I am having from this place since many years, it's always clean, very friendly staff and delicious food.

Just had my pizza, Very fresh, unlike some people mentioned before the place looked very clean and inviting.

The delivery person very friendly, but the food was all thrown in the garbage. I do not recommend

I made the collection, and I saw everything dirty, the grease in the kitchen not cleaned for a long time, how can you keep a takeaway like this? I just informed for a good inspection

Ordered kebabs for delivery. Disappointed as didn't come with diced cabbage as you normally get with kebabs, also they overloaded my kebab with so much chilli sauce, half of the doner meat was inedible. Shame because the food was lovely and fresh otherwise.

Very friendly staff and great food. We were only in the area for one night and didn't fancy hotel food. We enjoyed our pizzas and if we are ever in Trowbridge again, will definitely be coming back. To the lady who served us, good luck with your Psychology degree. 🤞

Best pizza in trowbridge best garlic bread aswell. Always pleasant and nothing is to much trouble. If you want pizza this is the place.

Discusting food . Ordered a pizza an kebab . Food poisoning for 3 days after . Vomiting 30+ times a day . Never been so unwell in my life . Wouldn't touch ever again .

Only place around that does a panzerotti. They are delicious! The cheesey garlic bread pizza is so flavoursome and the best I've had in Trowbridge.

the pizzas ate great and very reasonably priced. I regularly travel via train and it's so convenient that they are right beside trowbridge train station.

Delicious food (seafood is fresh!), excellent service, friendly owner, reasonably priced, lovely atmosphere, great location in Bloor West Village.

I’ve been using this restaurant since 2005 and the food is always of superb quality. All food is cooked fresh to order. If you are after pizzas, kebabs, burgers or pasta this is the place for you. Im also delighted to see that Carlo is back during the day to day running of the business which is fantastic to see. Keep up the good work!

Ordered via just eat where it clearly says you get a free bottle of Pepsi with food orders over £21.50. I spend £22.25 before delivery charge. When I call the manager told me just eat got it wrong not them and argued with me. Terrible food terrible service absolutely disgraceful attitudes to customers. Never again

Thin nad crispy base means wet and everything is covered with cheese. I will definitely not recommend this pizza.

Left my just eat order unconfirmed for over an hour, keep calling the store and no one answers the phone, paid for food that has never arrived.

I ordered last night a Capricciosa Pizza thin&crispy and a Ham,tomato,mushroom and cheese Panzerotto. The worst pizza i ever had in my life....FULL OF OIL , and absolutely TASTELESS. Panzerotto made by them , is nowhere near the proper panzerotto. I lived in Italy for 10 years as well , but I am really disappointed of their food quality , really really poor.(after I had a bite from the panzerotto i felt something like rotten,rancid in there), as you can see the whole order went to the bin. The only good thing was the italian driver which was very friendly and nice.

Ordered food for delivery via just eat. The food was a lot later than the stated delivery time. The food then arrived warm at best. The quality was poor with very little taste and the portions small.

I'am italian ,I Love the pizza .. this pizza made from the gentleman was incredible and the service from the lady at the front desk was excellent. Very welcoming and helpful.. highly recommended.

Usually very good however, I had made a request for a gluten free meal as I have coeliacs disease and the food arrived deep fried in a wheat based batter and had to be discarded. Apart from that one order. The staff are friendly and the service is good. The food is of reasonable price and fair quality.

Used to be great. But ordered a burger and it was literally the bun and patties! No sauces, salad, tomato or anything! Also ordered chicken wrap with chips, was surprised to find chips inside (!) the chicken wrap! Very strange!! Chicken meat used to be chargrilled and tasty, not anymore! La Capricciosa, please cook like you used to!!!

One of two places I’ll ever buy a kebab from! The owners are so friendly and are always up for a chat! I order the same thing every time I go in, and they’re spot on every time! Can’t fault anything about this place or their amazing kebabs! Yet to try the pizzas but I know my family eat them and they LOVE! è fantastico!

