal with complaints and be more customer friendly. I love a Dominos pizza, but I now avoid going to my local Trowbridge store.

I normally have my pizza from Domino’s. The staff and the food are amazing. I would love to go there and see the smile of their face. Thanks, guys, for this good service.

Staff didn't tell us when pizza was ready, even when we were there waiting. We eventually asked and we're given a cold, barely covered pizza. Run by kids and no thought about the customers

Yeah not bad! It's a good source of protein which you need after lifting weights. I do the old click and collect as it's half price (£12) for a big pizza. I would feel like I would be over paying if I paid £24 plus delivery. Sorry guys, I'm just not willing to pay that.

I never usually give reviews but tonight dominos trowbridge deserve the praise. Ordered 2 Pizzas tonight, fast delivery, piping hot Pizzas. The Pizzas tasted amazing. Perfect! Thank you trowbridge domino's.

Freshly made, tasty, convenient and quick. Is quite expensive but that's standard for most big pizza brands. Could also be a bit more generous with the toppings, however this was a very well distributed pizza. A very recommendable experience.

Felt like having Dominos pizza tonight got on line only to find out they don't deliver to westbury. Got the car drove all the way there checked my email, Pizza was ready to collect. At the shop was left waiting for more than 15m until one of the staff members, not the incompetent one that asked me twice what my name was and said it would only take a few more minutes. Another one went to look and found my pizza on the bottom shelf. I was out of words, the nice woman did apologise for the delay. She should apologise for the incompetence of her coleg instead. I came home with a cold pizza. Not the best first experience I must say. I'm pretty sure there are a lot of amazing hard working people working there but it only takes one to ruin someone's experience.

Will never eat here again pizza arrived lukewarm at best an hour and a half later my stomach is like a cement mixer thank you very much I’m deleting the app straight away, 🤢🤢🤢

Tonight we ordered two pizzas using the Two for Tuesday offer. We ordered a large Pepperoni Passion (Italian base) and a large Ultimate Spicy Sausage With Nduja (also Italian base). When they arrived, both pizzas were very oily and the bottom of each box was saturated with oil, meaning each pizza's base was too soft, making it difficult to hold a piece without the toppings sliding off into the box when you lifted one out, or slopping onto your plate when you picked one up. Neither pizza was round either, so whoever hand-stretched these must have been in a real rush! I know it's not essential or 'authentic', but these were misshapen and almost rectangular. I will defininitely think twice before ordering from here again, even though we have used them numerous times in the past. It used to be really good. I don't know what has changed, but something clearly has.

Quick and efficient delivery to Marsh Farm caravan site The pizza? I had the American hot and it was superb, piled high with ingredients. I am allergic to cheese so if the base isn't done perfectly they are inedible, and with scrimped ingredients tasteless, but both my pizza and my wife's were perfect. I know it is a chain, and not fashionable to like it, but this was top notch and couldn't be faulted. Oh.. and a Monday half price deal. Definite and without reservation 5*

Not happy about my last interaction. Ordered on the phone for collection and when I got there they said only card payment. I only had cash. This shop was willing to throw 2 large pizzas in the bin instead of taking LEGAL tender. Thank you to the delivery driver who paid on card for me and I gave her cash. Some good people left

Staff very surly and prices are made up to what they think right bottle coke on menu says £2.49 go to order and pay says its 3.49 due to pound for sugar tax! Not legal to advertise without taxes ! Come on sort out prices simplify deals !!

Very Hard working store I stood watching with my son while they were making the food we love it there as the staff are so friendly

Delivery is good and always faster than expected. There is plenty of parking for collections especially once M&S is closed. The pizza is standard Dominos.

What a disappointment ordered two pizzas and a couple of other items what a disappointment we had a pizza that didn’t look anything like the web photos I called them and we’ll I think it’s the last pizza I order from this chain

My order arrived on time but there was one item missing, upon raising this issue with the delivery driver the rest was delivered in under 9 minutes. The first and only time this has happened when delivered and I was so impressed by how quickly they resolved my issue that I had to write a review. Food is lovely, drivers are friendly and never any real problems! Brilliant

Food is usually very nice however sometimes a little on the salty side but still tastes great. The only criticism would be that when asked to get an extra bbq dip as not a fan of the garlic and herb I was asked to pay. Like I get they have to make money somewhere but their pizzas are slightly over the usual pizza price so one or two small tubs of bbq dip wouldn't have been the end of the world!!

