Mexita in Maidstone

I ordered a thick pizza but as always I get a thin one. She was terrible. It was very dry, there wasn't even a single sauce. For the money I paid, it's not worth it. I will never order from this pizzeria again. The potatoes had no taste either. Terrible.😡

Never seen a customer service like that! I've ordered food and driver is late. Called few times the restaurant and after few unsuccessful attempts finally someone answered me. I told the restaurant that the driver is unbelievably late and I don't want the food if it's cold. The customer service refused my request for refund and promised me the driver will arrive in 10 minutes. I'm still waiting. Avoid this "restaurant"!

Ordered a take away, took over an hour to arrive. My partners meal was fine but I had ordered a bbq Texas burger with bacon and received a plain burger with no bbq sauce, cheese that looked like it had been chewed up previously and some weird cold circular “bacon” and an entire raw onion diced up underneath. (Pictures below) When we called to query the state of the burger the owner just argued that he had put bbq sauce in there himself and there is no way it wasn’t there. The number we had was a mobile number so we sent him a photo of the burger to which he replied with fine I’ll send someone out with the sauce. It never arrived. In regards to the bacon, he said no that’s “real bacon”…. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a disappointing order, previously I ordered a crispy chicken wrap and got a fajita wrap which was below average tasting. Do not recommend.

Such an underrated place. Never had a bad meal. We have been loyal customers for well over a year. Consistent, good food and good value. Customisable as everything is made fresh which I love! Keep up the great work 😊

Ordered via deliveroo, was told would be delivered in 30mins. Over an hour later, no answer from restaurant (that has now closed) and no food. It then turned up, after 90mins!! The food was OK, but most certainly not worth the wait.

Ordered pizza garlic pizza bread and chips, was amazing. Came on time and hot, friendly driver!

Normally, i dont order or like Pizzas from any one but PH or Doms. But these guys smash it every time. Always delivered on time. Great taste....keep it up!

Very good Mexican take away. Lovely selection to choose from especially the delicious burritos and chips. Pizzas are yum and the calzones too. Always good food that's not expensive but fills you up. So tasty and has always been hot. Delivery is very good too, quick and polite. Can't fault it. Real good customer service too. Always helpful and one of our favourites in town. Recommended

Mexita has become our favourite place to get takeaway from. Their Mexican food is out of this world and we have never been disappointed with their food or delivery service. Amazing prices and always fills us up.

Get a wow with mexita. Great menu and prices. The burritos can do withouth lettuce as its soggy by the time its delivered. Other then that great menu and prices.

Food arrived. Items were missing staff couldn't understand a word i was saying when i called to query this. Pizza dough still raw

Great guys. Knows how to welcome a client. Good customer service and great tastes. Looks like They using old menu of the mexita around Glasgow as it's more choices and new menu items in Glasgow.

I ordered rice and some peri peri chicken nuggets and a drink they brought me bbq chicken nuggets and rice was cold and no drink i wont order from here again

Ordered lunch from here and was not disappointed. Chips were really good. Wings were good and the burrito was one of the best I've had. Would definitely recommend for lunch. Delivery was prompt and on time and food arrived hot.

Love this place. Highly recommend if you’re craving a little something not Mexican in Oaxaca. My husband and I each devoured our pizzas. He had the mexita and I had a marinara and both were fabulous. Decent michelada. They could do with a proper wine list considering it’s an Italian restaurant, but not worth docking a star given how delicious their pizzas are.

Nice food, big portions. Could have a little more flavour but I enjoyed my chicken & rice burrito and pepperoni nachos

After ordering food, which was told an over priced value. Questioned and was told another value, which after checking was again over priced then cancelled and was then banned. Guess after getting another price through the door next day are not doing well, wouldn't order again any way as not that good food for price.

We ordered the feast for two deal, all the food was delivered very hot and quickly, nice and spicy, also there was loads of food could of fed four, would highly recommend, there is quite a lot to chose from ...something for everyone.

Ordered take-out on Saturday night. Did the Feast Two deal and had way too much food. Nachos were very tasty with loads of melted cheese on top. Both the wrap and calzone were very generous in size and with the filling. All arrived in under an hour and piping hot. Had so much that the desserts had to wait til the next day before they were sampled. Would definitely use again although probably share a main meal.

Firstly we thought we would try this new takeaway as it's something different and the customer service and delivery were spot on but that was about it ! What we got was completely not what we ordered. I ordered a chicken fajita calzone and got a random pizza instead. Disgusting by the way ! I also ordered a beef burrito . How they have the nerve to call it a burrito !! It was nothing more than chilli con carne in a wrap ! Disgrace to Mexican cuisine . The best part of the takeaway was the salad which was fresh but that's saying sonething ! KEEP AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered £50 worth of food and it took 45 minutes longer than they said it was going to take, then found a big black hair melted into the cheese on one of the wraps, they then proceeded onto refusing a refund. They they told me to call back in an hour to talk to the boss, knowing that the shops closes on 25 minutes. Will never be eating from these again as very poor service, late delivery and rude customer service over the phone as the man told me I was pissing him off. VERY BAD!