I have been with my family, we ordered, 2 prawn pizzas, a lasagna, two spaghetti carbonara, two profiterole and a cheesecake..Very satisfied, fantastic food, for me the best in the surrounding area. I highly recommend it.

Needed some food before football. I had a large chicken kebab. It was cooked so well, the chicken was tender and we'll marinated. Best chicken kebab I've had in Trowbridge.

Daughter recommended La Capricciosa. I had a medium chicken kebab. The chicken was really succulent; there was so much of it, accompanied with pitta and salad. Really enjoyed the food will definitely go back to try other dishes on the menu 👌🏻👌🏻

As part of my daughter's birthday celebrations we decided to order a takeaway meal after we arrived home tired from a seaside break. As it was a Bank Holiday there wasn't much open but La Capricciosa was and an Italian treat seemed like a great idea.We ordered by telephone, and unless you actually go to the premises to order that is the only method available. We paid by card over the telephone and the young man who took the order read it back twice to us to make sure he had got it right.Unfortunately, when the food arrived, two of the meals were missing, my daughter's pizza and my lasagne had not been delivered and the salad we had ordered had been replaced with a cheaper, more ordinary salad. My daughter called immediately to find out where our missing food was and shockingly was given a torrent of shouting unpleasantness. The man who answered was not the same as the person who had taken the order and he was aggressive and irate. First insisting that we had never ordered the food in the first place and then insisting that we had received the food and were LYING! It is one thing to have a birthday celebration meal spoiled by missing food but quite another to be insulted and abused when you try to rectify it. We asked how long it would be before the rest of our order arrived and were informed unpleasantly and in an angry 'take it or leave it' manner that it would be in an hour's time. We reluctantly accepted but within moment's of this the man on the telephone resumed shouting about how we had had our order and how he had packed our 'bolognaise himself. Funny that, we had not ordered bolognaise, and we had not received it either. My daughter insisted this was the case and was once more called a liar. The man then said he was busy and would call us back. We waited for 15 minutes and eventually called back ourselves. The man who had taken the order answered this time and he too began shouting about bolognaise. What the hell was going on with this bolognaise I do not know but both men seemed absolutely clueless as to who had ordered what and when. I suspect several other people were missing their meals too - either that or they had our food, and ours was missing. The second man wasn't as vile the first man but it was still a very unpleasant experience for my daughter who by this time was pretty upset. He too inferred that my daughter was a liar and at this point it was cleat that it was impossible to get a straightforward answer from any of these people about either food or the charge. Instead, all that was available was shouting, aggression and abuse. We had no choice other than to hang up and go get a pizza from Tesco Express.Don't order food from these people, they are ill-organised, incompetent and nasty and they will ruin your special occassions.

Best kebabs I've ever had, massive portion. Loads of salad and green peppers, such a nice friendly man. Not a pizza person really but theirs are lovely, fresh and cheap!

Ordered food, told approx. 45 min, phone after 1 hour and 15mins to be told its leaving now....then hung up.... Disgusting attitude for a £35 order will never order again....

La Capricciosa has always been my go to takeaway in Trowbridge since trying it with friends four years ago. The pizza is amazing, and literally less than half the price of Dominoes. There's a really wide range of toppings and they really go to town on the cheese too. The staff are lovely, and it's very authentically Italian. I only wish they would go on JustEat, as I feel they lose out on a lot of the custom that they deserve.

I've grabbed a takeaway from here a couple of times a month for the last few months and whether its a pizza or a kebab, the food has always been good. Good prices and friendly staff and when I ordered food when they were busy one Saturday, they said I was more than welcome to wait at home and they would deliver for free.

Cooked individual selection of scrummy ingredients, while we waited. None of your high street chain of take away but the genuine thing by a by a most friendly Italian. His Mamma would have been very impressed.

Great freshly made pizzas and at a very fair price. Wouldn't buy pizza from anywhere else in Trowbridge. The Italian owners are very friendly and they are far from rude, as stated in another review. If you fancy fresh tasty pizza with fast free delivery, then look no further!

Over charged... rang up to see why and the manager was rude and unhelpful, told me never to ring again because i asked why i had been overcharged.