Staying around the area for a couple of days and was really fancying pizza from domino's and I found this place. As per usual from domino's, pizza was on point. No issue what so ever. Tasted great. Had the absolute banger and texas bbq. Do not understand the comment about being ridiculously expensive. Yes it is if you do not use any deal but there is so many deals to chose from and overall at a good price. Much better than the smaller pizza places.

Although they may taste good, hence the star, they are ridiculously expensive pizzas which enable them to offer their overpriced multi-buy offers. Do not use, especially if buying just for yourself, as there are other places close by selling pizzas for less than half the price of Domino's. Can also eat in at pizza selling restaurants for far less.

Does what is says on the tin. Nothing exceptional. The service was good and friendly. And efficient. It's a shame you have to wait outside for collection though!

The very best of this type of Pizza. Gianni, David and George worked as a team to produce an amazingly superb straight-from-the-oven pizza. Gianni was very good at explaining all the offers - a very patient Gianni! I've overlooked Domino's in the past but this pizza was perfect.. A Mexican Hot.. Hot Hot Hot! Thank you chaps. The loo was really clean and washing facilities bright and hygienic. We'll done.. You've set a standard in Trowbridge.

Pizza was good, however paid the extra £3 for stuffed crust and there was no cheese in site within the crust. Shame as rest of pizza was good . However maybe the trowbridge dominos has a cheese shortage , or they just forgot to put it in the crust.

Just ordered from Trowbridge branch, my pizza turned up cold and looking like someone had stepped in it. The toppings are flavourless, the whole thing is undercooked and chewy. I'm really disappointed for how much it cost. Gonna go to the local shop and buy a frozen pizza instead.

Absolutely brilliant. Of course, it's Dominos pizza so it does follow a certain standard but what makes this place spectacular is the staff. They're all polite, friendly and they go the extra mile.

There’s always a deal,on at Dominos. When I can’t think of anything to cook (or can’t be bothered) I order online and the tracker is a very useful tool. Really good pizza.

The new Italiano pizza range is brilliant! You've got to taste them. The fresh rocket and chili oil just add a fresh dimension. Not to mention the tiramisu! Try it...

Never before have I ever eaten a pizza with a knife & fork (cut lazily) Lazy teenage staff with not a care in the world for the paying customer (that's how it felt).

i ordered and payed for my pizza on the app i got to the store and was told i havent payed i insisted i had the person behind the counter went to get a more senior member of staff he asked to see a confirmation email so i opened the email and handed him my phone he then deleted the email and then asked to see "a bank statment or something" already In a bad mood i logged into my internet banking and showed him very clearly the charge to dominos he then said it might be a failed order and he will have to call the IT department he then asked my name for the 4th time i told him my name he then waked off came back and without even looking at me dropped the pizza on the counter and walked off without a word 12/02/16

Came to our rescue when staying in the nearby Premier Inn. Service was far quicker than that on site!

Delicious pizzas but a bit pricey

Was not happy to hear that the delivery man for our local dominos had kicked my dog in the face and then refused to deliver to my house again all because my dog barked at him, like any dog would do. Not to mention my dog is not the ferocious kind being a small King Charles cavalier. Was a very disrespectful and bad mannered man.

Would I ever pay full price for a pizza? Never!! So I always look at the offers, so the web site says one large pizza for £7.99. Unfortunately 10 minutes spent outside the shop on the phone results in the web page crashing, so I decided to walk in the shop and order. However they want £9.99 if you walk in and don't order online.. Forget it!! I'm going home and sticking one in the oven. Really annoyed from Trowbridge.

I am extremely disappointed with the service i received today. I phoned up earlier and this rude wench answered the phone, referred to me as her "lover boy" and how she wants to play with me in her spare time. Then, when i received my pizza, there was coconut juice (I think) all over my pizza, it was salty. Once the man arrived with my pizza, all he did was chuck it on the table and said "Hope you choke on it MUDAFUKA"
