Only had 45mins before film started in cinema next door, so staff ensured all went smoothly. The meal was way better than the Mission Impossible film! Thanks to all staff.

Absolutely love Prezzo Harrow! The food is always delicious, quick and right temperature. The team is fabulous, friendly and are personable especially DIONA! She remembers my favourite drink to order “Citrus cooler”. They really go the extra mile. My 7 year old is always excited to go here!

I had an great dining experience at Prezzo! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Our waitress, Sai, was an absolute gem—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Fabio, the manager even offered a complementary bottle of Prosecco! It’s clear he takes great pride in the restaurant and genuinely cares about the guests' experience. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. My friends and I had a fabulous evening today. The manager Fabio was so lovely, accommodating and helpful. He made sure that we had a great time . The team of waitresses were lovely and in particular, a lovely young lady called Sai who had just joined Prezzos. The food was divine and portions were huge. We went to Prezzo after a long time for my husband's birthday. Went with my daughter. Diana was our waitress. She was professional and very friendly. The chef was nice too. Gave my daughter a slice of garlic bread. Food was yummy and atmosphere was great. Got a cake slice for my husband's celebration

No tomato for my burger you have to order Fry's separately if you want them with your burger. My Coke was also flat.

I like this venue very much; even though there’s no WiFi, which is a frustration. That said, the food, staff and atmosphere is always of a high standard.

I had booked the 99p offer 2-3 weeks in advance for 5:15pm. I called up a week before asking if I could amend the booking till a bit later. I was informed they were fully booked so I could only cancel. I arrived at 5:30pm (grateful they kept my table), but it was not fully booked at all. We left at 7pm, still not fully booked, so many empty tables. Anyway, the food was great, although some hot sauce would have been perfect. The chilli oil was not chilli at all, but I was offered some fresh chillies for 50p extra from the kitchen - surely these could have been given instead of charged for? Staffing looked less, surely not enough staff (who were excellent) for a fully booked restaurant. they would have really struggled.

I went with my lovely wife to celebrate my birthday. Fabio, the Manager, and his staff, were very friendly and most knowledgeable about the composition of each of the delicious dishes on the extensive Menu. I am a vegetarian and there's plenty of choice. My wife loved the Rigatoni Arrabbiata requested with extra chilli. My margarita pizza was equally delicious as I had tasted in Naples! And I would highly recommend the smooth Sangiovese house red wine, which goes really well with the pizza and pasta dishes we had as it is suitable for easy drinking at lunchtime too! Ambience is good and overall, a thoroughly enjoyable Birthday lunch. Grazie, Fabio!

We had a very disappointing experience at Prezzo Harrow. We arrived slightly earlier than our reservation time and were asked to wait by a man who claimed the restaurant was “his.” This was despite the fact that there were clearly available tables at the back. We waited patiently, but about 10-15 minutes later, another group who arrived after us — also with a reservation — was immediately seated. When I politely pointed this out, instead of offering an apology or a reasonable explanation, the man became defensive and threatened us, saying it was “his restaurant” and he could do whatever he wanted. This was extremely unprofessional and very uncomfortable, especially as we were there for a family dinner with our children. We had little choice but to stay, as finding another dinner option at short notice was difficult. To make matters worse, when the food and drinks arrived, the lemonade was served with a hair in it, further adding to our poor experience. Overall, the service was rude and disrespectful, the handling of the situation was completely inappropriate, and basic hygiene standards were not maintained. I would not recommend Prezzo Harrow based on this experience.

Visited Prezzo’s in Harrow last night for meal before going to watch Swan Lake & I have to say the food was amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Portions were a decent size, extremely tasty & piping hot. We also enjoyed 2 for 1 cocktails. Highly recommend & we will definitely be revisiting in the very near future. After a disappointing earlier experience elsewhere, I found myself at Prezzo in Harrow, looking to unwind. I sat down with a beer and some olives, and straight away, the calm, welcoming atmosphere helped me feel more at ease. I ordered the vegan bolognese, which was absolutely delicious — rich, comforting, and full of flavour. The service was friendly and attentive without being overwhelming, and I genuinely appreciated the care that went into both the food and the experience. Thank you to the Prezzo Harrow team for providing a place where I could relax, enjoy a proper vegan meal, and turn my day around. Also worth mentioning — the coffee was outstanding. Smooth, full-flavored, and properly balanced without any burnt taste. It’s clear the coffee machine is well-maintained, as the brew tasted clean and rich, without the unpleasant bitterness or wateriness you sometimes find elsewhere. A small detail, but it really shows the care they put into even the little things.

I had a voucher sent to me on 16/4 & I dined at Prezzo on 17/4. I was disappointed to find the voucher would not be accepted by the till. The manager at Prezzo harrow looked at my email and adjoining voucher to see its authenticity and said he would offer the discount manually. It was an embarrassing situation none the less.

My boys took me to Prezzo for a Mother’s Day brunch. On arrival I was greeted with a smile and a “Happy Mother’s Day”. I received a complimentary glass of prosecco. The starter were delicious. However, my 8 year old son was disappointed with the kids spaghetti Bolognese, it was mainly sauce with no visible mince. My crab and lobster ravioli was underwhelming didn’t taste very fresh.

