ordered a regular pizza for collection , it comes so tiny it measures at 20 cm in circumference ! Even the taste was awful feels like of-chewing on a piece of bread and the toppings are bland , I’m just wondering why they marketing themselves as an Italian establishment when at the same times they don’t even make Italian style pizza just wow dishonesty at its finest ,

Had six large pizzas for a family party. I have to say they were all delicious. The base was nice and light, and all the toppings we had were very tasty. The pepperoni especially! Definitely recommend. Buy direct at the shop for the best deals!

Hi sadly generally the pizza was good till my partner chipped his tooth as the black olive from the Tuscan pizza was not pitted!!! So this pizza has now cost us a couple of hundred as he has to go to a dentist to get it fixed….not good

Horrible...bought ribs for 7.99 they were disgusting!!!had to throw it away never ordering from this place again... To top it up I complained about it but I didn't get a refund for this reason I won't use just eat ever again ...

I order it always same pizzas ....1large margarita and 1extra large chicken supreme for ages and always I paid 25£ more/less plus 2£extra for a driver.this weekend I paid 34£ in fact chicken supreme was without red or green pepper which normally always is on it.

Delivered early and was hot and fresh, literally our favourite and the best pizza shop around by miles! So many toppings, so fresh and soft. Delicious!

It was so late that the site said that it was delivered and ut wasnt so i put a complaint and refund. So food is here and you can keep the money.

I would have left a better review if the food had been delivered.

These are guys are rude and a bunch of crooks. He tried charging me £1.50 for a coke can and then I said to him are you having a laugh, we ain't in Mayfair and told him to keep the coke can. He then said OK have it for one pound and I said no you keep your coke can. This pizza shop will always try robbing you and charge you extra to what the actual price is. Beware of these crooks and go somewhere else for your pizza

I bin order vegetarian lasagne and I got normal.. No body say anything about this mistake and I heft to find out my self call them and talk about this... No refund att all... Verry disappointed that they not care about costumers order.

Great pizza's and great service

The menu says soft drink bottles are 1.5 litre, but when they (eventually) arrived (they weren't delivered with the rest of the order) they were only 1.25 litre. The driver said this is all they had in the shop, so the menu is incorrect, which is a bit of a con. The potato wedges were unevenly cooked (some hard, some soggy) and not at all crisp. The pizza was OK and I'd order pizza again, but won't bother with the sides and will make sure I have soft drinks in the cupboard!

Popped in here for a thin base pizza as was in the area and the staff are amazing! I was short on money and the guy sorted us right out! Pizza was lovely best I have had in a while! Highly recommend and will be back. Thank you again x

I called them to order and was threatened that they would call the police and find my address, all I was doing was simply trying to order some food for me and my toddler and they said not to call me again. So I had to go through the hassle of downloading Just Eat and had to make an account. This could simply just be avoided if they didn’t have poor customer service, do not recommend!!!

Driver clearly doesn't know how to follow delivery instructions. Some of the food was a bit cold from the side as if it was microwaved.

I have been a frequent customer at Italian pizza experts for years and have nothing but praise for this wonderful shop. Fantastic pizza and incredibly quick, their collection special “any pizza any size for 8.99 before 10pm” is some of the best value u can get for take out food anywhere!!! The pizza is some of the best for guilty “just what you need” food to sort u out. It can be a little greasy but that could partly be down to my choice of toppings. If you order delivery it is still way cheaper, nicer and often quicker than domino’s. Let’s keep this place in thriving business as a Shepperton Institution.

Just called up and asked what the deals were for collection and was quoted more than the poster on the window. When I asked why this was as it actually was not a deal but more expensive I was told "next time..don't ask for a deal if collecting"???? What?? Are you serious??!! Think I will rather order from another company. You can keep your pizza thanks!!

I live in the High Street Shepperton and use you often, my daughter requested her "favourite" pizza to celebrate her 10th birthday with all of her family, I was happy to discover that you delivered to Ashford, and I knew that I could order with confidence for a special occasion and that the food would be delivered promptly, hot and delicious, so much nicer than the big chains and will never use them again, the family loved it too and you will now have new customers! You can get better pizza in other shops for the same money. Pizza here is usually very greasy and dough is not good.

Pre ordered food at 2pm for 7.30pm. Food was delivered at 2.30pm so we sent it back. The delivery at 7.30pm was on time but I suspect the pizzas were re-heated as they were over done. Doubly disappointing as I would normally say and recommend this as the best pizza restaurant in the area. Feel a bit let down.

Pizza was extremely disappointing. It was no where near Italian pizza ....seems like this shop doesn't know what Italian pizza is like. Awful - raw onions and peppers on the top, big chunks of tomatoes that were sloppy, and couldn't even be bothered to chop olives.. Would not recommend to anyone..

Good Pizza, the best in the area, but asked for delivery at 1930 after a family zoom meeting, Pizza arrived at 1835. Meant we had to reheat in the oven , not perfect.

This will be the last time we order from here. The delivery time was really long and when we got our order, there was a pot of bbq sauce melted inside a box of potato wedges (microwaved?) and everything was over cooked. The pizza is just like anything else you’d expect from a usual delivery pizza place, there’s nothing special or “Italian” about it.

Worst vegetable lasagna I have eaten. No taste to it what so ever. All of 5 prawns in a prawn salad, tasted ok but how wrong can go with salad. Very disappointing, could have had a meal in a restaurant with taste for that price.
