Off on an early flight…checked in…meet friends in Frankie and bennys…coffee and pastries…ran out of pastries…but Lataya was on it…up sold me muffins and eggs/bacon…then out she had only in working there 2x weeks….I’m in the trade…she should be very proud of herself….lataya…keep at it…you’ll get a pay rise! Nice staff, dirty menus and table. Food inedible. Egg whites raw, “avocado” seems to be some mush out of a jar (?) and the salmon is not nice. I paid on the app and I’m on holiday (or about to be) so I didn’t make a fuss, just went and got a croissant from the takeaway. £15 down the drain.

Visited the F&B at Bristol airport on 9th September where the entire restaurant was managed by one person, a male. He was great in how he was able to accommodate everyone as best as possible however it was clear he was extremely stretched, unable to provide a quality of service with no check backs, refills etc... There were a few items not on the menu which was frustrating. Surely in an airport you would have organised more staff?

The staff were busy but very attentive, that was a good experience. The food was tasty but expensive, that understood to be expected in an airport unfortunately. I ordered a hamburger with cheese with sweet potato fries and that’s what I got although small and looked lonely on the plate. I’d look for somewhere else next time preferably before getting to the airport!

We were hosted by Henry… a go getting young man who will go far. Faultless hospitality skills- I wish we could employ him in our hotels! Thank you for being efficient, interesting and spot on!

Lovely tasty food, piping hot and delivered quickly to our table. Quite noisy but a busy night. Only critisism was waiting to get into restaurant even though table already booked.

Went for my daughter’s birthday, but it must have been a bad night, as we waited an hour for our food to arrive, and when it did we were disappointed. My son’s sirloin steak was tough and chewy and he suspected it was rump not sirloin. The only shining light of the evening was our waiter Nadia who worked so hard to try to stem the tide of awfulness. She was rushing around like a headless chicken to try to make up for the deficiencies of colleagues. She needs valuing and recognition for efforts beyond the call of duty.

Came into a busy ish restaurant, went to the bar to get a drink while we waited for our table. Sat at the bar, looked at the drinks menus and the barman completely ignored us. We had to say excuse me-can we order some drinks? The guy didn't smile, or even speak he just stood there waiting for out order. I ordered a glass of wine - the glass was filthy!You could see the smeared lipstick all round the rim, bits on the glass, and it was wet. REVOLTING! I asked for another glass and showed him how disgusting the glass was, and he poured my wine into another disgusting glass! The manager came to the bar at this point, and I said to her -Do you think I could have a clean glass for my wine, I have had two gross ones so far! She hand washed a clean glass.My friends glasses were not clean either.We were sat, and our order was taken by a very cocky waiter.Our food arrived, and we asked where the slaw was which was on 3 of our orders. We were told there wasn't any! What the HELL????!!! You tell the customer that when they order, not when you put the food down! What a joke! AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! I think it is a great idea if the company that owns Frankie and Benny's shuts them all down -they a disgrace to your company.

We went to this Frankie & Bennys today. There was a slight problem with our order getting missed and therefore delayed but a lovely member of staff - possibly called Maya? (She has a black bob hair cut and amazing customer service skills) came over and apologised and sorted it out so that what could have been a disaster with us leaving feeling angry and complaining turned out as we were initially expecting-a really lovely lunch! So Thank you ‘Maya’ because if you, we really enjoyed our day off and we will be back!

