The most wonderful attentive staff. Fabulous food and a great ambience. We went for my mother’s 90th birthday. The music was at the right volume with great songs and my slightly hard of hearing elderly parents and Aunt could happily talk and also hear every word so we could all have a great conversation. The extra little things the staff and chef did for her were lovely. Candle on her dessert, birthday banner above the table. 🩷

This restaurant gave me a wonderful birthday evening with my two daughters. Lovely food and wonderful service, very spoilt especially by our very kind Polish waiter. Thank you everyone.

Amazing! Such a lovely birthday the Team gave my mum who came from Sussex for the weekend! Made her very happy The service outstanding! I have driven passed La Strada so many times over the years and never bothered going in until this weekend. "It’s just another Italian restaurant" I’ve always thought. Well, I’m pleased to say it isn’t just another Italian restaurant, The food was excellent and whilst a little more expensive than I would expect for Italian, it was worth the extra. As a vegan I had the Verdure (vegetable pasta) and it was delicious; my mum had salmon and risotto which she said was the best she’d had in a long time. Her pudding, a lemon and lime cheesecake was huge, and she loved it. I had vegan ice cream with espresso (affogato) which was good. Lovely staff, lovely atmosphere and damn good food.

Another nice night @ la strada, fab location, great food at competitive prices... Prawn cocktail for starters and pizza for main, fantastic.

Table booked for six to celebrate my birthday lunch. We have been to La Strada before and enjoyed another good birthday meal for a friend. Adam and his staff arranged a couple of treats and 'Happy Birthday' signs. Everyone in my group enjoyed our time at La Strada and especially the great food. Service was excellent from Adam and his team. We will most certainly return to enjoy future meals in this well run restaurant.

I have never been here before. It is cozy inside. The staff is very nice. This is a very nice restaurant. The food was very tasty, the portions were large and the presentation was great! I will definitely come back here again.

Booked in same day (Sunday) for an early dinner. Very friendly staff, cosy restaurant and lovely food, not overly pricey either, we will go back with a bigger group next time.

Absolutely lovely staff, so chatty and funny, and the food is delicious! We had a starter and mains but sadly couldn’t find room for dessert, but we will certainly be back. Highly recommend!

My husband enjoyed his birthday lunch at La Strada with the family. The food was superb as was the service, especially with the little extra touches from the staff to make his day special.

We had a family meal here last night. It's an easy place to find and has a big car park. The tables were clean and well spaced out so it was a pleasant environment. The menu had plenty of options and service was pleasant and engaging. The food arrived quickly, my salmon with saffron risotto was delicious and everyone else enjoyed theirs too. We followed up with desserts and my banoffee pie was fabulous. All in all a lovely evening, nice service, lovely food and great value.

Probably works best for big groups and families when food isn’t the main focus. Menu choices are ok, nothing out of the ordinary. Service was pedestrian. Reminded me of the old adage about why waiters live so long - because death can’t catch their attention. Large outside area for smokers and louder diners. Food was acceptable but a long way from excellent. They make a valiant effort to cater for gluten free or veggie diets. Calzone was good, GF pizza was undercooked, pollo al fungi was not bad but I’m not fond of large chunks of al dente vegetables. Risotto ok, not exceptional. All round a basic eatery, not for the gourmet.

What an amazing find! My partner has been driving past this restaurant for ages and keeps saying he wants to try. So I booked this as a surprise! What an amazing night!! Staff went above and beyond to make the evening special. Birthday balloon, lemoncelo shot and happy birthday in balsamic on his pizza. Food was great and great atmosphere. Will definitely return!! Hopefully on my birthday.. hint hint

Visited as a family of three. We all had three courses and all of our meals were different. No complaints, lovely food, great service and reasonably priced. Would visit again. Thank you.

We love this place, not only is the food and service fabulous but Adriano and his team bring such a great atmosphere and the wonderful Italian warmth. We almost feel we are back in Italy 🇮🇹 can’t recommend enough!!

Exceptional service and food! Atmosphere wonderful too. We were celebrating a family member’s birthday and weren’t disappointed. We had a lovely meal and the evening was made more special by all the wait staff singing happy birthday.

An excellent italian restaurant that one wouldn't expect to find in rural Wiltshire! I almost didn't entirely believe all the 5 star reviews but trust me - its all true and more. This restaurant is worth a visit. The less than 5 star reviews are probably due to unrealistic expectations on the reviewer's part or perhaps a rare off day for the kitchen. I will admit that the restaurant looks very unassuming outside but it is very well appointed and decorated inside. Food is topnotch - we had seafood (fresh), calzone (hard crust and soft inside) and the lamb roast (done just right). The kids' menu pizza was cutely made in the shape of a teddy bear (see picture - that always makes me sit up and notice if the kitchen does things like that). Service wise - very attentive waiters. Atmosphere - well spaced tables so its not too crowded together.
