This was a nice welcoming friendly staffed restaurant. We went there for dinner around 7pm.ish..all was OK, pizzas were fresh but far too big for one person. Would visit again in the future!

Staff uninterested I ordered a cocktail was informed “did not have it” even though it was on menu I was choosing another and girl went didn’t come back. We ordered food signature dish of pasta and spinach balls pasta was cold spinach balls burnt when I eventually manage to speak to some one she said “ sorry and laughed. I have always enjoyed my food here but I will not be going back

Pleasant experience in this chain restaurant…warmly greeted - clean restaurant with plenty of seating. Drinks rather expensive and cocktails are not freshly mixed just from a carton. Pizza was tasty and there was a wide range to choose from. Fully disabled friendly throughout

Wonderful Georgian building. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Food was tasty. Great choice for Gluten free and vegan. Overall very happy!

Didn't have high expectations, this is a chain restaurant not a family trattoria, but for the money we paid it should have been better. Ate from the special Valentine menu, my started tomato brushetta was raw halo tomatoes on limp half pizza not crisp toast as it should be. My main was crab and lobster ravioli, completely tasteless no flavour of anything very disappointed. I thought it was all over priced 2 starters 2 mains 1 orangeade and a small glass of wine was £64+. Restaurant was clean and service friendly and efficient but not a good overall experience and definitely wouldn't return

Hier geweest naar aanleiding vd goede beoordelingen , kon niet harder tegenvallen. Aperol was vooral veel water en ijs , eten matig , en het was duidelijk dat de tafel nog een paar keer moest roteren .

the food was very nice but i had to wait a long time just to get to get the food to come to me cold i was very sad i had to run out the place and cry in my car

The service was very slow, 50 minutes to receive the starter and then a wait for the main. When this arrived it was cold. No one checked in with us to see if all was ok, or that of others who had the same problem. Hen I found someone she just replied, I’ll see what we can do. I ate the cold meat as I waited as it was late, the mash wasn’t appealing. Though then, whilst still eating, a waitress appeared and just handed the bill to me with a card machine in her hand. Though they had removed the coat of the main meals, there was no apology or explanation. The food may have been ok if warm though the dishes didn’t warrant the price. The service and customer care neither.

Our waitress Vi, was lovely, had a beautiful smile all evening, nothing was too much trouble and she was great fun. All of our food and drinks were served promptly and the food was delicious.

Wasn't really impressed the gluten free burger came with a backed potato nothing in it not even butter was very dry, my son Didn't really enjoy the meal and neither did I

Terrible! Valentines romantic evening what a joke. Kept waiting over 40 minutes for a booked table. Drinks order taken which then took 15 minutes before being served. Starters we had to wait 45 minutes then main course came out for one and had to wait for the other dish. Hard over cooked chicken. Ravioli stuck to plate. Very poor service and very poor food. Trying to cash in on Valentine’s Day by over booking. Thank you for a terrible experience you have successfully managed to never have our custom again.
