Prezzo - Harrow in Harrow

I had a fantastic experience at Prezzo in Harrow! The atmosphere was vibrant, clean, and inviting. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, which made the meal all the more enjoyable. I tried the pizza, bruschetta, and mozzarella bites – all of which were cooked to perfection. The pizza was bursting with flavour, the bruschetta was fresh and delicious, and the mozzarella bites were the perfect crispy starter. If you’re in the mood for great Italian food and excellent service, I highly recommend checking out Prezzo in Harrow!

My wife and I had Crab and Lobster Ravioli and Rigatoni Alla Rusticano during lunchtime. Both of us were surprised by the quality of the dishes coz it's well above and beyond the quality of similar restaurant chains. Our common thought was we will surely repeat our visits whereas we no longer visited some other chains. Of course, we also thanked the friendly and attentive service from all dining hall staff there.

Came to Prezzo yesterday evening and had a great experience. Host was very welcoming (unfortunately I did not get his name) but he constantly ensured that everything was up to standard and that our experience went well. Our waitress Diona was also amazing. Lovely and bubbly personality, and made sure that my friend and I were well looked after. Highly recommend xx

Visited mid-week evening for a dinner for two. Had a booking but we turned up 30mins and were thankfully accepted in. Our host was Alina and throughout the evening, she was outstanding - very friendly, smiling and just happy to help. We ordered a 3 course dinner and all courses were 10/10. The starters were bruschetta, garlic bread with onion and cheese - mains were Italian chicken burger and arabiatta and desserts were the best prezzo cake ever (chocolate cake) and an affogato. Would highly recommend.

I want to give recognition to two members of staff I feel deserve it. Fabio & Elina. I come in with my son and they are so welcoming and gracious towards us both. Fabio remembers us and what our usual order is. Other restaurants should really take note of these two in how excellent their customer service is. Fabio is so charming and Elina is kind too. I really hope management sees this and gives them the recognition they deserve. Fabio is a 🌟

Pleasantly surprised by the vast improvement. The atmosphere was perfect, food was superb and Fabio made us feel very welcomed! We had 2 kids meals the were perfect, sea bas gnocchi and pinsa buratta which were all perfect. This is a vast improvement from the previous years. Thank you Prezzo for a wonderful time and tasty dishes!

We went to this place after a long time, it has been refurbished and loved the decor. Food was great and lovely to see variety for the vegetarians. Staff was a little annoying as kept asking if all was ok !!

My girl friends and I had a dinner date here last night (kids free) and we can honestly say that we had an amazing time! The food, the drinks, the dessert, the atmosphere, all amazing! Not to mention the fact that we were served by the manager, who pretty much made our evening a lot better and was even kind enough to take pictures of us. Definitely recommend!

I recently lunched at Prezzo at Harrow on the Hill and had a pleasant experience. The location is nice, providing a pleasant atmosphere for a meal. The food, ravioli lobster and special traditional pesto pasta, was consistently spot on, both in taste and presentation. I particularly enjoyed the dishes I tried, as they were fresh and flavorful. However, I do wish the portions were a bit more generous considering the prices. Despite this, the staff were welcoming and friendly, making the overall experience enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others!

It's good. Stick to the pizza and pasta These work and are the better option each time. There is a superb lemon meringue sweet worth trying. The malbec wine is also good.and.complements the meal well. They have had a menu change and its ok kept the standard but as previously stick to the pizzas as these are by far the better dishes. The service is good, there are new staff who have joined the team and they are very pleasant and professional.

Food was great and the restaurant ambience was good too. Staff & Service was great. Only thing was different staff members were coming at every 10mins and keep asking if all ok rather than 1 staff looking after us. This meant we couldn't have peaceful relaxing meal time. Also, they keep coming to remove glasses & plates while one person still eating on the table. So staff need little more training in terms of how not to disturb guests and let then enjoy the family time.

Prezzo 🥂 A little last posting here - we visited Prezzo for my sister's birthday a few weeks back. It has been a good while since we've both visited, so here we are! Shown: •Tomato Bruschetta •Saltimbocca Chicken Sage 👀Not gonna lie, we did expect the chicken dish to have a creamier sauce with it, but it was a little watery sauce at the bottom. We did also have a cheeky dessert afterwards, which we both devoured before I realised I needed to take a pic 🤭 The service was brilliant, and the manager at the time made her birthday super special too 🎈 #SoniPandaEats

The most amazing experience cause of the manager Fabio ! He was absolutely customer centric , he had such positive energy and he was just absolute delight . He was very polite and just knew how to make customers happy. The service and the other staff were absolute delight x Like I say the people manning the service industry make or break it and this team is pure magic .

Average food. Staff more worried about closing the venue and going home, rushing to make an order while the closing time on website says 11 pm on Saturday and refused to take dessert order at 9:38 ( only icecream would be available). First and last visit. Good luck

Had lunch with my niece. We were served by David who was excellent n professional. Will go again because of such good service.

