10/10 food and service. Lee and the rest of the staff were amazing throughout the evening. Food was all piping hot and tasted great. 60 of us visited and eveyr meal was perfect. Massive thank you. Kelly and the u15s @MRFC

Yet again, another deeply disappointing and underwhelming delivery and food experience from Milano! Despite disappointments in the past I thought I would try them again as they have recently re-branded. opened another premises next door and have installed a user friendly ap. I ordered a home delivery online - no issues with that at all and no issue with the fact that my ETA was approximately one and a half hours - it was a bank holiday Sunday so you expect to wait. Where I DO take issue is the fact that the food arrived stone cold! To pay over 44 quid for a couple of pizzas, a wrap and some meat, chips etc and receive them stone cold is completely unacceptable! To then ring and make them aware of the situation to be informed that the delivery car left the premises as soon as our order had been cooked and delivered immediately is blatantly untrue - we live just over 3 miles away!?! The fact that the management couldn’t even be bothered to take my call but was shouting in the background to his employee what to say to me says it all… No one minds mistakes, no one minds waiting but please don’t insult my intelligence and tell me my food had been cooked to order and delivered immediately. Don’t rip people off who have agreed to place an order with you and in good faith expect to receive their food hot - well to be fair, you could have had me at warm!! Don’t pass the buck and expect your phone operative to take the flack and not respond yourself to complaints. He’s probably on minimum wage and didn’t cook the food so he’s not the problem - you are. Take accountability, don’t rip people off and don’t send your food out COLD!!

It took almost 1 hour for my food when it arrived the dirty breakfast was cold and made me feel sick. However the halloumi fries were ok but cold won’t go there again.

Friendly little boozer. Hidden gem. Takeaway next door which is ideal. Support your local!

I ordered tonight and the driver didn't deliver our food and than lied about knocking the door as we have a dog and she barks at the door being knocked. I will not be going here again £30 wasted. He said that he left the food outside the door.

I came with some friends in a group of five for breakfast just after Parkrun. I ordered some toast with a fruit drink (my friends ordered larger courses). My drink came after at least 15 minutes (didn't keep track of time), while our food came another 15 after that (my friend complained that her coffee was cold by the time the food arrived).

Have been here a few times and is always pleased with the quality of food and wait times. Portions are always good for a guy like me👍🏻👍🏻😊😊

We had a fantastic lunch at La Strada. Great friendly staff and wonderful food. I would highly recommend going. It's our favourite Italian restaurant.

Went on a Thursday, around 5pm. Despite not online booking, and the restaurant having reduced capacity due to the virus, happy to squeeze us in. Quick, friendly service, drinks arrived really quickly, and food shortly afterwards. Quality was good - food tasty, hot and well presented. Portions seemed generous. We really enjoyed the four main courses we ordered, ribs, meatballs, prawn pasta and chicken carbonara Would visit again.

Ordenó un Uber come para ser entregado de Frankie y Benny's, y el conductor nos dio la orden de otra persona, después de llamar y hablar con Holly ella era tan comprensiva y solucionó el problema rápidamente re haciendo nuestro pedido y pidiéndonos que vayamos a recoger, a la llegada nos ofrecieron una bebida gratis mientras esperábamos a que se empaquetara que rechazamos como queríamos llegar a casa y en reemplazo Holly nos dio una bolsa de chocolate por inconvenientes y no podía disculparse lo suficiente. Era una verdadera joya.

Off on an early flight…checked in…meet friends in Frankie and bennys…coffee and pastries…ran out of pastries…but Lataya was on it…up sold me muffins and eggs/bacon…then out she had only in working there 2x weeks….I’m in the trade…she should be very proud of herself….lataya…keep at it…you’ll get a pay rise! Pedí un gofre con frambuesas y chocolate blanco, omg estaba delicioso. Tuve un gofregasmo. Esperaba frambuesas liofilizadas, pero cuando abrí la caja había un gofre con frambuesas frescas y un chorrito de chocolate blanco, lo que lo convirtió en el postre perfecto. Definitivamente voy a pedir desde aquí de nuevo. 10 / 10 . 😋🤤