Waitress was very friendly, professional and polite throughout. Though quick to take order, the food was quite slow to arrive. When our food came, though some of our glasses were empty, we weren't offered more drinks, this may have been the stress and panic of the 3 overworked waiting staff having to cover so many tables. When it came, one of the steaks was missing fried onion rings (which was rectified by another member of our group giving up theirs as it was easier than getting the attention of the minimal staff. The Cajun chicken was very dry (overcooked or under hotplate too long), the Lamb shank was very fatty, The steaks, though cooked well, were short of flavour, but the garlic sauce looked old and dry on top (hanging about in fridge too long perhaps?) though it tasted ok, it looked past its best and uninviting. The ribs tasted of old oil, and this being the underlying flavour of the fried food, begs the question 'when was the kitchen last cleaned and when was the oil changed last? Unfortunately our table of 6 were placed directly underneath a speaker, which hurt ears and made it impossible to communicate when turned up full volume on several occasions for the 'Happy Birthday' tune, isolated volume would be better, but not a major issue and forgivable if only done once or twice. Overall, it was not a great experience and far below previous visits to other Frankie & Benny's, so not recommended.

Fantastic meal today using the 30% off offer after watching a film at cineworld. Lots of vegetarian choices and the food was really delicious. Our server was just lovely! 5 stars from us

Wonderful options and wonderful service for vegans. Lunchtime is a great time to come in the week as quiet and good deals. I have the vegan large pizza and that is great to share as massive.

We visited the Bristol Airport restaurant which does not come up on trip advisor. We stood waiting to be seated for ten minutes with other customers but were ignored by the staff. We then approached the young man who was then rude. We duly left with the other potential customers! The place was not even busy.

Our server Stephen was fantastic throughout. His knowledge of allergies and engagement with us and our son really made us happy. He was just this way on our last visit, too, so I asked his name to leave this reviewFood wise, my sirloin was cooked a perfect medium rare and my partner loved her chicken Parmesan.

As we live on the other side of the city we are rarely in south Bristol but finding ourselves there & hungry we popped in.Welcomed warmly & encouraged to chose our own table so able to have a nice large booth by the window. The restaurant although not very busy was nice & warm on a very cold day. Nadia was our waitress & she looked after us very well. Our order for drinks, food, all we needed taken in good time but not rushed. The Australian Shiraz I can highly recommend. My lamb shank & his mixed grill were both delicous & cooked perfectly. The meats were very tender & tasty. Using our taste card it was very reasonable in price. I would definately use this one again if I found myself this side of town. One of the better F & B's.

We walked in the door and it looked busy enough so we thought ok let’s give it a go.... we should have just walked out the door again.I ordered a 6” hot dog and my husband had a plain cheese burger and a side portion of onion rings and 2 drinks and we were over £30 You get charged £3.99 for 5 onion rings.... We were close to asking them to take the food back but did not want to cause a scene so we ate as quick as we could just so we could leave. When we were outside I asked my husband how much he would have paid for the meal and he said £5 and that McDonald’s was better. So as the title suggests we won’t be back

12 de nosotros visitamos aquí para celebrar 2 cumpleaños familiares y disfrutamos de una buena comida después de haberlo pedido a un camarero atento y paciente llamado Steve, que fue un crédito para su profesión. El restaurante está situado en un amplio parque de ocio con amplio aparcamiento gratuito y utilizando ofertas de ahorro de dinero de comparar el suricata y el grupo, aprovechamos algunos descuentos de buena relación calidad-precio.

Went to the Frankie and Bennys at Bristol Airport. Expensive, poor quality food and the kitchen forgot to cook one of the party’s order meaning we nearly missed the plane. Waitress was nice but as they say, you can’t polish a tur*.

The staff and food deserve ten out of ten. There was eleven of us, all had different meals, we were all served at the same time by very friendly cheerful staff. We all enjoyed the food and the ambience of the place. Thank you.

We had a great experience here and our waitress Hayley was really helpful and attentive. Checking we were happy and if we needed anything else all the time. It was l nice to have a happy welcoming member of staff serve us.

Always seem to enjoy Frankie and Benny's. Great varied menu. Husband always raves about the mixed grill. My salmon with jacket potato was lovely. Kids had pizza and chicken and mushroom penne. Ate the lot. We had puds too. I thoroughly enjoyed the semifreddo. My son said the toblerone cheesecake was delicious. Service was fine too. We did struggle to understand the accent of the guy who took our order and showed us to our table but this was no great problem. Toilets are clean.

