Pizza 2 Night in Swindon

I ordered tonight and the driver didn't deliver our food and than lied about knocking the door as we have a dog and she barks at the door being knocked. I will not be going here again £30 wasted. He said that he left the food outside the door.

Poor customer service experience, the counter staff is rude and does not have product knowledge, hike prices in comparison to the offer published & if you ask then you get shouted at with the attitude, take it or leave it …coz that’s how it works sadly.

There is so much that I can write about this company. I really enjoy there food so on multiple occasions I have let the RUDE and POOR service slip. When I call I’m told all offers are not available so charge me more for my orders even when the menu hasn’t changed. I have had major abuse from the staff, had all of my card details read out load in the store in front of other customers, I’ve had staff laughing at me. This evening is the final straw, I have a poorly baby so needed fast food. I attempted to order through there website for collection (the order failed) so I ordered through Uber. I have just had a staff member calling me telling me they want payment, really aggressive and absolutely vile. As far as I was aware only one order went through, why would I order twice? I was told not to order from the store again, even though through all of the poor customer service I have remained a loyal customer. I am completely blown away. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Ordered regularly and never disappoints. Always hot and fresh. Delivered very quick and promptly. Very good customer service and will recommend to everyone

Excellent pizzas also our puddings. Would recommend to family and friends. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

well i can honestly say it was delicious , was hot , tasty and very quick to deliver ,also very reasonably priced , we got the couples deal , great value , plenty of it , reviews on here are very hard to believe, give it a try .

Pizza was fab. Fresh and homemade. Desserts however were frozen and I had to wait 1hr and 15 mins for it. They did arrive on time though and the delivery guy was very polite. Would order again as the pizza was very good.

Food was alright, but they gave us the wrong pizza! Waited too long to re-order so put up with it. We were in a bit of a random location though so we’ll give you that one!

Took 2 hours to arrive from order time .When it did finally arrive the pizza was cold had to warm it back up in the oven .Ordered from here loads of times always been great unfortunately this time was a bad experience

A surprisingly good pizza. It had food reviews so we had some expectations that it would be decent but it surpassed those hopes. Beautifully fresh tasting, real quality ingredients. Will definitely order again.

Called up as I gave the wrong postcode, the guy was nice and thanked me for doing it, Food was timely and came well presented in good portions, Nice

And the delivery guy didn't have proper change as well.. I ws disappointed by the restaurant service.. took so long to deliver.. and the chicken wings were smelling stale.. Not ordering again..sorry

Not only they were late but the food was horrible. It's sad because I could of got myself something and it would of been 1000 better oh well I won't be lazy again !

Pizza was very decent for the price, along with having a lot of flavour. Staff when phoned about a delayed order were quite unhelpful and sounded depressed. I understand what the other comments are saying about them being rude as that was borderline to the experience I had. If management care about the business - Change the attitude of the staff!

Pizza actually was very well flavoured and decent quality problem a similar standard to a generic pizza kebab place. Not on par with papa J's for example. The guy on the phone sounded depressed when I asked about my order and it's confirmation. Pizza took an hour which they said it would so it was ok.

Great value for money, delivery time was an hour but this was clearly advertised so no issue. Food was delicious!

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza ( in a meal deal) with extra pepperoni and sweetcorn for an extra £2. The pizza was warm and the extra two pounds I spent for extra toppings was a waste of money because the pizza had barely any toppings on it at all. The garlic bread wasn't crispy, and also the pizza Base was soggy too and tasted worse than frozen pizza. Although it was delivered 5 minutes earlier than they said, it still took an hour to come after I had placed my order. The few good things about my order was that the chicken strips were tasty and also the delivery man was nice. Aside from this, I will not be ordering from here again. It was a waste of £17, and very disappointing!

The food quality and delivery time are usually good however this time both were very poor. it arrived over 45 minutes late and the pizza and chips were both mildly warm. In fact the chips were very over cooked and I threw them away they were that bad. The pizza would've still been good if it had of been hot!

Ordered Veggie Hot Pizza & Jalapeno cream cheese from them after seeing good reviews online, however would say quite disappointed with quality wise as well taste wise.

Took an hour an 30 minutes to deliver my pizza which ended up being 45 minutes late, only ordered a pizza and onion rings, very simple, then got the pizza wrong, and took another 20 minutes before attempting to amend the issue, avoid if you can.

