We went out to celebrate our son's exam results. The staff were lovely and attentive, and the food was generally good, except for the margarita pizza I ordered. I added extra toppings at £2.50 each—anchovies and olives—but was disappointed to find only 4 anchovies and 6 olives on the pizza. This did not feel like good value for money. When I complained, they offered to bring me some anchovies on the side, but I declined as I would have preferred them to be cooked on the pizza from the start.

Had such a wonderful time here with my family and friends. My sister is autistic and Silvia made her feel so welcome and very very happy! Silvia is absolutely amazing! Smiling the whole time and made sure we had everything we needed!! Absolutely amazing food and incredible service !

very very late in delivering. poor organisation by restaurant/ drivers.

Waited 30-40 minutes to be served. Ordered two pizza's with the centers cut-out, which stated the centre would have salad in, which turned out to be a few sprigs of rocket leaves. Once the small amount of leaves were taken out, there was barely two inches of pizza going round, which in turn meant tomato sauce, cheese etc was near enough non existent, totally tasteless and dry .... We left feeling we'd wasted nearly £50.

Nothing could have made time at Pizza Express better, honestly. Food was fantastic, waiting time was very little and overall amazing service. Julio the chef was very kind and Sylwia was very helpful.

Wonderful dinner! Very nice service and attention from Silvya. The chef Julio also came to us to provide suggestions from the menu. Very good food (and it's not only pizza!). Congrats, will be back!

Very poor service, there was only one other family and we sat down for 12/15 minutes with no one taking drink orders etc, there were staff around so I asked the manager if there is just one person serving, he just said yes at moment, not “sorry I’ll take your order for you” or “sorry I’ll be with you shortly” he just walked off! We left and went to a restaurant along the road and got served immediately. Manners don’t cost anything, I expected far better service from a manager of a large corporation.

Michela was super attentive and very friendly. We both feel super welcome from her service. I had a good time here.

Lovely place to enjoy a girly catch up and lunch . My friend brought her baby and we had a lovely window table and I brought lots of balloons . The waitress was super friendly and the service was good . The dough balls were delicious and the pizza as good as ever . We also enjoyed delicious deserts . I would highly recommend thus restaurant ! Never let’s me down Pizza express and it’s good for babies too !!

food was stone cold when it arrived

Food was delivered cold and I have only received half of my order. The other half belonged to some else.

I always come to Pizza Express with pleasure, but this time I noticed that there was less choice, my favorite Cappriciosa was missing and it was poorly prepared.

Food was good, very fresh and hot and server's lovely although a good wait for the food to come which is understandable as it was quite busy. I ordered an American hot romana base however was slightly disappointed as there were not many chilli's on it - as seen in the picture there are about 5 bits of chilli - much less than usual so was not spicy at all but apart from that everything was amazing.

All three pizza and dough balls were cold on delivery.

Pizza didn’t arrive…. Just the chocolate cake, they were supposed to re deliver but 40min later I called and apparently it was down to me to get the driver to re deliver which makes no sense…. I’m waiting for a full refund

The portion sizes are absolutely ridiculous. Tiny pasta amount for more than £15. I won't be buying online again ever!