Me and my boyfriend were served by Chantel, such a friendly waitress, made it an enjoyable experience!

Went there today lovely food,I had the classic hotdog it was yummy. Food prices were very competitive. Will deffo be back maybe try the bigger hotdog next time 😬

Awful service, rude staff. A terrible start to holiday, introduced being told we couldn’t sit in the seat we wanted, waited for 20 minutes for order to be taken & food took 30 which was sub standard.

This was just across from out Premier Inn Hotel. Went in and it was fairly busy. Staff were very friendly and we had a nice table. The food was good and I enjoyed my meal and drink and so did the wife. The only think that spoilt the visit were the number of young children using the venue as a play area inside. Children running about, sitting on the arm of chairs putting feet up on the tables. Not knowing where their shoes had been prior to putting them on the table. Staff need to keep an open eye and ensure children are supervised by their parents and not disturbing other quests.

My mum and I were served by Shantel. Very friendly service and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Will be visiting again in the near future.

We decided to eat here on our only day off, BIG MISTAKE. My glass was thick with dirt and they replaced it with another dirty glass. My partner ordered dough balls, we couldn’t rip them apart and my partner literally banged them on the table, SHOCKING. Our mains came out and my partners steak salad was literally steak and salad leafs!! We did complain but by this point we just wanted out!! Leaving most of our food and drinks. This place was disgusting, filthy. There was literally 4 of us in there. My advice to anyone thinking of going here, don’t bother!! Spend your hard earned money somewhere else and actually enjoy it.

Managed to get a table even though there were 9 of us on a Saturday night and we hadn't booked. Waitress couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Food was good and we'll presented. Would recommend.

Ordered after waiting for ages for staff. Food arrived in mins and was incorrect and inedible. Drinks where still sat on bar. Inaccurate inedible and badly staffed.

Went with s group of friends before the cinema and was worried because of poor reviews. Pleasantly surprised as food was good - 5 different meals and staff very pleasant. Fairly busy at 7.00 pm so a bit of a wait for food after ordering even though I stated on online booking form that we had cinema tickets. Next time I will book an earlier table. Otherwise I would recommend.

Habíamos comido aquí antes, en diciembre de 2017, cuando recibimos un excelente servicio de parte de un miembro del personal, que fue nuestra principal razón para regresar aquí. Lamentablemente, cuando dejé una reseña de este restaurante en 2017, el miembro del personal que nos atendió se me olvidó. Sin embargo, cuando nos sentamos en nuestra mesa esta vez nos sorprendió que el mismo miembro del personal nos reconociera de inmediato y viniera a hablar. para nosotros. La persona en cuestión era Sam. Nos conmovió el hecho de que nos recordó después de una sola visita y se tomó el tiempo de conversar con nosotros para preguntarnos cómo estábamos y cómo había ido nuestro año, informándonos que se había casado. Sus toques personales como este son los que más significan, y Sam realmente es un crédito para este restaurante. Nada era demasiado para ella y se aseguró de que tuviéramos la comida más perfecta, como sucedió el año anterior. También me gustaría mencionar a Nadia, que era nuestra camarera asignada: una vez más, ella no podía hacer lo suficiente y se tomó el tiempo de conversar con nosotros para asegurarnos de que estábamos contentos con todo. La comida en sí era hermosa, perfectamente preparada y llegó a la mesa en un tiempo récord. No dudaría en recomendar este lugar a cualquiera que visite la zona. We had a voucher for F&B.; We'd been there once before several years ago for an average meal so hadn't hurried back! Very pleasantly surprised. The decor and the service weren't really up to standard, but the food was plentiful and delicious. We would definitely consider going again.

Was very surprised it was so busy, I guess it's because it's half term holidays. Service was very quick and the staff very friendly. Food was hot and the meal deals for lunch time make it an affordable mini treat.

