Super friendly staff. Quick service

Food was amazing , service however the very opposite!!!!! Last time we came there was a lovely lovely waitress she guided us and helped us with the pizza express app. This time we were feeling some rudeness as soon as we walked into the door , so me and my 2 daughters felt discomfort and unwelcome as soon as we walked in. I don't know if it was because of our headscarves, I don't like to jump to conclusions but I cqnt help to when we saw the 2 workers present being kind and lovely to everyone else in the restuaraunt. The food took too long to come , and the workers failed to check up on us , we were in need of assistance multiple times but the workers were either nowhere to be seen and when they were helping us they made us feel liek we were wasting their time. Pizza express is one of my favourite restaurants but the service really let me down today, please fix this!!! Noone deserves to feel unwelcome like that

Giving 5 starts because of Wiola, she was the best thing there, you could see how worked she was and still was the only one to care about her customers (and not even hers as my table) she deserve a 6 stars, the rest, its a no from me sorry (still giving 5 start as I know how hards its to work on festive period in hospitality)

The GF pasta was diabolical . The pasta was stone cold and undercooked , swimming in tomato sauce , with no beef what so ever . What I ordered and what I received .!? Is this a joke

Amazing experience at the sutton branch from the waitress called Fiolla, who served us as soon as we were seated and answered all our questions regarding our order. Had a smile on her face and was happy to serve us. Definitely would come to this location again.

75 minutes to order 2 pizzas and doughballs! Food was cold upon arrival too

Ordered the ‘meatball’ pizza and calamari. No meatballs, just plain ground beef, both dishes were extremely bland and only a dribble of sauce in the pot for the side. Pizza was over cooked on the edge and undercooked in the centre. Need a new pizza cutter as well, as it was all stuck together, creating a mess. The only possible benefit is that the portion sizes are large, not that it really made up for lack of flavour.

Cold again, 2nd time in last week that the food was cold.

Look at the sorry state of that l. Ad Astra potato dippers £4.95. Absolutely shocking called restaurant about 18 times finally got through apparently that’s the portion size as they measured it… that’s less that a quarter of a potato. Useless. We live about 5 mins from the restaurant and food still come cold. don’t waste your money at this pizza express

I highly recommend Pizza Express for the mouthwatering dishes in the menu and most of all for the superb hospitality from the staff. In four days I looked nowhere else to fine except for this restaurant.

A fantastic dining experience from start to finish! The environment was warm and inviting, with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always checking in without being intrusive.

We had a great time. The hospitality in this restaurant is out of this world. The food is so fresh and good and they were very co operative to adapt to our dietary needs. The manager was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

Been there on Saturday Evening and we did have a good family dinner with lovely food and served with friendly faces. It's always been our favourite Pizza Express. Thank You Sutton team.

Pizza was tasty but when we opened the boxes the pizzas had been pushed to one side. A bit messy

Pizza was good but would have been tasty if it had goat's cheese on each slice. More importantly, the mac & cheese came with 'Nduja Sausage, which I specifically requested not to. I am vegetarian and I cannot eat this.

We had three courses plus drinks. Really cannot fault the extensive menu and the Sutton Branch is very convenient clean and fresh and as always we had exceptional service.

My food never turned up and I was waiting an hour and half. Also got a delivery notification stated it will be delivered and it never came.

Food was beyond exceptional, it transcended my belief and experience of life. I will forever remember and cherish my memory of this fenomenal pizza dining.

Managers are amazing, chef is fantastic, Julio is the best! He's super quick. The place is beautifully clean and everyone is so happy, it's a pleasure every time I visit. Highly recommended!

We went out to celebrate our son's exam results. The staff were lovely and attentive, and the food was generally good, except for the margarita pizza I ordered. I added extra toppings at £2.50 each—anchovies and olives—but was disappointed to find only 4 anchovies and 6 olives on the pizza. This did not feel like good value for money. When I complained, they offered to bring me some anchovies on the side, but I declined as I would have preferred them to be cooked on the pizza from the start.

very very late in delivering. poor organisation by restaurant/ drivers.

Waited 30-40 minutes to be served. Ordered two pizza's with the centers cut-out, which stated the centre would have salad in, which turned out to be a few sprigs of rocket leaves. Once the small amount of leaves were taken out, there was barely two inches of pizza going round, which in turn meant tomato sauce, cheese etc was near enough non existent, totally tasteless and dry .... We left feeling we'd wasted nearly £50.