First of all no one was at the waiting area , I just entered the restaurant few meters ahead of the waiting area and the host lady( blond hair girl) was so rude asking as to go back to the waiting area while the restaurant was almost empty! I got upset of her behaviour and left immediately! Unprofessional hospitality manner and not recommended at all! This lady should not work as a host!

Just had a drink. Front of house was very friendly and professional. The server was great, and the service was good.

It's a bit pricey for basic Italian food. Convenient for the cinema. Suitable for wheelchair users

The food was amazing as per usual and Kinga's service was fantastic and made for an all round great dining experience.

Thought I would try their vegan bolognese. Quite a nice blend of herbs and spices/pulses with a tomato sauce. Spaghetti was cooked just right. Came in a bowl which was steaming hot. Would have again!

My son and I had a late lunch on Mother's Day. Wonderful experience! Valentina is and amazing waitress... she ticked all the boxes. Food was all delicious and courses not too rushed. Was our first visit but we'll definitely return. Food good value for money. The General Manager should be very proud!

Great service and even better food!

This establishment is quite disappointing. I went to have dinner at 9.10 pm, but the manager told us not to enter because they were closing. How would a customer like myself know that you were closing at 9.10 when there is no notice on the website or notice board, and no information from the head office about the early closure? I believe the owners need to address these issues or they risk closing down places like this. Best of luck.

Had lunch here today. The staff were proactive and helpful. All the dishes ordered were very tasty and it had a nice semi-busy but chilled vibe. My little one said "the pizza was amazing!" which is why I'm posting - this and my own comments were both well deserved.

David was a gentleman and was really friendly when my friends and I went for dinner. He was really polite, helpful and caring. He always kept on checking and making sure we were okay. Really good customer service and just wanted to say thank you to him for being so caring!!

The staff was very good,helpful and very polite. Than manager at the Harrow branch is very good and very helpful. Tha food was very good of what every we ate there but the pizza was very hard, maybe a new receipe for the pizza base would be nice.

The prezzo Italian restaurant in harrow saint George's its absolute disgusting no taste small portions they need reviewing in that kitchen they haven't got a clue about cooking if you don't believe me go try it it's no no

We went to Prezzo last week and it was lovely meal with draught beer (Poretti). The food was fresh, tasty and what made it special was the service. Special thank you to Elina and her Team who all served with warm smile despite us going close to the closing time. Keep it up, thank you and we'll be back again!

Very nice food and an open fire pizza oven

We were served by Alina, who is always friendly and welcoming. She's served us twice now, and both times, her service has been excellent and mention worthy. We ordered the vegetarian ravioli and arancini on her recommendation, and we were certainly not disappointed! 10/10 best pasta I've had in a long time! Will definitely come again!

Kicked us out while we were sitting for food.

Popped in here for a bit of lunch before our movie. The margarita pizza was okay, nothing special. The spinach and ricotta canilonni looked good. But the portion was small. Way too small for the price at nearly £17! Next time we'll probably try the pizza express on the other side. Our Prezzo server was nice, polite, hence the tip. We went around 1pm but the place was almost empty. Surprisingly.

The manager and staff are very warm and polite. Over all very good experience.

I got a uber eats from here. They offered a free garlic bread. The sent me calamari starters instead. Absolutely out of this world so fresh and tasty. From South Africa and prezzo gives SA restaurants a run for their money. Ordered a pizza. Really good and toppings really tasty. Bit shy on there toppings but still a really good pizza. Definitely will order the calamari and pizza again!

The lasagna is amazing and we were really impressed by the size and quality of the kids’ meals. We hadn’t booked but it was no problem and the overall experience was amazing. We’re fairly regular and never had a bad experience here.

Far from my usual type of eatery, we succumbed to Prezzo. We, (Mummy, two friend’s and myself), had just finished seeing Barbie in the cinema of the Harrow shopping-center that offered a choice of three chain restaurants. Why the humans couldn’t walk a bit further and choose a proper restaurant outside of the shopping center, puzzles my furry head. Mummy opted for a zucchini and tarragon risotto and was left rather hungry and eager to get out and eat something more substantial. A main course, it was more starter in size, and nothing special in taste either.

Great experience at Prezzo Harrow, staff were super friendly and attentive to mine and my family's needs.

Very disappointed with this restaurant, one we have used on many occasions. There is a new manager so perhaps that's why my complaint wasn't dealt with properly. I was with 2 others but I only wanted a starter - they both ate a full meal. I ordered the shrimp with gnocchi. Can't remember if it was £8 or £9 however there were 4 small shrimp. The waitress was really lovely and when I told her she told me to wait whilst she spoke to the manager. Nothing was done. I was told the manager said I should have reported it earlier. I expected them to so something - even just offer a coffee - but nothing. We shall not be returning to this Prezzo that we used in the past at least twice a month.

They were short staffed but we waited so long to order our coffies that we gave up and went somewhere else.