Food was cold sent starters back rude staff who were saying another drink when we asked for another pepsi that's what unlimited means we can have as many as we wanted and we had a few because the food and service was so bad won't be going there again was also expensive for what we had

Visité el 2 de abril. El servicio era normal al igual que la comida. Muy ruidoso y un número de comensales se quejan de la larga espera para la comida. Pedimos una bruschetta y el pan no había sido tostado, estaba frío y empapado. Uno de nuestro grupo tenía una hamburguesa doble con queso y una hamburguesa estaba tan seca que no se podía comer. Éramos 4 y 3 de nosotros tuvimos problemas estomacales al día siguiente.

noisy, dirty, luke warm greasy food and staff who couldn't get our order right the floor was covered in food many of the tables had not been cleared/cleaned, the waiting staff were curt and unhelpful the rubbish music was so loud you could not hear yourself think, this was our first and last to these restaurants..... NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!

Unfortunately I didn't get the gentlemans name who first seated me at a table. He went out of his way to clear a table that I was comfortable sitting at alone. Stella served me and was polite and friendly. Promptly dealt with my requests. The food was good but I wouldn't visit alone again as it was noisy due to lots of family's with young children.

The breakfast we had wasn’t great (my avocado on toast had so little avocado on it that I had to ask for more) but it was fine for the price. And if you finish your breakfast, you can have another serving for free.

The attitude of the waiter was dissapointing. Everything seemed too much trouble. We complained about one meal and he just wasn’t interested. Won’t be going back.

Fantastic service as always, and great food. The staff are friendly and attentive, nothing is too much trouble. Jean served me today and as always she was warm and welcoming.

This is our go to restaurant for a casual meal. We're always able to get a table any time we visit including on weekends. Food is always good and most staff are friendly. Always enjoy the cocktails. It's great that they have regular deals on and we hardly pay full price for a meal which is an added bonus.

We only came because we had a 50% off voucher then got told that they wernt excepting them anymore even tho it was in date. The service was poor food took a long time to come.

Me and a group of family and friends visited back in October last year and the breakfast was cold and disgusting. After getting a few waiters over because we weren’t satisfied with this, we didn’t pay the bill.

Service as always fantastic and quick. Spaghetti and meatballs are amazing from this place. Me and my partner go here quite a lot and the staff seem great. Must say the foreign lady working 1/12/18 in the evening is a total asset to the place. True hard worker!

Vinimos aquí en una noche tranquila para la comida. Y por decirlo un poco, era incomible. Las bolas de masa eran horribles y como la roca. La carbonara era insípida y sosa, y el pollo cocinado hasta el punto que no se podía cortar. El servicio fue muy rápido y educado y uno de los elementos eliminados de la factura, sin embargo, fue una experiencia muy mala.

I am sorry to say that the service where slow and hard to find. We had to get our drinks ourselves.and the food took ages to come,although the restaurant was perhaps 1/3 full.We would not go there again.

¡Había reservado en línea solicitando una mesa para los amigos de mi hija y una mesa separada para 2 para nosotros adultos supervisados! Cuando llegamos, las mesas estaban listas y las chicas tenían un puesto en una esquina y teníamos una mesa junto a ellas. Es bueno que hicieron un menú para niños más grande que tiene una buena relación calidad-precio con una bebida y un pudín. Los tamaños de las porciones eran buenas. Los precios parecen haber aumentado un poco desde la última vez que los visité hace un tiempo, pero la comida que pedimos los adultos, el tamaño de las porciones era grande, sabrosa y realmente buena. Los pudines eran encantadores. Nuestro camarero, no entendí su nombre, era magnífico y realmente cuidaba a las chicas y se comunicaba conmigo para comprobar que todo estaba bien. Obviamente, él estaba muy ocupado cubriendo varias mesas, las bebidas y la comida tardaron un poco en llegar, pero en general todos nos lo pasamos de maravilla y, lo que es más importante, a mi hija le encantó su comida de cumpleaños con amigos. El único otro punto que diría es que se calentó bastante y podría haberlo hecho con un poco de aire acondicionado.

