Ordered a Uber eats to be delivered from Frankie and Benny's, and driver gave us someone else's order, after calling and speaking to Holly she was so understanding and solved issue quickly re doing our order and asking us to go collect, on arrival we were offered a free drink while we waited for it to be packaged we declined as wanted to get home and in replacement Holly gave us a bag of chocolate for inconvenience and couldn't apologise enough. She was a true Gem

My daughter was asked… Pizza Hut, F&Bs or Nando’s … she chose F&Bs, we had high hopes as we used to love this place but after our last visit earlier in the year we were disappointed by the lack of offerings on the menu, we had thought they may have changed the menu but sadly not, I always remember the great choices available in years gone by but they still choose to do a limited menu. Looking around I fear that this is something how lot of other people feel as the place was almost empty, a few groups of people but not like it was years ago where we’d find it difficult to get a table at times. On another note we ordered starters which were fine in their own way with mine coming with a bbq sauce, I had some leftover so wanted to hold on to it, but the waiter took it then told me that I could get more with my main which arrived shortly after our starters, I asked the waiter for some when he asked us if we required anything else to which I was told it would be an additional charge, shocked I said no thanks, angrily annoyed that he’d taken away the small bit that remained from my starter, after ours meals we changed our mind about pudding as I was still annoyed about being asked to pay for bbq sauce, our bill came to £78, which I thought was a bit over priced for a late lunch meal of what we got but happy to pay it, I will be checking the menu online before any future visits to see what their options are, and if they return to their amazing original menu options, sadly I don’t see a future for what was an amazing place many years ago & will not be visiting again.

After having such a bad experience with the wishing well a few doors down and getting a refund we came here.... The food was amazing we should of came here first! The food, atmosphere, and staff was fantastic 10/10! Specially Steve... Very quick service and very welcoming. Will definitely be back... Thank you franky and benny's we are stuffed! 😁

We went here yesterday with all of our family , 17 in total . Just couldn’t fault it at all . The food arrived altogether and was hot . The portions were brilliant and the children’s meals superb . The young gentleman who served us at the bar was so friendly and helpful and our young waitress was exactly the same . We just couldn’t fault it . Well done to all concerned . Only wish I had gotten the names of our servers . Our meal was booked for 4.30 if that helps . These young people are a credit to you . We will return . Thank you very much

We wanted to get some breakfast before our flight, so came here. We noticed there was a very ill waitress, coughing, spluttering and sneezing. We thought it would pass, but after a bout of sneezing on her hands, she proceeded to get cutlery out for customers, laying each table - despite not having washed her hands. We watched her do this for about 15mins (she was clearly v ill, who hubs not her fault, but management should have sent her home).

Must say the food was good somehow managed to run out of bbq sauce for the ribs. Took them with mushroom sauce and was very good.

My boyfriend and I went to the restaurant this weekend on a quiet Friday evening and had a pleasant experience. We had a lovely waiter called Steve who looked after us very well, and was very welcoming and accommodating throughout the night. I opted for a chicken course with fires and spaghetti, and my boyfriend chose a chicken BBQ wrap. Both of which were a good portion and very yummy! The atmosphere was lovely with subtle, but not too loud music playing. We will return!

When there with my son. Was told was about 35min which was fine. But was only about 20min wait Great. my son had pizza and chips and drink great value dessert and 2 sides 7.99. I had the piccolo pasta and salad which was ok. I was a bit annoyed at paying £3.49 for half a bowl fries. Waiter was very pleasant.i told him about this but he didn't say anything.

Pops into get a bit of breakfast before a stag do in Dublin, was greeted by a friendly face, sat down in a solo booth(perfect) my server was called Angie and I could not have had better service if I was in a high end restaurant. She was happy, smiling, quick and attentive, she even had a little joke about make me jump haha. And for 0630 that is what I call damn near perfect.im a chef in abusy restaurant and I know early morning are hard, so to have this kind of service was just a great start to my day.

Very expensive , noisy and definatly not value for money . The potion size is a joke , especially the chips that come in a finger bowl .The burger was lacking any taste and to have a tub of ketchup plonked on the table just summed up the whole experience. Would have been better going to Mcdonnalds

We enjoyed our recent visit to this restaurant. Megan who served us was very friendly and nothing was any trouble. My wife likes her steak extremely well cooked and this was no trouble to the chef. We will definitely return based on our experience. Thank You Megan

Waiting on our flight so decided to eat here, best of a bad lot really. Menu seemed to offer choice. I had the mac'n'cheese withh bacon. i say with bacon, but really there were a few flakes of processed bacon on the top, not what i was expecting. My husband had spegetti bolognaise, but again, the portion size and amount of actual bolognaise was pitiful.

