Took ages to receive our drinks. We had 99p presseco. Only half full glasses. Jug of water we ask 3 times for. Ravioli tiny portion left hungry At 9.30 was told they want to cash up so can we pay. No salt or pepper on our table. Enough staff Wasnt over busy.

We only went to prezzo because we had tesco vouchers to use. 4 mains and 4 drinks was £78. By the time we used the vouchers we still had a balance of £36. We could spend another £10 and get three courses and drinks in other chains. Food was nice but it's just a treat. Definitely not a regular thing.

We went there after cinema. Ordered a burger. They have changed the menu so the fries don’t come with burger and you have to order as an extra, ended up £20 for a burger. The £20 burger arrived after 40 mins (restaurant wasn’t busy) but it was so poor quality. Had a small piece of lettuce sandwiched between the chicken and bread. There was no tomatoes or salad and it was so dry. I had eaten many times in London branches and all were great burgers, but since the prices gone up the quality has been dropped. Pity

The staff and the food was lovely but I feel that the potions of the sharing board we had were a lot smaller than they used to be and the I new receipe that they now use for their Arancini is not as good as it used to be. Would have given a 5* on food except for the items as stated.

Luckily had booked a table as restaurant was almost full. Despite that, excellent service with drinks and food arriving promptly. Good value as long as you have a voucher deal of some type.

Had a special mini family meet-up for lunch recently, and couldn't have chosen a better venue than Prezzo Staines. The staff were fab from the get go. 'Our' team (Hubert and Carmen) were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. An extra special shout out for Hubert, whose calm 'can do' attitude made our visit particularly enjoyable. Our meal was 5* too. Everything was appetisingly presented and served piping hot (apart from our cold desserts, which, appropriately, were served cold. lol.). Most fave dishes - the Oven-Baked Creamy Mushrooms, the Veggie Calzone, and the Tiramisu. Thanks All :-). Needless to say, we'll be making a return visit ... most likely very soon :-)

We came here today on Mothers day and expected to have slow service but it was completely different. We had a very warm welcome and shown to a good sized table. It was quite noisy as the restaurant was packed. There's a great menu with something for everyone especially for vegetarians. We did not have to wait long to order and our food came really quickly. We were really pleased to find our food was hot, fresh and well prepared and presented. Our desserts followed in the same manor and was easy to pay. I would definitely recommend this branch especially compared with the Windsor branch.

Went between 3-5pm for a nice quiet time for a studious but chill meal for one and took advantage of a delicious discount on 2 meals that made for one great calzone in the restaurant and another Prezzo quality meal to take home to eat another day!! especially great service with a smile and banter from Carmen and Hubert who gave me great insight on this deal and other promotions and meal info at Prezzo staines, making for a delightful trip ☺️

Had a fantastic experience at this restaurant last night. Table for two, seated promptly. Staff very friendly, attentive and helpful. Food was quick, well cooked, presented and tasty. Restaurant was warm, fairly busy and a nice atmosphere. The real difference in this Prezzo especially was the staff. They really couldn’t have been better in their delivery of service.

Amazing portions - I had the cod in a beautiful delicious sauce, I had this square pizza with truffle oil and salad in the middle, very unique never had it before (they said it was thicker, cooked in a different shaped pan) We had a Polish waiter that assisted us with every need. I havent been to a Prezzo in a long time but they definitely havent lacked in the experience. These delicious meals were then followed by a sticky toffee pudding which definitely didnt disappoint. Overall great experience, fresh food with plenty of options and attentive staff.

Placed an order via just eat, didn't even deliver the pizza, not happy

Apparently being the only one eating doesn't suit there business model. Was offered a seat but before I could order the floor manager came over to say that they are apparently booked and I have to leave, didn't see anyone waiting though. Felt really awkward having to be unseated anyways probably avoiding this place from now onwards

Came in for some calamari and drinks. The restaurant was quite quiet this time. The gentleman serving us was really nice and offered fresh lemon with the tea. The calamari was nice overall, however it might be a bit greasy for some.

Not sure why it’s saying delivered - this has not been received! Order placed 6:41, told by the restaurant food ready 7:11 and driver assigned. App time kept going up every 10 mins and it’s NEVER arrived. Please REFUND immediately!

When Prezzo say upgrade for a large pizza with “extra toppings” for £3 It doesn’t mean you get to pick more toppings it means they will fill the extra dough… WORST offer I’ve ever heard off!! Waitress was lovely and extremely helpful Drinks did take ages to arrive though and food was good but they was definitely under staffed 2 servers to the whole restaurant.