Always nice food and a good time at this Frankie and Benny's, but this time Omar our waiter made it extra special. He was very friendly and nothing was too much, made us laugh and made the whole experience extra special. With the Frankie and Benny's app, I find the food very reasonably priced.

What an experience dark miserable place again great if your having a wake or splitting up

When we arrived it was very busy. We expected a bit of a wait but were sat straight away and food was really quick and tasted great. There was a really nice atmosphere and nice to see all the staff enjoying singing to the birthday girl.

My family and I went to this place , was seated at the bar and was welcomed well.

We had a lovely breakfast here today. Server was very attentive and the fry up is good value for money and eggs were cooked to perfection!

Didn’t fancy the balloon fiesta in the rain so went here instead. Food was much better than expected, couldn’t fault it. The kids loved talking to our friendly waitress

Unfortunately visited here about 5pm on a Sunday afternoon. It was very quiet and we ordered two Caesar salads. We waited 40 minutes until they arrived. We were served two bowls half filled with limp lettuce, stale croutons, smothered in a cheap dressing. Plonked on top was a barely cooked chicken breast. And that was it! And it wasn’t cheap. It was absolutely disgusting. We sent it straight back and left. The restaurant itself needs a makeover as it’s stuck in the 70’s. we went across the car park and visited The Colonel . Much better!

Only go to this place if you like hotdogs with hair in them and ooh don’t think about sending them back as the ummmm chief cough cough just holds onto it and sends the same plate out with the same long hair mushed into the hotdog radish ontop if the hotdog sausage. Gag gag

As we were a family/ friends group of 18, we were all served reasonably together not too long a wait, which you usually expect when there are more than 4 . Every one was happy with their meals and the waitress gave suggestions on the new menu items. The blueberry waffles yum! The kids meals particularly were excellent value .

Received great service and the menu is diverse, you can pick from Italian or American style, price is comparatively not bad to the restaurants around so give it a try when you're around Bristol 👌

We visited this restaurant whilst staying at the nearby Premier Inn as it looked the best of nearby places for an early evening meal. We were not disappointed, the food was much as you’d expect in a chain but tasted good enough to eat the entire portions. I chose the three-course menu and thought it was good value for money. We sat in a quiet area and although it did become busy during the time we were there, our waiter was really attentive and we had no long delays between courses.

Came tonight and had Nadia serving us who was absolutely brilliant!! Food was very good also but Nadia made our night and was very friendly, thank you!!

My two children and I booked a birthday meal here last night but every element to the meal there was something wrong. My potato skins came with no bbq sauce which is normally put in underneath cheese and bacon. Wrong toppings were on my burger and my daughter's freak shake had both malt balls and honeycomb missing from it. We weren't told they were missing and waiter even told me that when making it realised they were out of stock but then managed to find some and put on a separate plate. To me that was not acceptable and looked as though it was hoped we wouldn't notice they were missing. At 5.99 for shake I'm gonna notice it's missing! My son's meal came out first which was ok but my burger hadwrong toppings on and my daughter's pizza was delayed so was son was left eating on his own for a bit. I complained and did manage to get whole bill taken off but this restaurant needs to raise its standards. This has put me off of going to a place that's always been a family favourite.

I have been to this restaurant 2-3 times a year for the last 4 years when I have been staying in a local premier inn! Tonight I had recommended it to a group of people who were travelling as well as me and we booked aTable together.

Stopped for lunch and received good friendly service. They were extremely busy so service was not that fast but that was understandable. Food was OK but nothing exceptional. Average is the right score.

This restaurant is past it's sell-by date...shame as it serves the cinema public in hengrove. Decor is very dated, as is the menu, with a total lack of creativity. Nothing wrong with the service but generally I would not recommend.