5th July we waited 10 minutes to be seated then sat for 25 minutes waiting for someone to take our order even after I spoke to one of the team no one came to the table left and went elsewhere to eat !

Went on a spur of the moment decision. Waited 15 minutes for a table to come available which I didn’t mind to much but unfortunately the wait for the food was over 40 minutes. Not ideal with a child. When the food finally arrived it was nice. Just a shame the service took ages. Positive is you can pay using an app which was advertised. We did this to save time.

Visited in April before our flight and we had an excellent breakfast and waitress. Travelled again on the 23/6 so thought we would go back - wot a mistake!! - food cold, bacon fat not cooked, cannot believe they send food out like this. Will not be returning!!

We had dinner here tonight and it was shocking. Incredibly slow service from obviously very poorly trained staff who were clearly not interested in dealing with customers.

We always like to think part of our holiday is breakfast in the airport ,sadly this place ended that feeling . staff looked so unhappy and talked to you in the same way ,then the breakfast when do you have no toast with it ?? when i asked where it was they said will just get some . by the time it came some of my breakfast was cold and i decided not to eat it .talking to the manager made no difference . over all eat somewhere else of £27 for 2

Food was awful. Paid £13.50 for fish and chips. The batter was so hard that it hurt my jaw! Worst fish and chips I have ever had. I won’t be eating here again.

Had lunch at frankie and Benny's LWG something I dont normally do but work was rained off. I have to say I was very impressed, the food was lovely didn't have to wait long, the fella that served me john was a class act, very professional,I was on my own but it didn't feel like that, I will be going again soon. Went to have a lovely meal with my mate tonight and only 2 minutes after ordering our food came out. Cold. Sent it back and 10 minutes later came back out and the chips and onion rings were still cold!! The manager on shift didn’t even apologise and just tried to make out that he had probed it to make sure it was hot enough when it clearly wasn’t. Very unhappy with the food and managers attitude. Food definitely not worth £15!!

Visited today for lunch. Was empty. Waited as no one had laid or cleared tables for 15 minutes to be seated. Waitress was so rude didn’t make any eye contact face to the phone when taking our order when asking each person what they wanted it was “yeah and you”. The waitress was arguing with the chef and he was using foul language we were sat right next to the kitchen and could hear everything. Very un professional. When food was put on our table she hardly spoke to us mumbling as if she couldn’t be bothered. They got my friends cheese burger order wrong 3 times firstly giving her a chicken burger, then a normal burger no cheese and each time no apology for the wait or mistake. When we paid. There was no thank you have nice day. She shoved the card machine in my friends face to pay the remaining. so rude would never go there again and we were visiting Bristol was not a nice experience.

The food was luke warm not hot, the juniors meal would not fill a toddler and as pictured the coleslaw was put in the dish with a tea spoon,Very disapponting. My wife spoke to a memeber of staff about the minimal amount of food on the juniors plate and the response was "What do you want me to do about it" although eventually they brought out a bowl of chips..

We visit F&B; most weeks on a Sunday! It’s easy, good value for money. The food is decent- hot- choice and unlimited!

Dirty tables, dirty cutlery, milkshake wasnt cold, food was terrible....it was my first time to go into a Frankie and bennys but i know I'll never go into another one. Food was overpriced, my fries were underdone and my work colleagues sweet potato fries were over done. We left swiftly and unimpressed by our experience. Avoid it at all costs

Well firstly the waiter who served us couldn’t have had more creases even if he had tried. We weren’t told that they didn’t have potatoes to go with the breakfast so instead served chips (surely toast would have been a more obvious breakfast choice?!). The coffee arrived after our breakfast. I saw at least 3 plates of food go back with wrong orders and the manager having to speak to a few tables to apologise.

When we arrived here it was so quiet hardly anyone in here! But yet we had to wait half hour to even have our order taken! Then once are order was taken took about a hour to receive our starter!!! Then when we finally received are main meals we had ordered a medium rare steak however didn’t come out medium rare it came out well done! So we took it back and asked for medium rare steak which we asked for they then we had to wait another 20 minutes for the fresh steak which wasn’t even cooked it was so raw!!! Also the staff don’t even smile and are so rude! I will never come back to this Frankie and bennies!

Went to Frankie & Benny’s this evening in Kingswood and had the best experience! The food was hot and very tasty, and the service was amazing. Once we ordered the food it came 5 minutes later and me and my friends couldn’t believe how good the food tasted as it came in such little time! It was a very clean and tidy restaurant. Also, we got served by a lovely lady called Megan and she was very friendly, and she made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. Great experience, lovely staff, will definitely be coming back soon!