Unfortunately our delivery man couldn’t find us and said my mobile number was wrong 🤦🏻‍♀️but we did find him outside our address so all good food lovely and hot . Thank you 🙏

The sallads I ordered were all missing bacon, and the chicken was burnt till black. Could not eat it.

In this Italian restaurant, I ordered beef lasagna with a thick and wonderful layer of cheese on top. The lasagna dish was delayed for more than twenty minutes, and this means that they are preparing it especially for you. It was indeed delicious, but be patient until it cools down because it is very, very hot, and after this wait you will be amazed by the real, delicious taste. A medium-sized piece of lasagna, neither small nor large. I settled for this dish with a cola drink. I classify it as a family restaurant with a distinctly Italian menu and the price is average, but I hope they will consider accelerating the delivery of meals, as sometimes waiting is boring.

Today is Sunday evening so decide to eat out at Prezzo, Not come here for along time, so decided to try as we normally goto Zizzi , it was great service from Kiara. the pizza and pasta was very delicious and hot, was very well presented. They also took tastecard which made it great value, will definitely come again soon, well recommended

I've been there a few times with my family and have always experienced great service and equally delightful food.

My family and I had a terrible experience at the Staines branch. The waiter, who was the oldest waiter , was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her unpleasant attitude made us feel unwelcome, and we ultimately decided to leave and dine elsewhere. We were especially disappointed because we had a baby with us, and we expected better treatment. If cleaning a table is too much trouble for her, she might want to consider a different profession. It’s unfortunate that our family outing was ruined by this experience.

Great place; fantastic food & good service - can’t go wrong!

I’m not usually one to write reviews but the service was shocking. We were 5 adults and 4 kids. We waited over 40 minutes for starters by which this time the kids were agitated and hungry. When the food came it was cold, and had no flavour. We brought this to the attention of the staff member who told us to add our own salt and pepper as apparently that’s how it’s done.

Undercooked,doughy soggy pizza with tasteless cheese, clearly microwaved, the food was an insult. Clearly no quality control you could clearly see how poor the meals were and yet they still send it out, the price then only adds further insult to injury. If you want a really expensive frisbee 🥏 buy the Prezzo pepperoni pizza and chuck it on the roof where it belongs.

This resurant is Lovely and the server we had was incredibly helpful and happy to accommodate any needs or queries that we had.

I continue to wonder why Prezzo stays in business. Other than being in the shopping center, there is little reason to eat there. I love good lasagna, theirs is soggy and drowning in a taste free cheese sauce. Their pizza is OK, but nothing special. They have a few interesting pasta choices, but I didn’t find their spaghetti carbonara particularly tasty. I might be missing something, because it’s seemingly busy, but I only know that because after three visits in the past few months I walk past it to go elsewhere.

Went there with family for a special meal. The food was really good and the service excellent. The place was busy when we arrived but there was no delay in service or food to arrive. Thanks for the lovely evening.

Came in for lunch with 4yo daughter after walking out of harvester around the corner due to terrible service received. It was a breath of fresh air! The service received was exemplary! Two staff on duty, didn't catch their names were fantastic. Made to feel welcome and valued. Nothing was too much trouble. Great relaxing vibe. Good food. Will be back again.

I’m not sure why this restaurant has < 4 stars ( at the time of this review ). I’ve been here a couple of times and have been served by four waiters/waitresses and I could say the service is 5/5. Very friendly and welcoming team is the least I could say. Special thanks to the Polish guy that added ice cream to my Cheese cake 🙏🏼 When it comes to food I’d give this place somewhere between 4-4.5. I’ve tried their Truffle Burgers with Truffle Fries ( if you don’t like strong cheese ask them to remove the Gorgonzola) I’d give this option 4.5/5. I’ve also had their Chicken & Roasted Pepper which I’d give a 4. For deserts I’ve had their Baked Italian Orange Cheesecake which I’d give a 4.5 without the ice cream and a 5 with the vanilla ice cream that was added to my dish. For drinks I’ve had their mango ice tea, Sicilian lemonade and strawberry lemonade and all of them taste good. Overall great experience and definitely deserves more than 3.9 stars. Prices go around 20-30£ depending on whether you get a desert or not.

I order a chicken arrabiatta through Uber eats and it was the most bland, smallest portion and lack of chicken for the most extortionate price. DO NOT BOTHER! It’s a complete rip off