Call 30min past the delivery time to ask about my order and whoever answer the phone kept asking what would I want instead of looking into to my existing order made 2h ago. Simply terrible

will not be ordering again original delivery time 1hr after ordered then never turned up phoned shop 1/2hr after delivery time to be told driver just leaving 1/2hr later it turns up cold no apologies customer service zero

Forgot the drink and then called me 20 mins later after he delivered the pizza to say the restaurant doesn't have a driver and now and they took full amount because he had no change. Normally a regular customer and never been this bad :-(

I ordered from this restaurant last night and they cancelled the order without my knowledge as I had no signal when the restaurant called. when I rang back the man I spoke to was very rude after waiting 2 hours for delivery the delivery driver was rude also

Come on guys this is getting old, the pizza is brilliant: the wedges are to die for. BUT! ... Where's my ice cream? (again!) where's the Tennessee Toffee Pie cake I ordered ordered? -- Yes I like chocolate, but I didn't order it. Your pizzas are wonderful, but not these constant mess ups, but at least I got my dips this time: so its looking good.

Used Pizza2Night for a long time (a bit out of my way as I live in the Town centre, but the pizza's have been better than a large franchise I used to use) but of late, the manager has become very rude and confrontational. OK, people make mistakes with orders but when they are challenged - WOW! Yes; they can change prices without notice too, but there is a polite way of explaining that, especially if a leaflet was given to me by the delivery guy (the day before) with an order with current deals listed?! Looking at other reviews; I can see a theme developing here as this isn't isolated. Perhaps they have had environmental health in again and been hit with some costly remedial action - again! Whatever it is mate - I hope you sort yourself out and get well soon!

Absolutely getting annoyed with this this is the second time I've ordered and they got it wrong my friend is allergic to jalapeños the first time they put them on the pizza so she couldn't have the pizza and now this time I paid for them to I could have them in a pot and there not here I've tried ringing the shop And they just ignore the phone absolute joke wouldn't recommend what so ever stay away.... Okay so I left it ten minutes before I posted this and I finally got hold of someone n he's shouted down the phone at me I have the recording... I wouldn't even go with these waste of space...

One hour 10 minutes? Takeaway should never take one hour 10 minutes to arrive from the moment of order. Should be one hour maximum and work order was taken before getting to me having Lukewarm dinner was not what I wanted from a pizza, and the mozzarella sticks were just cold. This was not a good experience and 1 i shall certainly make sure i never experience again.

Ordered deep pan. Got thin crust. Called to complain and the staff were extremely rude. I will not be ordering from there again.

The food was just eatable everything else was awful I only received my main course I didn't get my drink or my dessert. When I called to ask for the rest of my order I was spoken to complete disrespect and I hope I get my money back.

one of the worst pizza shops. very rude unprofessional staff. ordered a Bombay hot pizza, it was stuffed with chillies and tasted terrible. when asked to replace or refund the staff member was extremly rude. never order from this place again

Its a roll of the dice as to what type of service/food you'll get. When pizza 2 night are on top form, they measure up to the more popular franchised pizza places. However, at peak times they turn into a different company entirely and standards definitely start to slip (poor food, rude staff, late delivery). After our last order it took alot to return!! Tonight, I received a warm and tasty pizza that was delivered 5 mins early from a polite driver. The chips were nice but the mozzarella sticks were a little pale for me and they had no stuffed crust. Which they quickly phoned to tell us. Pizza 2 night are definitely good value - IF they're on point. Which tonight I'm pleased to say, they were.

15 mins was added to order which wasn't a problem, but then was still another 30 minutes late and chicken was missing from order. This is the second time now. Pizza and chicken are very good tho just which the service and delivery was better.

Called me at 3:40 when my order was due to be delivered that it would be late. I have now been waiting an hour and yet to receive my food. 2* for service as they gave me free profiteroles due to them running late. Food was okay but only lukewarm.

I ordered pizza with 2 extras, Chicken - was there Sweetcorn - wasn't. Fair enough.

Took 35 mins to confirm order - further 50 minute wait. Asked to phone on arrival, doorbell woke my baby. Pizza not cut at all. Chips underdone. Wrong dips delivered. Driver had no change - forced tip. I put more cheese on a piece of toast than they on 2 x 15". £30 well spent, wished I'd cooked. WILL NOT RETURN
