Italiano Pizza in Maidstone

If you want a taste of Italy without the flights ✈️ and hotels. Then this is the place. I've not eaten a pizza this good in 6 years since I was last in Italy. The food was so fresh with mouth-watering flavours. Food arrived early and the delivery man followed the instructions to find me. 10/10

Order my family evening meal at Italiano Pizza and it was delicious. I asked them to prepare the meal at certain time and it was ready to collect by the time I asked for. I usually eat from different takeaway restaurants, but the food from Italiano Pizza was one of the to ones. I strongly recommend this Italiano Pizza

Asked for a deep pan medium four choice pizza. Ordered sweetcorn, ham, jalapeños and pepperoni. They also decided to add mushroom when it wasn’t asked for. Called up and they offered a new pizza if we came to collect it. Very rude when we went back and claimed we had infact asked for mushroom and said they have CCTV to prove it. Why would you order something if you’re allergic to it. Been here before and had no problems whatsoever and enjoyed our food but very disappointed in the service on this occasion.

I can not fault the service and the food, I placed an order for collection there was no where to park outside the shop so I parked in Sainsbury's, I had my little one with me (who's 2) I was going to ask the lads if I could have the smaller boxes put in a carrier bag so I could carry it on my arm and then the pizza boxes one handed while my little one held my other hand, well the lads who where working were so nice and took my order not only to my car for me but put it on the front seat and closed my car door while I was getting my little one in there car seat, I couldn't believe how nice and helpful the lad was so they definitely deserved the 5 stars I gave, the food was as alway fantastic and fresh, thank you italiano pizza for not only lovely food but for fantastic customer service.

I really enjoyed the food with high quality and fresh ingredients,it's incredibly delicious and yummy, specially the customer service with the lady on the morning shift who is so kind and sociable, Highly recommend it to order bc of its high quality of food, quick service and warm atmosphere. 😊

We came to Maidstone to visit and we had lovely food there with great communication and lovely behaviour so the quality of food was really great with delicious taste and the price in compare with it's size was was really reasonable.I recommended that 😋

Pepperoni pizza made fresh on collection Dough nice and fluffy and not flat or chewy, nice layer of cheese to taste with acceptable amount of pepperoni, ok it was a 9 inch rather than 10 but that's due to 10 inch being the preparation size and not the cooked size (everything shrinks and loses weight during cooking) so don't underscore for that reason I've worked in a bakery and same thing happens For price and quality I'd actually recommend this store and hope it stays at that level

Pizza is good ,but not as good as Domino's . Cheap cheese added to edge pizza base Instead, ribs got chicken wings, very tasty . Recommended only when Domino's is not available

This is the best pizza takeaway in Maidstone! Hot freshly made pizza, huge portion size. The best pizza in town is gigantic, well worth the money. Very happy with my order thank you to you all for a great takeaway.

Ordered via the Deliveroo App. Amazing. The pizza quality was great, the deep dish, so deep and tasty. We had it delivered very late at night (around 11pm) and to the Detling Showground in the middle of nowhere!! Yet the food arrived auickly and was steaming when it came out of the delivery bag!! Honestly amazing.

I got familiar with this place as I lived locally during the pandemic. I believe that the lower the price the lower the quality so I always order veggie pizza. But if I ever altered my order or added a special request, they haven't made a mistake once!

Ordered triple deal 2 veg and 1 meat pizza 16". They came really quick and the pizzas were delicious! The thin crust base was really good. Ordered through the website which was easy and good value for money too!!

They used to be great, but went down hill in the past two years. Other day ordered medium size 3 pizzas, should be 10 inch. arrived 9 inch and all wass the same pepperoni even i ordered all different. Taste wass disappointing to, ordered two boxes of peri peri wings should be 10 in the box it wass only 8 in each! The guy on the phone wass very rude! Will never order it again from them.....

This has the best pizza in town with great collection deals we get a 16 inch pizza for £8.99 if we collect and it tastes amazing, better than dominoes and cheaper too.. the staff are so polite and helpful too xx

Weird experience, tried to order a burger (on the menu for £3.99) and chips for £2.99, was asked if I wanted a drink with it to make it a meal, sure, that will be £10, but the burger and chips are only £7, yeah but you get a drink for that, ok I'll just leave the drink, well we only do it as a meal deal, so I can't just order bits off of the menu? You can go elsewhere if you don't like it, ok!? Shame as a group of us have just started working a few doors up for the next couple of months and are staying there so would have been a handy place for lunch and dinner... fortunately there are a lot of other places we'll just use instead.

