Good friendly service. Quality ingredients in the breakfast. The table was not cleaned properly, it wasn't very busy and the table had been prepared when we arrived but there were blobs on ketchup on the table breakfast was served on a skillet but was only warm at best. Tea should be served in a pot not a tea bag in a mug of water

I took a friend here for lunch recently, the menu had changed so had the chef was also oddly also the only waiter. The dough from the sourdough pizza we had was raw, burnt on the outside - raw dough in the middle. What made this worse was that it contained absolutely no salt. FM were completely indignant when informed about this. The chef didn't know how to make or how long to bake the dough for which seems an issue for a chain specialising in pizzas? Options to add additional prosciutto to your toppings how now been removed, presumably for cost and they seem to be similar choices about their select their staff. UPDATE: They added me to their mailing list without consent after reading this and not responding

Relaxing meal with outstanding desserts. Good quality ingredients and excellent wine list. You can get starter sizes of the main courses but there is no children’s menu. I would say only bring children over age 11. Can highly recommend the calzone and also the baked cheesecake!

This used to be Brio and is still an Italian restaurant. We were a family party of 11 and the waitress was very good, taking time to get all our orders. Most of us had pizzas and we didn't have to wait too long, considering the size of our party. When the food arrived it was hot, it had plenty of toppings and was excellent. Highly recommend this place

Dire experience from the get-go. When our lingering presence was finally acknowledged, we were left in no doubt that we were far from welcome and shown to our table with no smile, instead what felt like cold tolerance of our presence. The food took absolutely ages - simple stuff like pizza and lasagne. So much so, we had to skip pudding because the 2 hour car park ticket was running out. Finally, I really don't appreciate having our conversation interrupted just because your job manual requires you to ask whether everything is ok - wait until I've finished speaking and if you actually give a damn about the answer, try smiling or otherwise taking the look of utter bored contempt off your face. Won't be going back. My parents haven't visited me for a long time and I'm only sorry this is how I treated them for lunch. Note the reply from Wildwood customer service (or rather PR) below - needless to say, Cyntia and her team didn't follow up on emails.
