The best restaurants in England

29/9/2023 Absolutely brilliant food, selection, freshness and the staff are wonderful . We have been before and this is one of the best places to eat healthy and tasty in St Albans. Their recent introduction of schnitzels is a great idea; one of the best I have ever had….fresh, tasty and crispy.

Fab coffee! I had the cappuccino, my brother a hot chocolate. Hot and delicious! I’m now wondering what their bacon roll is like!

It was very nice, the drinks where delicious and the cafe was nicely decorated also the employees where nice it was a amazing experience coming here

La primera vez en Merchant House, cerca de la calle Fleet, parecía un establecimiento bien abastecido. Asistió a una cata de whisky irlandés / clase magistral organizada por un irlandés llamado David. Éramos un pequeño grupo de 8 para la degustación. Relativamente buenas noches, algunos whiskys interesantes, y aunque aprendí algunas cosas, fue un poco apresurado e impersonal para un grupo tan pequeño.

El mejor desayuno y almuerzo en Streatham! La ensalada es increíble! Me gustaría que fuera abierta por la noche después del trabajo! El personal es increíble y la decoración interior del café es impresionante!

What a great find. Very friendly and helpful staff team. Coffee was very nice and the mint tiffin was incredibly. Also had a focaccia Italian sandwich which was gorgeous, the tomatoes were lovely and fresh and the pesto was fantastic. This is a great find and a place which is well worth a visit

A delightful meal after a session with the guys at Brandon marsh, ate with my son, nephew and sister. Nothing was too much trouble. Attentive staff, fair prices for the lovely food on offer. Sausages particularly to die for. Plentiful portions for children especially. Will definitely be back for sure. Gorgeous view of the birds whilst dining added to the wonderful lunch. Thank you!

I would never of gone in there. It was pouring with rain, rather than get soaked I popped in. What I received was a very warm welcome and a very good breakfast type meal. It was excellent value for money, cooked to perfection. As and when I visit the area, I will pop in again to enjoy good food at a good price.

El café con leche era excelente, no he tenido nada mejor. Por lo general, puede esperar un gran sabor cuando el arte del café con leche se ha hecho con habilidad. Mi madre tomó el té y cada uno disfrutamos de un gran cupcake con nuestra bebida. La cafetería está abierta al aire libre y para nuestra visita de junio proporcionó un ambiente perfecto. Love the food from amma! We are a vegan family, and don’t struggle at all to eat here. All dishes can be made vegan. They use probiotics and healthier alternatives to white refined flour. The prices are amazing! We usually spend £30 for a family of 4 and have left overs for the next day! This has become my favourite place to get a takeaway! ***** from us!

Stayed at Petruth Paddocks and saw that you could pre-order your pizza and specify what time. Simple idea but very effective. Unfortunately due to high demand we were unable to book a time slot. So if you going to stay then pre-book ASAP. We did do a walk in on the off chance that they had spares whi h they did. It many but enough for me and my son to enjoy their delicious and full of flavour pizza. Would highly recommend them.

Bernie made me a cake for my 30th birthday and it was incredible! Such light soft sponge and beautiful icing, looked the part, I was really happy and would recommend to anyone. Thank you Bernie