The guy taking orders on the counter thinks he's clever / funny memorizing your order, but then you get the wrong order twice in a row. JUST WRITE IT DOWN. It's not complicated, Will have to try elsewhere now.

I regularly order pizza from these guys at least once a month for over a year and a half now. The food is fabulous full of flavour and they don't skimp on the toppings as for those 18" pizzas those bad boys are daunting but easily feed 2 of you. The food always turns up HOT and ready to eat, my only gripe is having to pay extra for them to deliver to coxheath. I Need to update this sadly tge services has gone down Hill the delivery can take an hour and a half now the food is still good but its better if you collect

I called the restaurant and there was no reply. Deliveroo failed to get me a refund due to the restaurant saying to them that they had in fact delivered my food!? I paid £24 to get ripped off! No refund or any compensation.. What a bunch of con merchants!!

It's good value for your money. However, service quality is a lottery. I've ordered several times in the past, it was good service sometimes and regular service other times. However, last time, staff was very rude at the phone. I placed the order, 30 minutes later it hadn't arrived yet. I called the restaurant, the guy literally said "I said between 15 and 45 minutes, you have a clock on your phone, you can check how many minutes it has been since then." The place is not for eat-ins, only takeaways. Food is good, if you want to have a feast with their deals. Otherwise, I'd suggest other pizza restaurants.

Terrible experience with these guys! Avoid at all cost. After 1:40hr waiting for delivery and trying to contact them - they couldn’t be bother to answer the phone or complete the delivery. I should have read the terrible reviews they have. How come businesses like this with this sort of service levels still open.

Pizza was good, sliced like trash though. Chicken ok. Haven’t eaten pasta yet, looks gross and pure heart attack! Chips raw and forgot my garlic bread. Pretty expensive for what you get £30+ for 2?!?and to forget part on order. You got extra star as Mrs ate the pizza. But food is pretty trashy and something eat if starving to death. please send a refund me difference. 50 mins later drop missing garlic bread off? Whats the point! Send me refund clowns!

Best pizza in Maidstone, by a long way!!

I got a half cooked Pizza .Pepperoni, dough all half cooked. Delivery guy was ok but this is the first business I have encountered where the owner is rude compared to his employees. It would have been easier to call them and politely tell them the pizza was half cooked but for fear of how aggressive the owner will come at me, I am leaving this review here. Goodbye!

Terrible rip off merchants, don't get any food off of these people by delivaroo or any other means. They don't fullfil orders but charge you anyway and when they ripped me off for food and they tried to charge me £7:50 for the non delivery ...the delivery driver made threats to me because I complained? Disgusting, I don't know how people like this get away with it.

horrible experience ordering over the phone. I clearly mentioned I want to odere the deal of any size any pizza for 9.99 and the person said its okay to order on phone but after payment was processed I realised he charged me the regular price of pizza without deal. Called back and he said yes because you did not order online u ordered on phone. if that was the case he would have told me when I said i want to buy that deal over phone. 😡 after that refused to cancel my order. never ordering again.

Italiano Pizza is the best in Maidstone! 18” pizza is the biggest in the town, always fresh and hot. Generous with the toppings with fresh ingredients also great value for money. Great stuff guys!

Asked where my order was and was hurled abuse about my mum. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be verbally abused for asking a basic question.

When it come thought I had really good value for money, then I tasted it and unfortunately it was awful. The pizza had really horrible taste and tang to it like something was not right. Also ordered the side of nachos that weren’t to bad but really dry and not enough chilli beef on top. Would class this takeout as a last resort like after a night out and this is the only place that is open.

Rude to me as I walked in so walked straight out to them making muggy comments as I left wouldn’t recommend

Absolutely shambolic customer service. A man alleging to be the manager told us that he didn't need 'rubbish customers' like us when we were enquiring about a particular item having changed since the last time we ordered it (this time containing meat when it was previously suitable for vegetarians). The same 'manager' also asked us if we thought the customer is always right. He hung up before we could let him know that we don't think that, but we do think they have the right to ask questions in a civil manner and not be met with a pathetic, hard-done-by attitude. The food wasn't dreadful, it was meh, but I implore you to not support this business out of principle.

