Awful experience of huge hair in food. Called the branch, not interested nor Head Office...Shocking Customer Service

Paseando a últimas horas de la noche con un amigo y de camino a nuestra residencia, a él se le antojó una pizza de esta franquicia, pues a decir verdad cenamos poco horas antes. Al principio no tenía pensado tomar nada, pero al ver la pizza de pesto, queso y su tomate casero no me pude resistir. El local, de servicio take away, se encuentra en una calle concurrida. El servicio es rápido y cocinan la pizza delante de ti, aspecto que se agradece para comprobar que son pizzas totalmente caseras. El sabor es sublime. Pedí el tamaño más pequeño posible y quedé encantada. Además, te ponen en la caja de la pizza una salsa de ajo riquísima para acompañar. El sitio está limpio y te atienden amablemente, aunque no me entendió cuando le quería decir si vendían porciones de pizza o solo pizzas enteras. Por el resto, muy bien!

Went to get a pizza after my 13 hr shift. Got it in person, ordered a large pepperoni and chicken pizza with a BBQ base. Got home, had a tomato base, pizza had to be ripped apart because It was cut awfully and it just tasted much worse than it should. Papa John's is normally much better. Will be going to Dominoes across the street now.

My partner and I phoned tonight unsure of the best deal to get, guy on the phone was EXCELLENT and incredibly helpful and patient. Shame I can't say anything else positive regarding the papa Johns experience. From the leaflet through the door which had no prices on to the soggy cold pizzas that turned up. My Chicken club with a BBQ base was inedible. The chicken tasted old and there was barely any flavour. The base was thin as requested but soggy and limp. This pizza tasted off. Out of a large pizza only two slices were eaten. My partner had a large double pepperoni and tasted far better but came cold and soggy. Again more than half has gone in the bin. The chicken wings were nice, definitely didn't taste old but needed zapping in the microwave and the cheesy jalapenos were stone cold. They didn't respond well to the microwave so straight in the bin. I'm not sure why it all arrived cold. We live very close to the establishment and it is a short distance to deliever. To be honest for a £35 order (after the 40% discount) it was a complete waste of money. Had it of cost the original amount before discount I'd be furious. I'm a very unhappy customer now to be fair!

Simply The Best Papa Johns Pizza we have had. Tried a few, from up North in Sheffield to down South in Portsmouth, with a few in-between in Herts, Bucks and London. But the pizza we had from The Holdenhurst Road was simply the best Papa Johns pizza, and better than it's rivals. So surprising how some stores can't even get the basics right and other stores such as this one are spot on. Would highly recommend Holdenhurst Road Papa Johns.

Austin and Danny were gems, super friendly taking the order, the order cam at super-sonic speed and Papa John's was tasty as ever!!

Pizza okay, collected in store and took a bit longer than they said it would which is alright, it became quite busy whilst we waited so understandable. Paid for dips and asked the staff if they were in the boxes and they just walked off without saying anything, our fault for not checking as they weren't in there when we opened the boxes at home!

I love this place, the staff are all really friendly, efficient and pizza passionate. I love watching them slap the pizzas. The food is fresh and really good value for money. Ask them about the collection offers, some of them are over 1/2 the price of the menu costs! Go and check it out, i recommend the Garden party pizza, and a giant cookie! :)
