i come here for special occasions and meals with my children. food is great, atmosphere could be a little better but not a major issue as we always have a great time. staff are great

Went on a weekend outing, service was slow even when the whole place wasn't that busy. Friendly staff otherwise.

My daughter took me to lunch for my birthday on the 6th April i was disappointed by the small starter main meal ok but the dessert at £8.50 was so poor a strawberry and ice cream concoction so small and still frozen strawberries at the bottom I did not complain I did not want to embarrass my daughter will never go back

Recently I visited the restaurent and I could see a changed menu, for a vegetatian and vegan person like me it was lil tricky to choose the dishes as there are very less vegetarian options. Overall new menu looked good, I missed few vegan option and that might restrict me going to prezzo again. Staff is very good and polite, service was quick.

Food quality can be improved, we thought it will be the best Pizza restaurant, but pizza and pasta taste was very basic. Also we had bad stomach after the food.

I like the Prezzo chain, but this one was oddly small, and the table we've got was located on the way of people entering the restaurant. But the food and service were nice.

On my arrival with my wife and daughter. I found this eaterie. Warm and welcoming, we were shown to our table. Where upon we were greeted by a warm and welcoming waitress. Who took our orders. This is where it started to go down hill for me. I ordered my stater which was a garlic bread starter with mozzarella cheese. Once it was brought out in a fast timely fashion. I thought it was something I could have bought from Marks & Spencer. So I proceeded to eat it. Now hoping for my main dish lasagne to be alot better. Remembering I am in an Italian restaurant. Low and behold it arrives at my table with a side order of hazzleback roast potatoes. Which in themselves were nice. But unfortunately the lasagne was a different story. It was burnt at the edge's in the earthenware dish it was seved in. Making the dish not very a very pleasurable site. The lasagne was over loaded with mozzarella cheese and was very unedible. To the point my daughter asked the waitress to replace it with another dish. I went on to have spaghetti bolognese. Which was quite nice with a sprinkling of Parmasan cheese. I then followed on with a nice dessert of lemon meringue pie. Which was not freshly made on tge premises. But was bought in from a local dessert supplier. I also had a creme chocolate liquor coffee. Which on finding was if of a reasonable good quality. My overall impression of this restaurant. It relates on it's welknown name. But doesn't live up to the food quality you would expect of a Italian restaurant.

3 of us on a Saturday eve. Busy and nice atmosphere. Staff friendly. Although asking my nephew who is 25 and has a full beard for identity as he asked for drink was un expected. Starters nice, pizza good, chicken pasta with garlic really nice.

Went for lunch here today and was HIGHLY impressed. Havent visited any Prezzo in a few years having remembered it was a standard food chain but left very happy. Waitress was lovely and honest about recommendations. Having craved a pasta arrabiata of late, I asked for extra chilli and extra garlic (thank me later) and it was exquisite! Full of flavour made by an unapologetic chef. Best arrabiata in town for miles - including independent Italians I have tried and been disappointed with. Compliments to the chef - keep them! Will definitely be back soon.

Went into Prezzo Staines for lunch. I tried their new Tusan Sauggages and Lentil Ragu. The Sauggages were OK, but the Lentil Ragu was absolutely delicious. It was so good that I told the staff that it would be delicious on its own with a a pasta. It is a shame that now it is winter they have taken their Ceanti Beef stew off the menu. I find that all the staff that I meet at the Restaurant are all so friendly and helpful.

Food took too long to prepare. Only a sandwich n small fries. Half hour

The dish I had was very watery at the bottom and very bland overall . I ate about 5 bites before leaving it and the waitress didn’t take it off the bill and said ‘that’s just the way we make it here’ won’t be returning

Went there with two friends after having an evening out, and service was very quick to seat us and was very kind and helpful! We ordered and our food came very quickly, my only down point is of how expensive the food is compared to the portion size you gain, the pizza we ordered was a nice size, but the carbonara I ordered, at least I nmy opinion wasn't worth the 19.75 I ordered it (I added chicken) and the drinks were outrageously priced, can't complain at all about service and the food was delicious though so overall very good place to eat!

Very loud restaurant where you can't hear your conversation. Nice staff although food was poorly cooked, one overdone and the other was underdone BUT manager removed one from the bill and gave a 25% discount too. I'll give it another go in case it was a one off.

Staff very friendly, food although the portion size has shrunk the price has definitely increased.

We enjoyed a delicious lunch of Pizza and Pasta dishes. Great big thank-you to Hubert and Stefan who looked after us. They were both very polite, courteous and very knowledgeable about the menu. Thank-you for making our lunch so enjoyable.

I wouldn't even give them a 1 to be honest. We called at 8pm to ask when they would close on Tuesday 18th April , they said kitchen closes at 9pm and we can walk in. We arrived 8.40pm and the young waitress asked the chef working that evening if he we could be seated, he said no. At this point we communicated that we called in earlier but if the chef doesn't want to work we will spend our money elsewhere. Such a shame, will never go there again.

