Lovely gentlemen who work here. I was on my to the gym and realised I forgot to bring a banana from home with me, so I spotted this place next door and looked at their menu. I couldn't see bananas on there so I asked if they sold any. The man went into the back and brought me one out and wouldn't take any money. Such a lovely act of kindness which I really appreciated. Thank you so much.

Coffee KiKo is the best breakfast place even, Most of the time, I went their for breakfast and they are so good. I highly recommend this place. Every meal is delicious.

It is a great place full of good staff and good fries. Looking forward to coming here again.

Brilliant service with great food 🍲 😊

This cafe used to be a nice spot for lunch or drink. Visited today and the food I ordered was horrid. I requested a chicken breast bacon and cheese panini and requested melted. It arrived warm on the outside and cold and with unmelted cheese. They used the chicken bacon mayo mix not the breast and crispy bacon requested. They agreed to retoast it for me but dismissed the actual food inside was the mix not what I asked for. What came back was a over cooked rock hard panini with grease/oil dripping from it. It was VILE and all this pleasure for £6.95. Food quality has dropped along with the customer service .

Had breakfast here as a family of 4. There was something for everyone on the menu. Milkshakes were delicious and food came up quickly and freshly made. Joanne the waitress was super and couldn't have been more helpful. Great value for money- would definitely visit again.

I personally wouldn’t eat here again, cold spaghetti bolognaise old unwashed lettuce. Best thing about this place was the waitress.

I had a coronation chicken baguette, the baguette was stale, unfortunately. My wife had hame abandoned cheese toasted but took the ham out as it didn't look good. I'm not sure why, but on this occasion, the food was below average.

First class for snacks and a light lunch

I use to go to this place often. But my recent experiences have been appalling. Jacket potato pre cooked and dry. Clearly re heated in the microwave but was cold in the centre. The salad was not washed and had dark bits on clearly out of date salad. Waited for kids chicken nuggets and chips to find hairs in the chips! The nuggets was hard as rocks my daughter didn’t want to eat them. Even the chips was hard. Very over priced for food that’s not even cooked properly and it just thrown on the plate. Very disappointed with how it’s now becoming. I don’t think till be eating here again any time soon. There is one waitress who doesn’t seem to know what time of day it is she served me my food first knowing that I was still waiting for the kids nuggets and chips. She went to give the nuggets to another table. There is one lady out of all the staff who seems to be very lovely and chatty. Was very apologetic about the wait. But over all this place I down the dumbs now.

I'm honestly shocked that this place has over 4 stars. I went for the first time the other day and there's a lot to cover. 1 - the drinks in the fridge aren't cold at all. The water is from Costco. The orange juice tasted sour. 2- the menu is massive and it might seem cheap but the quality of food is terrible. For what I paid, I could've gone to McDonald's and had a far better meal. 3 - The crisps were soggy and the toastie was watery. My burger was dreadful and since eating it I've had a bad stomach. 4- this place serves basic meals that I have cooked way better myself so why waste my timing eating there. This isn't cheap and cheerful. This is cheap and rubbish!! Save your money and pick somewhere else. Sinners pub, Mcdonalds, Greggs, Wendy's... Literally anywhere else.

Most excellent omelette with a little salad. Great pot of tea. All in all just what the Dr ordered. As always staff very friendly. All the cakes looked lovely, but I restrained myself.

There are a few cafes in the shopping center but Cafe Kiko the best from our experiences. Foods are good, staffs are very friendly, prices are not bad. Overall a great atmosphere.

I don't understand why they have a nice French toast in the menu if they don't know what it's or how to prepare it. I got a dry sandwich with just bacon and omelette inside. I would say basic food you can do at home. The milkshake was lovely and nice waitress.

I love this café. I have been coming here for many years and it hasn’t lost its attraction. The prices are very reasonable and the food is piping hot and delicious. The coffee is particularly delicious and just the right strength (for me). The staff are warm and friendly, especially lovely Joanne, who delivers the food and clears the tables. She is efficient, jolly, and friendly and a lovely breath of fresh air. There was a little bit of spilt food on the floor, and Joanne immediately rushed to clear it up, quickly checking that I hadn’t got the food stuck under my shoes. I noticed that she greeted all the customers warmly with a lovely smile and a friendly word. She is an asset to Caffé Kiko. The main server is also lovely and friendly and he always remembers me, which makes me feel like a valued customer. The café is spacious, popular, clean and a pleasure to visit. They also accept Blue Light cards, for those who are members of the scheme.

A nice little cafe situated in the middle of the ground floor within the St Nicholas centre. I had a cappuccino and a Piri Piri Chicken panini. The panini was tasty and very generous with the filling. Perhaps a bit too generous. The filling just fell out with every mouthful making a mess! I had to finish eating it with a knife and fork in the end. It stops being a sandwich then. The service was quick and friendly.

Waffles not home made, why?? I ordered a strawberry waffle and got a load of chocolate with a few tiny pieces of strawberry, which by the time it got to me it had nearly set, the chocolate was so thick I had two bites and I couldn’t eat any more. Don’t call your self a dessert and coffee bar if you’re going to serve cheap shop bought. It’s not difficult to make your own chocolate sauce. And waffles well that was an utter shambles what I received for the price I paid .