So we booked a table for ten for this birthday celebration and staff were fairly helpful and attentive, if a little slow at times. (But it was Saturday and busy). They obligingly brought out a birthday cake for us at the appropriate time. However the food was not very good and rather expensive. I had spaghetti carbonara which was served in a cold dish and the food itself was lukewarm.I asked for grated parmesan on top, which the waiter did with his bare hands! I hope they were clean! My husband had a sirloin steak which was £17! and it was really tough, he didn't enjoy it at all. AND they didn't have the beer he likes, despite it being on the menu. (Doom Bar). We won't be going there again in a hurry.

My daughters and I had a lunch here a few days ago. We ordered from the main menu and didn’t have to wait too long for its arrival. The food was really tasty but for the price of the main meals I actually thought the portions were quite small. But the staff were really attentive and my youngest got free slime!!!

Waitress is very rude uneducated I asked for cob crab bites and she brought me beef and I never asked for that she abrupt and rude , she also came over to my table and said it’s not vegan lol obviously I’ll a pescatarian so I can eat fish, toilet stinked will never come here again if it’s the last restaurant open, gave us free drink for rudeness of the waitress

I came here on a weeknight with a friend. It wasn't particularly busy. Took ages to take our order. When it arrived all I can say is 'GROSE' The chips had the weirdest tang to them as though they were cooked in dirty chip fat. The carbonara was completely tasteless and so was the spaghetti I had on my plate. Tasted like plain spaghetti with cheap tinned, watery tomatoes poured on it. We never ate our food and complained to the waitress who went off somewhere. Some miserable looking man came back, no apologies or asking what was wrong with the food , basically just gave us the bill, didn't charge us for the mains, which we didn't touch anyway but not even an apology or asking what was wrong with the food. Terrible staff, food is even worse. All the time I was telling the waitress what was wrong with the main I was being glared at from the kitchen by a guy (not sure if he was the chef)

Fuimos como un grupo de 4 el sábado 2 de marzo, obtuve una mesa de inmediato, tuve que esperar un buen tiempo para hacer el pedido (justo antes de las 9 pm) y me dijeron que se habían quedado sin nuestra selección de entrantes: pieles de papa y bruschetta !

Fuimos en una primera fecha y el ambiente era relajado y te hace sentir a gusto con su propia la comida llegaba a nosotros en unos 20 minutos, así que no nos sentamos a esperar para alimentos o bebidas para venir a ti. El hecho de que podíamos llevar la pizza, si no podíamos comer todo ayuda realmente cuando uno de no comer muy bien y así terminar la tarde.

He ido a Frankie y Benny's un par de veces y tengo experiencia en varias ramas. En visitas anteriores no me puedo quejar de la comida, pero en esta ocasión me fue severamente decepcionado. Yo estaba deseando que mi hamburguesa, pero cuando llegamos estaba correoso t y sin sabor. Para ser honesto, era tan asqueroso que no quería comer, y yo hemos estado visitando esta rama puso de Frankie y Benny's de nuevo. Servicio no era aquí tampoco increíble. Es una pena. . . Deben esforzarse un poco más!

Siento que tengo que escribir algo aquí, ya que comer aquí al menos una vez al mes. El servicio es siempre perfecta y así es la comida. Siempre es caliente y la gente tiene que recordar es realmente una pizzería mezclado con comida rápida. Las bebidas son caros, pero eso no es culpa del personal. Sí, la canción de cumpleaños que su cabeza, pero el personal me encanta y todo no hay mejor aquí. Es, por mucho, el mejor en Bristol. Bien hecho a todos.

La semana pasada llamamos a Frankie no esperaba comida gourmet, pero al menos una buena pizza. El personal era bueno el lugar limpio y luminoso pero la mala comida. Nuestra pizza, sus queridos, se sirve en un plato frío, lo mencioné y me dijo que era un 'problema de salud y seguridad', platos calientes o caliente era peligrosa! Así que la pizza era genial eh? NO muy corriente y no lo suficientemente preparado. Quizás había un chef aprendiz esa noche, pero no es excusa para un restaurante italiano para hacer pizzas pobre. Nos hablaron y nos dijeron que era una vergüenza.

We visited just after Christmas with a party of 18 of us, nothing pre-ordered, also had wheelchair user (which unfortunately meant it could only be put at one end of the table to avoid "getting in the way" of the servers, which was disappointing). One lovely waitress looked after us all evening with quite quick and polite service all evening (as it was quite busy so took a while before we could order) and made the evening run very well, including the sparklers in the huge cake! I know the waitress enjoyed the cake too. Thank you

Tuve que elegir una comida diferente, así que fuimos para el Penne Arabbiata, y el camarero nos dijo que había que poner en el pollo las pizzas si quería que en la pasta. Sonaba improvisado y algo de segunda mano, así que me negué. La comida era mediocre y por menos de 30 libras era caro y no merece la pena. Vete a otro sitio si quieres algo mejor que la comida normal con una cara de cadena que atiende a sus clientes adecuadamente.