Nice staff though food not great. Chicken pasta was stodgy and kid’s pizzas bases were quite tough. Chocolate dipper desert was nice though their bananas kept in fridge and very dark. Shame

We order 2 pizzas only and took them more than 30 minutes to serve. The staff was very stressed, and when I asked how long it would take because we had to go to the cinema, she said rudely that we needed to say that before. We order one vegetarian and one vegan option both was not tasty. Food is not good, service is not good.

Popped in here for a bite to eat before the cinema. The food was decent but a little overpriced I'd say. They have a pizza on the menu for over £20!! Needless to say I didn't order it (it may have been massive? ) I had carbonara as its not a fancy dish, just a reliable meal, and that's what I got. It was a busy Friday night and we were served in about 25 minutes, which was great considering the restaurant was nearly full. Both staff who served were excellent and a credit to Prezzo, I'm sorry I didn't get their names. Thanks to the team for having us fed in time for the cinema!

Prezzo has taken a turn in wrong direction lately. This used to be one of the better Italian restaurant chains to visit. Now, the food is bland and not very well prepared, and their prices have gone through the roof. These days, it's not uncommon to be served a paper thin pizza with virtually no toppings. On our last trip, we ordered a chicken pasta with literally no chicken in it and a pizza that was 99% base. That alone came to over £35. Simply not worth bothering with any longer.

Absolutely great! The portion sizes are very large and the staff are very nice. Only complaint is that the service was a bit slow. The pizza in the photo is a regular size; this makes me wonder what the large potion is!

Came in, was seated. Then took about 10-15 minutes to get a waiters attention too order. I ordered the sea bass and the humous starter, the bread came out cold and stale, I sent it back. The fish came out and it was extremely bland. I had to add salt, pepper and lemon. If more seasons where available to me, I would of added those too. Overall, bad experience, definitely not worth the money. The wine is over priced for a restaurant that sells food at a ‘below average’ standard. Never again.

Just had lunch in Prezzo Two Rivers Staines. Nikodem and Carmen managed a busy lunch time crowd very well. We enjoyed our lunch and will come again.

Was immediately seated and drinks arrived very soon after ordering. The food was delicious and very filling. Was a very warm atmosphere with 2 birthday parties for which the staff sang happy birthday and really added to the occasion!

Ordered on Uber Eats. Food was so disgusting it tasted like it was a microwave meal- £14.50 for a portion of pasta that was bland and watery. Garlic bread was nearly raw! I’ve eaten in the restaurant before and it has not been too bad, but seems they don’t care about making the food nice for delivery! Refund requested. Will never order again.

Really good experience with all the team at Prezzo. Food is always great and served in good time. Been here a number of times and overall friendliness of the staff stands out.

Nice, polite servers and staff (no discredit to them whatsoever) but waited 75mins for a main which was horribly overcooked. Kitchen was obviously having issues.

Polite staff, but the food was really not good. Pizza not cooked through, starters not good and generally felt a bit bought-in. Restaurant was a little dirty, toilets were horrible.

I would leave zero stars if I could! Took over an hour to get the food. Food was cold, dry and not cooked well. I phoned the restaurant and the Manager, Cameroon?, was very rude to me. I found this to be completely unacceptable. I wasn’t looking for freebies, an apology would have been sufficient instead of the rude response I received as if it was my fault the food was delayed. I was only enquiring about the food I paid for ... This was an awful experience, I’d skip this place FOR SURE.

Ordered via Deliveroo and a truly awful experience. The initial order was sent out incomplete and was cold when it arrived. The gluten free pizza was borderline inedible, and then caused an allergic reaction - fortunately for someone who’s is gluten intolerant not Coeliac which could have been many times worse! Avoid this place at all costs!

Simply the best restaurant in Staines. Food is fresh and delicious, Staffs are polite and work hard to have your food with you quickly, even on busy days you can see them working and attending with care. Would highly recommend.

Got there at 19:00 and by the time we ordered food and drink it was 19:15. Food came and it was okay not amazing but okay. Go up to pay because the system went down and I see a chef in the kitchen smoking a cigarette next to the food. Really disgusting.

Food was good, location is great and parking not a problem, but service was a slow which let the experience down. It wasn't that busy either, which would have been understandable if it was. Overall, a nice meal dragged out longer than necessary.

It all started well. Drinks ordered. They forgot my daughters cocktail. The starters came. Hot yes. Tasteful yes. So far so good. Finished the starter asked are we ready for our mains we said yes. at this time only 4 other tables were being used. 40 minutes later still no food. Waitress walks oversee after she saw I gave gone looking for a manager to say sort about the food it will be 4 or 5 minutes. Another 30 minutes go by then the food arrives it's now nearly 10 o'clock were no longer in the mood to eat a meal just wanted to get back to the hotel and sleep after a long day at Thorpe Park. A disappointing meal after a horrific day at Thorpe park where it was nothing but technical issues there as well. Seems as if the letdown followed us to Prezzo.