I keep giving this place a chance and i have to say i have never had a good meal here. Its time to knock it on the head. The kids pizzas had just Tom puree and hardly any cheese and were more flat bread style and wasn't large enough for my 11 and 8 year old from the bigger kids menu. My carbonara lacked any sauce, it was sticky and liked like it had been sitting there a while. Tasted nice though. Just poor value for money.

This place has been going downhill for a while but thought we will give it one last chance, and it will be the last!! Starters came out and we had garlic bread with cheese, how the hell can you get that wrong lol just cold garlic bread, I wasn’t that worried because I skipped starters and it was my girlfriends ha, well I wasn’t laughing when my mains came out. My calzone was dry with no sauce and hardly any filling, my little boys plain burger wasn’t plain and the waitress was a right miserable cow. I told them in a not so nice way that there food was s@@t so the manager can over and only charged us £20 for all (2 adults and 2 children)our meals, well I saved a few quid so went straight to McDonald’s I bought my self a Big Mac meal, PS my misses really liked her main meal ( pasta and meatballs)

Had lunch here with the family recently, good atmosphere, waitress was very friendly and helpful, food was good and everyone enjoyed their meal and cleared their plates.

Myself and my husband visited this restaurant for the second year in a row whilst staying at the nearby Premier Inn. We visit Bristol each year to do some Christmas shopping and have been staying nearby each year since 2005. The food on the night we visited here was outstanding and we thoroughly enjoyed both the starter and main course. It really was cooked to perfection. We were sat in a quiet area and nothing was too much trouble for our waitress who really went out of her way to ensure our visit was enjoyable. My husband had an 'elf on the shelf' and had been attempting throughout December to capture it in various locations we had visited and the girl who served us went out of her way to allow him to take a picture using the bar and optics. Unfortunately whilst we asked for her name by the time I got to write this review it had slipped my mind. We would both like to thank her however and very much look forward to visiting again in December 2018. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone who happens to be in the area!

Been in plenty of F&B;'s but never tried the Pizza before, glad that we did as it was really excellent. Staff and service was great and given that it was busy it was served to our table pretty quickly.

Popped in for dinner and found the restaurant to be almost full so nearly didn’t stay! However a table was found and even though they were very busy the service and quality of the food was not compromised in any way. All the staff went the extra mile and our server Zoe P was great not just with us adults but with my two grand children too. We really enjoyed our experience and will return. Thanks

I'm a bit if a regular at F&B; and find it great quality and range if good for the family

The staff here were absolutely lovely, friendly and welcoming. It’s just a shame the food really does over shadow this. I had a spaghetti Bol which you would think for an American Italian restaurant, would be one of their signature dishes..... how wrong was I, very bland and watery. My daughter however enjoyed it as she is a fussy eater and would like nothing more than just plain pasta, mash and cheese in her diet (says it all) if you want cheep tasting food and have one of their vouchers I might risk it?! Such as shame as the staff here are wasted and would be a credit in a successful business

Visited recently for a birthday breakfast. Didn't wait long to be shown to our table. A few minutes looking through the menu before the waitress arrived. Drinks and food ordered we carried on chatting.

It’s was Saturday before Xmas and as a treat we took my son to the cinema followed by a meal at F & Bs - his favourite and his choice. Although we’ve not been to this one before we thought being a chain they would be the same (food, quality of service and whole experience) we were so very wrong.

Booked a table here. New Year eve.

Wasn’t expecting too much from a chain. Cutlery was dirty. Pasta was over cooked. Server was not attentive.

We ate here as we were staying at the nearby hotel. It was par for the course for this type of eatery but no complaints at all. Service was excellent, food was great, house wine was ok and prices were reasonable. I can recommend the shared starters, ribs, chicken chimichanga. Would go back if in the area again..

Stopped here when staying a night in Bristol ready for an early morning flight from Bristol airport.

