Dinner last night was excellent for all the family :)

Had a lovely family meal for our daughters 21st Birthday on Saturday 9th Nov. Our server was Charlotte and she was an absolute joy. Food was really nice. Definitely worth a visit. Thank you Charlotte for making our visit special.

Jane was an absolute hero! Friendly, helpful and always smiling, nothing was too much for her, a wonderful evening! Will be coming again soon.

The robots were awesome but the service from Jane was even better. She shows us how to make the robots smile and provided a smile with her own service.

Amazing night, my spicy pasta was fantastic, great staff and great atmosphere.

I ordered the Carbonara, which is mostly a simple dish, which was an absolute abomination. The sauce was thin and tasteless, and there wasn't enough of it. It simply ran to the bottom of the bowl, leaving the pasta, which was rubbery, tasteless. The only thing that tasted nice and actually had flavour was the ham chunks, but most of it was fatty. Not recommended, not at all.

We visited on our last night staying at center parcs with our young son and were very impressed - little one had the children’s menu which arrived promptly via a robot which he loved ! A slight hiccup for us as my calzone arrived but was cold inside so had to go back but the waiter was more than apologetic and I had a fresh pizza within a few minutes. Overall a good experience although a little on the expensive side - that said you are always going to pay more for being on center parcs !

This was by far the best restaurant we ate in at centre parcs . Had two meals at bella centre parcs longleat. First night on park had an evening meal . Food was excellent, starter ,mains (one gluten free) and dessert with a bottle wine. All well presented and very tasty. On the last day just had lunch my wife's gluten free meal again was excellent my bolognese was tasty but watery. It is slightly more expensive than my local bella and it does add a service charge but that is to be expected on a sight like this. It also has robots delivering your food.

Went for a family 16th birthday celebration and had dinner in this place. We got welcomed by the restaurant GM himself and even though we had to wait for our waitress for a while as the place was fairly busy, she came and took our orders There was not much wait for the food the service was very quick and they use a ‘Bella Bot’ to take the dishes over which is very efficient and the bot seemed to be the star of the evening as almost everyone filmed it The menu is good and it has some vegetarian options The food was cooked well my wife did say it was bit salty her burger. As it was a birthday celebration the staff went out of their way to make sure her pudding had a sparkle The prices are bit pricey but then it is in centre parcs so one would expect that Would go again here

Genuinely and easily one of the best meals I've had. Christina, our server was absolutely lovely, and our little robot servers were very helpful. I had the Carbonara with chicken for anyone curious.

Had a wonderful experience tonight. Thanks to the exceptional efforts of the staff we averted a potentially disastrous scene with my autistic daughter. Thankfully Bella Pasta staff were very accommodating and made it much easier by moving us due to our daughter's distress. My wife and I have both worked for a long time in hospitality and understand the pressures of service and recognise when it is performed well. Tonight was such an occasion. A special mention to our server Charlotte who was the consummate professional. Not only was a high level of service given but she really showed great adaptability in responding to a few of our daughter's more unusual requests! More often than not a simple family meal out can be very difficult with children with these kinds of needs. I can't really express how lovely it is to go out and enjoy a nice evening like this. This was only possible due to the excellent efforts of the staff. I should also say that all three of us thoroughly enjoyed our starters,sides and mains. All together a great night out and we will definitely return to Bella Pasta again. Thanks

Great meal and swift service. A regular visit when we come to longleat. Same faces that serve us and it is still very good.

Food here was excellent we had the gamberoni , pepperoni pizza and the ribs with fries all were cooked perfectly, service was fast with our served being very friendly but I have e forgotten the name , highly recommend visiting this restaurant

This is our first visit to this restaurant. Our booking was for 7.45 for 6 people and needed a wheelchair access. On arrival, we waited for approx 15 minutes while a table was being cleared and set up for us. The staff were very friendly, apologised for the delay and kept us informed. Our waitress, Christine was very friendly and professional, and repeated our order clearly and concisely to ensure the order was correct. We had to return the Spaghetti and Meat Balls, as some of the meatballs were tepid and some were cold. A new meal was delivered after about 15 minutes. Christine came by and apologised and offered us a free dessert, which was much appreciated. Overall, even with this slight hiccup, Christine made our first experience very enjoyable and we would highly reccomend this Restaurant to anyone visiting Centre Parc Longleat. Excellent Service - Well Done Christine !

This was our final meal at Center Parcs and we made a good choice! The service was efficient and food was lovely. The dough balls were the best! I also loved the cat robot delivering the food, something different! A lovely experience to end a lovely trip.

Our waitress Jane was definitely the highlight of our visit - so friendly, engaging and nothing was too much trouble. Food was good - tasty and came out quickly- but it is expensive but I think that’s just Center parcs in general!

This is a lovely restaurant with very friendly and accommodating staff. The food was very nice and the robot cat that delivers the children’s food is such a great idea. A specific thank you goes to Christine who was our waitress for the evening.

We went for dinner at Bella Italia last night, the food was amazing and reasonably priced, our server Jane was friendly and welcoming. We will be back on our next center parcs stay.