Ordered through justeat. Order was 35mins late and when I called them the staff was extremely rude and cancelled my order, but I was still charged. Won't ever order again from here!!!

So I placed an order on a Saturday night wanting to treat my other half who by the way is a vegetarian and so I let her choose what she wanted we both had a calazone and my one was okay being a meat lover I ordered the mighty meaty and my wife being a vegetarian done the four choice well when they done the first order for my wife they put sausage in there so when I phoned them back I explained what had happened they sent a second to which had pepperoni in it I phoned them back up to which the guy on the phone hurled abuse at me saying he made it himself and he knew there was no pepperoni to the extent where the driver came back round to see that there was pepperoni and when I phoned up for an apology from the person on the phone he hung up on me now my wife feels sick because she ate meat and I think we should all stay away from this place the fact that on here they have now 10 terrible reviews surely should say something they need a new day jobs because they certainly can’t get orders right I am only giving one star because I have to if I had my way I would give quarter of a star and that is being generous absolutely appalling

I'd give this a ZERO of I could Terrible terrible pizzas. Threw most of all we ordered away, inedible. Hope we don't get ill from them. Very expensive but that not our main complaint. AVOID AVOID AVOID..

It was a simple error and I called to explain, why it was necessary to be aggressive and threatening on the phone i dont understand. Dont order from here, even if i wasn't now blacklisted I certainly wouldn't be going back.

Pizza arrived quite quickly however when it arrived it was cold and dried out! We ordered chicken pizza however hardly any chicken on it. Rang to speak to the restaurant and was told 'if we had eaten it quicker it would not be cold!' I advised I would not be leaving a good review to be told "my mother, my father and uncles could all leave bad reviews and go f*ck off" and hung up on me.

After placing an order they never even tried to deliver and claimed they had called a 100 times. When my son's girlfriend called to chase, they shouted at her and then hung up. When she called back he refused to talk to her and only wanted to speak to a male as she "didn't know what she was talking about" My son called again and requested a refund he laughed and said not my problem but he could come the next day to pick up the cold pizza. Today the manager has text, my son's 19-year-old girlfriend to say thanks for the review and thanks for your money with two thumbs up emojis!!!! This was all booked through just eat with all the delivery details being correct, absolutely no excuse to not deliver and then refuse a refund and mock a young student via text message. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!! I have only put one rating because I had too, this Shambles of a delivery place doesn't even deserve that.

Had a delivery left on the doorstep of a house that is not occupied anymore despite updating the details on Just Eat. Telephoned to inform Italiano to have the phone answered with ‘Hello’ so had to ask if they were Italiano Pizza, and explained the problem to be told ‘well it’s been paid for, just bin it’ Can’t understand why they didn’t take the order back, or make contact to give the option to collect from the shop if they didn’t want to re-deliver. Clearly inundated with customers! It was shocking, without going into detail how the person who answered responded. As this is a failed delivery we will be ensuring the card payment that was made will be stopped. Avoid at all costs unless you want to deal with people who don’t care whatsoever

Order was wrong and no receipt was given. When ringing to ask for a receipt to check staff were overly rude, shouting and swearing and hung up on me multiple times when asking simple questions. We ordered from a care home so require receipts for legal reasons but still no co operation. Terrible service from a terrible company

There was this thick, short hair inside my calzone. We ordered 3 Calzones’ and the other two were fine and tasty.

Ordered the partner deal, the pizza was undercooked and falling apart as you try to take a slice, very greasy too. The bbq chicken wings were foul, and to top it off the garlic bread was just that bread completely undercook. The only reason this is even getting one star is for the polite delivery driver. Won't be ordering from Italiano pizza again 😖

Tried to order on the phone. Guy attempted to overcharge me, when I said it was more than it should he hung up...

We ordered our food which was a very large order. After waiting 1.5 hours for the food to be delivered it never came. I phoned them and the rudest most awful human being shouted at me on the phone telling me he had called and I didnt answer so he didnt place the order. He never called, my phome has been next to me the whole time. I cannot believe that somebody who is 'running' a business would treat a customer in such away. We now have a hungry family without food on a saturday night. To be honest, after placing my order I read reviews of food poisoning so I think we had a lucky escape. Do not use this restaurant UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING OR SIT AND WAIT FOR FOOD THAT WILL NEVER COME.