I really enjoy Prezzo in Harrow, especially the pizza dough, the sauces and everything else which is on pizza. Despite being located near a cinema and in a quite big shopping centre, there are actually not many people there, which is a big plus in my opinion. The music from the early 2000s adds a nice touch to the atmosphere, I like that it's not too loud. Although the prices are a bit higher than most restaurants, it's definitely worth it.

We are a family of two adults and one daughter and we were very pleased with the service and the kind staff. The dishes were delicious and looked good. The toilet was clean without any unpleasant smells. We will be back again soon. Thank you for the delicious food.

Fabio, the manager, was fabulous 👌. We visited on a Friday evening, and the first fabio said that there won't be any table until 8 pm, so we decided to visit some other restaurant. In the meantime, my son started crying for McDonald's, so we decided for our son to have McDonald's, and we could eat something else. I tried my luck again with Fabio, and he greafully gave us a table to us and agreed for our son to eat McDonald's in the restaurant whilst we could enjoy our dinner at Prezzo. We were served my friendly staff Jasmine. The food was delicious, and the portions were decent. We had foccacia, which was warm and served with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and truffle chips, which were really tasty as starters. For mains, we ordered spaghetti with king prawns and chicken milanese with spaghetti pomodoro. Both the dishes were very good. Well done, @prezzo.

Very disappointed that they do not accept cash, therefore we could not dine here! This used to be my favourite restaurant years ago, but they removed the Goats cheese al forno from the menu. The menu is now also overpriced! They don't accept cash which is still legal tender, so very unhappy about that in particular.

The prices are absolutely insane. £17 for pasta that could have cooked in student halls with a sauce out of a jar is ridiculous.

Food was delicious, however the service wasn’t good. Quite dismissive and rude, leant over people when giving out the menu and felt like we were being rushed. They gave us the bill whilst we were having a hot drink without us asking for it. Only let people in if they had booked a table, so make sure to book when going.

Had lunch here with my family and the food was good. We had a selection of dishes and all of them were very satisfying. Valentina was an exceptional waitress - very attentive, kind and no ask (especially from two young demanding kids!) was too much trouble for her.

Prezzo is a Restaurant situated In St George's shopping centre Next to vue cinema, what can I say such a lovely restaurant and the staff were so friendly.. the food is definitely made with love and passion, of course freshly prepared. This has only been my 2nd visit so far but I'd definitely recommend it to anyone, such a verity of course to pick from, the food was so delicious I ordered the salmon rigatoni and I wasn't disappointed. I enjoyed every single bit of it please, if you haven't been, this is absolutely one to visit..child friendly lovely and clean and very reasonable prices 😊 you won't be disappointed

We had Spaghetti King Prawns, Pesto Gnocchi, King Prawns Al Forno and Tuscan Beef and Mashed Potato along with Garlic Bread and Mac and Cheese Bites. I had a Cherry Cooler which was yummy. My sister's and our daughter's each had Lemon and Elderflower Spritz's and a Morello Sour. All our drinks were also delicious. Looking forward to visiting again.

I had bought some vouchers for Prezzo through the buy a gift , but to my surprise when we arrived at the restaurant the menu for this experience was different to their original menu ,not much choice also the food was terrible, we ordered pasta which was completely bland ,and had some pizza which hardly had any topping, sauce or cheese. I would not recommend or dine in any of their restaurants.

If you are looking for a pre-Christmas treat then Prezzo in Harrow is the place. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff are ready to cater for all your needs. We arrived when the doors opened on a Saturday afternoon and the place was already buzzing. Diona took our orders and explained everything, and Fabulous Fabio got us into the Christmas spirit with a bottle of Prosecco, masterfully delivered by Elina. Thank you Bulgaria. My wife opted for Saltimbocca Chicken Sage which got her taste buds roaring, the grilled chicken tasted barbecued and was healthy on the calorie count. The prosciutto was crispy delicious. My daughter’s pizza was a Margherita with a tasty chicken topping. The pizza tasted fresh like it had just been flown in from Napoli, the birthplace of pizzas. It was gone before I could give it a second glance. My beef burger looked like the leaning Tower of Pisa when it was placed in front of me. Within minutes I demolished it, taking big bites from the juicy meat wrapped up in a bun and relishes. Usually I go for a Pepperoni pizza but this made a welcome change. The desserts rounded off what could be the tastiest meal I had for a while. I went for the best ever chocolate cake and my daughter had the tiramisu. We swapped spoonfuls with my wife and we were not disappointed. If this was Britain’s Got Talent I would be hitting the buzzer for a big YES and waiting for the golden glitter to fall down from the sky. Christmas for me and my family had come early!

I had a fantastic experience at Prezzo in Harrow! The atmosphere was vibrant, clean, and inviting. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, which made the meal all the more enjoyable. I tried the pizza, bruschetta, and mozzarella bites – all of which were cooked to perfection. The pizza was bursting with flavour, the bruschetta was fresh and delicious, and the mozzarella bites were the perfect crispy starter. My wife and I had Crab and Lobster Ravioli and Rigatoni Alla Rusticano during lunchtime. Both of us were surprised by the quality of the dishes coz it's well above and beyond the quality of similar restaurant chains. Our common thought was we will surely repeat our visits whereas we no longer visited some other chains. Of course, we also thanked the friendly and attentive service from all dining hall staff there.
