I asked for extra strawberries n they very much did delivery whoever made my crepe I luv u this place is the best made my entire day I am so happy pls order food from this place

Do not order the red velvet cake! It’s no where near a red velvet cake. What you get is a sponge cake (which tasted shop bought) absolutely covered in buttercream with no cream cheese frosting in sight. To add insult to injury they’ve covered the cake in red cake crumbs to try and pull the wool over. This is false advertising at its finest. The cake wasn’t even red!!

Ordered via Deliveroo, whole order arrived wrong. Contact number is useless as no one EVER answers the phone. Had to contact Deliveroo for a full refund, won’t be returning as all the reviews say the exact same thing about missing items and the orders being wrong. What a let down of a business!!

We love Imperial. The cakes are amazing, worth every single penny ❤️ Anca sure knows how to keep customers loyal, she is so lovely . We love her and whenever we pass by imperial, we sure try something sweet there. Well done!

Food coming late, cold and without ice cream. That happen 2 times, never more I will waste money here.

Ordered food on just eat and told delivery time was 23:25-2345, went to get it at 23:11 and the order had been cancelled completely out of no where. ordered food around 22:30???

Ordered online, 2 hours later food still hasn't arrived, no answer on the phone and no updates past the eta that was well passed and no refund either. Horrible.

We visited here a few nights ago unplanned. The decor is lovely and all of the desserts look gorgeous so it's hard to choose! I am told by my partner that the three times he has visited with friends and tried different desserts,they have all been delicious. I opted for the Knafeh and my partner opted for a Cappacoffee sundae. I have lived in the Middle East where I ate Knafeh often and this was equally yummy! My partner said the ice cream was great and the portion was brilliant. I also took home a type of Middle Eastern rice pudding.. this is just gorgeous and I wish I could remember the name but if you ask them at the restaurant for a Middle Eastern rice pudding they will know what you mean. We also had Turkish Tea which is a must! I have to make a special mention though to Hiba who works here, she was such a lovely soul! Kind, friendly and so helpful! Cannot wait to go back again soon!

Best desert parlour in town! I always take my 2 children here they love the place. Clean tidy and very decorative. Prices are reasonable and generous topping on waffles i recommend the chocolate one with bueno on it.

Walked past here and the decoration caught my eye and I was seeking for a dessert place ! Never knew this place existed! I ordered a takeout and it wasn’t that long wait ! The box is really thoughtful and has put a lot of effort in ! Inlike other dessert place when order takeout , it’s just a normal brown box! Decoration inside was sooo pretty! I ordered a: Tutti Fruity Waffle and it was sooooo delicious!! Fruits was fresh! Would come here again and order something different when I’m down that area !

Delivery- on time Food- Cold Ice cream- Liquid upon arrival 1. Lotus waffle- 2/10. Waffle with 2 lotus biscuits and minimal lotus sauce. Very stingy on toppings. 2. Cookie dough-1/10 Came in a rectangular foiled boxed and was basically 3 cookies (each the size of jaffa cake stuck together with some chocolate sauce on top. This is not really cookie dough. Was not soft. I was call it "3 cookie biscuits with chocolate toppings" 3. Kunafeh Hard and some parts very cold. I have tried a number of kunafah in the past and I believe this was a defrosted kunafah and not fresh. Not worth the £7.00 spent on this.

Absolutely disgusting service ordered a delivery at 10:00pm on Foodhub we tried ringing the restaurant number at 11:00pm due to the dessert still not being here and it took about 20 calls to get through to some guy who would go and check the order for us who hung up phone and never rung back so we tried ringing again only to the phone being off. Would not suggest at all when it comes to the delivery service

Ordered on deliveroo and it was 20 minutes early but that’s it for the good points, the food was stone cold, the milkshake was wrong and didn’t taste right, I couldn’t even finish my food because it just tasted revolting. I’d never order from here again even if it was free!!!

Crepe we cold and milkshake was like water where is was warm, We order a lot from them for delivery it’s very disappointing.

Terrible service on Uber eats .. waited an hour and then told no delivery possible but took my money .... and no sympathy on phone ... do not waste your time or money !!!!!!

Waiting 2 hours, absolutely disgusting melted ice cream, wrong waffle cold and no taste. Never back again.

Me and my partner ordered some desserts and some drinks this evening. I have walked past imperial desserts on a couple of occasions but tonight I decided to finally give it a try! And I’m honestly annoyed I haven’t tried it sooner! So much better...

Came with few of my friends today and I’ve been to other desert restaurants in Swansea but this was by far better then the rest, friendly staff made it a good experience
