Apparently being the only one eating doesn't suit there business model. Was offered a seat but before I could order the floor manager came over to say that they are apparently booked and I have to leave, didn't see anyone waiting though. Felt really awkward having to be unseated anyways probably avoiding this place from now onwards

Came in for some calamari and drinks. The restaurant was quite quiet this time. The gentleman serving us was really nice and offered fresh lemon with the tea. The calamari was nice overall, however it might be a bit greasy for some.

Food is lovely and staff are nice and friendly.

Not sure why it’s saying delivered - this has not been received! Order placed 6:41, told by the restaurant food ready 7:11 and driver assigned. App time kept going up every 10 mins and it’s NEVER arrived. Please REFUND immediately!

When Prezzo say upgrade for a large pizza with “extra toppings” for £3 It doesn’t mean you get to pick more toppings it means they will fill the extra dough… WORST offer I’ve ever heard off!! Waitress was lovely and extremely helpful Drinks did take ages to arrive though and food was good but they was definitely under staffed 2 servers to the whole restaurant.

Unfortunately our delivery man couldn’t find us and said my mobile number was wrong 🤦🏻‍♀️but we did find him outside our address so all good food lovely and hot . Thank you 🙏

The sallads I ordered were all missing bacon, and the chicken was burnt till black. Could not eat it.

Today is Sunday evening so decide to eat out at Prezzo, Not come here for along time, so decided to try as we normally goto Zizzi , it was great service from Kiara. the pizza and pasta was very delicious and hot, was very well presented. They also took tastecard which made it great value, will definitely come again soon, well recommended

In this Italian restaurant, I ordered beef lasagna with a thick and wonderful layer of cheese on top. The lasagna dish was delayed for more than twenty minutes, and this means that they are preparing it especially for you. It was indeed delicious, but be patient until it cools down because it is very, very hot, and after this wait you will be amazed by the real, delicious taste. A medium-sized piece of lasagna, neither small nor large. I settled for this dish with a cola drink. I classify it as a family restaurant with a distinctly Italian menu and the price is average, but I hope they will consider accelerating the delivery of meals, as sometimes waiting is boring.

I've been there a few times with my family and have always experienced great service and equally delightful food.

My family and I had a terrible experience at the Staines branch. The waiter, who was the oldest waiter , was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her unpleasant attitude made us feel unwelcome, and we ultimately decided to leave and dine elsewhere. We were especially disappointed because we had a baby with us, and we expected better treatment. If cleaning a table is too much trouble for her, she might want to consider a different profession. It’s unfortunate that our family outing was ruined by this experience.

Great place; fantastic food & good service - can’t go wrong!

I’m not usually one to write reviews but the service was shocking. We were 5 adults and 4 kids. We waited over 40 minutes for starters by which this time the kids were agitated and hungry. When the food came it was cold, and had no flavour. We brought this to the attention of the staff member who told us to add our own salt and pepper as apparently that’s how it’s done.

Undercooked,doughy soggy pizza with tasteless cheese, clearly microwaved, the food was an insult. Clearly no quality control you could clearly see how poor the meals were and yet they still send it out, the price then only adds further insult to injury. If you want a really expensive frisbee 🥏 buy the Prezzo pepperoni pizza and chuck it on the roof where it belongs.

This resurant is Lovely and the server we had was incredibly helpful and happy to accommodate any needs or queries that we had.

I continue to wonder why Prezzo stays in business. Other than being in the shopping center, there is little reason to eat there. I love good lasagna, theirs is soggy and drowning in a taste free cheese sauce. Their pizza is OK, but nothing special. They have a few interesting pasta choices, but I didn’t find their spaghetti carbonara particularly tasty. I might be missing something, because it’s seemingly busy, but I only know that because after three visits in the past few months I walk past it to go elsewhere.

Went there with family for a special meal. The food was really good and the service excellent. The place was busy when we arrived but there was no delay in service or food to arrive. Thanks for the lovely evening.

Came in for lunch with 4yo daughter after walking out of harvester around the corner due to terrible service received. It was a breath of fresh air! The service received was exemplary! Two staff on duty, didn't catch their names were fantastic. Made to feel welcome and valued. Nothing was too much trouble. Great relaxing vibe. Good food. Will be back again.