Terrible experience with the food, waiting staff was fine. Hair was found on our garlic bread (which they refunded), the spaghetti carbonara had no flavour and the lasagna was ok. Both of which took around 40 minutes to arrive at our table even though there were only 2 other tables being served. Wasn't worth my time and money.

We just loved our visit at Prezzo Staines . My girlfriend came all the way talking about Sonia the lady who serves us. A person with such a good energy and besides wearing a mask we could see her eyes always smiling. Well done Prezzo Staines. Tell Sonia the Spanish girl wants to come back just because of her 😊

Food is a mixed bag, pizza and garlic bread tasty but prawns came out rubbery and not editable. Fine to visit if using tesco vouchers or eating off their set menu but would feel uncomfortable paying anything above compared to other local restaurants.

Everything would be nice if the staff is properly trained. 1 thing, we ordered a pizza tre gusti, which has spicy pepperoni, chicken, pancetta, mozarella and tomato sauce. Anyone tell what does green an red bell peppers doing in there? 2 thing, I asked to bring me olive oil and what did I get? Yes, they brougth me oil, normal oil. When I said this is not olive oil tgey star arguing with me that this is the olive oil they have. Very poor service

I was out shopping with my boyfriend and we decided to go have a meal. At the beginning we wanted to go nandos but we ended at prezzo. The best thing I've ever experienced. Its been our first time eating there, and the food was so delicious. Our waiter was isabella( im sorry if I mispronounced your name ) ...she was so lovely and so nice, making sure we were ok with the food, and everything. I would like to thank you and to thank to the restaurant chefs and you specially for taking time on us. I hope 🙏 everyone see how kind and lovely you are!

Went to Prezzo Staines for a late evening meal with my partner. I was worried the service would be rushed as we got there past 9pm but the service from start to finish was brilliant. Our waitress Gemma was very attentive and even stopped for a friendly chat with us at the end of our meal. She really made the experience 5stars and would definitely visit here again :)

On arrival myself and my daughter were at first pleased with our choice of table and this continued with the initial service. The drinks were fairly quick to be ordered and served as we're the starters. The problem started with the mains. I ordered the carbona which was absolutely swimming in oil and this was all I could taste for the rest of the night. We waited nearly 40 minutes for our plates to be cleared and only after calling over a member of staff, then after complaining about the service and quality of the food were offered free desserts. After another 20 minute wait for these we decided to leave. It wasn't particularly busy.

This will be my first and last time eating at Prezzo. The food presentation was poor and needs addressing because for a restaurant representing Italian cuisine needs a lot of improvement and I mean a lot of improvement. I had a chicken and bacon salad whilst my partner had a Cesar salad. Both salads were very dry and presented in a very unappetising way. I cannot begin to think how Prezzo can represent the Italian kitchen. It’s a complete opposite of what we Italians can call Italian. I will close by saying that Prezzo needs to address this issue and to train their Chefs on how Italian food really needs to be presented.

The meal we had in Staines this evening was a disappointment, the waitress Alicia F didnt smile once which was a bit of a put off to start. I returned my starter of Caprese salad as it was 4 pieces of tomato and one piece of mozzarella which consisted of a piece of skin and the rest was water , I asked for this to be removed from the bill and thought the manager might come over to see us but no she popped her jacket on and went for a break, the mains were ok. As we left the manager just said " I've removed the Caprese salad..no apology at all .the food on this occasion wasn't great and the service even worse .

The food it should have same standards in any shop at Prezzo in Prezzo Staines they use to serve a good food but not anymore, if you wanna have Italian kitchen you should choose another place.

Just a little sad really. After walking around with my son I saw an advertisement out the front talking about their new low carb options so thought I'd give it a go. But to my disappointment it wasn't available, if fact no option I wanted that could be seen as low carb was available. Real shame. My son loved his pizza and the service was fine.

Terrible service order was a disaster order was messed up. Not happy Grandsons birthday treat and he had to wait for his meal as it had been left off order. Not for me.

Attentive server, but food distinctively average. Spaghetti over cooked and doughy. Chilli King prawn spaghetti dish had no piquancy. Childs pasta dish vast, doughy and tasteless.

But service is very slow which need quick fix, as with all due respect, members of staff were more concerned to talk with other behind the corner, rather looking after the customers. No wonder many businesses are deprived of customers when they take them as granted. It is nice place for a friendly chat but not for a date or family get together. Rest you decide!

Its taste was different everytime I go there. I guess chef and staff was changed... I have been there lunch time recently , the pasta was overcooked .. this restaurant was my favorite in staines but not anymore.... sorry