Great evening, great food, clear plates from all including children 😊 Jane was brilliant, lovely and personable, food and drinks came promptly and we felt fully catered for.

We were a bit sceptical before coming here as food in Centerparcs is sometimes a hit or miss, but we were very pleasantly surprised! The place was crowded, though there was a nice ambiance, the waiters were super friendly and skilled and the food was really good! It tasted fresh and we enjoyed every dish (we were a table of 4 and all had something different). Would recommend!

A good restaurant choice for family stays, the food was as you'd expect for a Bella Italia and that's about it - not bad, but not the top of quality in the park. Notably this restaurant has delivery robots used to carry plates, they seem useful, but we did see them break down a number of times!

We stopped by for lunch before heading home and were served by a lovely chap called Aaron. He was very attentive and friendly during our visit, a true example of service with a smile. He really made our lunch time visit special, and the food was absolutely delicious. I had the BBQ chicken pizza, and my partner had the chicken Milanese. Overall, we would definitely recommend, and will be returning on our next stay.

Fair and honest review: -Service was quick and friendly - our waiter Connor was very nice, lovely bloke. -Although the food was below the quality of the price that we paid. The food is very overpriced, I ordered bolognaise and for lack of a better word it was very sloppy. Not the worst but still edible and definitely not the best.

So loud. Insanely loud 74dBA avg 80dBA peak at 7pm. Robot cat waiters are fun, cute how they follow each other. Service is still slow though. Food is nice. Drinks are expensive!

Had a lovely time, helped by the lovely Christine who was our server for the evening.

I had the garlic lasagne pizza which was expensive and quite dry. We felt like we'd paid a lot and went away hungry. The staff were very helpful though and there was a robot that brought your food to you which was fun.

Really nice meal at Center Parcs Longleat. Christine was a great server and very friendly!

First the best bit - our fantastic waitress, Christine, who was really helpful and welcoming. The atmosphere is as you'd expect from an Italian - bubbly without being too loud. It was absolutely boiling though! For the price, the food was such a disappointment. Some parts of our order had started to get cold, which didn't make the dough balls or garlic flatbread especially nice. Some of our party enjoyed their mains - margarita pizza, a calzone and a chicken and mushroom dish. However, the chicken cacciatore was dreadful. The pasta was barely seasoned, there was no depth of flavour to the sauce and there was a distinct lack of chicken, pancetta or pecorino cheese. We asked for some extra parmesan, which helped a little, but it certainly didn't warrant the price tag.

Pleasantly surprised considering every other restaurant we've tried at CP has been awful. Great selection of starters, mozzarella sticks, meatballs, Nach-olis and Gnocchi were delicious, really flavoured and hot! Mains were good, nothing too special, served hot and tasted good. The robot cat waiters were a great addition.

Had a lovely birthday meal here at Bella Italia. The food was absolutely delicious. We had brilliant service with our server Jane!! She was great, couldn’t fault her at all.

We came here for a 21st birthday dinner on Saturday, Jane was our waitress. Our friendship group normally get over looked as we are younger however, she made us feel so welcome and gave me some of the best service I have had in a long time. Thank you Jane!!!

The food was ok, but lacked the delicious taste you look for when paying for food out. Comparing to previous visits to this restaurant and other Bella Italias, I think it has gone down in quality and remained high in price. The bruschetta lacked pepper seasoning and no fresh basil, you had to pay extra to add mozerella. The pasta was less than luke warm and quite plain. The servers were lovely. If they could improve the quality and flavours of the food then I would be happy paying the current prices.

We attended the Bella Italia here at Center Parcs Longleat on the last night of our stay and it was a great experience. Our waiter was very nice and friendly and was genuinely interested in our stay. Our food was delivered very quickly within 15 minutes on the robot cat waiter which was very modern and interesting. The food itself was very delicious and the drinks also. I highly reccomend this restaurant.

Food was lovely, and catered for all needs. Ryan at Centre Parcs Longleat was so polite and so informative . We are a hectic family of 8 and he was so great with the children and explaining the menu and what options there were. Great food , amazing service. Ryan was Fab ! Xx

Great place to go for dinner with plenty of food options, the pizza and pasta are both well cooked and delicious. Service can be a little slow, especially for larger groups and the prices are a little high but both of these are expected from restaurants inside the park and aren't big issues. The restaurant features a small soft play area for young children and food is delivered to tables by adorable little robots that provide a novel experience.

Great service, and we loved the robotic helpers! Food was also very good, and we liked the half pizza with salad option (for those of us who didn't want a whole pizza) - Much better quality and value than a recent experience with a 'leggera' pizza at another pizza chain! Good with dealing with food allergies too.

What kind of place needs a deposit? We were a large group of about 10, but no reason to ask for money upfront! Food was evidently pre-prepared, given how quickly it came out. Gave me a "funny tummy" that afternoon. Pizza in particular looked like it had come from a iceland bag. At least the kids did not mind.

