La La Johns Pizza in Maidstone

Donner kebab was burnt so was the burger but when arrived it was stone cold given me and my partner stomach ache would not recommend

Last night we tried La La Johns for the third time in a month and a half. First two times pizzas were terrible but we gave them the benefit of the doubt as we thought they just couldn’t bake large pizzas so we ordered medium ones this time, bad mistake that wont be repeated ever again. Issues we’ve had: large pizzas burnt to a crisp by the crust and undercooked in the centre and soggy. Thin crust ordered and normal crust delivered. Twice now we’ve been given the wrong pizza from what was ordered. Last night I ordered a thin crust Hawaiian and got a normal crust something, I say something because I don’t have a clue what it was, photo attached!!! Avoid at all costs, horrible pizzas

Pizza very 'floppy' (thin crust should be crisp), tomato sauce is pretty tasteless cheese was rubbery. Toppings were scarce. Delivery time was 1.25 hours despite estimated 40 min. Bbq chicken was all right, and they added some free cookies which was nice.

Absolutely horrible service, ordered food from here on Deliveroo, the food never arrived and the restaurant wouldn’t answer their phone, spoke with Deliveroo who stated that their driver gave the food to some one els, and the restaurant refuse to give me a refund.

Service is awesome. Arrived piping hot. The flavours are excellent. Unfortunately the pizza base was so soggy you had to eat it with a knife and fork.....

Didn't get the order correct and the two ice-creams had clearly been defrosted and re-frozen which can cause food poisoning.

Absolutely disgusting food, took around 90 mins to come. And we couldn't eat it. Under cooked chips soggy, rubber corn on the cob. Don't order from here

SHOCKING! ordered through Just Eat and it turned up after an hour and half! Food was completely inedible! Pizza was dripping with grease, the pizza box was soaked and falling apart! The potato skins and fries were undercooked and my wifes wrap was awful! Chicken looked green and had a dreadful smell! Also the halloumi was burned to a crisp!!! When i called the shop i was met with a very defensive and arrogant man who told me to take it up with Just Eat! Won't ever order again! AVOID

What can I say .... WELL firstly the pizzas were the biggest pizzas ever.came piping hot ,fresh ingredients very generous on the toppings and VERY tasty will definitely go back, good value for money hidden gem SERIOUSLY you must try.

Wow not sure what to say really delivery wasn't great

Ok, ordered 3 large pizzas tonight, Meat feast,pepperoni and hawian the large where more like medium chips where Luke warm. They did look as if they had been pre cooked and left standing as they where quite tough and they looked over cooked to the degree you couldn’t really tell which topping was which until you peeled back the cheese. I sought if we will order again if I’m honest. But we try things just so we know.

Awesome Pizza, Awesome Custoner service. Pizza dough is very fresh and fully loaded with toppings. Also biggest size I ever seen. It was fresh on next day as well. Customer service is very kind, professional and polite over phone while I ordered. Delivery driver also very polite and co-operative. Wait for me outside hotel for long but still smiling and soft while I meet. I keep recommending to the Maidstone and surrounding public to try LaLa John’s once and then u never stop ordering again.....

Be careful guys i ve ordered few times a chicken doner wrap everything was ok until 2 days ago when i ve got HALF OF THE NORMAL SIZE....so...same price instead HALF SIZE...i do not recomand after this bad experience.

I called to order pizza and the boy who attended me asked me the size of the pizza after I had told him three times. when I was already telling him the ingredients of the first pizza that I had even detailed that it was a supper pizza offer that I had seen That they were worth 20 pounds anyway, this boy started screaming at me and saying that because I didn't understand it ... for my part, a bad service that was not even done due to the lack of professionalism of not knowing how to deal with the public. being asked again "can you say it again please" or "sorry I repeat it again" if it were the case that the client did not hear well. Even so, I understood him perfectly but I had to hang him upset for not holding his manners so he called me again and began to insult me ​​saying that because I was insulting him when he was the one who offended me for his bad professionalism.

Ordered their 2 large pizza special, with 2 sides. Food arrived lovely and hot and was very tasty. Will definately order again from lala John's.

The food was disgusting. Not even the dog liked it. Absolutely revolting. 1 star. Vile. It was soggy, in fact, more grease and oil in the box than an actual pizza. I do not recommend it and for god sake, don't eat here. Just stay hungry. Also a total rip off.

Ordered on deliveroo, took over 2hrs to turn up. Was an hour late, wont be using again

Ordered through Deliveroo and order was dispatched but after 50 minutes hadn’t turned up. No answer on the phone so I went to the shop. They eventually traced the driver who delivered cardboard food after well over an hour. Never got to the bottom where she had been all this time! Won’t be ordering again.

Ordered at 17.33, had a request due to diet requirements so phoned the restaurant to confirm these on the phone. After waiting 2 hours for my order (I live 5 mins away), I then had to deal with an incompetent delivery driver whose English language skills were terrible. He was rude and kept trying to tell me I got my own postcode incorrect, because he got lost. In the end I had to walk around outside to find the guy! When we finally got our food we were annoyed to find that the diet requests we communicated on the telephone had been totally ignored. The food was also luke warm. When I phoned up to complain I was greeted by a young male who just didn’t seem to care. Avoid this place if you value agreeable levels of service, as this place has none.

Had 2 large donner meat & chips delivered. Chips were lovely & crispy. Best chilli sauce ever on a kebab. And huge portions! Thoroughly recommend 😊

Very disappointed with my delivery tonight. The food arrived 30 minutes late which meant the food was warm. SECONDLY the driver was extremely rude I cannot express this enough. Just eat gives you the option to order food when in your radius which this place was. On arrival the driver said you’ll be charged more money as you’re out of the radius...sorry?!?! Standing in the pouring rain the driver had no customer service and literally threw my delivery at me while saying I had to pay more money. La La Johns, I called no answer?! Very unhappy customer.

Dont bother, ordered, paid and never arrived. Resturant wouldnt even answer the phone use one of the many other pizza places in maidstone.

Was absolutely disgusting pizza was swimming in fat and oil I ordered extra mozzarella and there was no mozzarella only cheap cheddar manager was extremely rude I will not be going back

Very prompt delivery service and pizza that tastes better than a certain similarly named brand. Ordered from here several times now and never been disappointed, Generous amounts of toppings and some very good deals.

I am impressed with the crust filled with jalepenos and cheese, the topping choice is perfect, you wouldn't have to throw the crust away as that's the best part cant wait to try other foods you have!!

Awesome pizza, proper taste. Dough is very fresh as eat leftover pizza after 2 days but still base is fresh. I m now stop going big brand like Pizza Hut or dominos as their pizza becomes chewie after few hours

Cheap but very tasty and fresh pizza! Order lunch menu between 12-15:00 and have a medium pizza with cheese & tomato base with 3 toppings ( I choose a spinach, feta cheese and black olives) plus can of drink only for 6,99 £ ! Must say that it was fresh and delicious !
