Zizzi in Wiltshire

Booked table 6.30 online ,turned up no table available fair enough it was busy guy greeted us explained no table available and we would have to wait fair enough.He said we could go and get a drink somewhere and he would call us when the next table was available never heard from him again waited an hour decided to eat elsewhere as was hungry,don’t care how busy they were unforgivable won’t return for sure.

Matt served us and had a lovely demeanor, very kind and happy to help :)

Our server Matt was very friendly, attentive and helpful, food was also very quick coming out and excellent quality! Will definitely be back :)

Matteo is a g. Service great. Food was average. Beef wagu had no beef. Pig in blanket bomb was disappointing.

Very average food. Ordered Bruchetta starter which was drowned (not drizzled) with balsamic. It was very soggy & also missing the onions. Spaghetti Pomdoro for main. Had no seasoning. Needed a bit of black pepper at least. Lemon cookie meringue for dessert. Biscuit wasn't noticeable. It was okay but very stodgy. Staff were very friendly & attentive but food was nothing special.

Served by Matt today, really friendly guy, super helpful and friendly so thank you! He is a credit to your team! Slow cooked beef ragu was amazing! Wagyu meatballs tasty as always however… Food needed a bit longer in the microwave and some water added pre heating to stop the food going dry ;)

Great evening! Lovely staff. Food excellent. Teo who served us all evening did an amazing job. Very attentive and always smiling. The restaurant is incredibly busy this evening so credit to the staff.

Went here for a meal with my partner's family as it was a birthday treat for one. The place was amazing from start to finish, no rush to order from the menu once seated, food was absolutely delicious and service was excellent.

Friday night was very busy. Although the prawns had ran out Matt was quick to advise of an alternative. Food was lovely, cocktail was great. Matt with the great hair was friendly and had good recommendations.

Booked a table for two, pre Christmas treat for my husband and I. We were served by Matt who chose a cosy table for two, he was very friendly, helpful and very professional. I asked for two glasses of water and nothing was too much work for him he was very obliging.

Went last week for 2nd time, and both times, we received excellent service from Hugo. He even made sure my pizza was cooked correctly and was free of my advised allergens. What was great was that the pizza was loaded in toppings instead of just a skimpy few items like many other places. Decent vegan options, although seems to be fewer of them than there used to be as there’s no longer a separate vegan menu.

Great service and great food. My waitress couldn’t have been more professional, friendly and welcoming. I asked her to let the chef (apparently Dino) know the food was amazing. I recommend the lasagne and I will be returning next time I am in Salisbury.

Never been in a Zizzi before. Great place with a great atmosphere and it was really busy which was a good sign! The food was great and I will definitely go back. It's a big step up from somewhere like a Prezzo and ASK.

Fantastic food and service from Matt, Teo, and Pavla on Saturday night - it was very busy but all of the staff were very helpful and kind.

Great place on the middle of city. Food was delicious. Didn't like being seated by the toilet, but I wasn't looking at it.

Delicious food but felt slightly dizzy afterwards and thought I saw Putin hiding outside in the bushes.

Such a lovely time, food was delicious and our server Teo was so bubbly and make sure we had everything we needed!! Very much recommended!