I’m not sure why this restaurant has < 4 stars ( at the time of this review ). I’ve been here a couple of times and have been served by four waiters/waitresses and I could say the service is 5/5. Very friendly and welcoming team is the least I could say. Special thanks to the Polish guy that added ice cream to my Cheese cake 🙏🏼 When it comes to food I’d give this place somewhere between 4-4.5. I’ve tried their Truffle Burgers with Truffle Fries ( if you don’t like strong cheese ask them to remove the Gorgonzola) I’d give this option 4.5/5. I’ve also had their Chicken & Roasted Pepper which I’d give a 4. For deserts I’ve had their Baked Italian Orange Cheesecake which I’d give a 4.5 without the ice cream and a 5 with the vanilla ice cream that was added to my dish. For drinks I’ve had their mango ice tea, Sicilian lemonade and strawberry lemonade and all of them taste good. Overall great experience and definitely deserves more than 3.9 stars. Prices go around 20-30£ depending on whether you get a desert or not.

I order a chicken arrabiatta through Uber eats and it was the most bland, smallest portion and lack of chicken for the most extortionate price. DO NOT BOTHER! It’s a complete rip off

I have been visiting Prezzo for a long time. First time we felt the taste of dishes is not up to the mark. Especially with the new menu.

Probably the worst Prezzo I've dined at. Food was awful, AWFUL. Salmon pasta was not salmon, more like mackerel, very strong flavour and chewy texture. Kids meals were average. Won't be coming back.

Food was disappointing, "homemade pesto" is not homemade at all and dishes are over seasoned. Cocktails aren't fresh, lobster bisque in the seabass dish just tasted of gravy... disappointing all round only bright side was our lovely waitress who took the feedback all in her stride throughout a busy Saturday dinner service. Can't fault her hospitality at all.

Extremely overpriced. £16 for a spaghetti bolognaise which I could make better at home.

My daughter took me to lunch for my birthday on the 6th April i was disappointed by the small starter main meal ok but the dessert at £8.50 was so poor a strawberry and ice cream concoction so small and still frozen strawberries at the bottom I did not complain I did not want to embarrass my daughter will never go back

Recently I visited the restaurent and I could see a changed menu, for a vegetatian and vegan person like me it was lil tricky to choose the dishes as there are very less vegetarian options. Overall new menu looked good, I missed few vegan option and that might restrict me going to prezzo again. Staff is very good and polite, service was quick.

Food quality can be improved, we thought it will be the best Pizza restaurant, but pizza and pasta taste was very basic. Also we had bad stomach after the food.

On my arrival with my wife and daughter. I found this eaterie. Warm and welcoming, we were shown to our table. Where upon we were greeted by a warm and welcoming waitress. Who took our orders. This is where it started to go down hill for me. I ordered my stater which was a garlic bread starter with mozzarella cheese. Once it was brought out in a fast timely fashion. I thought it was something I could have bought from Marks & Spencer. So I proceeded to eat it. Now hoping for my main dish lasagne to be alot better. Remembering I am in an Italian restaurant. Low and behold it arrives at my table with a side order of hazzleback roast potatoes. Which in themselves were nice. But unfortunately the lasagne was a different story. It was burnt at the edge's in the earthenware dish it was seved in. Making the dish not very a very pleasurable site. The lasagne was over loaded with mozzarella cheese and was very unedible. To the point my daughter asked the waitress to replace it with another dish. I went on to have spaghetti bolognese. Which was quite nice with a sprinkling of Parmasan cheese. I then followed on with a nice dessert of lemon meringue pie. Which was not freshly made on tge premises. But was bought in from a local dessert supplier. I also had a creme chocolate liquor coffee. Which on finding was if of a reasonable good quality. My overall impression of this restaurant. It relates on it's welknown name. But doesn't live up to the food quality you would expect of a Italian restaurant.

3 of us on a Saturday eve. Busy and nice atmosphere. Staff friendly. Although asking my nephew who is 25 and has a full beard for identity as he asked for drink was un expected. Starters nice, pizza good, chicken pasta with garlic really nice.

Went for lunch here today and was HIGHLY impressed. Havent visited any Prezzo in a few years having remembered it was a standard food chain but left very happy. Waitress was lovely and honest about recommendations. Having craved a pasta arrabiata of late, I asked for extra chilli and extra garlic (thank me later) and it was exquisite! Full of flavour made by an unapologetic chef. Best arrabiata in town for miles - including independent Italians I have tried and been disappointed with. Compliments to the chef - keep them! Will definitely be back soon.

Went into Prezzo Staines for lunch. I tried their new Tusan Sauggages and Lentil Ragu. The Sauggages were OK, but the Lentil Ragu was absolutely delicious. It was so good that I told the staff that it would be delicious on its own with a a pasta. It is a shame that now it is winter they have taken their Ceanti Beef stew off the menu. I find that all the staff that I meet at the Restaurant are all so friendly and helpful.