Great service with friendly and cheerful staff and I enjoyed the hot chocolate. The drinks were reasonably priced. There were plenty of tables available when I visited, and I didn't have to wait. The seating area is pleasant and there was plenty of natural light, due to the glass roof of the shopping centre. I would highly recommend this café.

We planned our daughter's birthday in Cafe Kikko and must say that the families and kids enjoyed a lot. Scrumptious food, good vegetarian options and friendly staff.

My son had his birthday party at this cafe last week, and it was an amazing experience. The cafe manager and all the staff were incredibly friendly and provided us with excellent service from the moment we made the reservation until we left. They welcomed us warmly, took our orders promptly, and tidied up the space as needed. The food was delicious, and the staff made sure to check on us and address our needs throughout the party. We felt very welcomed and had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this cafe.

The best meat lasagna I have ever had. Believe me, I have tasted a LOT and began to lose hope of ever liking lasagna but CAFFE KIKO rocks!

The service is very slow. And there is a woman who is there, not sure if she still works there or not. She used to make said comments to customers and other customers to other customers. Qnd she was very rude. The food is OK but I wouldn't eat here again. We have not been for 20 years or so, but we have never been since. The only time that I went eas for an interview and even then the messed me about and gave me the run around. The pelargonium who was supposed to do the interview was not there, I have no phone call to tell me this. Another woman spoke to me, she seemed OK. She offered me a 3 hours trial. After I told her that I have AUTISM, but I am a very good worker, they suddenly lost interest and the day before this trial they said that the position was filled. When it wasn't before. I think they just didn't want a disabled person working there, which is discusseding. I am in full time work and my work is absolutely fine, I even told them this. And the interest in me gone instantly. From offering to give me a trial and changing there mind in a instant. I feel that it was not fair and it really upset me. I can do better, so I don't need Cafe Kiko.

Was discusted of the price of £6.25 for a pinninie with hardly any filling and 4 crisps thrown on the side. For 6.25 they should atleast give a side salad! Much better places to eat in Sutton. Won't be going back!

Please don’t eat there, my mother and I got bad food poisoning from eating eggs there, I’ve had to take time off work to recover from this, my mother and I still not right from this.

Cafe Kiko is a lovely little cafe in the st Nics centre. Good food and good value for money

I went with my family shopping in Sutton and attended this Cafe, and would like to make a couple of points. I ordered a cheese omelette and side salad , when arrived it was just a blob on my plate undercooked and the salad consisted of a bit of lettuce and cucumber, very poor and way overpriced. There is also an older gentleman who prepares the food who definitely needs to go on a course on how to treat not just his customers but also his staff, his social skills are really lacking, overall not a good experience, I will not be recommending this cafe to my friends

English breakfast was not fresh the hash brown is so soft not crispy it was heated in the microwave for sure.. I don't recommend it at all and will never come back again.

Lovely place, good food, friendly service

I normally don’t have salad but I tried their greek salad that was excellently done with the right choice of dressing including salt and pepper. Highly recommended if you are a vegetarian or vegan (minus the feta cheese!) it was sumptuous and tasty

Mouldy chips mouldy beans, server was very miserable moaned when we asked for the cream we paid for, bits of food missing. Potentially the worse service I’ve experienced. Most things microwaved genuinely disappointing.

We used to have a meal here, not anymore, they have priced themselves out of our price range, from what I've seen others meals, Just a coffee for us from now on, No thanks, I'll eat at home.

Asked for a brown bread sandwich with bacon and got a white one instead. Overall good atmosphere!

2 stars are for the lovely lady serving us. if you go to this place save yourself and do not waste your money on the food. it’s awful and so expensive. the drinks are ok, expensive still and the smoothies are very very lumpy. the male at the front desk area is also so rude and blunt. wouldn’t waste my money here ever again.

Me and my partner got the cheese bacon burger meal. Tasted so fresh and nice crispy vegetables. Chips were well cooked and the staff were warm and welcoming. Defo coming again made my day when I was upset.

Food was lovely and well priced. Staff are lovely and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend and will return on our next trip to Sutton.

Very disappointed on my last 2 visits as i found that the fillings are much smaller . I've used this cafe since the very first day they opened many years ago now, so you can understand my disappointment as I always make a visit there when any of my family or friends come to London.

We had visited Caffè Kiko to get a bite to eat prior to getting the jab. However, we ran out of time and had to start queuing up (which took a long time). We spoke to the staff and they said they can keep the food for us. Upon our return, they had boxed everything up, had said that they had been trying to find us and were very hospitable, despite closing. This was first class and we will always recommend to pay them a visit!

Just started working in the area and on my lunch strolled into the St Nicholas Centre. Ordered a panini to takeaway,£8 for a panini and a pack of crisps, which I would have got with the panini had I eaten in! This is ridiculously expensive. The guy behind the counter was also rude and miserable. Will not be going here again.

Terrible......can't believe what they served me...as I am vegetarian I chose the what was said vegetable soup..was really disappointed that it resembles budget mixed cubed vegetables with probably a stock cube thrown in. Was luke warm..but if that wasn't bad enough after eating a few mouthfuls realised it had chicken in.......I took it straight to the server n she said o yes chicken and vegetables 🙄😡unbelievable 😡😡😡😡😡