We don't visit this part of the city often but had cause to do some shopping close by & decided to grab a bite to eat here instead of travelling back into town. At 5pm on a weekday the restaurant was busy enough to be interesting, we were greeted & shown to a nice booth table. Our waitress was Shantel & she asked if we wanted to order drinks immediately but gave us a little time to chose, as we asked for. The Prosecco available by the glass was very good. We shared a starter of cheesy garlic mushrooms which came with Ciabetta which was light, not heavy as it often is. Very tasty. We both had the King Prawns Linguine in a courgette, Prosecco & creamy sauce & shared an Italian salad, both were good, the pasta dish was clearly freshly made. I liked the fact that every dish we had including the deserts, were light as I dislike heavy food. There is a good choice of wines by the glass at good prices & the Australian Shiraz was very good.

Visited because it was convenient to my location and was met by polite staff who explained there would be a short delay and showed us to the bar. After a short delay shown to our table and promptly served. Food was of good quality and staff very helpful. Would recommend a visit

Early one evening before a visit to the cinema. Place not too busy but one or 2 screaming kids. We had the fixed price menu which was well priced with good selection. Service was fine, food arrived promptly. The Buffalo Wings on the menu are more chicken nugget than wing although the description does suggest this. The burger and pasta were ok.

The terrible service was blamed on the fact that the pizza oven can only take a set amount of pizzas at a time. Consequently everything takes ages to leave the kitchen, not sure how this accounts for the fact that drinks take ages to arrive too! That said the food was good, ribs and salads tasty and chips crispy. Desserts were ok, apple pie stodgy and 3 balls of ice cream stacked on top of each other half way up a sundae glass, so not very enticing. However, the manager was great and I think with time will sharpen up the service. No discount given for having to wait for so long!

Late afternoon visit. Quick, friendly and efficient service from Alice G. Food good and tasty. There were a lot of children there (a number of birthday parties) so it was extremely noisy. Not good if you want a quiet meal but at least there was plenty of atmosphere.

Came here with my partner for lunch and probably the best frankies ive been to food was very quick and enjoyed my pizza, great service

Visited Frankie and Bennies for my daughter's 21st. Free parking a bonus, birthday music played as cakes are brought out usually after the main course. Impression of the service slow, the place was relatively full, however people were entering the premises and being served quicker. The seating arrangements could have been thought out a little better. The bar was a little under staffed with a trainee unable to assist. I know that we all have to start somewhere. The meals seem to be relatively easy to prepare and quantities were ok for small diets. I may visit one of their establishments again. People's preference to an evening out will be different to others, so try for yourself they may surprise you.

After a great film at the Cinema (Despicable Me 3 if you’re interested) and then a short play in the nearby brilliant playground we decided to try Frankie and Benny’s for lunch. Quickly seated in a booth near the kitchen, which my little boy loved to watch. The children’s menu choice are very good and well-priced, with two size options. Both of ours went for the larger ones and weren’t disappointed. I had a favourite dish of quarter chicken and small rack of ribs. The meat fell of both of them and were well tasty. So full I didn’t go for pudding, but the others did and gain looked lovely.

We had to eat here because of staffing issues at the Brewers Fayre attached to the Premier Inn.Dropped in after watching a film at the cinema close by.Never ate in one of these restaurant chains before and although my choice of the tagliatelle was tasty my wife's steak appeared to be quite tough so probably will not be visiting another in the near future.I would rather of eaten at the Brewers Fayre as I think they are better value.Shelley and Tony July 2017.

Stopped for a late lunch here after visiting the cinema. We were greeted in a friendly manner, and our server was very friendly too.I had a wrap and fries, the first thing I noticed was that the fries were chewy and a bit stale tasting. My Husbands Fries tasted the same. They just tasted like they had been handing around a while and not fresh.Otherwise our meal was enjoyed. The Dessert was very nice too.