The dish I had was very watery at the bottom and very bland overall . I ate about 5 bites before leaving it and the waitress didn’t take it off the bill and said ‘that’s just the way we make it here’ won’t be returning

Went there with two friends after having an evening out, and service was very quick to seat us and was very kind and helpful! We ordered and our food came very quickly, my only down point is of how expensive the food is compared to the portion size you gain, the pizza we ordered was a nice size, but the carbonara I ordered, at least I nmy opinion wasn't worth the 19.75 I ordered it (I added chicken) and the drinks were outrageously priced, can't complain at all about service and the food was delicious though so overall very good place to eat!

Very loud restaurant where you can't hear your conversation. Nice staff although food was poorly cooked, one overdone and the other was underdone BUT manager removed one from the bill and gave a 25% discount too. I'll give it another go in case it was a one off.

Staff very friendly, food although the portion size has shrunk the price has definitely increased.

We enjoyed a delicious lunch of Pizza and Pasta dishes. Great big thank-you to Hubert and Stefan who looked after us. They were both very polite, courteous and very knowledgeable about the menu. Thank-you for making our lunch so enjoyable.

Couldn’t put enough seasoning on the Alfredo to make it not taste like cardboard. Children’s carbonara is more flavourful. Terrible! The Caesar salad is always great though!

I wouldn't even give them a 1 to be honest. We called at 8pm to ask when they would close on Tuesday 18th April , they said kitchen closes at 9pm and we can walk in. We arrived 8.40pm and the young waitress asked the chef working that evening if he we could be seated, he said no. At this point we communicated that we called in earlier but if the chef doesn't want to work we will spend our money elsewhere. Such a shame, will never go there again.

Nice staff though food not great. Chicken pasta was stodgy and kid’s pizzas bases were quite tough. Chocolate dipper desert was nice though their bananas kept in fridge and very dark. Shame

We order 2 pizzas only and took them more than 30 minutes to serve. The staff was very stressed, and when I asked how long it would take because we had to go to the cinema, she said rudely that we needed to say that before. We order one vegetarian and one vegan option both was not tasty. Food is not good, service is not good.

Popped in here for a bite to eat before the cinema. The food was decent but a little overpriced I'd say. They have a pizza on the menu for over £20!! Needless to say I didn't order it (it may have been massive? ) I had carbonara as its not a fancy dish, just a reliable meal, and that's what I got. It was a busy Friday night and we were served in about 25 minutes, which was great considering the restaurant was nearly full. Both staff who served were excellent and a credit to Prezzo, I'm sorry I didn't get their names. Thanks to the team for having us fed in time for the cinema!

Prezzo has taken a turn in wrong direction lately. This used to be one of the better Italian restaurant chains to visit. Now, the food is bland and not very well prepared, and their prices have gone through the roof. These days, it's not uncommon to be served a paper thin pizza with virtually no toppings. On our last trip, we ordered a chicken pasta with literally no chicken in it and a pizza that was 99% base. That alone came to over £35. Simply not worth bothering with any longer.

Great taste as always will order again.. One over favourite places for good quality food.

Absolutely great! The portion sizes are very large and the staff are very nice. Only complaint is that the service was a bit slow. The pizza in the photo is a regular size; this makes me wonder what the large potion is!

Came in, was seated. Then took about 10-15 minutes to get a waiters attention too order. I ordered the sea bass and the humous starter, the bread came out cold and stale, I sent it back. The fish came out and it was extremely bland. I had to add salt, pepper and lemon. If more seasons where available to me, I would of added those too. Overall, bad experience, definitely not worth the money. The wine is over priced for a restaurant that sells food at a ‘below average’ standard. Never again.

Ordered on Uber Eats. Food was so disgusting it tasted like it was a microwave meal- £14.50 for a portion of pasta that was bland and watery. Garlic bread was nearly raw! I’ve eaten in the restaurant before and it has not been too bad, but seems they don’t care about making the food nice for delivery! Refund requested. Will never order again.

Really good experience with all the team at Prezzo. Food is always great and served in good time. Been here a number of times and overall friendliness of the staff stands out.

Nice, polite servers and staff (no discredit to them whatsoever) but waited 75mins for a main which was horribly overcooked. Kitchen was obviously having issues.

Polite staff, but the food was really not good. Pizza not cooked through, starters not good and generally felt a bit bought-in. Restaurant was a little dirty, toilets were horrible.

I would leave zero stars if I could! Took over an hour to get the food. Food was cold, dry and not cooked well. I phoned the restaurant and the Manager, Cameroon?, was very rude to me. I found this to be completely unacceptable. I wasn’t looking for freebies, an apology would have been sufficient instead of the rude response I received as if it was my fault the food was delayed. I was only enquiring about the food I paid for ... This was an awful experience, I’d skip this place FOR SURE.