Very mixed experience. We love Bella Italia. The food was fabulous, beautiful location, lovely atmosphere. However, we felt there was an issue which could have been handled much better than it was. My daughter who is 3 months away from being 17 asked for an alcoholic drink with her meal. As a personal licence holder and having done all the training, I knew this was perfectly legal and was OK with her request. She never ever drinks alcohol but as we were on holiday, she thought, yeah go on, I'll try something. When she went to order she was refused, as it was explained that despite it being legal, Bella Italia have chosen as the licence holder not to allow this. OK that's fine, that's their prerogative. She was happy to order a soft drink, not at all bothered. My mum ordered a cocktail and when it came she said my daughter could taste some of it, which she did. She had a small amount of my mums drink. I didn't really bat an eyelid and take much notice, it was very little, she was happy, my mum was happy and we were having a lovely evening. Good food, great atmosphere. Really lovely. Then the waitress asked if anyone would like another drink and my mum asked for another cocktail. The waitress said "well my Manager's been watching you, and they know she's been drinking some so it may be refused". I explained that it was perfectly legal for her to have some with a meal, and the waitress said it wasn't their policy. I said we were responsible adults and wouldn't allow her to drink, as such. That was that. No drink ever appeared for my mum. No one returned to the table to explain that the order was refused or kindly ask us not to allow my daughter to have any of it, should we order more, or offer my mum another choice of drink. Nothing. We were made to feel like we'd done something really really bad. Almost being told off and refused any further alcoholic drinks. In our opinion, it could have been handled so much better. The Manager 'Adam' never put in an appearance to explain his decision, or ask that if we had more drinks we didn't allow my daughter to have any. We would have been fine with that, and just said 'ops sorry yeah, our bad', but nothing. We were just well and truly treated pretty badly I feel. With a bit of contempt. If my daughter was necking all the alcohol on the table, I get it, but seriously. The amount she had was minimal. I felt the reaction was over the top, and they completely spoilt our night. Very unnecessary. And to think the Manager has time to stand there and watch customers in that way, made us feel very uncomfortable. Very poor customer service and in my opinion, an unnecessary policy by Bella Italia. Some communication and discussion could have resolved it without us feeling as terrible as we were made to feel. Will not be choosing to eat here again, at Center Parcs.

Very bland food - long wait - the robot is a gimmick and really a robo hoover with shelves that makes the food go cold as stops halfway through delivery

We had a lovely meal on our final day at centre parcs. Our waitress Karen was phenomenal and very friendly in having conversations with us. There where a few things off on the menu but Karen recommended alternatives and let us know prior to ordering. She was wonderful and made us laugh and smile

Decent Italian located at Center Parcs. Friendly and helpful staff. Typically overpriced but not as horrendous as some of the other eateries at Longleat. Although £9.29 for a glass of Malbec stung a bit. You can buy a decent bottle of the stuff from Aldi for under £7

Big shout out to Jane for her outstanding customer service. Very busy Saturday evening , but the service was excellent. The food was very good. But beware it has become very pricey.

The six of us had a family night out. We went last year to Elveden Forest and the Bela Italia was nice but the pizza was like something you buy in a supermarket so we weren't expecting much. How wrong could we be. The service was great and the food was excellent. We had a wonderful time. It tickled us how much the staff had to shove the robots out of the way. I hope all other Bela Italias are like this one

The restaurant was very attentive with my meal and listed my allergies back to me as they served me my food. When ordering I was able to go through allergens on the restaurants website and then asked the server too about it. For general nut allergy it was all very clear that I didn't have any issues and for coconut the chef checked ingredients in my meal to ensure this was okay. Impressed by the service, more allergies should be treated like this.

Really great experience. Food was GORGEOUS! Really reasonable price wise. Accomodating for babies - Ella’s Kitchen available. Jasmine was our server and really attentive so special mention to her! Only thing is they don’t offer blue light. This didn’t bother us but shows it’s available to all restaurants so just be aware if you were planning to use yours😊

The Robots were a great sense of amusement for the children! The food was very good and the staff were lovely! The kiddies play area kept the little ones entertained! Abigail was particularly nice and very attentive. We can happily recommend Bella Italian at Center Parcs

We came in on a busy Thursday night. The atmosphere was great. Ellie our server was so lovely. There was always a smile on her face. Rory the manager served our drinks first. What a lovely chap he is. It was hot but it couldn’t have been as hot as it was for the workers. Poor guys! It didn’t affect their performance at all. I salute them for that. Food was lovely, we felt very full at the end which is quite rare in some restaurants.

Situated in the main plaza, the decor is standard The staff were friendly and efficient, especially the robot food servers….yes, they have the novelty robots stacked with your ordered dishes bringing you the food from the kitchen The food was OK My Marco Polo was a tad bit heavy on the sugar sweetness, but it went down well enough It was neither outstanding or bad Just an average chain restaurant really

Futuristic robot waiters are a big hit with the kids. Fortunately humans still take your order and check on you, long may that continue. we went on a busy day but the food arrived very cold. Kids pizza only had a drizzle of cheese. It felt quite mass produced. Wouldn’t rush back although the (human) wait staff were excellent.

We had some great food (arancini was excellent 👌) and we well looked after by Jane.

The restaurant was extremely busy as we booked at such a popular time but it didn’t take away from our experience. We were served by Owen who was extremely polite and fun. Our food was delicious. Would definitely book again at our future visit.
