5 adults and 2 kids, we had an excellent meal, it was all brought quickly and everyone was very happy with it. A key standout was Jane, who was an excellent server and who was very warm and welcoming

Very noisy place to eat. Service and food standard Parc very average. Prices again standard Parc very expensive for what you get.

It’s a bit of a scam. It says lunch menue 12.95 and you are handed a lunch menue with big print saying lunch 12.95. However, in small print nearly all meals comes with a £3 supplement charge. The person serving is just rushed off their feet. The portions are small for the price.

Liam was a brilliant waiter, first time we have been to Bella Italian when at centre parcs, we will definitely be back!

Despite 10 of us coming at 9pm we were still sat down promptly and food came promptly (which was all delicious btw) Owen looked after us all for the night and he couldn't be more helpful and accommodating, made our centre parcs trip just that extra special 🥰

I recently dined at Bella Italia and had a fantastic experience. Aaron was nothing short of brilliant.The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a cozy meal. I started with the bruschetta, which was fresh and flavourful, followed by a classic Margherita pizza that had a perfect crust and delicious toppings. The service was attentive without being intrusive, making the whole experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Bella Italian for anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine in a lovely setting!

Our server Aaron smith was extremely friendly and attentive, the food is always lovely here and a bonus at lunch time when you get the lunch offer. We were looked after throughout.

Lovely Italian establishment at Center Parcs Longleat. Our food was delicious and had a luxury feel to it. The prices were somewhat shocking to me however! Nearly £20 per meal! The staff were lovely and helpful, the wait on our desserts was quite long.

Service was amazing, but the food is disgusting and an absolute insult to Italians! I've not been to a BI for 20 years and now I remember why.

We had an ok meal here but the food feels so dated and not as good quality as to what else is on offer. Chips were good. Tomatoes on the bruscetta were bland. I ordered the pizza and it was bland and not crispy, pizza express is much better of the chains. Vegan pizza was ordered in the group and was flavourless and had too much balsamic vinegar. Kids pasta also uninspiring. The one good piece to look out for was the robot waiter! The kids loved it. The service and staff were excellent but more work needed on the menu.

Visited here as a family of 5 adults, and 2 young children. We made a booking and were seated promptly. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The food was all delicious, very tasty and good value for money. We will definitely be returning.

We ate in Bella after many hours swimming so when we were sat we were all very tired and hungry. Our Waiter was fantastic, our drinks were delivered quickly and so was our food. Asked for recommendations about dessert and our waiter said the brownie Sunday and I must say everyone else wished they had ordered it! What a fantastic visit!

It is what it is, a restaurant in a Centre Parcs complex. Ok to take the children but no atmosphere. Food was OK but then it was a lunch 'special' deal so we weren't expecting too much. Staff were lovely.

They have fantastic chefs here! The food is superb every time. Marco Polo is my favourite. I had an experience of going the extra mile where we were staying there over Christmas and I had forgotten peas and sprouts and a lovely lady who works in the kitchen gave me some free of charge. Thanks.

We always come to Bella Italia (formerly Strada, formerly Luciano's - thats how long we've been visiting!) on the last day of our regular annual trip to Longleat Center Parcs as it always is the cherry on the top of the visit, always look forward to it, and tonight was no exception. It's heartening to see it busy and bustling, and I would recommend anyone to come here to assuage those inevitable last-night-before-going-home blues. Props to Owen for being the perfect host.

Owen offered great customer service throughout a very enjoyable meal.

Owen was very attentive and friendly. Food was great pollo funghi was lovely combined with the honey drizzle from the goats cheese pasta. The starter could be a bit bigger as it's a large portion but still. Fab evening made lovely with the service from Owen.

We went here on Monday night and we were blown away! It was absolutely packed but Owen our waiter arrived right away to take our order. He was really lovely and chatty and super attentive and the food arrived really fast which was shocking given how busy it was. Food was really yummy, would recommend!

Had a lovely family meal for our daughters 21st Birthday on Saturday 9th Nov. Our server was Charlotte and she was an absolute joy. Food was really nice. Definitely worth a visit. Thank you Charlotte for making our visit special.

We had the best meal here today. All of the staff were absolutely amazing (especially the manager and our server Jane!). We were a table of 20 and everything was perfect! They went above and beyond for us and couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and patient with us being such a large group. Thank you for making it a lovely evening!

Food was good overall, nothing wow but tasty and reasonably priced for 4 of us. ( £85 including the tip they add- all had starters, main and deserts and definitely didn't come away hungry!) The robot waiters with cat faces were a wow however and we all loved! Connor was our waiter and he was extremely attentive , very good at explaining things and came across very friendly and helpful. We also were served by another young man whose name we didn't get and he was also smiley and interactive and together they made our experience pleasant. Clean bright restaurant. Would definitely come again as it was a very nice end to our trip here at Center parcs :-)

Food was great and service was fantastic. They even had a few robots bringing out the food, which the kids loved. Our waitress Christine was excellent and really attentive.

The robots were awesome but the service from Jane was even better. She shows us how to make the robots smile and provided a smile with her own service.

Jane was an absolute hero! Friendly, helpful and always smiling, nothing was too much for her, a wonderful evening! Will be coming again soon.

Great evening with the family well looked after and food was swift. Very busy early here possibly if you want a quiet experience go later , it’s very family friendly

Amazing night, my spicy pasta was fantastic, great staff and great atmosphere.

I ordered the Carbonara, which is mostly a simple dish, which was an absolute abomination. The sauce was thin and tasteless, and there wasn't enough of it. It simply ran to the bottom of the bowl, leaving the pasta, which was rubbery, tasteless. The only thing that tasted nice and actually had flavour was the ham chunks, but most of it was fatty. Not recommended, not at all.

We visited on our last night staying at center parcs with our young son and were very impressed - little one had the children’s menu which arrived promptly via a robot which he loved ! A slight hiccup for us as my calzone arrived but was cold inside so had to go back but the waiter was more than apologetic and I had a fresh pizza within a few minutes. Overall a good experience although a little on the expensive side - that said you are always going to pay more for being on center parcs !

This was by far the best restaurant we ate in at centre parcs . Had two meals at bella centre parcs longleat. First night on park had an evening meal . Food was excellent, starter ,mains (one gluten free) and dessert with a bottle wine. All well presented and very tasty. On the last day just had lunch my wife's gluten free meal again was excellent my bolognese was tasty but watery. It is slightly more expensive than my local bella and it does add a service charge but that is to be expected on a sight like this. It also has robots delivering your food.

Went for a family 16th birthday celebration and had dinner in this place. We got welcomed by the restaurant GM himself and even though we had to wait for our waitress for a while as the place was fairly busy, she came and took our orders There was not much wait for the food the service was very quick and they use a ‘Bella Bot’ to take the dishes over which is very efficient and the bot seemed to be the star of the evening as almost everyone filmed it The menu is good and it has some vegetarian options The food was cooked well my wife did say it was bit salty her burger. As it was a birthday celebration the staff went out of their way to make sure her pudding had a sparkle The prices are bit pricey but then it is in centre parcs so one would expect that Would go again here

Genuinely and easily one of the best meals I've had. Christina, our server was absolutely lovely, and our little robot servers were very helpful. I had the Carbonara with chicken for anyone curious.

We visited as a table of 8. Owen was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed with a smile.
