I visited Zizzi in Salisbury recently and I enjoyed my experience. The food was excellent. The waiting staff was very attentive and provided excellent customer service. Although I did have a little wait for the dessert, I found the waitress was very polite and apologised for the delay and told me I can have the dessert for free- which was a nice surprise! I would recommend visiting Zizzi for the food, service and atmosphere. I really enjoyed my experience.

We came here for my son’s 18th birthday. From the moment we stepped through the door the staff were lovely especially Matt, who was our server for the evening. Matt was friendly and polite. The food was lovely and came out quickly. Matt even brought out free ice cream with a candle for my son. Thank you for a lovely evening :)

Really poor experience today! Food was fine (average) but the blue light discount which was completely valid for 30% off food wouldn't work, we also tried defence discount clearly a zizzi issue but they refused to do anything about it saying that is just what happens on Sundays??! Annoying when you have factored in that discount. Wouldn't eat there again after this experience. Never had this issue in prezzo and find the food and service much better! Disappointing as it was a celebration for my sons birthday!

Visited on a cold wet Monday evening prior to go to the cinema. Lovely and warm and friendly atmosphere. Decor is great. Ordered pizzas which were the BEST pizza that we’ve ever had!! Fresh salad and a good choice of drinks. Couldn’t manage all of our pizza so we were given a box to take it home. Staff were lovely and we paid using tesco vouchers. We will be back!

great experience - the service was insane, we were served by matt (i believe i can’t really remember his name oops lol) who was so so kind and just went one step beyond at every turn. i know it sounds dramatic but he was sort of the jesus of zizzis, my week hadn’t been great and he put a smile on me and my girlfriends face. i told him it was our anniversary and brought us cake. we’re not really sure when we’d be back in salisbury itself as it is somewhat of a dump, and we were only staying to see stone henge on our way to cornwall for a getaway, but if we ever are we’d be sure to visit again. thank you again to matt though for being such a light of the day x

I'm a regular visitor to the Salisbury Zizzi restaurant and I'm always very happy with my experiences! Staff and management are friendly, chatty and welcoming. Food is tasty and the menu regular updated, which keeps things interesting! The restaurant is clean and the service is quick - no long wait times for food! Highly recommend Salisbury Zizzi!