Reservamos una mesa para Nochebuena para temprano en la noche. Estaba muy contento con la comida, pero la comida fue arruinada por lo que sólo puedo describir como los niños más revoltosos que he tenido la desgracia de estar en la presencia de. Un grupo grande que divide - niños y adultos en una mesa en un segundo, alrededor de 12 o más en cada una. Los niños estaban seriamente traviesos, luchando, gritando, no comer, corriendo. Los adultos no hizo absolutamente nada. Incluso el camarero como yo si quería pedir prestado una escopeta! Su comportamiento totalmente arruinó lo que estaba destinado a ser una comida encantadora familia la víspera de Navidad.

Este es un sitio en el que sé que nunca volveremos de nuevo. No porque la comida era mala porque no estaba fue increíble, pero el personal es muy grosero es ridículo!

Un almuerzo de cumpleaños para 20 personas. La mesa estaba decorada con globos que era agradable. A personas como funcionarios asistieron llegaron ofreciendo bebidas, etc. mientras espera para otros. La orden fue tomada con apresurándose. La comida llegó en muy buen momento, recién preparado y muy apetecible que se correspondía con lo que sabía. Sólo una queja. . A. No tazas para bebidas calientes hora de grietas como es la 2 ª ocasión donde no ha sido un problema de este tipo. Sin embargo, es una queja muy menor bajo las circunstancias.

Estamos felices comiendo aquí, pero normalmente algo ha cambiado. Sus raciones son abundante, pero no un montón de sabor. Elegí las albóndigas para principal, que era abundante debido a la pasta, sin embargo la salsa y albóndigas no gusto de mucho. Ahora, sé que sus fotografías de publicidad en el menú no siempre el mismo aspecto cuando recibe la comida; sin embargo, la imagen de las albóndigas fue completamente diferente. Me and my hubby had breakfast here the other day and was left so disappointed , we went here because I had such a great experience at another branch but unfortunately this place didn't meet the same standards, the coffee was cold, I had the bacon and pancakes, unfortunately the bacon was hardly cooked and very fatty, I'm assuming the pancakes weren't cooked fresh as they were hard, service was very slow, they obviously didn't have enough staff to cover, really is such a shame as other branches have been amazing!

Así que mi cena en este restaurante de hoy era pan, patatas fritas, aceitunas y hummus, desafortunadamente, YA NO HABÍA OPCIONES VEGANAS en el menú! La próxima vez, voy a McDonald's, al menos ensaladas y patatas fritas son más baratos y más comestible.

Mi plato era pizza de ajo, que era más grasa que nada mi principal era un cosa calificativos pizza que estaba helada y seca, ya que sentado en el mostrador de forma larga. Mi compañero tenía la lasaña de carne que te dan mejores microondas cata de la gasolinera local. Luego la factura mi dios tuve que hipotecar para pagar mierda carísima barato nunca más horrorosa.

The restaurant is an average chain restaurant with a mix of Italian style meals and American burgers and hot dogs. The food is OK but nothing special. We came for lunch which is reasonably priced albeit for a reduced menu selection.

Visit Frankie and Benny's following our regular swimming session for a father's day breakfast. Good food served by first call waiter named Steve O.... knew all the names of my grandson's trains! and a wonderful memory for our order. Great experience.

Visitamos para desayuno y todo fue fantástico. Tenían un servicio saludándonos como entramos y él interactuando con mi hija de 3 años y conseguir su escrutinio de los miembros involucrados con nuestra fiesta. El servicio de comida no tardaron y el tamaño de la porción era perfecta. Todos nos fuimos sensación completa y contenido.

Wonderful service. Came in with my son. Nice breakfast with lovely mugs of tea - good value. My sons chicken burger was lovely although rather expensive. Will happily return.

He visitado y Benny Frankie's en verde Longwell innumerables veces durante los últimos años y nunca he sido decepcionado. La comida siempre es brillante, el servicio es generalmente rápido y eficiente y el precio es más que razonable.

Went to Frankie and Benny's with the hope of dinner but alas again the place wants to turn people away

La comida era normal y demasiado caro para lo que era. No me esperaba finos restaurantes, pero algo un poco más sabor. Mi niña se lo brownies para el postre y una de ellas era rock duro y ni siquiera podía cortar con un cuchillo. Éste fue sustituido y bien para comer. Habiendo visto sus hamburguesas que anuncian en mi gimnasio local, me pareció que era demasiado bueno para ignorar. Así que pedí el tocino y queso hamburguesa.