We just went there for coffees as we had lunch already somewhere else. We were served quickly and our iced vanilla lattes were bliss in hot weather

The lasagne is excellent but very expensive at 16.95 for a Prezzo which is basically a fast food restaurant not somewhere you would want to spend a whole evening.

Worst experience, service is not worthy of a star. The staff are rude, especially the aitalian manager. We were greeted by a young lady which we were happy with the welcome. Our food came, food was cold. We ordered kids menu, the pasta was ice cold, we did ask for cheese when we initially ordered. This didn't come til after we had mentioned this to 2 staff members. They didn't come to check if food was okay or if we wanted anything else ( we had our 12 month old with us). Being observant the manager did go round to all the tables around us to ask if everything was okay. Not once did the he or any other staff member came to our table. Once the bill came we were informed that the card machine was down due to Mastercard systems. We were not informed of this before we sat down (just incase we needed cash). So once the bill was taken the payment went through they just walked away without saying thank you or anything. Rude service experienced here, I mean If people don't wnat to work at front of house and treat people with some kindness and good customer service then they shouldn't be working front of house. This was suppose to be a nice family meal out for us. We were so excited to come as we had booked this weeks in advance. But to not get great customer service real put us in a unhappy mood afterwards.

Great service, attentive waitress, delicious food. I usually avoid chains, but I have to say my experience at Prezzo was fantastic. I will be back. The pork & fennel ragu dish was outstanding!

We were a group of 6 so we got to to try a few dishes. Spag bol is a not a difficult dish but theirs is awful. Carbonara should not have cream and that was all I could taste. Garlic bread was OK. Overall a very poor experience

We arrived early for our booking and that was okay and we could choose where we wanted to sit. We ordered starters calamari and the beef dish with the tasty sauces and for the main I ordered Prezzo Burger without the bun and my friend ordered the chicken and mushroom fish. The food was lovely and so was the staff, really friendly and helpful, definitely visit again!

Prezzo have really let their standards drop! We came to the Harrow branch and the food was so bad we asked for two of the dishes to be removed from the bill since we could not eat them due to bland taste ! And this morning we have a bad stomach from eating there .

It is a nice place with generally good food at fair value and good service. The only disapponiting item was the garlic bread starter we had. It was particularly expensive for what it was, small and poor quality. It was not much larger than a normal slice of bread, garlic butter on a cardboard like base. The serving we got an obviously half piece of an original piece of garlic bread and for £5.50. I have brought similar at more than twice the size for less than a £1.00. I would go back but not buy this item.

Amazing service by Frank. We visited during half term for lunch with 3 adults and 5 children when the restaurant was busy. At first Frank apologised and told us they would not be able to accommodate as they already had 2 large tables to serve. We then explained it was ok but he saw the children were hungry and then managed to get us a table however did tell us there might be a wait. We only waited 30 mins for our starters which were all delicious and then our mains followed shortly. Thank you to all the Prezzo harrow for making sure that we and the children were fed and happy! Excellent customer service.

Prezzo Harrow is one of the most family friendly restaurant we have visited. The food is delicious, service is brilliant and the atmosphere is relaxing. Food is ways served warm and there is a good selection for children too. Highly recommend.

following trip to the cinema we came here and hadn't been before despite living locally. This is not 'fine dining' but really good decent food served pretty quickly. I had sea bass and partner had vegg spag bol- which we were both pleased with. Service v good and that was with only two waitresses and manager. Lovely ambiance and decor- what's not to love. We will be back

We decided to have our Christmas party here (A group of 30). From the beginning the branch manager, Frank was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Everything went smoothly on the day. We had our own area that was sectioned off for us and our tables were nicely dressed. The food was excellent and all courses were served promptly. The staff/ chefs did an amazing job and the experience was incredible. Would highly recommend this branch.

Got a Take-away. Pizza, Burger and there New Lobster Ravioli. Well to say I was disappointed is an understatement. All the food was cold on delivery. Even if you don’t deliver the food ur responsibility is to make sure I get it hot. Not the delivery company. Ravioli 5 pieces for £17.50 ridiculous. Pizza well. Not nice. I definitely won’t be going near Prezzo again.

I often dine here for lunch with my daughter and we love the food and the service completely. I know that every review is personal but my experience is always a good one. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and the restaurant is exceptionally managed by the most amazing, kind, hospital and quite frankly chivalrous manager you could ask for.

We arrived last minute without a booking. The restaurant manager was so helpful fitting us in a very booked schedule. He went above and beyond, offering to put my bouquet of flowers into a vase whilst we dined. Anna, our waitress was very efficient and had a lovely manner, she was attentive but not over the top. The food was so good! We eat in fine dining restaurants often, and were pleasantly surprised how fresh and well cooked the food was. The burgers were really really good, food was hot. We would have loved to have stayed longer for desert and coffees but had to dash to see a film. Will surely go back. It's a rare thing to experience a chain restaurant that has these qualities. Amazing. Their service is just so good that it makes you want to come again and again. The manager is just great and he really has trained his team fabulously. Food is decent, but a good experience overall.
